Where to Find Hot Pot in Portland, Oregon and the Suburbs - Eater Portland

"Ten Seconds specializes in crossing-the-bridge noodles, an individualized hot pot-esque experience popular in the Yunnan province of China. Visitors choose from broths including a creamy pork bone broth, a tomato broth, a spicy broth, and a hot-and-sour broth, with optional proteins like beef brisket, pork chops, and sliced fish. Bowls then come with a generous supply of individual add-ins, things like quail eggs, woodear mushrooms, corn, and fried tofu." - Eater Staff

Google
Wow—this place exceeded our expectations! The soup was absolutely delicious, packed with flavorful ingredients, including a perfectly cooked chicken drumstick that was tender and rich in taste. The mushroom soup was incredibly flavorful, and the beef shank we ordered was just as delicious, bursting with deep, savory goodness. The prices are fantastic, making it an even better deal. Honestly, it’s so much better than Japanese ramen! If you’re craving a hearty healthy bowl of soup noodles, this is the place to be!

Google
Please never order the appetizer popcorn chicken, it tastes like pork, we tried 3pieces, and don’t want to get that again, so oily and disgusting! The service is so terrible, they don’t care what the customer said, nobody comes to ask how the food tasting. Won’t be back again!!

Google
I wish someone smarter than me or the staff had told us to order using the qr code at the table. We sat for 10-15 minutes waiting for someone to take our order. After clearing that hurdle, ordering was simple enough. The food was fine. Very simple. The broth base wasn't flavorful. I couldn't find chilies or anything else to spice it. The quail egg and corn were my favorite elements. If you like soup, hot pot style, you will most likely enjoy the experience.

Google
The food here is quite similar to hot pot. If you’re looking for an affordable meal with hot soup, just come here!

Google
I've been waiting for this place to open up as my first experience was their location in Bellevue. This is their soft opening this week. They can definitely use more staff. The wait was a bit long, but they have a sign up sheet to put your name on. When ordering, they have a QR code at each table that you can place your order through. I really enjoyed the Hot and Sour soup. There's just soo much flavor to it. I like that you can add the additional toppings yourself. It's definitely a place to get some good noodle soup served uniquely.

Server's playlist was good and he gave us a free large iced tea! 🙂‍↕️ The food was amazing and service was very fast on a Sunday for lunch. Love the stamp card, I wish the East Portland location would do that too!

Google
Soup is so good, their dry noodles is flavorful too. Order via menu or QR code stickered on the table - super easy.

Google
Delicious food at great prices and portions. The original pork broth was flavorful and soothing, like a less heavy tonkotsu broth. The soup was refreshing and delicious. The century egg, fried milk, and milk tea were also very good. The bubble waffle was just okay, not a lot of filling.

Yelp
I wish I would have tried this place sooner. The soup is awesome. The broth clearly has been made with care and has a clarity to it. The pot stickers are so good. And the desserts are phenomenal. The two people that have served me have been super kind and willing to help. Bonus that they are open later than other places. I have only done take out and everything is packaged perfectly.

Yelp
Very friendly staff and tasty food! The restaurant is quite spacious. I am surprised that the flavor of our food is quite rich and authentic!

Yelp
The service here at this restaurant is very nice and helpful and social. I love the ambience. It was calm, quiet and nice music in the background. Now the noodles... What a big portion and a filling one at that. Very delicious noodles and I love the amount of pork they give you in the R 10. That's my favorite so far because I love pickled things. I can't wait to try the other dishes here they have this restaurant.
google avatar

Yelp
I still enjoy coming here to get my pork chop noodles with the golden broth. It has been consistent for me the last few times. During this visit, I noticed they have expanded their menu and also have like a dry based noodle, which we tried and it was surprisingly tasty and worth trying out.

Yelp
Love this concept of adding all the ingredients to your noodles since you can avoid adding whatever ingredients you don't love. The best item here was the noodles and the broth, so silky and flavorful. The popcorn chicken was also really good, tastes similar to the chicken wings. The fried milk was a little too much. Will definitely come back for the soup again. Located in a plaza with lots of parking.

Yelp
Authentic Chinese noodles! Service is fast and portions are large. The hot pot format is fun with lots of toppings. And don't sleep on their spicy dry noodles, they're packed with flavor!

Yelp
This was not our first time here, and we love this place! Although smaller, the space is clean and has a nice ambiance to it. We were promptly greeted by staff upon arrival and instructed to pick our table (the restaurant was not busy when we went). Each table has a QR code with an online ordering system that allows you to take initiative to order your items, but the QR code wasn't working for us, so the staff was able to take our order. The food came out pretty quick and was delicious! Definitely recommend if you're looking for some quick hot pot!

Yelp
Ten Seconds is a very cute concept! Food was yummy, soup was decently sized and flavorful. The pork was super tender, and the server even brought out a knife for me to cut it off the bone. Pricing was comparable to similar places, and inside was clean and well lit.

Yelp
I've been on a hunt for good Chinese restaurants lately. There are reliable ones (several of them) in my direct neighborhood I went and visited in late 2023 but it was time that I discovered something new (as we entered the new year.) After doing a little research on Yelp, this Ten Seconds Yunnan came up. I browsed their menu a little bit to see if they had what I was craving for. And yes, they did. I could have shown up to it without placing an order online ahead of time (sometimes it's fun to do so because you'd be able to interact with the employees more and see if they have great service etc.) Despite this though however, I placed my order online for a few items. The time I specified for a pick-up was 5pm. I arrived to it a few minutes before. I took the time to take a few photos of the exterior of the restaurant. As soon as I entered, I was immediately greeted by one of the male workers. Once I said my name for the order I placed, he walked up to the register area from the kitchen to hand me my food. It had already been ready. There were no customers dining it at 5pm. It appeared to be a slow Tuesday night (or it was simply too early for dinner for most people.) I really liked the layout of the restaurant and decors seen throughout. The elephant art on the main/biggest wall was quite intriguing. "Wow, this is a beautiful restaurant; I want to take some photos of it." is what I said to the same worker. I then asked him, "When did you guy open?" "It's about three years ago." he answered. Wow, I had no clue such a restaurant had been here for at least three years. Once home, I I opened the bag to inspect what was inside. Gyoza (6-piece) were pan-fried as I specified online. Glass Noodles with Spicy Sauce was in a clear transparent/clear container even though the gyoza was in the normal white container. Nicely golden on the bottom, gyoza pieces were a bit small for the price of $8.99. They were somewhat juicy inside. Their gyozas are as closely traditional as the Chinese or Japanese ones with nice flavors of garlic and chives/nira. I'm not sure if they use sake to season the entire ingredients but if I go ahead and make a suggestion, they can increase this ingredient to make it more noticeable. but overall, this is probably the best gyoza I've eaten in a while. And the glass noodles. Someone posted a picture of it on Yelp so that lured me to this appetizer. And I'm glad that it did. The photo I uploaded does look small in portion but it is/was a good portion. The sauce that accompanies is very salty so I used it a little bit (to pour over the entire noodles instead of dipping the noodles in it.) This dish impressed me. I could easily get two orders of it and make it a whole meal. Tasted very authentic. I think I'm going to go here when I want good/tasty gyozas/potstickers from now on.

Yelp
We've been meaning to try this place for a long time, we finally did it today. Inside the restaurant was very clean and spacious. Served was very nice and friendly, and both noodle soup we ordered were very good.

Yelp
I had visited Qiao Noodle House before it went out of business, and these two places share a similar presentation and menu. Tried to order through the QR code and it didn't work. The tables by the wall art are too small for a group of 2 and above, leaving no space after the food was brought out. They didn't take the empty plates and trays right away and I couldn't move my arm freely while eating. I ordered the spicy beef brisket rice noodles for more meat and it has a thumbs up next to it on the menu. The portion of beef brisket justified the extra $2, but it was super chewy and quickly fatigued my teeth. The temperature of the soup dropped drastically after I put in all the ingredients, and everything in the pot was just lukewarm, which is not great. The presentation is close to the real thing but not the taste. Similar to Qiao Noodle House, they either don't use or can't obtain the right type of noodle, which might be too much to expect. The food was very average and I only came for the experience.

Yelp
We love Asian inspired soups and hot pots. Decided to try out this spot after reading some reviews. The restaurant is clean and small and decorated simply. It's a comfortable vibe. The host greeted us and was attentive and personable. They were out of the shank and tripe so I opted for their special and my husband ordered the brisket dry noodle. Presentation was excellent. My soup broth was not as flavorful as I would have liked. My husband enjoyed his dish and thought it was tasty. Order came out fast. May go back but I will call to make sure they have what I am craving.

Yelp
Maybe a little spendy but still an Incredibly fun experience. Aesthetically, the restaurant is really clean, bright, and spacious; and the staff are friendly and helpful. I love hot pot and one of the best aspects of hotpot is the communal vibes. However this can be also challenging if people have different preferences. Although many hotpot restaurants allow for split pots, One major roadblock my wife and I have run into is that our spice tolerance is different enough that it would not be mutually enjoyable. However this is totally manageable here as you can both order 2 different bases. We had their popcorn chicken, which although amazing, I don't think is necessary if you are both ordering noodles, this is more than enough food. I had their pork chop with spicy base. Portions are large with 2 thick cuts of pork chop and a huge bowl of noodles, in addition to all the condiments.

Amanda S.

Yelp
My friend and I don't have hot pot often so I'm no expert but I thought this was delicious!
google avatar

Jenny P.

Yelp
This was a new and different experience in enjoying our hot pots! I just wish we enjoyed the broth more because we didn't finish as much as I hoped we would. Staff is nice and helpful. The place was a simple casual dine-in restaurant which sometimes I prefer rather than upscale restaurants. Sometimes you just want to be comfortable and eat a good hearty meal with your family. This is one of them!

Yelp
So glad this place opened recently. I don't know where else I can get healthy Chinese soup like this in Beaverton. Tbh I've never had cordycep flower chicken soup before but if you're a fan of herbal flavors, this soup captures those notes well. The golden broth was flavorful and hearty. Portion was good for one person and could probably even share if ordering appetizers as well. They do contactless service. You can order via QR code and can also handle payments there. Service is friendly and space is clean and casual.
google avatar

Patrick D.

Yelp
This place is great when you know you want noodles, and lots of it. Probably the best hot pot experience in Beaverton. We always get seated quickly and our orders come out so fast. It can get noisy in there, but only because it's often packed. My wife and I already have our favorite orders. I love the pork bone broth. It's creamy and full of flavor. Plenty of add-ins already come with your base order and there are tons more options to choose from the menu. Portions are generous for mains and apps.
google avatar

Yelp
A quick lunch spot for near self serve hot pot. QR code to order. Soup ingredients come on the side and you incorporate yourself. It takes about 10 seconds to mix together. Not really understanding this novelty. Wished the soup would have been hotter in temperature and it does get cold fast so slurp away.

Yelp
So the first time I came here with (Chinese and Taiwanese American) friends, I didn't like my soup at all. Previously we'd eaten at Qiao Noodle House in NE Portland and I liked their soups and sides On repeat visits I stuck to the tea, side dish, and bubble waffle menu at 10 Seconds. Turns out I just needed to try the right soup. Tonight I had the sweet and sour (golden) base and thoroughly enjoyed my noodle dish. Service is minimal here due to the nature of the food being presented but the space is bright and would feel very welcoming on a chilly winter evening.

Yelp
First time going! Environment: it used to be a Korean restaurant but they made the room brighter and spacious, like. It was 90+F when we went hoping for some AC but nope, there was no AC and it was hot. There were lots of fans around the restaurant but it was still pretty hot. I saw a worker falling asleep on the table when we arrived after 6pm. Staff: quick and friendly. Food: I personally ordered the non-spicy set with pork chop. It was fun to eat, the pork chop was tender. This will make you full very easily. The noodles were fine and overall it was good....until the tofu. I bet they just make multiple trays of these in the back and if there's no AC and they leave it out in the open, some things may turn bad. I don't know, I didn't walk in and check but the tofu turned bad. Sure, I could've asked them for another small plate but I might get the same thing. My tofu turned sour but luckily I didn't get sick from it. Aside from the pork chops, nothing was outstanding. It was a fun way to eat your food but for $17.99, I thought it was a little expensive. I have all those ingredients at home and can make it (haha). Of course, I don't have that fancy pot. Anyways, I tried and will move on.

Yelp
We saw the grand opening sign for 10-Seconds Noodle in the window and asked ourselves: Have we tried Yunnan-style Chinese food yet? The answer was no, so we figured it was time to try. As we entered the restaurant, we noticed it was packed with people. Apparently, it has been a popular addition to the Beaverton food scene. We were seated quickly and we placed our order: the "Original Crossing the Bridge" rice noodle and the "Tomato Beef Brisket rice noodle" dishes. When the food came, we were surprised by the array of small plates that accompany the hot-pot style soup. So it's a lot like eating hot pot as you mix all the side ingredients into your broth. The waitress told us which order to add our little dishes of veggies, meat, and other sides. Oh, also you gotta wait 10 seconds after your noodle is cook to eat. I liked the rich bone broth in my "crossing bridge" dish, while my boyfriend said the tomato base for the brisket noodle dish reminded him of an Italian tomato-basil sauce. We both tried the beef brisket and it was very tender and delicious. Overall, the wait staff was very friendly and the food was a unique version of the hot pot that I am used to. Overall, the food was delicious. If you haven't tried Yunan-style food, why not give 10 Second Noodle a try.

Yelp
Last night when all our first options were an hour wait for food, we happened upon Ten Seconds. We are SO glad we did. The food we had was so tasty and so reminiscent of China that I cannot wait to eat my leftovers and eat there again. The flavors were perfect. We also ordered the cucumbers which was always a favorite! I'd recommend wearing a shirt you do not care about lol

Cathy S.

Yelp
I have been wanting to try here for a while since they opened and finally made it in! TLDR: this is a very specific type of noodle experience (crossing the bridge noodles) I think it's important to know this to help set expectations. Ordering is super easy with the QR code on the table but they do give you a physical menu as well. Service was friendly and quick and they explained that I can pay at the end too and not by the QR code so that was helpful. The place is not super big but it is open and brightly lit. They do have some tables put together to accommodate larger groups. They also have on the TVs playing an animation explaining the origin of the Crossing the Bridge noodles - that was very interesting. They have a few soup bases to choose from including tomato, spicy (mala), and a sour soup. All the base toppings are pretty much the same: corn, sliced ham, fish cake, scallion, quail egg, tofu skin, marinated root vegetable, and a fermented paste to add for more flavor. You can also do add-ons to any of the noodles like pork chop, beef brisket, etc. The soup base comes out piping out in the stone bowl and you get the tray of toppings to put in yourself. The additional add-on and rice noodles comes separately which is much appreciated since you can decide when you want to add more noodles so it doesn't become soggy. All in all very flavorful and filling, especially perfect on a rainy day. I also want to give a shout-out to the side dishes as well! The spring rolls came out hot and crispy with the sweet chili sauce, and the Fried Milk with condensed milk truly took me back to my childhood! Perfect texture and the best way to end a meal. Come give this place a try if you haven't yet!

Yelp
Good eats with some challenging service. Seemed like most of the staff solely spoke Mandarin, and there was confusion with their waitlist system. I watched groups get seated before me so I went up to ask about the status of my table after getting on their waitlist- to which I got a confused look and they said there was no waitlist. Was very busy during lunch time (12:30/1pm), but by 3pm was mostly cleared out. Noodles were really good! Everyone in my group ordered one of their rice noodle dishes and we were stuffed afterwards. I loved the broth for the Golden Hot and Sour Rice Noodles. A bit spicy but I was asking for it with the 2-pepper level rating on the menu!
google avatar

Helen J.

Yelp
So excited to see that they got another hotpot spot within Beaverton! Got to try it pretty recently and I gotta say I like it. The service is relatively quick and the inside of the restaurant is very clean. They have many different options for soup bases, my fave one is the tomato soup base! I also really appreciate the temperature of the hotpot as it doesn't burn my tongue, but it's a nice warm temperature! Something to note is that the sides that come with the food are already predetermined and are pretty much the same for every soup, the only interchangeable thing is the meat and the soup base. There are appetizers and a restroom within the restaurant as well.
google avatar

Jez V.

Yelp
This restaurant easily became one of my favorites! Love the concept of putting everything together and waiting for it to "cook" and be ready in ten seconds. Loved the appetizers we got - popcorn chicken and fried milk. I've never tried fried milk before but I would suggest getting it and is more like a dessert since it has a very sweet and milky taste. Portions were huge for the noodles! Our servers were great but 4/5 since they didn't really give much explanation (we were just fortunate to have friends who were knowledgeable about the ten second noodle concept and have dined at another location). Looking forward to dining in again and would love to try their milk tea the next time!
google avatar

Fraya S.

Yelp
I had Golden Hot and Sour hotpot. The broth itself is pretty good. Since I don't eat pork, it's a bit difficult to enjoy this to the fullest, so it's not the restaurant's fault. The sauce that came with the set is made out of pork belly. The portion is big for the size. I would say if you don't eat pork, it's best to have hotpot elsewhere..
google avatar

Scott H.

Yelp
I think it's most important to understand what this is and what it isn't. The noodle style is hot pot. Basically this is not a shove in your face quick meal. This is a savor and sip kind of meal. I feel like a little more coaching could be involved in the preparation. There are some parts that definitely have to go in the broth first and others can wait. I appreciate the authenticity though. Not knowing anything I saw a picture with noodles and a big beautiful piece of meat. It was the brisket noodle. The problem was that the actual meat that came was hunks of mostly gristle and connective tissue. Sought after in the authentic sense but not what I feel was advertised. I'd probably come back. Get some appetizers maybe. It's a cool experience.
google avatar

Sylvia C.

Yelp
Tried the Original Bridge Crossing noodles since it was a key offering of restaurant, and would give me a good baseline. Added a la carte lamb (highly recommend). The concept is similar to nearby Tasty Pot, where everyone gets their own hotpot. The difference is that you can assemble the hotpot in order of the veggies and meats you like vs having it come out all down. I enjoyed the cucumber salad as a healthy and crunchy addition to the meal! I would definitely order again, and am looking forward to trying the spicy versions. It was my first time trying Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodles, and I didn't realize it was a chain.

Yelp
New noodle outpost in the old Hae Rim. It's a nice, clean space, but it got a bit hot on a hot day. The noodle dishes come in a hot bowl sitting in a protective stand. Most of them come with your choice of broth and option of additional protein and you add all of the components yourself to cook them in your hot bowl of soup. They use a QR coded link to order and pay at the table, however a couple of us had difficulties with a Location services message pop-up on our iPhones, so it didn't work. They bring you cold or hot water. I ordered the Cordycep flower rice noodle chicken. It comes fully prepared with the same rice noodles as the Ten seconds bowls come with. The broth was really delicious with a nice chicken flavor and lots of umami. It was more flavorful than the Original Pork broth. It comes with a chicken drumstick and 3 different types of mushrooms. The greens were a bit tough. There are no visible cordyceps. I would definitely order this again! The fried milk, takoyaki, and cucumbers were all fine, but not exceptional. I called a few days in advance to make a reservation since we had a large party, but they had no record of it when we arrived. It was not busy at 6 on a weeknight, so it wasn't a problem.

Yelp
I was excited to try this place after seeing it on social media and hearing good things about it, but maybe my expectations were too high? We got the green pepper broth with fish and the original with beef brisket. I like the green pepper broth more because it was like original but with more of a kick. It also has a numbing spice in case you're not a fan. However, both broths lacked depth. It was salty but no flavor or richness. I thought the noodles was something special given the restaurant name but it was basically the same noodles as the ones in bun Bo hue. I think it's a cool concept how we add in toppings ourselves and it came out in a stone bowl, but overall, I think this place was alright. It felt like just a meal to get full, good for pics. Service was good.

Shigeo S.

Yelp
Pleasantly quiet atmosphere, it's nice coming here with friends and not having to yell over noise or music in order to have a conversation. For hot pot it's much more affordable than it's rivals in PDX, and I love that the broth is rich without being too oily or salty; you can eat well and warm up in the cold weather, and not feel too heavy after. :-) I've been here about 3 times and the staff has been SO sweet and humble every time- both servers and the people who pop out of the kitchen on occasion. Even if you're unfamiliar with hot pot, it's not an intimidating place at all to go to. They also have great milk tea and fried chicken wings! I'm a big fan.
google avatar

Jonathan Y.

Yelp
This place was pretty full, but we were seated fairly quickly only about 15 minutes after signing up. We got the spicy pork chop rice noodle And the pork bone soup and some fried chicken appetizers. The restaurant, the Chinese music playing. The presentation was very nice with all the ingredients separated on the tray for you with the super hot and even instructions on how to cook it. The pork bone broth soup didn't have much flavor and the spicy soup felt more tangy than spicy. The pork chops were pretty soft, but overall the amount of food felt kind of light for the price. The veggies were pretty fresh though. The wings were pretty good but didn't seem worth the $8 price tag. It's was pretty good but not quite a hit for me if I have a hot pot craving. Worth a try though!

Yelp
We strolled in with a table for 8 and at 5:45pm, there was room! 7 out of 8 of us would return. It took a minute to figure out the menu but the staff were always within reach for questions. They were sold out of a few basics like rice and alcohol :) but I thought everything was delicious. I got the mildest broth to share with my kids but most adults just order one per person. Definitely check out the appetizers and skip the tomato broth. We tried the crispy fried chicken, gyozas, and popcorn chicken. All good! Most of us will be back but the person that ordered the tomato broth will not return. Now you know!

Yelp
First time trying Yunnan rice noodle soup and wow , it was spectacular! There was a bit of wait since we came during peak dinner time on opening week, I would say it was at least 30 minutes. As for the ambiance, the inside of the restaurant had a clean minimal interior with beautiful wall art of oriental charm Once inside, we could order right away from the QR code at the table. We got the Spicy and Sour Cucumber appetizer, Golden Hot and Sour Rice Noodles, and Tomato Beef Brisket Rice Noodles. They ran out of the beef brisket so they gave us extra sliced beef instead. They also gave us some desserts and drinks to celebrate their grand opening. It's so interesting to add all the toppings in to your liking, you can customize your dish to taste. The hot and sour soup was quite flavorful and it had the right amount of spice. The tomato broth was rich and thick and no hint of spiciness. Definitely want to come back to try more soups and other menu items!

Yelp
Came during soft opening, it was pretty busy. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The food was great! Eating hot soup on a hot day may not be the best idea but the flavors of the soup were really good. Portion is really filling, you might not want to get appetizers if your eating one for yourself. They had a free milk tea and dessert offer during the soft opening. The milk tea was really good! The payment system through the ordering system was a but finicky, but the staff said they were working on fixing that. Will definitely come back!

Food was is a good as you can get in china To me the best thing is that they've put in place the quality control compared to other Chinese food spot. Super clean and easy menu to order Tip of the day - the have really good authentic hk milk tea. That same after taste

Yelp
This restaurant is the perfect place to get some Instagram quality photos and have some fun with your food. There's some joy to it, getting to see all the ingredients deconstructed and pour it in as you enjoy your noodles. For starters we ordered Popcorn chicken, Chicken Wings, and cucumber. All were delicious. I ordered the Pork Bone Noodles and I thoroughly enjoyed it and it was quite filling. As for drinks, I ordered the Mango milk drink and it was pleasantly yummy. Service was standard, nothing outstanding.

Yelp
Fantastic service, with option to order from QR code at table if preferred. The menu options made it so hard to choose. Rice Noodles with Kim Chee Hot Pot and add ins all amazing and Gluten Free!

Yelp
Food/Drinks: 3/5 The food was not exceptional but it was good. It was as expected. Did not live up to the hype that has been generated. Service/Atmosphere/Prices: 2/5 The business model is built off of ordering and purchasing from their website. While it did work for the ordering process, the menus has not been integrated to a point where the app could be stand alone. Servers were nice but it did not seem efficient during our visit. The atmosphere was nice and it did seem very clean. Prices were definitely on the higher side all things considered. Not great value. Overall Comments: 3/5 A missed opportunity (or underwhelming) because it did not meet the hyped expectations but did meet expectations based on the actual visit. Will most likely not return.

Yelp
My new favorite noodle place. It has great spicy and non-spicy noodle dishes. Their menu is a bit limited, but all their items are delicious. Their spicy cucumber, spicy noodles, and tripe/tendon dry noodle dishes are my favorites.

Yelp
I was totally intrigued by this place and was looking forward to it. My friends and I visited this restaurant yesterday and we ordered two appetizers, spicy cucumber salad and popcorn chicken. It was pretty good. For dinner we were recommended by the server to get spicy beef brisket soup. It was pretty good and tasty. The beef was pre cooked and very tender. The theme is to add the ingredients as you wish in the soup. I felt it was like a personal mini hot pot. Overall very good for the price of $17 and worth the experience. Service and ambiance is ok too. I am going back for more for sure.

Yelp
Fun spot in Beaverton town center. The place is packed w Chinese people so you know it's legit! Popcorn chicken was awesome. Crispy and not greasy with a nice side of spice. Mango sago was good tho a little lacking on sago. Pickled fish noodle was good

Yelp
Impeccable. I went through a phase earlier this year where I kept asking my friends & family if we could eat here & only here, because the food is fresh and not heavy but very flavorful. I like the QR code ordering system a lot. Food comes out very quickly !! My favorite is the spicy broth with fish... I've had it in the restaurant, takeout, & delivered & every single time it hits the spot. I also like the delivery boxes, with a separate compartment for the noodles ^__^ Very chill place to eat at. I can't finish a whole pot of soup by myself so share with a friend. My order goes: start with spicy&sour cucumber appetizer, spicy fish soup with rice noodle, & top off with yakult lemon drink to cool you down. Some minor nitpicks: I'm not a fan of fried milk or condensed milk buns but friends who enjoy it said that they liked it here. To me it just felt oily, but take this with a grain of salt bc I don't normally like those foods anyway. The ice jelly dessert was disappointing. There's little bits of fruit candy (kinda hawflake?) & raisins & a strong brown sugar syrup on top. I've had better, but this doesn't detract from my 5 star rating bc I come here for the rice noodles anyway!!!!

Yelp
First time here and we were impressed. The place was full and busy. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The menu has vegetarian options. They also willingly substituted a protein for me. Food was flavorful and perfectly seasoned. Our order came out in a timely manner considering it was a busy lunch service. The ambiance was casual, quiet but busy. People were in and out. Definitely coming back to enjoy other soup flavors. Highly recommended!

Yelp
Super unique concept. Never had noodles like this before. Your food comes out all deconstructed, which allows you to appreciate every ingredient. The pork broth is so rich and flavorful. The flavor changes as you add each ingredient in. I could not stop slurping, which is a good thing. Wait staff was really nice and fast. Try this place if you are looking for a unique dining experience

Yelp
When you walk in, if there's no server then just check in on the iPad and add your name to the wait list. A form of chinese fast food -- Loved the tomato porkchop noodles which were flavorful and filling. Generous portion sizes, had plenty for lunch the next day as well. Price felt fairer given the portion size. Drink (lemon yakult) was a miss for me personally - wouldn't recommend. I'd do it again.

Yelp
This is probably the best hot pot place I've ever had. Despite not that much toppings, they give a generous amount of noodles and the soups are so delicious I finished the whole thing! It was definitely worth a try. Once you finish you'll definitely be full no doubt about it.
