It was my first time going to a Michelin-starred restaurant. The dishes I ordered were incredibly savory and delicious. I was particularly impressed with their outstanding service and their comprehensive knowledge about every cutlery and dish. Lastly, the prices were very reasonable.

餐點與美麗的器皿搭配得宜,視覺效果很棒,讓我念念不忘的是那個龍碗,真的好美 最驚艷的就是滷虱目魚肚飯,真的必點,好好吃,用蒲燒鰻魚的方式呈現,讓虱目魚變得很高級,非常期待下一季的菜單,第二名是松阪豬,火候跟切片的厚度都是最佳的狀態,搭配自製的胡椒粉真的愛了 半熟成生魚片也超愛,調味讓大目鮪魚更好吃,搭配美美的器皿真的是今日美圖第一名,主廚每上道餐點都會很仔細講解餐點調味及器皿的出處,主廚的聲線很好聽,就像是在講故事 不論是有酒精還是無酒精的,都很好喝,最愛無酒精梅酒和草莓酒,好好喝

主廚很細心分享解說,慢食品味,不錯的體驗,可以理解為何只接受2人訂位,因為空間的質感實在不適合太熱絡喧嘩,會再回訪,期待新菜色。

從踏入店內開始就能感受到老闆的職人靈魂 任何的細節都非常的講究 從食材原料到所使用的每一個餐具都花費很多心力準備,也都詳盡的介紹出處或由來 食物的部分,已經從美食昇華到有點藝術氣息了 口味不一定是大眾能接受的,但絕對蘊含職人的創作精神與創意,不只是能夠發揮食材的原味,也能嘗到多層次的舌尖感受 這裡不適合普羅大眾,但適合品味家

從水開始講究 第一秒就感受到腦板的用心 食材加上器皿都有詳細的介紹 每個餐點都很驚艷 很喜歡山藥的部分~ 還有虱目魚肚飯 非常特別❤️ 好吃的一夜干根本應該要變成零食包 配酒➕追劇 無酒精的梅酒意外的好喝 讓開車的朋朋覺得很欣慰😌 最後甜點完美的收尾 尤其還有湯圓 真的意外小驚喜🥳 停車 平常應該是好停的附近很多停車位 餐點 都很好吃 看愛吃什麼點什麼 服務 沒話說 可以跟老闆聊聊天很不錯 價格 大概落在3張小朋友左右 (如果不酗酒的話😂) 老闆 很帥
