"If you want to lay down a solid base of food before bar hopping from tequila shot to High Life around Williamsburg, order some giant burritos and loaded nachos at Taqueria Diana. They have a nice outdoor patio upstairs where you can drink $3 Tecates and eat giant, $10 burritos, and it’s across the street from The Commodore, one of our favorite bars in the neighborhood (see above)." - Bryan Kim, Matt Tervooren

"What It Is: A casual Mexican spot in Williamsburg with a long mezcal menu and some outdoor seating Perfect For: Outdoor/Patio Situation, Quick Eats Taqueria Diana’s newest location on Metropolitan Avenue in Williamsburg serves giant burritos and loaded nachos like their original spot, but unlike the East Village location, we’ve never seen this place crowded. On a recent Friday night, we ordered at the counter downstairs, and had no trouble getting one of the tables on the upstairs outdoor patio. We wouldn’t hang out here and drink expensive mezcal (they have a lot of those), but it’s open till 1am every day, so it’s a good option for a burrito and a beer on your way home. The Verdict: Come here for some quick and filling Mexican food and $3 Tecates." - Hannah Albertine, Bryan Kim, Katherine Lewin, Hillary Reinsberg, Chris Stang

"Taqueria Diana’s newest location on Metropolitan Avenue in Williamsburg serves giant burritos and loaded nachos like the original East Village location, but this spot is much larger and doesn't get quite as crowded. On a Friday night, you can probably find a table on the outdoor patio upstairs. We wouldn’t hang out here and drink expensive mezcal (they have a lot of those), but it’s open till 1am every day, so it’s a good option for some $3 Tecates and a big tray of nachos covered in shredded chicken and cheese on your way home from the bar." - Matt Tervooren

"The Williamsburg location of the East Village-based taco joint Taqueria Diana is now open. In addition to the East Village flagship, there are also locations in LES and Hell’s Kitchen. It’s a no-frills establishment with a mezcal-focused bar and cocktails like its take on the paloma." - Kayla Kumari Upadhyaya

Great style. I loved the quesadilla, and the loaded fries. They need hotter hot sauce. Lol. It was good we tried all the sauces. On the chicken nachos. Plenty nachos for 6 lol the burritos are wrapped tight , the tacos are awesome i really liked the laid back style

Great food. Helpful employees. Legitimate mexican tacos with mexican soda. Very clean place with a variety of hot sauce. I don't have much to complain about. Hipster crowd. No parking. Price is on the higher end.

Man this is good food! The nachos are incredible, your perfect late night snack - delicious, greasy (tho not actually greasy) pile of chips, guac, beans, cheese and in this case pork, but they have all the meats. The quesadilla and Mexican Corn were also on point. The atmosphere was bumping. They had a DJ, mixing in hip hop and electronic. Very elaborate set up for an otherwise normal, counter service Mexican joint. They also have a full bar- with a huge list of Mezcal and tequila!!! This place is fun! Perfect place to fall into before, during or after hitting the bars in Williamsburg!!!

Cool place! Taco shells are 100% corn, made in house and safe for Celiac people. All the tacos were amazing but the al pastor one was only okay. Definitely get a family owned/small business vibe from here, the waiter was so nice. Drinks are tasty and made well. I would definitely go back for the carnitas tacos alone!

Heard from a friend it's really good so gave it a try. Very impressed with the nachos and corn. Both well done. Will be back

A good place to grab some drinks and eat some Mexican food. Food was good (not bad but not amazing). I ordered 3 tacos and chips. The nachos looked very good so I'd probably get those next time. Order at the counter and they bring the food out to you.

This was not my first time here, but every time I come it’s the steak quesadilla. And now everyone is copying me. Melty cheese, steak with just the right amount of seasoning, and a bunch of salsa to choose from. I loves it.
