Babyyyyyyy listen the birria pizza is soooo good and the pineapple Fresca myyyy goooodnnesss. The pizza is about $38 and the drink $7 but it is welll worth it. Get it lol you won’t regret it

Went to the Buda location. As always the food is AMAZING! Tried their Agua Fresca pineapple and watermelon this time. Both were also delicious. Just wish the seating area was more accommodating especially during these hot summer days. Picnic tables are under the sun with no shade. I like the fact that I can order ahead and just pick up and pay when I arrive.

The QuesiBirria tacos were a bit better, the cheese really came through to save the day but again that broth knocked it down a few points. The highlight I have to say was the Sandia agua fresca both in flavor and presentation. I would definitely want to go back to try their Birria Melt. Food truck located at Nylita Plaza on FM 2001. You have to order 4 Birria tacos at a time but very tasty and delicious leftovers.

This place is right next to a gun shop parking lot along with another food truck. Services were quick, menu was self-explanatory and food were absolutely delicious. This relatively small establishment is truly a hidden gem in South of Austin, Texas. I think it’s pretty under the radar at the moment, but can see it blowing up relatively soon! I had tacos and the melt on these specific order, but also enjoyed the quesadilla in the past.

The birria tacos here are the real deal. My family and I are partial to CJ Tacos, and on this day it was just a little too far for us. We made the right choice, like I always tell our kids "you have to try the food first before making a decision".. And this day we did, Holly crap their birria noodles, I highly recommend everyone try. I was told they have been making their birria tacos for some time, and truth be told they have mastered the art of cooking FN amazing food... The only negative I have to mention is they don't make rice n beans.. Buttt there's another truck next to Tejas (forgot the name) and their homemade rice n refried beans again the real deal.

It's a food truck wayyyyy out in East Kyle. We had to take a lot of hilly winding roads from west Buda over to it, but each order comes with 4 hearty birria tacos and a cup of the sauce that you dip them in. We got 2 orders and the whole family really liked them. It was definitely a winner. Service is fast since you order online or at the window and they have a small built out patio in front of the truck so not much for ambiance but it's nice if you want to eat your food fresh and made on the spot. We grabbed our order and brought it home. I would recommend as you can't always find birria tacos in this Kyle/Buda area.

Delicious we try the 12 " quesadilla and regular birria tacos, they were the bomb! Consomé was so yummy, everything very fresh.

Delicious, crispy, very generously filled Birria tacos and excellent consommé. Friendly service. Generous sauce and side provisions. This is currently the family fave for Queso Birria.

I come from Cali so good Mexican food is hard to find here in TX but Tejas Birria is spot on with their birria! Tried it for the first time to cure my hangover and it did the job. Definitely coming back whenever I'm craving some fire birria

I've had this place on my watch list ever since I saw someone post about a Birria Grilled Cheese Sandwich. This is a family owned business with two locations, I visited the Buda location. The guy taking my order was great and I ordered the Birria Melt...Texas Toast filled with tender Beef Birria and cheese with onions, cilantro, green salsa, and a cup of consommé. This is a SIGNIFICANT sandwich and the flavors are incredible. The beef is so tender and the marinade used gives it great flavor that shines through everything. When you add all of the other ingredients to the sandwich and dip it into the consommé, you will experience a Birria religious moment! Plus...I washed it down with a Mexican Coke!!! They also have Birria Tacos, Pizza, Quesadillas, and Ramen...the owner has really gotten creative. I had a chance to talk to Alex for a moment and told him he exceeded my expectations for this sandwich. I hope I can stop here one more time before heading home.

These quesibirria tacos did NOT disappoint!! Made to order fresh and hot. This is a taco truck so there's no seating area but that didn't stop me from eating in the truck! Definitely check them out if you are in the Buda/Austin area. Service was great, little bit of a wait but I mean they are making them as they are ordered and after the first bite you won't mind! I will be back for sure!

Food is always hot and juicy! So delicious! You get so much food for a great price. Highly recommend

Food was delicious, we got the quesabirria tacos and strawberry and cream aqua fresca.

Let me just start with... then hitchu with the and from that first glance opening the container a little then after that first bite we were like . We experienced a lotta ... man it was good!!!! We will definitely be back for some more. We got here 20min till closing so no aguas frescas but the fellas hooked up the tacos and flautas!!! Seasoning was on point and the sauce added just enough to the meal to give it a pop! Cheese was all gooey and yummy and don't even get me started on the green salsa. I like it caliente like so it was on point for me. Don't be too scared and just start with a little because it it just so guuuuud!!! Man o man the joint rocks and I feel like me n my Babygurl hit it at just the right time cause the sun was going down and it wasn't hot at all.

The food here is delicious! And their keto tacos are my favorite thing to order - cheese taco shells, yes please!!

My only comparison for Birria Tacos are homemade from my daughter, but these tacos are RIDICULOUS!!! I am so in love and counting down to my next visit!! Crispy fried tacos, juicy, juicy meat; sauce that won't quit and the hot (green) sauce was the perfect compliment! Fresh, fresh veggies. I can't wait . . Too good!!!!

I have never had birria before and was a little nervous about trying this place but I was pleasantly surprised. The birria was messy but delicious. Their aquas frescas are amazing. The truck is in the middle of no where but worth the drive. What are you waiting for? Go try it!

Fantastic birria spot in Buda. Consommé is perfectly balanced and not too greasy like you see at some other spots. Toss in some of the onions and cilantro in there and get to dippin'. Priced well, and super kind folks running the truck. Hoping they expand the menu to include some chicken or the likes and take "birria" style to the next level, but until then -- keep those tacos coming. Pro tip: order online, and if you plan far enough ahead, schedule for little-to-no wait.

I've been coming here for over 3 times while it says they are open and they been closed. I'm tired of driving here and them being closed. Caught one of the employees one time and gave me the hours that are below. Apparently they've been having personal issues. That's totally understandable but at least update the hours. The hours below that were given to me are not accurate as well as I'm parked in front of the establishment and ITS CLOSED. Not coming here till they get it together. "New Temporary hours are...." Thursdays: Closed Fridays: 3pm - 9pm Saturday: 12pm - 8pm Sunday: 11am - 3pm

I love the food but orders online are an issues when it comes to how long it takes. I understand that things can take longer to make but when I show up and am told it takes twice as long as I was quoted is an issue. When I walk up and only see one man working and 2 others just sitting talking no wonder it takes longer to get my order. Management might want to look into operational efficiency .

The birria tacos and ramen were deeeeelicious! Great to have an option for this out in the Buda area. We stopped by on the way out of Austin. My only gripe is that they wouldn't take orders over the phone or online, and it took maybe 20 min for our order. So, just know that that may happen... And you will be rewarded with tasty food ;)

Fire every time nothing less than perfect every single time I get the flautas. The flavor is always there never bland and never too much. 10/10 recommend. I usually order to go on their website & it's always on time. Customer service is good & they need a brick & mortar already!

OMG. Amazing, delicious, better heated up the next day?! I know birria tacos are kind of a thing now but this place is doing it right. Food was spectacular but I do have to say there were a few things that held back that 5th star. They took a really long time, we waited about 45 minutes for two plates of tacos. They don't serve alcohol, there is however a gas station within walking distance... clears throat. There is picnic tables outside but not really much else I guess it could be worse but if this place goes from food truck to restaurant- look out it's going to DOMINATE! Way to go guys, thank you for your delicious food and friendly staff!

We had a great time here, I have been wanting to try Birria tacos for a long time - this spot did not disappoint. We got the Birria Taco Plate and Birria Ramen, it was so good, a very hearty meal Forsure. It was a good time, there was a little bit of a wait, but it's defiantly worth it, the whole team was cranking out all sorts of orders. We will defiantly be back!

In town for the week my daughter wanted Birria tacos. Found this spot on Yelp. Outstanding!!!! Best Birria tacos I've had and the ramen was very good as well. When I'm back in the area, will definitely be back .

I've been dying to try the hipped up quessabirria. I found out their was one near by with great reviews. Let you tell you, OMG SO GOOD! The caldo (broth) was flavorful , I squeezed some lime and added the meat that fell of my tacos and sandwich to the caldo, so good. All three selections were stuffed with meat. The green salsa, so good and spicy I'm so glad I found this place and stoped by, thank you Tejas Birria we will be back! Can't wait to try the birria ramen.

Sooo Worth the drive from Manor!!!....Our Birria Quest took us to Tejas Birria in Buda today, and the food is Amazing!!...We arrived early in anticipation of a line...we were the first there, and it didnt take long for the people to arrive. We went with 2 orders of Quesibirria Tacos (comes with 4 Tacos)...one order with Cilantro and Onion, other with out...both come with an 8oz cup on Consome for dipping....Also we grabbed a Birria Melt...which is a giant Grilled Cheese loaded with Tender Meat and cheese on Texas Toast grilled up with some Consume on the griddle...Also comes with an 8oz of Consome. Both the red and green sauce are equally good....Next trip will be the Double Stacked Beef Birria Quesadilla...this place is legit!!

I drive an hour and change just to come eat at this taco truck so just know it's worth it. I have never had birria tacos as good as this place it's crazy. the outdoor seating is just the cherry on top.

Holy cow!!! Hibiscus agua frescas, dressed was to die for. I'm currently sitting in KY just thinking about how delcious it was, planning my next trip back for another. The birria tacos were also delcious, but the aquas , next level.

Growing up in El Paso, raised by a Mexican mother who is a marvelous cook and a father who loved to teach us about all the flavors in our culture, birria made a couple brief appearances. Fast forward to 2020 and a trip to Pepe's during the pandemic and, all of a sudden, birria is all over my social media feeds (thank you FB algorithm?). Forward a little more to 2022 and we think we're decent birria pros. We visited the Tejas Birria on Menchaca to expand our birria universe. The tacos were exceptional, great meat, awesome cheese, perfect meat/tortilla/cheese ratio and a green salsa that kicked you in the face. The flautas were...basically the tacos rolled into a flauta? They differed a little because the tortilla ratio changed as it only had one but not much of a difference. Not complaining, per se, just pointing it out. All in all, very good. Will definitely come back more often!

This place is awesome, a hidden gem in the Kyle/Buda area. If you're looking for some great tacos or quesadillas and some Mexican Ramen soup this is THE PLACE! We are frequent customers at least once a week. Stop reading any go there!

I think this place has great potential. When my family and I went we ordered it to go. I ordered one of everything on the menu (we love birria) and was quite disappointed. All of the meat was so dry and the consome was flavorless. I appreciate the location and effort but if they can practice on keeping the meat juicy and adding some flavor to the consome then they'll be golden! Another note is when picking up it's hard to communicate with the people on the trailer as their speakers (right at the pickup window) are blaring music in your ear. Maybe move the speakers further away from truck? Since they are pretty new I will return after a few months to see if anything has improved.

One word: YUM!! Everything we tried was delicious. The birria quesadilla was my favorite

Tejas Birria is a food truck paired with a lovely outdoor seating area with trees. The food was delicious and authentic. We had the flautas, and my kids age 5 and up loved it, too. We plan to come back!

I'd give 10 stars if I could. This place is amazing. Great service. The convenient option to place an order online (for a food truck - this is a big deal!), and the food quality (chefs kiss). This was my first time trying birria tacos and let's just say, I'm hooked and I'm going back today, actually. So good! Great amount of food for the price. The juicy tacos and the salsa is amazing. The consome... amazing! Just everything was amazing.

Can't get better Birria than this place! I wish they wouldn't have moved further from my house, but honestly their new location is probably way better for them and their birria is worth the drive.

Everything tasted good, and the consomé is at the top of my favorites list, BUT the meat was dry. It didn't seem like it was cooked in the consomé. Lots of potential here, get the meat moist with that beautiful consomé and it's an easy 5 stars. We had the tacos and the melt

To begin with it took a very long time to receive our order . We weren't informed at how long the wait was . Literally over 40mins. Consomé and ramen were really salty . The location has no shade to enjoy your food . The tacos were super greasy and semi cold. The agua frescas are more ice than the actually drink . Definitely recommend light ice . The only good thing was the caprisun and they still managed to mess it up and not give us a straw.
