"Parisian chic defines this brasserie which sports parquet floors, elegantly laid tables and a black and white colour scheme. The culinary score of chef Slangen, formerly the right-hand man of no less than Johan Segers, is also French. The authentic flavours of yesteryear shine through in eels from the Schelde River in sorrel and stuffed Clamart pigeon. Wonderful meal, presented very well, in a beautiful building. We visited as a group and had a taster menu. Every part of the meal was perfectly prepared and tasted fantastic. We were looked after professionally and also at a nice pace. Would not hesitate to go here again.

Nice environment and great service and relatively nice dinning experience however probably overpriced for the quality of food even though it's fancy. I had a steak which was correctly cooked but a totally mediocre cut and quality of beef. Starter (crabs) was nice but nothing notable...
