I went to Taste Of Persia this Sunday and the tea and food was the best Persian food I have ever had!!!! Yes that’s what I said The dill rice the beef Kabab and chicken Kabab both ground was so moist and so full of flavor!!! I can’t wait until I go back again soon! Oops you have two options order off the menu or try the buffet Update I came back four days later and again the food was fantastic!!!!! You gotta try this place for your self! Taste of Persia

Finally, a Persian restaurant with homemade food! I came here with my family last night to try out their buffet and it was a FANTASTIC experience. Such a wide variety of homemade stews, kabobs and side dishes without any preservatives or additives. And best of all is their service. Nadia and Sasan are such a pleasure to speak with, and their little daughter Susan did such an amazing job serving our family. It was so refreshing to see this lovely family helping each other and truly providing great service. I will be coming back more often with my family and friends. Highly recommend this restaurant if you appreciate delicious homemade Persian food in a relaxed, family setting.

EXCELLENT food! I've got to say I was not a fan of Persian food before this but this was excellent. Particularly the Adas soup and Ash reshte were very good. Very kind and friendly staff, and a nice relaxed environment. Honestly pretty cheap compared to other Persian restaurants for a lot better quality. We will definitely be returning again! Also approved by my Persian boyfriend who can confirm authentic recipes!

My book club and I visited Taste of Persia after finishing The Lion Women of Tehran, and it turned out to be the perfect way to continue our journey into Persian culture. From the moment we walked in, the owner and his sister welcomed us with the warmest hospitality. The food was absolutely beautiful and tasted even better. Every dish was rich, flavorful, and clearly made with so much care. We were especially impressed by the generous portions, which allowed us to try and share a variety of plates without feeling rushed or limited. My personal favorite was the beet salad and the bone in chicken. Taste of Persia is more than a restaurant--it's an experience. Our evening was filled with incredible flavors, heartfelt kindness, and a sense of connection to the story we had just read. Highly, highly recommend!

My food starts with greetings. If not greeted warmly, there is no need to eat. Taste of Persia and Cultura Subs are one unit i.e. they share the same kitchen. Cultura Subs is the older business and extended their restaurant to have Taste of Persia too. The staff is very friendly and food is #halal. Subs area has lesser space to eat but the restaurant next to it is reasonably roomy. The menu is a mix of different cuisines. I tried Argentinian Milanesa. It was big marinated thin beef steak deep fried. It was a bit crunchy but can be asked to keep more juicy. The side was Yuka (a.k.a. Cassava root) fries. This is quite fibrous and may be nearly one meal. Also, tried Beef Koobideh wrap. It is more Persian. Next time, I may want to eat with rice. Combined with Mast-o-Musier, it was really good. Prices are reasonable. Just #Mast-o-Musier (kind of Yogurt dip with shallots) was a bit spendy. If you have not tried, do give shot. #MortonGrove #Chicago #food #persiancuisine #travel

Great food and environment for anyone looking to enjoy Persian cuisine. Each dish I ordered was delicious and the people working there are friendly and offer great service. Highly recommend it.

The food was delicious. Having grown up with Persian food at home, we were pleasantly surprised with the quality here. Mohammad was courteous and quick with service. Meat cooked perfectly and very generous portions. Not really a romantic date night spot. But definitely great for lunch or take out. We will be back for more!

My son and I went there to explore what Persian food is all about, and we were delighted with the service, the food, and the atmosphere. The restaurant was not crowded at all on a Monday night. I ordered the.Fesenjan, a meat stew made with walnuts and pomegranate. It was delicious. We learned that Persian food is not spicy, but very flavorful. The portions are very generous, we both took home leftovers.

Finally had a chance to try the newest Persian restaurant, to my knowledge, in the area. I decided to get the Chelo Kabab Combo Koubideh, which came with both Chicken and Beef koubideh, and was pleasantly surprised to have jujeh included as well. Being Persian, myself, I do cook a lot of this at home, but it's nice to step out and try it when I am not cooking it. The rice was so light and fluffy, like Basmati is supposed to be! Perfectly cooked! The flavors in the kababs was very subtle, but absolutely juicy and not dry! I will say that the jujeh needed a little more flavor, I really tasted just the chicken and not much additional anything, it was also very juicy, so no complaints about dry food. The tea was delicious, as well... but I am absolutely a Persian tea fan. There was nothing brought to our table to start us off, no pita or veggies or anything like that. There was also no hummus on the menu, and I love some good hummus! I do want to try a few other things on the menu, so hoping to at least order some take-out from there soon. Its really worth a try and I would love to see more people enjoy the food because I want this place to stick around for a while!

Great little gem of a restaurant. Just 10 minutes from my office. Great authentic cuisine with friendly and welcoming owners/chefs. Loved it!!

Delicious authentic Persian food. Loved the gormeh sabzi and qaymeh bademjan- Just what I came for!

Big fan of Persian food. This place is Not my go-to for Persian kabobs. Meats did not justify price paid.
