These guys and this place is amazing! They made a huge effort to make us something that was off menu. Staff were so friendly. Food was delicious as were the cocktails, and the atmosphere was relaxed and beautifully ambient (in a classy but casual way!). Don’t think twice and get on over here!

We had a fantastic family meal at Take Care Bistro in NYC. Food was delicious and fresh. Service was welcoming and friendly. Our 6 year old cleared her plate and we all had a chuckle at the kids menu.

My family and I went here tonight, and it was fantastic from start to finish. The service was attentive and friendly without being overbearing, and everything we tried was great, but the standout was definitely the pork chop—perfectly cooked and tons of flavor. The cocktails were also on point. Worth noting- they have a kids menu with crayons and all that jazz, so it’s definitely kid friendly.

Each dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The staff was attentive and friendly, making our evening even more enjoyable. I can't recommend this place enough. Five stars all the way! Needless to say, we’ll definitely be making this our go-to spot. Pro tip: Get the burger. 🍔 I’ll be as bold to say it’s the best burger I have had in NYC.

I had an amazing time at this restaurant! The drinks were impressive; the cocktails were expertly crafted, and the wine selection was spot-on. Came here to eat with zero expectations. Our hotel room is just above and we were exhausted from all the walking. What a pleasant surprise! Service was excellent. The staff were all friendly and inviting. We had the pork chop, cauliflower soup, meatball sliders and fries. Everything was very flavorful and delicious. The cauliflower soup was especially good. Portions were giant and two people could easily share the chop and soup. I’ll probably be returning before I leave.

My wife and I had a fantastic brunch at Take Care Bistro in NYC. The food was excellent, especially the parmesan and rosemary biscuit, a must-try starter! The service was outstanding, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. Highly recommend!

Food is really good, we ate here for breakfast and lunch.. The B.A.L.T is one of the best BLT sandwiches i have ever eaten. They got a kids MENU and the place is spacious and clean.. A hidden gem

I am not sure how I missed this place...maybe it is relatively new. When we went it was quite empty and I was wondering why. It is quite a cute place with plenty of seating. They played 90s hits the whole time. I felt transported out of nyc for a little bit. The menu was pretty good and we went for the following: - Avocado toast- 4/5 - Turkish eggs- 5/5 - French toast- 5/5 - Latte- 3/5 The food was excellent. The latte is me just being picky about my coffee. I think overall this is a solid place. No wait time, great service and excellent food. Big thumbs up

Went for breakfast as it's attached to the hotel we stayed at. Service was good, place was clean and relatively empty on a work morning, and I had a great meal. I will say the lunch menu looked a lot better and I was envious - if I find myself in this area again I'd go back to try the lunch!

I'm pretty disappointed on the food here, we had ordered just pancakes, waffles and bacon. As you can see the bacon looks black on the picture, they were burnt and covered and idk what it didn't say on the menu, the pancakes look sad I had to pay extra for fruit, the pancakes had a weird difference taste to it I quite didn't like it. Now the waffles were actually good it was different than any other waffles but it had a taste similar as the pancake it started to make me feel sick the more I ate it. Service was ok not the best we weren't greeted immediately or taken care off when we sat down, it's a small little place cute but just not for me sadly.

Decent prices (really good happy hour deal) and a good place to meet up by Grand Central that is not as stuffy as some of the other places nearby. I've had the margarita flatbread during happy hour and Turkish eggs for brunch. Only thing to note is to go to the bathroom, you have to go through the hotel which is a bit of a walk. Recommend!

Surprisingly reasonable, the menu is good and inexpensive, and the sandwiches are inexpensive.I popped in here while waiting for my mother to complete her dental appointment. They are really a restaurant/bar suited for the hotel crowd, and their waiters and waitresses were very professional. As for my lunch, it was very good.

We had a wonderful wonderful dinner at Take Care. So good that we forgot to take photos of our meals! For dinner two of us had "Take Care Burgers" which had a wonderful charcoal flavor, a delicious sauce, and pickles as a garnish which really made the meal pop! One member of our group said that this is the first time she enjoyed a hamburger without ketchup! One member of the group had Pappardelle pasta with ratatouille, pecorino cheese and basil. So so good! For dessert we shared triple chocolate cream pie - salty on the outside, chocolate cracker crust, and whipped chocolate filling. It was surprisingly light and had whipped cream on top. A perfect way to end our meal. Our server, Johanna, was so lovely and helpful! She really added to our enjoyment of the night! She is a winner. P.S.: as we were leaving we started speaking to a lovely couple from London who were seated next to us. I asked how they enjoyed their burger and the gentleman said "It was the best burger I have had in my entire life." Wow! That is an incredible endorsement!

We came here for something light. It's convenient to pop in if you're staying at the hotel or just walking down the street. The place gives an upscaled dinner feel, the servers were nice and the food was good. I loved the mushrooms, the glaze was sweet and creamy, with a vinaigrette tart, but not over powering to the flavor of the mushrooms. Then the pine nuts gave the dish a nice crunch. The bread for the yogurt dip was over toasted for my taste, but the dip was ok.

Horrible yelp delivery service system. I placed an order on Yelp on thanksgiving day and waited for an hour for my food to be delivered. The order status shows that the order had been confirmed and was in the works. But by the time I called the restaurant, they said they had cancelled my order a few mins after they had received the order. But that was not what Yelp said on my order status. This is extremely frustrating as when I called, they told me it's Grubhub's issue, so I called Grubhub who told me the restaurant had confirmed it and accepted the order. Now they just finger pointing each other with their customer stuck in the middle. Horrible experience, hope they know to call the customer when they cancel people's order (which is not unusual approach for the food industry). Also, I can't believe I have to manage this to keep people own up to their mistakes.

What an amazing find the Ricotta Dumplings and Spice Up Your Life cocktail were delicious. We will definitely return.

Actually the Chopped was really good! ROASTED CAULIFLOWER SOUP was little salty for me. Over all I really enjoyed this place.

Came to this bar/restaurant for some drinks and a quiet bite. Cute little spot. Food was good, although I do wish they served a larger portion, as the ricotta dumplings only came with 4. Service was a little slow, I presume the bartender wasn't really a bartender, as we had to wait a bit longer for our drinks, but overall a good decent spot!

Stopped in for what I thought would be a quick breakfast 2 eggs scrambled with bacon. I sat at the bar and mentioned I was in a hurry. Unfortunately the wait staff didn't have their rhythm down and it took almost a half hour to get what had to be changed to a to go order. The server seemed to be writing down several orders before calling them into the kitchen. A guy who came in after me got his French omelette and I sat there waiting. I know everyone was trying their best. Finally I got the order and stood out on the street waiting for my Uber while eating scrambled eggs and bacon with my hands. They may have been the best I've ever had.

Love this place! Great drinks and vegetarian friendly menu - the Spice up your life drink was delicious and so unique!! The service was absolutely lovely, our server Sofie and bartended Jen were the best so nice and helpful and informative and gave great recommendations. Highly recommend coming here, elevates cool diner vibes

My husband and I had the good fortune of attending Take Care's soft opening. What struck us immediately upon entering was that the restaurant was bright and spacious and that thought had been given to avoid cramming in tables. The staff were friendly and attentive and went out of their way to accommodate a special request. As for the food, overall, it was very good. I'm in total agreement with the reviewer who singled out the burger. It was excellent. And, as an added happy surprise, it was prepared exactly as I had ordered it and served on a quality bun. I will go back for that burger. I also recommend trying the shrimp toast for something different. Take Care is not only a real plus for the those in the neighborhood, it's also a great dining spot for folks who are visiting NYC and staying in the adjacent Shelbourne Sonesta Hotel.

Nice atmosphere and friendly service. Meatball Sliders and Chicken sandwich were on point! Restaurant was a little on the pricey side. However, after a long day of traveling and the fact that it was connected to our hotel, it served the purpose.

Best food and staff. Everything we have ordered has been delicious and it's so easy to go on and sit down at any time.

So great! I came here for brunch with my partner he got the steak and eggs I the BEC with two mimosas it was amazing so so so tasty and the staff was so kind and hospitable. It's also beautiful inside a nice place for a quaint brunch.

Went for work lunch on a weekday. We made a reservation, but there were a lot of empty tables. Food was good, not great. We got the hummus + crudites to share as an appetizer. Presentation was nice, but all of the crudites were very large single pieces and not ideal for sharing. I ordered the ceasar salad with chicken ($29), which was good but extremely overpriced. Portions were okay if not on the smaller side. The others ordered the crispy chicken sandwich, which one person did not care for and did not finish. Service was VERY SLOW despite the place being mostly empty. It took about 40 mins for our mains to come out, which is too long for lunch.

The service was great and the food equally good. I was hesitant about the prices at first, I am not from Manhattan but after having eaten there, I can comfortably tell you the food is well worth the cost. I especially like their waffles, which are soooooo damn good, I felt that I was in heaven with every bite. Flavored with grand marnier and just the right balance of texture and sweetness.

Had lunch at Take Care a new restaurant at the Shelburne Sonesta Hotel. I tried a unique and delicious beet juice and tequila drink and a very well flavored cauliflower steak. I was very pleased with both choices especially since I usually choose more traditional dishes . The staff was very accommodating and helpful The atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable. I will soon return

Went tonight. Food was ok. The Caesar is good and flavorful. The fries were flavorless and bland. The staff couldn't care less about being hospitable. The wait staff and hostess made me feel like a burden for dining there and couldn't be bothered to so much as smile. The Coca Cola was flat so I sent it back and they didn't take it off tab or anything- did ask me if I wanted something else tho to which I replied no (I really only enjoy drinking water or coke). I've had mostly good experiences here tho so I give it 3 stars. The staff tonight however could use a lesson in working in customer service.

This restaurant is a great addition to the neighborhood. The room is huge and bright and inviting. The service was amazing: our waitress Bella was so sweet, attentive, and took our orders quickly but without rushing us. Everyone from the door staff to the busboys were kind and hospitable. It's a great place to meet in the neighborhood - the staff does not rush you at all. We had a lovely bottle of nebbiolo from the wine list. Can't wait until they open the rooftop restaurant too!
