What a great option for people with dietary needs. They have a wonderful, vegan options. The fruit smoothies were delicious. Very healthy. If you’re looking for a place to get vegan options, this is your price. The only downfall is that they don’t have seating in the restaurant but when you’re out and about shopping, you can just drop in and get what you need.

This thin mint milkshake is the best milkshake I’ve ever tasted! The food is delicious, healthy and filling. Staff couldn’t have been nicer!

I make a point to drop in here every time I’m in Columbia. The chia pudding is incredible and so filling. It lasts me for two meals. I tried the ice cream (vegan) for the first time last time I was there and it knocked my socks off. So dense, so creamy, and guilt free due to all natural ingredients. It was everything I’d hoped it would be and more! Keep up the amazing work Tasty As Fit- y’all rock !! Please open a store front in Charlotte, NC!

This place very good with what I had. Please, please try the snicker bites. They were delicious! Next time I will buy a couple at a time.

My favorite “cheat” treat! I always get their chocolate protein bowl, and either the snicker bites or power balls. Cannot go wrong, either way!

The snicker bites are all I have left of my order from two weeks ago. The food was delicious and different; I'm not vegan. It was a different taste for me but, not bad. I also ordered the rainbow wrap and the broccoli bowl....both were delicious and different for me.

Honest review: I felt the food was very over priced for what I received. I suppose it's the "vegan" thing to be expensive though. Essentially 40$ for one person to have lunch at a take out spot 👀....wrap, veggie salad, and 4 carrot sweet bites. I am sure it was all made the same day. Oh, and I almost got killed pulling out from this place!

After eating clean for a few weeks I wanted something clean healthy and delicious and decided to try tasty as fit. They are conveniently located off of Milwood st. The restaurant was extremely clean and inviting. I chose the sushi which was fishless, a vitality shot and one of their juices everything was really delicious and fresh!

Fantastic plant based grab and go spot! I always order online and everything is so fresh and delicious. Love their smoothies! My fave lunch choice is the chickpea salad wrap. Highly recommend!

So tasty I had no idea it was vegan. I can't say enough great things about this place. It's "grab and go"' style with individual meals. I've tried many of these amazing vegan meals. From the Jennifer Anniston salad, chick pea "chicken" salad, "tuna" sushi... it's all amazing. I'm not vegan, but I could eat here everyday. They have smoothies and fruit bowls, soft serve "ice cream", and usually a few sweet treats like "snicker" bars and chia seed pudding. Their menu changes weekly and it's always exciting to see what's new. Also, they have managed to hire and keep an amazing and professional staff. Kudos to the owner who must be paying livable wages.

Four stars for tasty, healthy, plant-based food and friendly staff. Unfortunately, none of the staff are wearing masks or gloves during the pandemic - even when bringing food to your car. So one star for food safety.

Love TAF! Such a healthy and delicious option for quick pick up and take home. The smoothies are perfect! I love calling ahead and having it ready when I arrive. Reliable and healthy!

I LOVE Tasty as Fit. One could say I'm *obsessed*. I am from Atlanta, but I attend school nearby at USC. I've found that healthy vegan food places are nearly nonexistent in Columbia. I really can't think of any off the top of my head. TAF is a vegan grab and go storefront. They have pre-prepped vegan foods and also offer smoothies without any extra sweeteners. I have loved everything I have tried. My must tries include the vegan sushi, snickers bites, açaí bowl, and jam bars. The owner, Emilie, is so sweet and curates all the recipes herself. She and the staff always make me smile, and I'm always a little happier when I leave. I don't think I get this excited about food from anywhere else. It's definitely a little pricey, but worth it for the real whole foods and smiles!

These are my kind of smoothies. Made with real food. Simple. Fresh. They're not loaded with added sweeteners so it tastes a bit more like a small meal than a dessert.

Great, high quality items. The smoothies are unique, delicious and made with great ingredients! The salads are also good. One note - DO NOT even try to straws they offer. They are absolutely awful, and I'm all for non-plastic straws but not even a drop of liquid could come up from them - absolutely awful. Rather just ask for a spoon or something. Other than that, great stuff!
