The Private Dining Directory - Seattle - The Infatuation

"A successful event for us is sitting with a bunch of happy people surrounded by bowls of delicious pasta like cacio e pepe. If you feel the same way, reserve the mezzanine at Tavolata in Belltown—this area in the restaurant is completely covered with dark wood and candles." - aimee rizzo

I’m a regular here. Their Happy Hour Rigatoni with light salt is the best! Today, my server, Morgan, went above and beyond and surprised me with a candle for my birthday dessert. What a lovely touch! I love this restaurant—the vibe, the food, and the service are all amazing. Highly recommend this place! 😍

This is a very delicious and hip restaurant. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, giving honest answers about their favorite dishes. You can tell they are excited about the food in this restaurant. Everything we ordered was immaculate and perfectly plated. The mocktail I ordered was divine and they had N/A beer. We ordered the smoked fish on toast, the beef Carpacio Salad with anchovy aoli, the Beet salad with whole walnuts and a whole side of the bowl smeared with a very sufficient amount of whipped ricotta and the perfect spicy sausage rogatoni. We finished with a nice strong espresso and the best homemade tiramisu I have ever had. All along with a very clean, modern atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating, in addition to a rentable private dining room. This place greatly exceeded our expectations. I cannot wait to go back for more.

Stopped in on Christmas Eve with my family and really enjoyed their apps & pasta. We loved the beets, meatballs and focaccia! Also tried several pasta dishes and they serve big portions, with pasta made in house (and you can tell! The texture is perfection). We didn’t love the tiramisu, but we are pretty picky. I appreciate they use lady fingers instead of cake, but some weren’t soaked through with espresso and it needed twice the cream. Still yummy though! We will be back! Happy Redmond has another great Italian spot.

We happened to arrive during happy hour in the afternoon, so we ordered cocktails and pasta — everything was delicious. The ambiance was great, and everyone was super friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back!

First time at Tavolata, was blown away by the food. We tried the beets (SO amazing), the bread, olives, papardelle (my personal favorite) and the rigatoni! The pasta is made fresh in house, and the service was impeccable. Ginger was so thoughtful, helping us celebrate a birthday, giving intentional menu recommendations and having such a sunny demeanor. I will definitely be back!

Decent spot to go to in Redmond but there are far better options for Italian! Their Gnocchi was good and atmosphere was very nice and welcoming! Reason for 3 stars aside from decent food is due to immediately charging 20% service charge for a party of just 2! I tip even with the worst service at least 10% so it’s not the percent they are charging but automatically charging and providing average service and the audacity to say “No tip is needed” was a bit of a turn off!

The happy hour menu is incredible - the pappardelle is not only delicious, but a steal of a deal at $17 ($29 on the regular menu). The cocktails are great as well. Our server was Ginger who is the best! So kind and fun. Highly recommend!

Amazing food and great vibe! We had the Tonnarelli and Pappardelle—both were outstanding. The lemon zest on the Tonnarelli added such a bright touch, and the beef ragu on the Pappardelle was rich and flavorful. Loved the open kitchen and modern decor too. Friendly staff and excellent service. Definitely coming back!
