We asked him to create a custom shot that wasn't on the menu, and not only did he agree, but he also took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. Berto's passion for mixology and dedication to customer satisfaction shone through as he expertly crafted our special shots. His attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond ensured that we left Tap 42 feeling happy and impressed. The entire team at Tap 42, especially Berto, deserves recognition for their outstanding service. Tommy at Tap 42 in Aventura is nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment I sat down, he set the tone for an experience that went far beyond dinner and drinks—it felt like being hosted by a world-class professional who genuinely cares about every guest. What stood out most was his ability to anticipate my needs before I even had to ask. My drink never once ran low, yet it never felt rushed. He carried an energy that was both fun and exciting, while also showing patience and attentiveness that made me feel valued every step of the way. The WORST Vodka Pasta I ever had. NO TASTE AT ALL, Definitely 80%of oil and 20% of sauce. The only things that OK is the chicken. Just normal, but DEFINITELY NEVER AGAIN 🚫 Last time was my meat completely red in the burger while I specially said WELL COOK. Last time 🚫 Dont spend your money there.

Iain is the vibe!!! Me and my girlfriend absolutely love Tap42 and everything is always super consistent. Aventura location isn’t convenient for me so we haven’t been many times but Iain definitely has us changing that up. Our experience was super fun and on point. Iain is extremely informative, great energy and not too much… lol. All around great vibes and Thank you!!! We had the Truffle Filet sandwich (NEVER disappoints) w/sweet potato fries (HANDS DOWN best fries in south Florida. Yes). We get this combo almost every time. But honestly, next visit we’re telling Iain to choose anything and we’re going to rock with it

Visited: Saturday, around 2:30 PM Weather: Sunny and hot — ideal for outdoor seating Visit Context: This was my second visit to Tap 42, more of a convenience stop while shopping at Aventura Mall than a destination meal. Tap 42 at Aventura Mall offers abundant outdoor seating with minimal wait on warm afternoons. Indoor tables are limited, especially for parties of two. Our server, Jordan, was attentive and courteous, even while managing a packed section. There was a brief delay (about 10 minutes) for the first round of drinks. My second beer arrived later than expected but did make it out. Overall, service was solid and friendly. ⸻ 🥂 Drinks • Prison Pale Ale – crisp, light, and refreshing. • Strawberry Kish with CBD infusion – fruity and mellow with a unique touch. ⸻ 🍽️ Food • Appetizer: Chicken Lettuce Wraps – very fresh, flavorful, and great for sharing. The spicy mayo was a standout. • Prohibition Burger – juicy, flavorful, and made with fresh ingredients. • Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap – well-balanced flavors; order the dressing on the side for best texture. • Regular Fries – crisp and satisfying. • Truffle Fries – come with a $2 upcharge, which didn’t feel justified. Portions are large — we left with leftovers. Prices are in line with similar mall restaurants. ⸻ 🧼 Restrooms Both restrooms were clean. The men’s room was spotless, while the women’s room trash bin was full during our visit. ⸻ 🅿️ Parking Typical Aventura Mall chaos — expect a crowded lot and some walking. ⸻ 🔊 Atmosphere Upbeat, energetic, and social. Music is loud, but still allows for conversation. Things get busier around 4 PM, so plan accordingly. ⸻ 🔖 Promotions No specials or deals were mentioned or promoted during our visit. ⸻ 🌟 Final Take A solid spot for a casual bite or drink while shopping at Aventura Mall. This was my second time here, and while I wouldn’t go out of my way to dine here, it’s convenient, consistent, and enjoyable. Great for groups, with strong drink options and generous food portions

Okay Aventura Mall pretty well a South Florida stable for high-end Mall shopping. Ended up going to tap 42 for lunch. As you can see in the photos I had the hangover sandwich, it was great added the two dollar thick bacon upgrade as you can see they came up way short. Brought this up to the attention of staff, they quickly rectified it you'll see the additional photo. However another sad point is they charged me $2.50 for the upgrade. It doesn't sit with me well when they do things like that. Additionally they offered my wife a substitute for her french fries to be the brussel sprouts but also didn't inform us of the upcharge on that as well. So in the end a little bit surprising. My wife had the truffle steak sandwich got to tell you I highly recommend you'll see the photos it was delicious. So a little bit of snags here and there regarding the mess up on the up charges and then obviously the skimpy nest of actually adding the bacon. Server was excellent made up for it so kudos to them will be back of course.

I came here after work, and Tommy made me the best espresso martini I’ve ever had in my life. After a few drinks I decided to try the burger, and wow I was blown away. I was expecting the place to be good, but not this good. The customer service is the main reason I’m coming back, shoutout to Tommy, but the food and drinks alone would’ve brought me back!

I visited Tap 42 for brunch with a friend, and I must say the food was delicious. However, the service was even better! Our server, Saida, was nothing short of phenomenal. She was welcoming, thorough, and attentive. The vibe of the restaurant was fantastic, with great music and drinks. While the food initially brought me here, it’s the outstanding service that will keep me coming back. I highly recommend it! 10/10!
