Tattersall Distillery River Falls

I came here a couple of times and love this place! They have good choices for their happy hour for both food and drinks. We came here for lunch during my last visit here and had the bacon fat-washed old fashioned that was on their seasonal menu, along with the lunch special sausage & mushroom pizza with a bowl of red bell pepper bisque soup. The food was phenomenal and so was the drinks.

If you enjoy a well-made drink in a modern rustic environment, this place is for you. The design and feel of this place really elevates the experience. The drinks so far are exactly what I would want and expect. Great balance, but you can definitely tell that you had one. My pizza was a perfect size for a hungry adult male, and the meat pizza was very tasty. Will have to come back for more drink options since there are so many.

I’ve been to Taco Bell locations with better service than this place. Our server only came by three times—once to take our order, then 20 minutes later when she admitted she had forgotten our order and never placed it, and finally to drop off the check. One of the wait staff actually brought our food. Nobody ever checked on how our meals or drinks were, and the burger came out overcooked. For the price the food was mediocre at best. The only redeeming factor was that the cocktails tasted good and the host staff were kind when seating us.

Love the atmosphere. Great drinks and food. Tried their Old Fashioned, Truffle Fries were excellent, Cheese curds, split a burger. Friends had a flat bread appetizer and beet salad. Everything was done very well. Shop the store for small bottles of their spirits to taste or gift.

Truffle fries were to die for!! Best I’ve had. Great cocktails, beautiful outdoor dining, taste matches price. Highly recommend.

First time at Tattersall. As a chef, restaurant connoisseur, and traveler, I am so happy to say that this place is very unique, with great personality, great dishes, and excellent service, particularly the young waiter who served us, very professional but also with a level of education and knowledge that is rare. On another note, the drinks are local and the spirits have been distilled on-site for years. Excellent quality in all aspects of the preparation of the alcoholic beverages. The dining room is very well-defined and coherently demonstrates the relationship between the food service and a very well-established and spacious bar. The only thing I have to mention is that, unfortunately, I found the restaurant's manager on duty to be not very friendly for her position. I approached her to compliment the enterprise and express my opinion about this wonderful place. Sadly, she should have a little more PR for her position.

This is the unique distillery that offers wide range of spirits. As you walk around you can tell that it’s built by passion of the owners. One of the most green and sustainability distillery that I’ve ever seen. Solar cell roof and the process including feeding cattle with spent grains. You can easily stock your bar with nothing but their products. They have a world class restaurant attached. Plenty of parking and staff were friendly and helpful with questions we had. Keep up the good work. Cheers.

I can only comment on food as I am not much of a drinker anymore Although the wife and daughter each had a different drink and both were good they commented. I ordered the walleye which was very average, the fries were Luke warm, the coleslaw was nothing special. Also ordered the lobster soup, it was warmer then the fries but barley, had good flavor. Daughter ordered the truffle fries which again were warm and nothing special the wife ordered steak bites medium rare and they came to table as medium, no pink in centers. Service was very good, food came out quickly. The restaurant is nice and modern. Owners really need to get a handle on food, nothing will drive people away faster then food not coming out hot and being in a not so great location you can’t afford to loose customers.
