The Target manager in Humble named Penni should be removed from her position immediately. I recently had an altercation with her because she told me I couldn't return items whenever I wanted, not even sale items, and she told me in a very rude tone. She simply didn't want to deal with the situation. She was in charge, and two of the very friendly young return clerks were trying to help me, but they couldn't and called her (Penni). I returned some items and she only gave me two. I ended up without my merchandise or my money. I was so sad. I didn't even have a chance to talk to her. She just turned around and told me to google the policies. It's unfortunate. Now that incident has left a bad taste in my mouth, and every time I see a Target, I don't feel like going in, even though it used to be my favorite store. It's unfortunate. The most unfortunate thing is that she is an example of leadership, and as a leader, she sets the example. They will believe that they don't have to treat customers well and that being rude is the way to avoid dealing with situations. They need a manager who is empathetic, as I was not rude at any time.
