Taylor Shellfish Oyster Bar

We had the absolutely best time here! The food was amazing and the staff were friendly and very professional. My favorite dish was something brand new, called gooey duck! It's the largest burrowing clam in the world! The body tastes like scallops, and the siphon, or mouth, more like calamari. The caesar salad was piled so hi and with fresh homemade dressing and anchovies, if you want them.

Decided to stop in after a relative mentioned this restaurant. Was looking for great clam chowder, but they only have geoduck chowder which was fine, never had it before. Menu is small but pricey, didn’t have any of the shell fish since my daughter doesn’t eat it so couldn’t comment on their oysters.

This place was amazing. The oysters were perfect. And they made a modified French 75 just the way I like um. We loved it so much we went 2 nights in a row while visiting Seattle. So, so good. And such kind and patient servers. Love this place. We will definitely be back.

We haven't been to this branch for over 5 years. Came back and had almost the same thing we had last time. The food is still great. The service was good. It's a pricey place but the seafood is extremely good. We will return in the future.

Was looking for local seafood and there menu hit the spot. Bright and fresh. The pickled veggies and olives paired well with everything. I'm sober so enjoyed a non-alc beer and my colleagues a Muscadet. Server was a bit of a mood but we didn't let that bother us. My colleagues enjoyed oysters. The smoked Oyster dip sooo good.

Along the road. Only negative point, if you like eating outside. Good fresh food expecially seafood and Oyster. Do not go if childrens with tout ( no Kids menu...).

Came for happy hour while site seeing in the area. Great deals! Good food and friendly staff. Nice happy hour selections.

Had high hopes for the restaurant but they fell very flat very fast. We did not feel welcomed right from the host stand which carried through to our blunt server. He didn’t provide insight into the menu and answered our questions with yes or no without elaboration. Tea Thyme cocktail was fantastic as were the oysters and smoked oyster dip. Ordered the crab risotto and had to send it back because it was mushy, bland, and sour. I would recommend this place for HH drinks and oysters but spend your money elsewhere for dinner.
