A Cantonese‑leaning menu with fresh‑made cheung fun, congee, and clay‑pot comforts. Praised by local diners for silky rice‑rolls and egg‑white dried‑scallop fried rice; a low‑key room that rewards exploring the “classic” dishes.

Wanted to try everything on the menu however our stomachs were not up for the challenge. Went in during lunch time and it wasn’t too busy and we were quickly seated. Ordered something from pretty much each section of the menu and each dish had its own unique flavor. The standout for me has to be the green beans and the shrimp pumpkin salted egg dishes. However the other dishes were equally as wonderful. Great environment to dine in and very clean. Also, the waiters there were extremely sweet and welcoming which added on to the overall dining experience. Can’t wait to return to try other dishes off the menu, I’m pretty sure it will taste delicious!

Google
Good menu with a variety of Cantonese style dishes. The noodles rice rolls were good. The clay pot rice was great too. The best item was weirdly the cucumber salad so that was a nice surprise.

Google
Fast service and they have some special dishes that I couldn't find elsewhere. They serve southern Chinese/Cantonese food. Worth the wait if there is one. Shouldn't take long.

I visited the Taste of Original many times after they opened for business less than a year ago. The food is so good! As their name says, “Taste of Original”. Many of their dishes are from the traditional Chinese culture. They have those fishes available and have the original delicious tastes. The service we received tonight is excellent as it always is. I like their modern dining room design with the white tables. It gave me a very clean feeling. Once again! I enjoyed my dinner tonight!

Google
12/2024 lamb stew was a bit tough, Singapore rice noodles were decent. Cute restaurant, good food, and friendly service. Recommended. Highly recommend beef cube with mixed mushrooms, scallops with egg white fried rice, shrimp rolls, and Fujian pan-fried noodles. The squid was decent. The Mongolian beef was salty. Porridge was good.

Google
I had a great experience my first time here. Service was what I expected not bad by any means but not over the top. The star of the night for me was the Noodle Roll I had pork and beef 10/10 They are leagues above other restaurants. The Clay Pot steam rice dish is so so. Nothing special was good 5/10. All in all its a nice spot I'm glad I found and will be back.

Google
First time eating at this newly opened restaurant and had mixed reviews. First, I loved the newly renovated area. Tables, chairs, and everything looks clean and fresh. Making dining really comfortable. The foods are ok but a bit salty for me. The services is not as good and courteous. When asked for suggestions for being first time customers, waiting staff gave us that don’t bother me attitude and said, everything is good. Not very helpful. I might not go back.

Google
My everyday go to eating place in Sacramento, owner has been in business for 20+yrs, special order, customized events or parties, 80+ seating area, great location next to mall and banks, minutes to William land park and City College. Taste amazing and price is fair, recommended to ALL. Original Chinese Cantonese Tastes.

Yelp
Food: 5/5 - got 3 different dishes and all came out hot, fresh, and very tasty. Got rice rolls, clay pot rice and the satay scrambled egg chow fun. Pretty sure everything is made to order, came out hot! The satay scrambled eggs was the star of the show. Noodles were chewy and soft, the scrambled egg and shrimp added a great warmth and layer to the meal. Service: 4/5 - food came out kind of slow, but most likely because everything was made to order. Waiter was fine, nothing too impressive. Ambiance: 5/5 - actually pretty clean for a Chinese restaurant. Came on a Saturday afternoon for a late lunch and every table was filled and people were waiting as we left at 145pm!

Yelp
First time here and they had many different dishes to try! My favorites were the rice noodle shrimp and chives, the pumpkin and shrimp salted egg, and the Fijian fried rice noodle. I came here with a small group and we had to try many of their dishes and I would recommend the Fijian rice noodle dish since it seemed unique and tasted great. It also had a nice light crunch and reminded me of a pie. My next favorite was the pumpkin shrimp salted egg but I would have enjoyed it had more pieces of shrimp. I'd recommend going with a group and having a family style dinner to taste many of their dishes.

Yelp
A good Cantonese restaurant perfect for your dim sum and Chinese food cravings! The restaurant itself is fairly casual, lots of decor which is unusual for a hidden gem Chinese restaurant. The interior of the restaurant looks clean and has plenty of tables. The waitresses and hosts were all efficient and fairly well organized - handling phone calls, walk ins, and take out orders. Offerings: - Cantonese Steamed Rice Noodle with Chinese Donut: This is one of my favorites at dim sum. Great juxtaposition of textures between the soft silky rice noodle and the crispy crunchy Chinese donut. Of course drowned in the accompanying sauce, it makes for an amazing snack! I feel like this is a great deal for a sub-$10 snack. - Cantonese Steamed Rice Noodle with Beef: Same as above, just with beef and herbs instead of the donut. Really flavorful and again, great value! - Shrimp, Pumpkin, Salted Egg: I think this is sometimes called Golden Pumpkin or Golden Shrimp. I haven't found this in every Chinese restaurant so it is a bit of a special treat. Ours lost a little texture steaming in a take out container, but I'm sure this dish served in the restaurant is amazing. The flavor is great, and not too oily for being deep fried. - Honey Walnut Shrimp: Again, the take out container affected the crispy, crunchy texture but the flavor was great. I think the value and quantity here is a bit off but it still is a solid dish.

Yelp
LOVE LOVE LOVE Taste of Original!! I am not lying when I say everything at Taste of Original is delicious! Might be one of my favorite Chinese restaurants in the Sacramento area. Fairly priced, decent portions, and quick service too. Rice noodle rolls - Shrimp 8.95 Chinese donut 7.95 What initially brought us in!Noodles are soft, thin, but dont fall apart. Shrimps juicy, Chinese donut light and crispy. Generous pours of sweet soy sauce.  Salted egg yolk pumpkin shrimp 18.95 - HUGE portion size! Pumpkin pieces and whole shrimps covered in salted egg yolk, then deep fried. Salty, sweet, and packed with umami Honey walnut shrimp 17.95 - Lightly coated in starch and fried so the batter isn't too heavy. Good, light sweetness and not drowning in mayo Dry-style beef chow fun $14.95 - Bouncy noodles. Perfect amount of oil for the slight saucy char. Not too salty. Sizzling Beef Tripe $17.95 - Absolutely FAVORITE dish here! The Chinese five-spice is amazingly fragrant and deeply flavorful. Get this if you like tripe! Braised pork lo mein $13.95 - Honestly didn't know we ordered a soup Braised pork was DELICIOUS. Broth was light and slightly bitter from the gai lan. Wasn't particularly in the mood for this  Preserved egg & pork congee ($10.95) 5/5 - Perfect when my stomach feels queasy. A nice warm hug! Add white pepper and chili oil before eating BBQ pork fried rice ($13.95) 5/5 Preserved fish fried rice ($14.95) 5/5 - Perfect fried rice texture. Not too hard, not too mushy. Preserved fish is saltier than your average fried rice. Garlic Long Bean ($14.95) 4/5 Snappy bites yet still tender. Big portion size. Very garlicky!

Yelp
Taste of Original is a true culinary gem in Sacramento. The food is consistently outstanding, especially the salt and pepper fish, which is absolutely incredible-perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. I also can't get enough of their rice rolls; they are hands-down the best l've ever had. Everything tastes fresh and authentic. The staff is always welcoming, and the service is quick. If you're looking for flavorful, delicious food, you have to try this place!

Yelp
I was pleasantly surprised eating here. The flavors are pretty on point, prices are fair, and service is good. The decor is a little sterile, but its fine. Standout dishes for me was the fujian rice noodles and the shrimp satay chow fun. Both had a delicious wok flavor. Other dishes I tried were the shrimp and tofu, sweet and sour pork, empress chicken, shrimp cheung fun, and pork and century egg congee. All of these were fairly good, the sweet and sour pork was a bit dry though. I'll definitely be back for more noodles.

Yelp
Went with my parents who visited out of town. Party of 7 people. Came in Friday night and got seated right away around 5:30. Good thing we came earlier because there was a wait when we left. Very clean and aesthetically pleasing inside. Food was Delicious! Best roasted duck! It was fresh and crispy. Rice rolls were also very smooth and you can tell they were fresh. Would recommend coming here.

Yelp
I really need to dine in here with friends, so far I've only stopped in for takeout and every time I do I crave it more. There is plenty of parking outside and the restaurant is good sized with room for smaller or larger groups. The menu has a good variety of items, but I always order the rice noodle rolls. The noodle consistency delicious and I love the ratio of noodle to filling with the sauce poured over top. The team here is always nice and there's a little area to wait for a table, or in my case to wait for take-out. I'll have to make an update when I stop in with friends for a bigger meal.

Yelp
We discovered Taste of Original from TikTok! I drove from San Jose to Sacramento to help my daughter move her stuff back home. We were hungry and decided to try Taste of Original. We arrived around 11am. It was not busy yet. We were seated and handed our menus. It didn't take long for us to decide what we wanted. We ordered: - Spicy Cucumber Salad My first time having spicy cucumber salad and it didn't disappoint! Great flavor and had the perfect amount of kick. - Beef Rolls Delicious especially when topped with the house chili oil - Shrimp & Chives Roll They did not skimp on the shrimp! It was yummy as well :) - Stir Fry Choy Sum with Garlic We didn't eat a lot of the stir fry choy sum because we were starting to get full from the other dishes - Braised Pork in Clay Pot This was so good and tender. The perfect amount of food to share between 2 people. I would definitely recommend. After placing our order it got busy. The food came out in a timely manner. Good thing I didn't order the beef chow fun. We ended up taking the cucumber salad and stir fry choy sum home. Service was good. The food was great. The decor was cute. Price was reasonable. I would definitely come back when I'm in the area.

Yelp
This is a cute restaurant. Very bright and with modern decoration. They have a pretty good amount of selections on their menu. We ordered 3 dishes to share. Beef pan fried noodle: The noodle was not crispy enough. The flavors were there. I love beef pan fried noodle but this didnt wow me. BBQ pork & duck rice: We were disappointed to find out that this was not served/cooked in a clay pot even though it is right under their Clay Pot section. They should rename the section if they don't offer any dishes in an actual clay pot. BBQ pork and duck was dry. Chinese donut steamed rice noodle: Chinese donut was overly fried. It was crunchy though. The noodle part was good and really soft. Food, portions, services were all average.

Yelp
My review still stands with the food but I feel the service was off. We put not tip because there was nothing spectacular for the service for me to tip. I don't mind tipping but not if you don't pay attention or don't really do anything. I understand this is an Asian restaurant and I get it but it was VERY unnecessary for our server to run after us with our bill and saying we didn't tip. We specifically put no tip but she wanted a tip. It threw me very off so I just put a tip since I wanted her to leave me alone. I don't think she needed to run after us after we had already left the building. That was very distasteful. I'm a tipper to people who actually service me well but this was not it.

Yelp
Their beef chow fun is pretty good, but I would skip on the roast duck. It was only okay, I wouldn't order it again. My order was mistakenly given to the wrong customer and fortunately they hadn't left the parking lot yet and we traded the orders. Please check your orders before leaving the restaurant, I almost walked out with something that I wasn't expecting.

Yelp
I came here with my family. I've never been here before, but my sister and her family have. They have a lot of variety of noodles and specialize in a rolled noodle. We ordered a variety of different dishes and did family style. I forgot to take pictures of all of the dishes. LOL. All the dishes were pretty good. We had some rice, chow fun, congee, rolled noodles, and a special pan-fried noodle that was shaped into a sphere, or bowl shape with the fixings in the middle of the bowl. Everything was pretty good. I would come again.

Yelp
We have only eaten here twice. And it's the best Chinese food I've ever eaten in Sacramento. Thank you good job.

Yelp
First time trying Taste of Original and it was amazing! Friendly staff and super delicious food. There were 13 of us and we definitely feasted. Here's everything ordered and my rating of it: Pot stickers 8/10 Salt & pepper tofu 10/10 Salt & pepper wings 10/10 Cheese wontons 8/10 Spicy cucumber 8/10 Bbq pork appetizer 7/10 Beef cilantro steam rice roll 10/10 Shrimp chive steam rice roll 10/10 Fujian pan fried noodles 10/10 Beef chow fun 10/10 Walnut shrimp 10/10 Shrimp & tofu on sizzling plate (didn't get to try ): ) Roasted duck 7/10 Honey garlic spareribs 10/10 Sizzling pork intestine (didn't get to try ): ) Salted fish, eggplant in clay pot 7/10 Sweet & sour chicken 8/10 Garlic long bean 10/10 Chinese broccoli in oyster sauce 10/10 Everything was fresh, made in house (even the potstickers skin), perfectly flavored and cooked, and absolutely amazing. I can't believe I didn't know about this place before. I highly recommend and look forward to coming back.

Yelp
Loved the food, from the garlic green beans, to the honey garlic ribs. I came here woth my friends and the food was good. I havent had good chinese food in quite some time. We ordered, garlic green beans, honey garlic ribs, bbq fried rice, shrimp rice noodle, beef and cilantro rice noodles, and fujian rice noodle. Needless to say ill be back.

Yelp
Went for lunch and ordered Fujian crispy noodles and shrimp rolls. Shrimp rolls were good. Fujian noodles was something I had never seen before...nice presentation. It was a little under seasoned but was perfect with a little soy sauce added. I would rather have it be less salty than too salty since it is hard to take away salt. Service was good and very prompt. Restaurant was clean and well maintained.
google avatar

Yelp
Good food and as-expected service. The lap yuk had a buttery flavor - so good! Liver and kidney cooked well and didn't have any funk to them. I have tried other stuff including braised brisket but they weren't nearly ad memorable as the claypot rice and offal. Will def be coming here for these 2 dishes.
google avatar

Michael L.

Yelp
Miss grandma's cooking from Hong Kong? Well you found the right place. The steam noodles are wrinkly, silky, and savory just like the ones in hk. Rest of the dishes honestly feel like food we will get at a family gathering. The salted egg pumpkin dish, the kidney porridge is so sweet! Everything on the menu is just amazing. Come try for yourself. The duck is just ok thou, I like the restaurant across the street more. So don't order duck here. Location: by Rite Aid.
google avatar

Olee L.

Yelp
The best crispy rice noodle in CA and even better than most places in Asia. Rice rolls are also also above average. Add an egg for $1.5, Totally worth it! Steamed Rice dishes tasted normal. Parking space is a bit tight. Park further if you have a nice car.

Yelp
Wow!! What a great place. Drove to Sacramento from Stockton to eat here. The negative reviews about service doesn't bother me as long as the food as good. But from the moment we walked in and then seating us, to ordering, to water refills and checking on us, service is exceptional. I dunno what these other people are talking about. They are so accommodating. I'm literally watching them take care of other guests while I'm writing this review and they are on it. The food was sooo good. Reminds me of being in Hong Kong. I'm definitely making this a regular visit so I can try other dishes. Everything we got was delicious. As I'm walking out, all the servers are smiling and thanking us so yea I don't see a problem with service.
google avatar

Ting L.

Yelp
It was packed when we got there for dinner today, but we only waited about 10 minutes, not bad at all for peak time. They're clearly doing great business. I had the beef and cilantro rice noodle rolls again, so good and super flavorful! Tried the pork innards congee too, and wow, it's seriously the best I've had! My husband got the BBQ pork and roast duck clay pot rice. The roast duck skin was nice and crispy, and the whole dish was delicious. The place is clean and bright, and the service is fast and friendly. If you're into real Chinese food, definitely check this spot out!
google avatar

Yelp
i wanted to try something unusual and more authentic in terms of a "rustic" chinese entree. So what did i order? Well, i ordered their marinated meat rice clay pot. My wait staff tried to direct me towards another entree but i relented and advised her that i know what i ordered. so what is this entree? It is marinated pieces of pig intestines, pig stomach, and pig ears. So how were these pieces of offal? The pig intestines were very good. Tender and flavorful with no "funky" aftertaste. The tripe was also very tender. The pig ears were a little crunchy and served cold..but that is normal. I only wish the rice was cooked longer as a "clay pot" to create that hard crust. but it was not. Overall , my meal was decent.
google avatar

Jenny T.

Yelp
I saw the cute minimal interior to I had to give this place a try. The tables are white with black and white chairs and it was very spacious inside. Our server was really nice and we got our order fairly quickly. The food was amazing! I don't get the chance to get Chinese food often so I'm so glad I came here. We got the cold pig ears, liver, and rice paper rolls with Chinese donuts and shrimp and chives and I must say I'm very impressed. They were all very flavorful so I didn't feel the need to add any additional condiments. I will definitely come back in the future!
google avatar

Yelp
PROS: Clean interior with good, authentic Chinese food. The scallion ginger chicken was addictive and aromatic ($16.95). It's excellent on its own and even better with rice. I also enjoyed the pumpkin & shrimp fried in salted egg yolk batter ($18.95) - generous amount of large shrimps and the salted egg yolk flavor was just right. CONS: I would skip the chili oil chicken (a bit bland and mostly bones; $10.95) and the fish cake with fungus dish (the menu was a bit misleading and we thought it would be actual fish pieces, not fish cakes; $15.95). Overall good but not outstanding or anything special. Service was standard. Easy parking in the big lot out front. Stop by the Japanese bakery in the same complex on your way out!
google avatar

Marie T.

Yelp
Love this place. It's nice and clean. The staff are very nice and the food is absolutely delicious. Will I come here again? Definitely

Shinhwa S.

Yelp
This place is a hit or miss. Some dishes are good like the salt pepper ribs and the conjee while the roast duck is lamentable. Prices are middle of the road. Not too expensive but I wouldn't say it was cheap either.
google avatar

Jennifer C.

Yelp
Delicious meal The rice rolls are 10/10 good! Beef Chow fun was 8/10 Shrimp & Pumpkin Egg was light and crispy 9/10 Mapo Tofu was soft and the sauce was delicious. 10/10 So so good. Can't wait to come back

Yelp
I've been trying to come here since this establishment opened. Walking by numerous times smelling the aromas drifting out makes me think of Old China Town in SF. The menu is a bit small with just a few favorite items. Such as the clay pots and the fried rice. Original the food entrees are the same in other places. Families come here to eat. So it's unusually for just one person to walk in and sit down. The table next to me eat in quietness while the other occupied table feast loudly. Watching them I see Chinese Broccoli, sweet and sour plate, Chinese chicken and a few vegetable dishes passing back and forth. I ordered the sweet and sour pork with rice. The rice is aromatic and delicious. The pork is cooked with the right crunch. As the vegetables are lightly braised. It's a very devastating taste. Bring back memories or old Chinese restaurant I grew up with.

Yelp
Delicious food. We especially like their cherng fun (long steamed rice noodles). Super good.
google avatar

David L.

Yelp
Great food. How do I know? Because my picky Canto parents who knows the Canto restaurant well (with personal and Panda Express experience) actually likes this place. Thanks for the recommendations Miaos! I dare you to disagree with three Canto families and their super Canto palette. Also approved by Koreans too! Great place, great decoration, super chill! Also did I mention they have $100 GCs for $80!
google avatar

Marlene T.

Yelp
This is our new go-to Chinese comfort food restaurant. We drive about half an hour to enjoy their porridge. The fish jok is the best I've had since living in the bay area. The noodles here are cooked to perfection with wok flavor. Their chicken wings are juicy and piping hot when they come out. Highly recommend it for a truly satisfying meal.
google avatar

Gogo W.

Yelp
My family are from Taishan (a small city in Guangdong Province where lots of overseas Chinese in the U.S. are from). This restaurant serves very authentic and tasty Taishanese street food. Many of our out of town friends and family also enjoy the food. Besides the yummy food and specialty dishes, they are very accommodating and the service is good overall. I highly recommend this restaurant! Some good dishes to order are: steam rice noodle roll with beef, cilantro & egg; fried donut; fried fillet with black pepper; steam rice in clay pot; fujian pan-fried rice noodle; Lo Mein with just green onion and ginger.

Yelp
Wanted a homestyle Cantonese breakfast to start the drizzly Christmas Eve day and this hit the spot. The waitresses are all so nice and the food was delicious! Definitely got busy around noon, so it was nice that we got there earlier.
google avatar

Judy N.

Yelp
Everything is always so tasty here. The service is great, people are nice nothing more you can ask for. Delicious comfort food

Yelp
This place feels like a good friend's grandpawpaw's home. And I mean that. Only place where I can find amazing congee. The meats are fantastic and feels like I'm transported in a different country. You can tell this is the spot to go for authentic food. Vibe is bright and straight forward menu. Service is amazing, they make the congee fresh and again, it's the best. I cannot wait to go back. I love this place.

Yelp
Pleasantly surprised to find the nicely decorated interior of this establishment and a stark contrast to the tired look of the previous occupant known as Happy Corner. Service is fast and efficient. The staff is friendly and welcoming, which is another nice surprise compared to the curt and dismissive treatment of many other similar type of restaurants. Food is always fresh and everything we've tried is super tasty and comes in generously sized portion. The fried rice with dried scallops is our favorite dish as it has the perfect balance of spices and not greasy at all. It's similar to the one at Dragon Beaux but even better as you can taste the dried scallops more. The porridge is comforting and also not greasy. The sautéed ong choy or tong choi or morning glory is crisp and tender at the same time, which can be achieved due to the fast cooking and searing heat from the wok. The seafood and tofu clay pot is nicely seasoned and is addicting especially when eaten with warm steamed rice. The empress chicken is done right and has the perfect amount of seasoning which brings out the fresh flavor of the chicken. Their trademark dish of Fujian fried rice noodle is as good as it looks. I never had this anywhere before even when traveling to China so it's another pleasant surprise to find this world class dish in Sacramento out of all places. I highly recommend this place and is now becoming our go to place for family dining.

Yelp
Homey Chinese restaurant. Plenty of parking outside. Next to Dollar Tree. The sign of the restaurant is small and a bit unassuming. Credit cards and Apple Pay are accepted. Bathroom in the back of the restaurant. The food was so good that we placed an order of food to take home for dinner. Cheung fun (steamed rice roll) is the thing to get here. You can add egg for $1.50. I liked the beef better than the shrimp. Maybe because they used smaller sized shrimp. Congee is also popular, but I didn't try it. Mushroom beef comes with some string beans, so this is a good well-rounded dish. Honey garlic spareribs were sweet. I thought it was tasty, but the meat had tiny bones. The satay egg & shrimp chow fun was good too. Service was good. They would refill our waters. They spoke English and Chinese with us. I'd be back!
google avatar

Amy J.

Yelp
Food was excellent! Service was quick! Ambiance was good! The Resto owner came around to check with the customers regarding the service, food approval, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed the walnut shrimp & the salt & pepper fish filets!

Jen L.

Yelp
Excellent service, amazing food. Went with my parents on a weekday afternoon. The restaurant was about 3/4 full, so we were seated right away. We ordered the cheung fun wrapped around Chinese donut, Beijing spareribs, and Fujian pan-fried rice noodles. Everything came out at top speed, and all were delicious. The Fujian pan-fried rice noodles was crispy on top and very flavorful below with lots of meat. The cheung fun with the Chinese donut was soft on the outside but crispy and chewy on the inside--one of the best I've had. The flavor of the Beijing spareribs was amazing, sweet and a little tangy. Meat quality was good with some bone in pieces. Need to go back to try the claypot rice!
google avatar

Eric Y.

Yelp
I really appreciate this restaurant because I'm vegetarian and they accommodated my request with a smile. I ordered the Singaporean noodles and green beans. The green beans were fresh and garlicky. The noodles were flavored well with some added vegetables. The server was really great when she asked if shrimps are ok, to make sure the rush would meet my expectations and I could eat it. I was with my friends who ordered their non-vegetarian dishes. Thank you to the chef and server who did a great job, so I could have a good meal with my friends today.

Yelp
This restaurant looks very clean with white tables and white walls. They recently painted their tables so the tables still have a paint odor. The service is very attentive. Everyone seems nice and was thorough in their explanation on menu items. Food was very tasty. Their hot pot rice casserole is not the same as the regular rice casseroles cooked in the pot. For this restaurant, after the food is cooked, they just put it in a casserole pot like a decoration. It's good but not what I expected. Their steamed rolls, chow fun were very yummy. Can't wait to go back to try something else.
google avatar

Yelp
The food and service is still great. Prices have gone up since my last review but still worth it. This portions and quality isvery good. The food never disappoints.

Yelp
I absolutely love this place! It reminds me of Home! My boyfriend and I used to always go to cafés and barbecue places back in the 626 area. I always get the rice with the barbecue pork and duck. It is literally comfort food to us! We've came here several times, and it has never let us down! Service is fast and efficient you definitely feel the warm vibe.

Yelp
Traditional Cantonese food. Its been a go to when I need jook. I LOVE all their jook. The service was pretty quick if you go to early lunch. The staff were nice and easy going.

Yelp
I am always down to try any new Chinese restaurants and I'm really digging this place. I kept drive past this place and their sign stands out since it's black and yellow. One of my favorite dishes is the fujian pan fried rice noodles. They are known for their steam rice noodle rolls. Eating from here reminds me of my childhood. The parking lot can get pretty packed since there are other popular restaurants next door. Pros: great food, most of the dishes I've ordered has been great. I love their noodles and their clay pots are good. Though I don't recommend the bbq pork and roast duck one, it's not as flavorful since it's steamed. Cons: service is hit or miss. A couple dishes were a little too oily for my taste.

Yelp
Not dim sum anymore, new owners, newly furnished and remodeled a bit inside. Arrived at 10:45am and the place had a wait at 12pm when we left. Not enough employees for sure with a full house of half impatient people. The shrimp noodles- so good!!! Needed a bit more sauce. The noodles don't look like the regular dim sum place because I think they make the noodles themselves. So fresh and chewy. XO fried rice- the sauce is XO- it has chicken and salted preserved fish. Very good as well- wish there was more XO sauce but that stuff is expensive so I understand. Salt and pepper tofu/ so much and so crunchy and hot! Also had the preserved egg and pork porridge- didn't take a picture because we ate it all already. It could be a little saltier but not bad. Need more workers- there's a lot of Togo order. Would come back to try more food. Prices are higher than the old dim sum place for porridge and what not.

Yelp
Food was very mediocre. Pot sticker was disgusting. We ordered clay pot rice , when we asked for more soy sauce, waitress just said use the soy sauce on your rice noodles . Wtf? Are you that lazy to walk to kitchen and get me more sauce? 2 stars was more than this place deserves. We also go 2 plates of rice noodles and they were ok , hence the 2 stars. Service was subpar, these ladies need to get their s'.. together if they expect tips

Yelp
Staff are so friendly here! Please come with consideration of language barrier. Noticed a lot of the sizzling beef plates (fajita) from other customers so I may come back for that next time. Yelp sold me on my order this time: Fujian pan fried noodle entree was so freaking good! 10/10. This is like the Chinese version of a pot pie. Came out piping hot so I took that time to cut up the noodle for easy bites. I loved every single bite. Eggplant clay pot - BOMB! 10/10. I don't know how they did it but they softened the eggplant to where each bite still had some texture. Very few pieces were overcooked/ mushy - which is hard to do!! Plenty of parking in this plaza. Interior is clean and bathroom is clean too. It would help to have some photos around the restaurant of the entrees.
