7 Fun Foodie Ideas For A Special Mother’s Day

"Set within ESPA at Resorts World Sentosa, this farm-to-table restaurant helmed by Thai celebrity chef Ian Kittichai uses natural ingredients from its gardens and local farmers; dishes are designed to be well-balanced and easily digestible, with signatures like the Garden To Table salad (avocado, cherry tomato and summer fruit) and Pan Roasted Farm Seabass With King Oyster Mushroom And Citrus Sauce." - Michelin Guide Digital-Singapore

A Star-Studded Line-Up At The GREAT Food Festival 2018

"Four unique experiences make up the cornerstones of this year’s festival: the Star Chef Arena with its marketplace of dishes by celebrity chefs; Rollin’ Sweet Times, which makes a comeback with a fresh infusion of the trendiest bakers and dessert chefs; The Cellar, a series of wine masterclasses and premium wine pairings that is new to the programme this year; and the highly anticipated medieval-style banquet Feast Of Kings, which is already sold out." - Rachel Tan

I had breakfast at Tangerine and wanted to commend the exceptional service provided by the server, Fish. He was very friendly and polite, recommending several different breakfast options, including Western, local specialties, and healthy meals. His suggestions were thoughtful and perfectly suited my taste. Although the restaurant is relatively small and quiet, and doesn’t offer a full buffet breakfast, this makes the dining environment more comfortable and private. If you’re looking for a more extensive buffet, you can visit the nearby Ora Hotel. Breakfast at Tangerine is served from 7 AM to 11 AM (last order at 10:30 AM), which is great for those who want to sleep in. Overall, this is a great place to enjoy a delicious breakfast, and Fish’s service added a lot to my dining experience. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful experience here. Especially the manager, provided outstanding service with kindness and care. My daughter has severe food allergies, and The manager was extremely attentive and cautious about that. She even remembered my daughter’s name and spoke to her warmly, which made our time there very special. This is truly a great restaurant. Although the hotel allows guests to choose breakfast at another location, I highly recommend this one. The vegetables were fresh, the atmosphere was clean and pleasant, and the main dishes were carefully prepared and absolutely delicious. I would love to visit again when I return to Singapore.

Very very disappointed with the breakfast! Being a Ocean Suites guest, I was expecting a better breakfast, rather than a below average breakfast. It is a semi buffet breakfast, they made us decide our choices of breakfast, before we can get seated. Maybe they lacked of staff to enhance their table service. We tried both Asian & the western set. Both taste worst than normal cafe breakfast. To make it worst, the coffee taste like plain water, so diluted (see my picture), and they don’t serve latte or cappuccino, just “freshly brewed” from dispenser. To me, this is not acceptable for a guests who are from Suite Room. The only comforting factor is the surrounding greenery ambience .

Had the 3-course ($38++) lunch while my friend ate 4-course ($62++). Portions are quite substantial contrary to my original assumption. Food is of very good quality and very fresh, especially the fish. Short rib beef is superb, breaks apart in your mouth easily. Area is serene and quiet, located inside Espa, so it's good for a nice, relaxing lunch.

A very peaceful spa restaurant in the middle of a spa. Highly recommended for people looking for a relaxing meal in a very tranquil environment. The cooking style is Thai fusion and the best thing is the creative use of spice that's not spicy. A number of herbs used are grown in-house in the restaurant's garden.

Enjoyed our 3-course lunch + 1 main today for two today. Although there is not much selection, the dishes did not disappoint. For starter, try the pork with water cress. If you can’t decide on the mains, I would say go for beef short ribs & foie gras as the whole plate was very well put together with each ingredient complimenting the other. The place and ambience is beautiful (note to take shuttle bus in from Michael Hotel which is nearest to RWS station).

Tangerine is lovely for a quiet dinner. On a Saturday night, there were about 5 tables occupied. Had the 5 course dinner, every course came out on time and every dish was very delicious! Even though it’s just 5 course, it was very filling. Service was fantastic. Prompt in taking orders, serving food and refilling water. Definitely heading back again.

Tangerine Restaurant is within Espa, Equarius Hotel at Resort World Sentosa, Singapore. Spa cuisine with lots of fusion flavors prepared with high techniques. Worth dropping by after spa treatments. We had the 4 course dinner, portion per dish was small but I suppose it is in keeping of being a wellness restaurant. Very quiet on a dinner weeknight which suited us just fine.
