I stopped in for business, and ended up staying for the early bird special.
It was a spectacular value. 10/10 I do recommend. It was a full four course meal; I started with soup of choice, then a salad with a nice choice of dressings. I almost couldn't choose there were so many good options.
After those, I had chosen the Seafood Alfredo as the main dish on the waitstaff's recommendation. Again there were many good options to choose from, I was spoiled for excellent choices.
It proved to be my favorite thing. It was rich, creamy, and hot. It also had bay scallops in it along with the other seafood, which I personally love. I had to take much of it home. (Protip: reheat slowly with a little milk and it's perfect like when it came out)
The dessert choices were simple I remember, but almost unnecessary. And for the value of what came before, I wasn't dismayed at all and pickeda nice sorbet.
The only even tiny critique I would give was the timing of course presentation. There were plenty of tables, and I felt slightly rushed when I hadn't gotten through half of one course before the next was presented. But, that's personal preference I realize. I'm a slow eater, I like to savor the experience. Given this, I try to go when places aren't busy so I'm not taking up a valuable table space for a long time during heavy business.
Being that this was preference, of course I still gave above the expected gratuity. The staff was very nice all in all, and the recommendations were valued.
I paired my meal with a bottle of peroni, my favorite Italian beer. I was happy they had it, as well as the orange and lime slice I like to pair it with.
I paid ~$27 for this wonderful dining experience with a 27% tip included. A four course meal, an imported beverage, good service, and a quality atmosphere.
I highly recommend stopping by TaT's if you're in the area. There was a ton of options that looked good on the menu, and if the early bird special is any indication of the rest, I promise you won't be disappointed with their dine in our carry out.
