New England Favorite Tatte Bakery Is Moving Into Downtown Bethesda | Eater DC

"I learned that the 4,000-square-foot downtown Bethesda location plans to open in November at the base of the Wilson and the Elm development, where Boston-based Tatte Bakery and Cafe will sell halloumi breakfast sandwiches, shakshuka bowls served with challah, and other dishes from self-trained, Israeli-born baker Tzurit Or. The cafe will roll out seasonal breakfast, lunch, dinner, and brunch menus, and pastries, bread, cakes, and tarts will be on full display inside a stylish ground-level space that overlooks a huge outdoor plaza." - Tierney Plumb

Google
We used this cafe for breakfast as the hotel breakfast was pathetically expensive bland and expensive. The cafe had a nice selection of food cakes and drinks. It was slightly more then I expected however not a bank breaker compared to other cafes we tried The turkey avocado sandwich was so amazing They made me a cold matcha drink and it was maybe the nicest cold brew I had There was around 10 people that ate here and not one said it was bad, ok we compared to the dungeon hotel restaurant They have free wifi and staff were pretty much around to help with issues

I came here because I read the atmosphere is good. But it was kinda dark inside, while outside is supper sunny and bright. It felt a little depressing honestly. But the coffee was good. Another weird thing is they have the regular big menu on one wall, and after we sat down then saw a smaller special menu on the opposite wall 😂 I would totally want to try the special menu… but saw it too late.

I ordered the prosciutto Parmesan scrambled eggs plate online and got a cold greasy bucket of bacon, bacon grease, and eggs. Came with a bagel. As you can see from the picture not sure if you can call it that. Also, there was NO PROSCIUTTO, which was part of the only reason I ordered this. The “bagel” was also dry and firm. And genuinely everything was soggy with bacon grease. Not my cup of tea. Also, my girlfriend ordered a matcha and it was clearly just the green tea powder and no sweetener or anything. I recommend you find a new bagel recipe, find new packaging, and don’t forget the ingredients that are in the name of the menu item. Thank you.

Google
First time visitor, burning some time and needing breakfast. This is a fairly hip coffee shop outside the Fox 5 office. Floor to ceiling windows, comfortable seats and a bar. It’s nice. There’s a bakery and brunch and breakfast menus. The person taking my order was impersonal as was the person who brought my sandwich but let by coffee sit at the counter for several minutes until it was lukewarm. The flat white was standard fare, nothing special but a good 8oz size. The sausage breakfast sandwich has chorizo eggs and cheese. It’s well sized and a good value for $8. Nice spot with solid food and better prices than you’d expect but the service could be better.

My brother lives close by this Tatte location and we visited for coffee and/or breakfast every day we visited! Great options for anyone whether you want a quick coffee & snack to-go or if you want to sit down for a full breakfast. Highly recommend!

Google
consistently amazing. Lamb pita is so flavorful. All their pastries are delicious. A chain and still keeps its quality top notch!

✨ Tatte Bakery & Café – Worth the Hype? ✨ I stopped by Tatte for a casual bite and left officially obsessed. I ordered their smoked salmon breakfast sandwich on a housemade bun, layered with creamy scrambled eggs, capers, pickled onions, fresh sprouts, and a tangy aioli. The textures and flavors were chef’s kiss — savory, balanced, and satisfying without being heavy. Paired it with an iced matcha latte that was smooth, earthy, and just the right amount of sweet. The vibe? Bright, airy, and chic. Perfect spot for catching up with a friend or zoning into work with a solid playlist and great food. 🧡 Rating: 9/10 📍 Location: Tatte Bakery & Café ☕️ Must-try: Salmon sandwich + iced matcha latte Would I go back? Absolutely.

We had a nice visit to Tatte in Bethesda, but I have to share a little funny moment. I wanted the Smoked Salmon, Avocado & Egg Sandwich—without the egg. When I asked, they told me it wasn’t possible. We asked if they could check with the chef and came back to say “no, we can’t do it”So, we asked if there was anything similar, and it turns out there was: the Smoked Salmon & Avocado Toast, which already came without the egg! I didn’t see it on the menu at first, but I thought, why not just suggest the alternative instead of saying it can’t be done? It gave me a good laugh, and in the end, I got what I wanted. The toast was really good—fresh ingredients, great flavors, and the green herb dressing was a nice touch. Also, my mocha latte was quite lovely and hit the spot. Would I go back? Definitely. Next time, I’ll just know what to ask for!

Yelp
Autumn Treats- Cake & Pies -Sweet! This week Tatte Bakery filled w/Autumn Treats! I sampled the season-A Delicious Assortment. The Cinnamon Walnut Coffee Cake-rich dense not too sweet w/a warm cinnamon/sugar swirl. The Honey Apple Pie-fresh tender apples flavored w/cinnamon/honey in a buttery honey crust. Last but not least the Maple Pecan Pie-dense buttery crust filled with/equally dense fresh crunchy pecan mixed w/maple syrup. A decadent autumnal pie. Prompt courteous customer service & beautiful "to go" packaging. See Photos!

Yelp
I think i haven't yet found what's good here as the menu is extensive but not everything delivers. The lamb shakshuka was a disappointment. The toast was too buttery and not conducive to dipping, the sauce tasted just like canned tomatoes, and the lamb kofte weren't very flavorful, let alone spiced, and the eggs were overcooked and not at all runny. I've had the salmon rice bowl before and it's tasty but a bit heavy and oily. The salads look pretty fresh and the baked goods look beautiful so maybe those are better bets. This tatte is fairly sizable with a good number of outdoor tables.

Yelp
Tatte is always a consistent lunch option. I have been to many locations but was excited to visit this new to me location. A few months ago (or at this point maybe longer) Tatte changed their coffee and it's very good now. I enjoyed my coffee and egg plate! Everyone in my party was very happy with what they got.

Yelp
Oh, if I could count the times I've been to Tatte, it'd read like a love story. I love you for your pastries--chocolate, pistachio, rich little flavor bombs. I love you not... when I promise myself I'll just get coffee. (I never do.) Your coffee? Toasty when warm, silky when iced. Even your chocolate chip cookies break like poetry--soft, melty, perfect. Each bite is a moment I want to stretch out forever. This location? One of the cleanest. But every Tatte I've stepped into in the DMV feels like a French bakery locked in time--white tiles, morning smells, quiet elegance. It's my guilty pleasure, especially since no one in my family bakes. Whether I'm taking a stroll with friends or rushing to work, you're always the right stop. So yes, I love you, Tatte. OK, I said it.

Yelp
Another wonderful Tatte. Like all their locations, the service is friendly and excellent, the space is inviting and comfortable, and the beverages are delicious. Today I had the seasonal ginger date oat milk latte, and my friend has the pistachio latte. We were both swooning after a single sip of our respective drinks. Tatte Bakery is one of the few real pleasures and wonderful things I will miss about living in the DC area.

Yelp
This was my first time visiting a Tatte bakery. A friend and I came here to catch up, and we were both positively overwhelmed with the many options for baked goods and drinks. It took me quite a while to make a decision, but I ordered a chicken pita, nutella cookie sandwich, cheesecake, and an iced chai latte. Everything tasted amazing, and I was most definitely happy with my choice.

Yelp
I absolutely love both the food and drinks at Tatte. It's my favorite place to go for a good cappuccino, and their main meals are sooo good. Most recently I had the farro, corn, and avocado bowl, adding grilled salmon. It tasted fresh and flavorful. Their eggplant brisket couscous dish is also one of my favorites. The only downside is that sometimes it's a bit of a wait. On a Saturday morning/afternoon, it's not unusual to wait about 15-20 minutes for a coffee drink. They try to be as fast as possible, but they just get really busy.

Yelp
Multigrain loaf is absolutely delicious, outside is perfectly crisp while inside of bread is so soft and delightful. There's a variety of seeds as well, and they are toasted to perfection. Pear tart was very lovely, half of a Bosch pear inside, a bit sweet for a dessert. The Kouign-amann is akin to a brioche, with a ton of sugar on the bottom, very flaky and nice texture. Black sesame latte had a ton of sesame! Just make to stir before trying. For a pickup order, I was late due to the snow on the road, so the manager actually remade my coffee for me. Warning about parking in front of the bakery, very tough to find spots! Do not park in front of the shop, or you will get a ticket.

Yelp
Service - the service was amazing, staff supported us in making selections, was super personable and helpful. Food - 1. Lamb Meatball & Labneh Shakshuka Tomato and bell pepper sauce, eggs, lamb meatballs, and peppadew peppers topped with spicy labneh and parsley. Served with housemade challah bread. (1230 cal, Contains: Wheat, Milk, Egg) My friend ordered this and I'm lowkey mad, this was amazing! 10/10 The sauce was so flavorful and the spices did not overwhelm me. It does have a slight kick, so if you're sensitive to heat, beware! 2. Lamb Hash Lamb cooked with warm spices sautéed with potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, pickled red cabbage, and then topped with a poached egg and green dressing. Served with roasted garlic labneh, tomato salad and our housemade challah. (930 cal, Contains: Wheat, Milk, Egg, Soy) This is dish was was full of flavor and the poached egg was a nice tough. 8/10! The sweet potato had a cinnamon nutmeg taste that did take away from the overall experience of this dish. Ambiance - This location was so cute and clean with plenty seating and natural sunlight. Things to consider- street parking is limited but there is a garage next door at the Wilson with $13 parking for 1 hour, $17 parking for 2 hours.

Yelp
My first visit to a Tatte location. I've been intrigued by their wide windows and perfectly posed pastries. There is a nice array of pastries and breakfast sandwiches. I got a slice of the lemon poppy loaf and halloumi sandwich. I expect the sandwich to have more halloumi. I'm a cheese fan so that would have elevated the taste. The poppy loaf tasted great in the restaurant but stale as the same day leftovers. The location was clean and service was good. The cashiers were quick to move the lines alone.

Yelp
The interior is very nice but unfortunately I didn't think the food was particularly good. The best item was the Lamb Hash, which was pretty decent, but the Turkey sandwhich was just ok and the museli and raspberry cheesecake were bad. The house latte and chai latte were both worse than the food - if stopping by I'd recommend skipping the drinks here.
google avatar

Yelp
Aesthetically pleasing bakery like cafe! Wide selection of pastries to choose from with menu options as well! Was pretty busy the few times I've been here. I always end up ordering at least 3 things just to try everything out!

Yelp
I really enjoy Tatte bakeries. After hearing that our usual coffee stop had closed in Bethesda Row, I was happy to discover Tatte gave us a new place to come to during our coffee bike rides. I ordered a mini chocolate and raspberry cake with a cappuccino. They gave me a number that I took with my table so the server can locate me. It wasn't extremely busy, but they had a steady stream of people. So the coffee and treat don't come out too quickly. But the wait wasn't too bad. They have a good amount of tables inside. They also have some tables lining the outside of the shop. This is where we chose to sit to enjoy the fresh air. The chocolate raspberry cake was a nice small bite/treat to give me the sweet boost I needed for my ride back home. I chased it down with the cappuccino, which had enough boldness and flavor without being dulled by the milk. Tatte always has a nice display of treats. They also serve food, which I haven't tried yet, but hear it's good. I'll have to come by one day when I have more time for a meal. My friend did get the asparagus tart, which she enjoyed.

Yelp
This is a order at counter coffee shop and french bakery with a expanded menu. The selection is Paris worthy. The service is order at counter, take a number type. Nice people. We ordered breakfast and it took about 12 minutes to get the order. not bad. It's a lovely white tile interior. All hard service. Clean. Does not come off as a place one could linger for hours at but nice. It was $17.50 PP with full breakfasts and espresso drinks. Good Value Now, the thing that sets is apart is the food which is artfully prepared and delicious.

Yelp
Great place for a quick stop and go or for a brunch. There are a lot of open spots indoors and outdoors. The quality of the food, pastries and drinks are all very good. Aesthetic and modern look. Came here with a friend and ordered two cortados. Little spill of the cortado when being served. Service is a hit or miss.

Yelp
I love Tatte (despite the prices). But I've ordered UberEats from this specific location (Bethesda) multiple times and 50% of the time THEY COMPLETELY MISS ITEMS. These are not complicated orders ... but the items are simply not there. It is so frustrating. Each time it happens I swear I'm not going to order again and then several weeks/months later I'm busy at work so succumb to the temptation again only to be irritated AGAIN at getting an incomplete order despite being charged a ridiculous amount. This time the receipt itself SHOWED only two out of seven items "checked" off. The other five unchecked items were the ones missing. To add yet more insult to injury, the lid on the soup was loose so there was soup all over the bottom of the bag it was in as well as the container. I am so annoyed at this point that I probably shouldn't be posting this review angry but this has been a repeated issue with this specific location and I don't know where else to give folks a head's up on what appears to be a complete disregard for proper care and food handling or quality control for delivery orders. Honestly, Tatte Bethesda, what the heck.

Ziqing C.

Yelp
The food here is amazing, especially for the price. The drinks are also delicious, I loved the seasonal summer Peach & Mint Refresher. My BLAT sandwich was really tasty and my friend loved her shakshuka. Overall the food feels delicious but also healthy, there's no greasy feeling. I love Tatte so much, it's a great spot to bring your friends and relax, or to bring your laptop and study. The atmosphere is calming and the music isn't too loud. The servers are all well mannered and super kind. Definitely recommend!

Yelp
Good but not great. I stopped by the bakery this morning. The space is light and airy and clean. Lots of customers were pouring in. The service was fast and attentive. I had a croissant that was nice and buttery, but the outside was not flaky and crisp. I had a morning Bunn that was Sugary with a nice taste of cinnamon, but was slightly tough. I also had a cherry almond pistachio tart that was slightly dry. The baked items were good, but not great.
google avatar

Frank Y.

Yelp
We often order the chicken salad sandwich from here for delivery, it is one of the best fast casual sandwiches served in Bethesda as the chicken is fresh and the mayo base is not too rich. Might have been 5 stars at one point but pricing has gone up and portions have decreased while recipe seems to have changed slightly . Also a great venue with lots of lighting and table space to hold meetings or other conversation if you want to go there ...
google avatar

Esmeralda G.

Yelp
Social service! The parking lot where Tatte Bethesda is located has a $13.00 fee if you park less than two hours but there are other two public parking that charge $1.50 per hours! Also the Tatte location is very small ... food, coffee and pastries great as always
google avatar

Nneka W.

Yelp
I'm a sucker for a good breakfast sandwich! Tatte's Breakfast Sandwich with a croissant, and an over easy egg, was everything I needed it to be. It normally comes on sourdough, so I will try that next. I also ordered their iced matcha, nothing special, but perfect for a quick boost without the jitters. I like the openness of the restaurant but there is little seating. It's more of an in and out type of situation. Parking is beast so be aware.
google avatar

Gerald S.

Yelp
Food was good. I expected as much. I wasn't expecting the tight place and the multiple people hoarding tables with a coffee and their computer. One guy was hogging a 4 top with just a glass of water. No bueno Management should have told him buy a meal or stand and wait. He was there 20 min before his friends showed up. The food is good and when the weather is warm there are outdoor tables. But I would not recommend this place for a sit down in the winter. There are not enough tables for the popularity and people using free WiFi are in abundance.
google avatar

Irene M.

Yelp
The place is beautiful, the service was really good, and the food was amazing! Before, I've just ordered from Uber Eats, but today I decided to go. I ordered a pistachio latte and loved it. I also decided to try the Lamb Meatball & Labneh Shakshuka, and I was surprised by how great it tasted and how it was all presented. I will definitely come back!!
google avatar

Jenny Mae S.

Yelp
Love this Tatte, but my goodness is it a pain and a half to park unless you use the garage. Every pastry staple is beautiful and delicious -- the candied orange cake, for example. The coffee is consistent and very good. Their baristas have made fantastic latte art in the past (Halloween comes to mind) and I've always had good experiences with the service staff. This spot is always loud but that's unsurprising and honestly expected given how busy they are.
google avatar

Roberta R.

Yelp
Tatte is my go to whenever I'm back in the dMV visiting friends and family. Coffee, pastries, sandwiches., soups etc. I've had the best iced beet latte at Tatte.

Angela F.

Yelp
Chai was decent, I liked that it wasn't sweet. I liked the strawberry turnover, the strawberry jam inside was very fresh tasting. I also enjoyed the Kouign-Amann. Line moved fast. It took a little bit to get the drinks when dining in but that was ok. Super cute and very big inside
google avatar

Yelp
As someone from Boston, I absolutely love Tatte-- and was thrilled to see it come to the DC area. I stopped by for an iced black tea, a classic and one of my favorites. The tea was of good quality and tasty, but it wasn't really iced-- more cooled down. It would have been a five star rating for more ice.

Yelp
I went on a Sunday morning with a friend and it was crowded but we were quickly able to find high seats against the wall. We placed our jackets down to save our seats while we ordered. Our food and drinks came pretty fast and were brought out by the staff. Both the staff who took our order and delivered our food were friendly and helpful. I ordered the traditional Shakshuka. It had a ton of flavor, the eggs were cooked perfectly, and it was served with 3 large toasted pieces of challah. My friend got the Croissant Breakfast Sandwich. It had the perfect balance of cheese, egg, and vegetables.
google avatar

Stephanie S.

Yelp
I can't wait to come back! Tatte has a really cute, really clean & fresh atmosphere. The first thing I noticed were the amazing pastries. There were so many that looked delicious, but we got the fruit box that had a delectable cream filling & a pain au chocolat that was perfectly flaky. To eat we got a breakfast sandwich and the lamb meatball shakshuka with challah bread, which were both incredible. To drink, we got an americano & their fig, lemon, mint soda. The espresso was a flavorful light roast, and the soda was refreshing. We'll definitely be back, and I can't wait to try more from the menu.

Yelp
We love the ambiance of this cafe! A mixed of corporate and locals dine here. The avocado croissant was almost guilt free and so delicious. The cakes and coffee were also good. The service was up to par.
google avatar

Saly T.

Yelp
Had the traditional shakshuka, and it was delicious. It was perfect for breakfast with creamy eggs and feta cheese. The sever was really nice and made sure we had everything we had ordered! The place would be nice if it had more tables for four but other wise it was a cute little place! The bakery here was delicious too! Had some bake goods to go!
google avatar

Claire Y.

Yelp
Love the French toast... wish there's more stuff besides just eggs on the "Eggs on the hole" but everything tasted delicious - latte is pretty spot on too. Love the ambiance. It's bright and chic. Servers are attentive and you have to grab your utensils and water yourself. But I didn't mind that.
google avatar

Lesleigh P.

Yelp
Met a client here for lunch, it was quite crowded, but we were able to find a place to sit! We enjoyed a fruit box, lattes and two of the tuna salads. After we ate my client decided to gather a bunch of desserts to take home to her family, and the cashier was less than patient with her. I found the experience kind of annoying, because she wanted to make a nice box, and the cashier kept insisting on putting everything in little small boxes. She was impatient with the ordering process while my client chose what she wanted, and I didn't appreciate that. I understand that it's stressful to be a counter worker in a place that busy, but kindness goes a long way. It's not like she was only choosing couple of items, she ended up with about eight things. Overall, I would eat here again, but I might choose to order online.

Yelp
-matcha latte came unsweetened -service was lackluster -tiny space and always so busy

Yelp
If you don't have time to read: This is an amazing upscale cafe! You can take a guest from out of town or a date to and you will good! ;) Order and try different things with confidence because so far, they didn't fail me! Look for their new locations around you, they are expanding! Expensive? Maybe! But it's worth it! Info that doesn't matter to you: In 2016, the founder & Ex CEO of Panera Bread and Au Bon Pain, Ron Shaich, bought a 50.01% stake in Tatte. Tatte Bakery & Café is an American-Mediterranean gourmet fast-casual bakery and café founded by Israeli-born Tzurit Or While it doesn't really matter to you but that's what made Tatte amazing today, one of my favorites and a place I wish to see everywhere that could replace my reliance on panera or starbucks for me or imagine America runs on Tatte? Lol Tatte vibes are unique! With the mosaic tiles and the famous iconic location name tile - they put the location name on a nice mosaic tile at every location - it gives me classic retro 50's & 60's vibes! Which I love & adore! But if the story stopped here, then I wouldn't waste my money - a lot of money - on each visit to Tatte! The Mediterranean items they have made Tatte my dream place came true ! My usual is any of the Shakshukas, and either Espresso or Nitro Cold brew depends on my mood or the season! My friends tried different items and they loved it! The Shakshukas come in the pan! Hot and fresh! With delicious base , eggs, and bread on the side! I love how they are flexible about adding eggs with extra charge! That's fine with me! The desserts look amazing! The baked items look amazing and come in a big portion ! I love the take-home products too, and my favorite is the spicy labneh! The store is clean , the staff is very nice all the time! The outdoor seats are pretty nice! The seats around the barista like bar seats are nice! I really like this place indoor , outdoor, staff, food and drinks! Everything! Try it, vote for the review , message me, or compliment me with any comment or question, and don't forget to ... Pray for me ;)

Yelp
I would like to say that I used to be a huge supporter of Tatte, specially for the one DuPont Circle and this location (Bethesda) since their openings, because I truly enjoyed their meals and the overall vibe of the place, but lately they keep disappointing me? Flavors, portions and even the service is not that great. Price wise is alright? I can still make me a Shakshuka for less than $10 bucks and delicious for sure. We went around 3PM today, which was not crowded at all (it was past lunch time rush and too early for dinner rush), and we got our orders fast. Desserts are always brought first, Tiramisu creamy and sweet, seem fresh from the day. My mocha latte, I requested almond milk, but got it with whole milk. The Shakshuka, was small portioned, the eggs were already cooked through so the yolk was harder than "gooey", the flavor of the tomato stew was decent but not outstanding, and requested sourdough bread for it, still got their challah. I always understand when the place is packed with people and by that you can expect not getting your order right, but it's upsetting when it's not and you can really tell, the business doesn't care. Anyways, this location I will always recommend if you just want to chill and work/do your homework, grab a coffee and something from their freshly baked items (their chocolate rosette bread is really good when freshly baked). Just in case they do not have a microwave or an oven, so take that in consideration, if you do want to get your pastry heated.

Yelp
Loud atmosphere, not enough seating for a Sunday morning. Customers will be on the watch for a table. Otherwise, lovely place. Tried the lamb meatball shakshuka for the first time and loved the combinated of richness and flavor. Sweets presented were eye-catching and service was nice and quick. Just wish there was more seating. Oh and the flooring was interesting.

Yelp
I stopped by Tatte Bakery and Cafe for small get together. Overall, I thought the cafe was pretty conducive for our meetup of about 10 people. The cafe has a pretty large, open, spacious, and clean area. Although I only had coffee during my event, I did order a couple of pastries to go. For my to-go order, I went with an individual sized cheesecake and coffee caramel mousse. Both items were about $8, which I think is about standard in terms of pricing for the area. The desserts were tasty, but they were not anything out of this world (no hate intended). Overall, the staff were pretty friendly.

This is absolutely one of my favorite go to places for breakfast and lunch! Hands down the best turkey sandwich with sprouts and avocado, salmon, raspberry tea cake and pear tarts (seasonal). The service is always friendly and they're clean, I haven't been to a location I didn't enjoy. When you thought the bakery and food was great they have wonderful tea's and coffee's.

Yelp
I felt undressed in this fancy little bakery this morning. Everyone was so well polished and I looked like a bum lol. For whatever reason it seemed like all the rich people stopped here today for pastries and coffee. I got two breakfast sandwiches with bacon and eggs fried hard and I devoured mine before I even thought about taking a picture which isn't normal for me lol. My husband also enjoyed his breakfast sandwich which was the exact same. He also got a cup of coffee and said it was the best he's had in a while. He drinks his coffee black so he hates when it tastes like dirt lol. In total I paid $20 and some change, typical pricing for Bethesda. The place was busy and clean. The staff was friendly and patient with me because I didn't know what I wanted lol. They have so much to choose from so I was overwhelmed because the pastries look so good. The parking isn't that great here but there is street parking and garages near by.

Yelp
Savory French Toast is not good. Bread was very hard. I also added sausage to the order. I spit that out immediately

Yelp
The only place to get a black sesame latte. I was surprised by the fact that the espresso was more apparent this time. Most traditional black sesame lattes don't have coffee in them, so I was surprised. The brownie was very dangerous--thick, sweet, and decadent. It would have been nice if it was warm and not just the plate that I was handed. The chocolate caramel tart was less sweet on the outside, but sweet in the middle. Overall, good latte, some good pastries, and a solid location to study and do work (although it can be a little loud).

Yelp
As much as I usually like Tatte, this location could use work. I get the sense that it's not as well-managed as it should be. I came in on a week day for some coffee and a sandwich. When I came in, Tatte was pretty much empty apart from a few UberEats drivers who were waiting for their customers' orders. The coffee came out quickly. However, the sandwich took 20-25 minutes. Others waited even longer (one driver said he'd been waiting for 45 minutes). We were all very confused because we could see straight into the kitchen, and nobody was working. At one point, all the chefs left their stations--at which point the drivers and I started asking the staff if our orders were being made. The staff seemed lost. A woman (who I assume was the manager) didn't seem to care or leave the kitchen, apart from one moment when a customer expressed his frustration and she came out to yell at him. It was quite a circus. Turned out my sandwich was either never made or given to another customer. It took several inquiries before one staff member cared enough to check with the chefs.

Yelp
A lot of variety on the menu, including options for vegetarians. Delicious looking pasties. Maybe next time I'll indulge in a sweet.
