10 out of 10! The service, Todd & his wife, the cozy atmosphere, the games available, the food, the variety of wines, and my husband got to watch football on the tv while we enjoyed it all! It really is a hidden gem and a perfect date night or girlfriends night out. Parking behind bottleworks makes it so easy and accessible. Y’all have to go support them and enjoy!!

My wife and I came one Saturday for biscuits and mimosas! They do this every first Saturday of the month! Todd, the owner makes the biscuits from scratch and they are delightful! The mimosas were excellent as well. Have not yet been for wine tasting or other events, but certainly will be back to check everything out. A very nice, cozy little spot for a quiet evening together, but they also have a larger area for bigger groups. 10/10 recommend! Wonderful service and kind owners! They have a great wine selection as well with a plethora of options for glasses to sip!

I brought my dad here for his birthday, and we had a wonderful time! The selection of wines was varied and delicious, and the atmosphere was very friendly. I would absolutely recommend Tapped to anyone looking to expand their wine horizons or just to spend a relaxed evening in Athens!

This place is one of the best wine hidden gems of Athens. We love coming here! Todd is SO kind and knowledgeable about the wine he serves. His passion for wine is contagious and the atmosphere is great. Would recommend this place to any wine lover!

Took my mama here for some birthday wine, and we had such a fantastic time. The owner was knowledgeable, gracious, and made us feel right at home. The wine selection rotates frequently and provides you the opportunity to taste-test bottles you might never have tried ($$$) without a large purchase order. I can't wait to come back and try the next round of features!

Fun little retro-ish hole in the wall; owner operator and fun to enjoy! Some food as well. Great start to a night? Wanna try some expensive wines but don't want the whole bottle...bring it on!

I came here on 1/3/2025 with a group of friends. It was a little early in the day but that's ok. We were probably the first customers of the day, and the one person working was energetic and ready to explain the way the wine tasting works. We also ordered the large savory board and the baked Brie. I really enjoyed the selection of wine. We stayed for a couple of hours. We felt no rush to leave and enjoyed ourselves very much. Thank you for a pleasant experience!

What an amazing concept!!!! I tried several different 2oz pours of a delicious varieties of wine. A really cool and affordable way to try wine in a lovely atmosphere! Staff was awesome as well.

This little wine bar is unique and fun. You can try several wines or enjoy a full glass from the wine taps on the wall. The owners are helpful and friendly. We can't wait to go back!

We stopped in on their opening day and discovered that they serve delicious biscuits and mimosas on Saturday mornings, until they run out of biscuits. The owners are very friendly and they have a wide variety of wines to choose from. I'm looking forward to going back during the evening to sample more of their wines.

Tapped is the only place in Athens where you can consistently sample various types of wines at a fraction of the cost. They have 24 wines on tap and you can choose from a 2 ounce, 4 ounce or 8-ounce pour. The selection is outstanding, with both white and reds satisfying both novice and more refjned palates -- everything from pinots and cabs to cotes du rhones and tepranillos. Plus, if you like what you try you can take a bottle home. And Todd is super-friendly!

This evening was my 2nd visit to Tapped Athens and I highly recommend it! I'm lucky to live close by. The variety of wines on offer is excellent and varied. The owner, Todd, is very friendly and available to recommend a wine or describe various wines before you choose. The weather is beautiful tonight so my friend and I sat outside in the courtyard which was very pleasant. Todd baked French bread tonight and we enjoyed a small loaf with dipping oil. I definitely recommend frequenting Tapped Athens!
