Fantastic food overall, with some real standouts. The Stir-Fried Lamb with Green Chili Peppers was easily my favorite dish of the meal. It was delicately prepared, deeply flavorful, and beautifully balanced in both spice and seasoning. Rich without being heavy, it had the kind of depth that makes you want to keep going back for more—I could honestly eat this dish every day and never get tired of it.
The Kung Pao Chicken was enjoyable but more on the familiar side. It tasted good, but the flavors felt more generic compared to the lamb, lacking the same level of complexity or memorability.
The Chopped Pepper Hot Chicken, on the other hand, was excellent and absolutely worth ordering. Bold, well-seasoned, and satisfying, it stood out as another highlight of the meal.
The Mapo Tofu was also very good, with great flavor and an authentic taste profile. It was, however, quite oily. The richness worked to a point, but the dish could be even better if the same depth of flavor were achieved with a lighter hand on the oil.
Overall, a very enjoyable experience with several dishes I would happily order again, especially the lamb and the chopped pepper chicken.
