I recently visited Tap 42, and while the atmosphere was lively and fun, I couldn’t help but notice a few major drawbacks compared to other locations. First, the pricing is significantly higher than what you’d typically find at other Tap 42 spots. Everything on the menu felt overpriced, with limited options to choose from. Unlike other locations, this one didn’t seem to have a well rounded drink menu, which was a bit disappointing. The food portions were also noticeably smaller, making the high prices even harder to justify. The only standout dish for me was the calamari tower delicious and well executed, but unfortunately, one good dish isn’t enough to make up for the overall experience.
That said, the atmosphere is great, and the drinks were enjoyable, but be prepared to spend at least $100 or more for a full dining experience. If you’re looking for a fun night out and don’t mind the steep prices, it’s worth a visit. Otherwise, you might find better value elsewhere.
