Target’s Marks & Spencer Collaboration Brings British Christmas to America | Eater

"A major U.S. big‑box retailer is offering a 15‑item holiday collection sourced from a British grocery brand, available both in stores and online. The seasonal assortment leans heavily on collectible tins — including a music‑box design and a double‑decker‑bus shape — and even pieces that double as light‑up holiday decor. The partnership reads like a grocery‑department take on the retailer’s designer collaboration strategy, importing an exclusive, British‑branded selection that feels rarified to American shoppers." - Rachel P. Have a great experience with the order process with Target today. Great idea with the cover parking, smile!!! The order process was simply and fast. I have been holding a gift card for months and now had the opportunity to use it. The delivery was upon arrival. Target move on up like the Jeffersons, smile!!!

Hadn't shopped here since last year 2024. I only went to buy Tabitha Brown items on clearance. Store was kind of junky. Older male cashier seemed irritated. I see I haven't missed anything about shopping here.

Google
Worst customer service. From guest services to the people working on the floor. If you don’t like your job, change it. I work for a different Target & know for a fact if a customer is looking for something & they ask me to help, I can look up DCPI & it’ll tell me how many we actually have in stock & if it’s in the backroom or on the floor. All these employees I asked acted like they couldn’t pull out their damn devices to check. One even told me to check the womans department for a girls hoodie. Ridiculous.

Google
This Target never pick up the phone. They never have. 7 freaking phone calls and I still haven’t gotten through anyone. It’s currently 6:55PM and the last try was 5 minutes ago as you can see in the pic. I’ve worked in retail stores and to work in a retail store you have to multitask. If you’re incapable of multitasking……. well.

Google
I would highly recommend, during peek hours please - for customer satisfaction. Open more than one register. (I understand self check out is available however it only applies to 10 items or less)

Google
Clean, neat, organized, and kind staff, I did notice some trash on the floor but that’s about it.

Google
Super frustrating experience, I shop at target almost weekly and the treatment over my son spilling a juice I had already purchased was humiliating and disrespectful. The manager rolled her eyes even as I was helping mop up the mess and then they refused to help me look into a past purchase saying I need to wait for someone to review cameras.

This employee at customer service has a really nasty attitude. She is no help and she makes side comments. She shouldnt work at a retail store, she is disrespectful and rude.

Yelp
This place is horrible when it comes to the LINES !!! The rest of the store is fine but there are 16 registers & it seems like there is always only 2/3 open plus self check out. Do not come here thinking it'll be an in & out run. Better luck at Walmart. Order pick up gets more attention but that's unfair to those who aren't lazy & can run in the store. Please do better

Yelp
Clean and great set up. Store it's very spacious, everything was well organized. As always love the Starbucks section and spot section. Plenty of parking with the exception of entitled lady almost running us over and parking at curb pick up but getting off.

Yelp
Customer service a bit impatient but other than that it was a solid target. They had what I needed and I used my circle rewards for additional discount. I like it more than Walmart but sometimes the price for similar items doesn't make sense. But it's definitely a nicer shopping experience overall.

Yelp
I was there on a busy Sunday at 5:00 pm and literally one real registered open. I then have to wait in self checkout(crazy we have to come in spend our money and then do our own checking and bagging). Then get to register and ring up my 7 items, the two items I came in for I was told was ringing up as 0 so they couldn't sell to me. A denim jacket and a long sleeve dress(both new items). Horrible customer service, dirty store and nothing ever stocked. Will drive to New Caney as that one is so much better than this run down Target

Yelp
Not a single item on the shelf was over $36. Plus the cashier and shift lead were super rude. Target needs to train these people up.

Yelp
The target in Humble TX next to Kohl's.One of the worst store experience ever.We purchased close to$60 of items.Keep in mind this location has a grocery store as part of the location. As we were checking out.Keep in mind we had to wait 20 min in line because they don't want to properly staff their store. We were interested in purchasing a couple of cateloupes. The cashier was clearly sick.Coughing sneezing all over . Everything. An African American guy.He had no name tag.He had a reflective jacket on.The cantaloupe rang up for $3.99.I simply said there is a sign for $1.73.He replied No ,like I waa making this up.I took a picture of the sign He refused to honor their price. As if I was trying to get away with something.I said,Just keep them.We purchased a crock pot and he didn't have the respect to ask .Would you like the warranty on the crock pot.Again lack of respect.A true jek and worst experience with a employee at the Humble TX Target. This is why Business's are losing customers. This is why MGMT needs to fire this individual and take control of what their customer service.BTW , I tried reaching out directly and no response to issue .

Yelp
I checked out with Lilly and she was very friendly and I believe she will be a great fit for this store

Yelp
Not trying to be mean but on a busy day why put elderly at the register. It shouldn't take a hour/ time to write a bad review while in line! Like wtf. If i didn't need stuff or if i knew it was going to be this slow i would of went to Walmart for this wait

Yelp
Pretty good store. Outside looks really nice, still looks fresh even after 13+ years, layout is pretty good, and employees are good at stocking. Overall a good store.

Yelp
Can't seem to get anyone to answer guest services, I've called about 6 different times. I am missing a product from my bag and can't even get them on the line to see if they have it held there.

Yelp
My grand daughter loves target, she is 6 years old and still can't go anywhere else to shop

Yelp
In my entire 61 years, a manager named Terry O., was the most rude person I've met. I went in to make an exchange (with my receipt)- and had a discrepancy over the amount of refund. He was crediting e back less than I paid. We went over and over the refund when he CLOSED HIS EYES AND THEN CLAPPED FOUR TIMES AT ME‼‼. I guess he thought he was I DREAM OF JEANNIE and when he opened his eyes I would just be gone...... Here he is in full glory. He wasn't too happy that I snapped his photo to report him to the regional manager

Yelp
My husband and I have just had the most offensive and demeaning experience shopping here. We recently decided to start shopping with target but after checking out with Marie, I now see why Target has received a bad name in the African American community. After loading a large number of groceries my husband decided to assist Marie in bagging and loading our groceries into our cart, however Marie did not welcome the help and instead curtly insisted that she had it. I then said just let us know how we can help you. She then commented that she is just this way and then she slapped her left arm 3 times in a spanking motion then proceeded to say give me my space "boy". After hearing this racial degradation of my husband, I immediately looked up and said "I'm sorry?" Marie immediately began to apologize and say she didn't mean it without me even having to comment further. I told her to just finish and walked over to my husband and asked him if he was okay because I was not. While checking out I spoke with Max a manager and informed him of our experience and though he was supportive in acknowledging that it was not acceptable I doubt the proper steps will be taken to raise concern as to why it is very upsetting, demeaning and completely mortifying for a black man, even after being told to forget slavery and the disruption of communities still being in 2021, can still visit his local target and be reprimanded with racial undertones for just trying to help. Although Marie may have said a derogatory term and regretted it--accident or not, she understood the weight of her words immediately after. In the midst of all of the things going on in the world please add to the list the fact that target lacks the ability to provide proper sensitivity training to its workers and you may walk out with a lighter pocket and a heavy feeling of opprobrium. Thank you Target.

Yelp
This is the worst target: rudest staff. Horrible job and stores seems like all the managers are miserable

Yelp
What is not to love about target. Newly remodeled. Has starbucks inside but not the deli section. Miss their popcorn. I get a chic sense of their clotting section

Yelp
Me and my daughter went to target last night for some holiday shopping and I went to use the bathroom. The bathroom was disgusting, half of the stalls were out of toilet tissue and the rest were too filthy to use. The form on the door was from 12/11/20 and it was correct because the manager had not checked the bathrooms on 12/12/20. The bathrooms reminded me of a truck stop ‍

Yelp
Love the new remodel. It's going to take me a few visits to learn my way around as the layout is quite different, but it is nice and fresh and such a nice change

Yelp
Good parking and is organized and clean . But need to get more help at registers when they get busy

Yelp
I normally order the drive up for last-minute groceries after work. Today I ordered drove up and checked in. There was another car at the drive up, so I waited patiently for them to finish with that customer and then they left. After waiting for what seemed like longer than usual, my app showed that I had already picked up. I went inside and spoke to the manager and said that there was nothing they could do. I am now having to dispute with my bank because they claim the charge will drop off because the other customer took my merchandise but the app shows that it charged my card and it shows on my debit card. There is nothing we can do is not the type of answer you should be getting from a manager. Not to mention the whole point of the drive up is so that you do not have to get out and go inside after a long days of work. I won't be coming back here to this location!

Yelp
When you think of Target you think of food. Surprise they have clothes and all the other necessities that can make your house more complete. I have started shopping here more than I do at WalMart. The employees are very friendly and very knowledgeable. The place is SUPER clean. The only reason they did not get 5 stars was be there are not enough registers open.

Yelp
I love the way this location redid the layout of the store. I just wish it wasn't due to Harvey. It is definitely taking me a while to figure out where everything is now. I wasn't to keen on this location prior, but love it now. The customer service has improved quite a bit.

Yelp
I am team Target all the way and prefer it over Walmart. It just provides a more pleasant shopping experience as a whole. I must admit that I prefer the Atascocita location due to layout. I preferred the layout prior to Hurricane Harvey. Plus, the Atascocita location is closer to where I live thus is more convenient. That said, this isn't a bad store. It's clean. It's bright. It's well organized and I can usually find what I am looking for. The staff are friendly. I will say that the self checkout lines have had issues as of late reading my Target card which is a little annoying. All in all, I have no issues with the store and will continue to shop here.

Yelp
My new go-to "tarjay"! It's so sheik and clean. I love the new modern remodel. After the tragedy of Hurricane Harvey our neighborhood needed a nice updated Target and we most definitely got it. Thank you Target!!!!

Vicky E.

Yelp
This store was flooded during Hurricane Harvey. I visited the remodeled store last week to check it out. The store looks great. This store is more inviting by design than their previous store. You can tell a lot of hard work was done by the staff on this new design to allow more open areas with better lighting to see the items. Also, the merchandize is now grouped together by gender not by item. Like all men's items, shoes, socks, shirts, pants, are together. The merchandize looks very high fashion at very affordable prices. I really like the Cat and Jack brand for the boys. However, in most Target stores the boys department seems to be getting smaller.. Thanks, Target for keeping this store in the Humble area.

Yelp
This store is very clean and organized. We love coming here! We come here almost every week for something! Th self checkout is also very fast instead of waiting in line.

Yelp
Welcome back, Humble Target! It's so great to have this store back, and in such wonderful shape. The remodel really served it well, and I think changing from a Super Target to a Target was a wonderful idea. The new layout will take some getting used to, but I can live with that! Everything is great, we had a wonderful time shopping and will absolutely be back!

Yelp
Super clean, organized and stocked. Appreciated the new Hunter clothing and Umbro for kids. Appreciated staff asking if we needed help while browsing. This doesn't happen often and it's hugely appreciated at Target. They are doing something right - staff seem engaged and happy. My only critique - those that lost the Target Red card when they left Canada would sure appreciate some type of loyalty incentive for their shopping in the US! That 5% would make a difference! That said, this location was run amazingly well!

R C.

Yelp
They were slow yet the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, as in blood on the floor etc, the girl on the intercom sounded rude announcing the closing time
