Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodle (十秒到云南过桥米线）

I really appreciated our server who was patient with me during my first time ordering hotpot. The restaurant was a nice, clean, and quiet atmosphere. The food was delicious and so much more affordable than the places I'm used to in Portland. I was expecting to be billed well over a hundred, yet the food alone (which fed three adults) was about 55 dollars. Thank you for such a pleasant dinner!

Polite and friendly staff, clean and bright interior . Some of the most delicious, fresh, and authentic food I’ve had in the entire state of Oregon. 10/10 would recommend, can’t wait to be back . (I suggest R17 cordycep flower and chicken soup, as well as spicy sour cucumber, no leftovers! lol)

Previously, the food I had with my friends was pretty good, but today we ordered the Jintang beef rolls rice noodle, and there were only three slices of beef ?! We paid $17.99 for it and only got 3 pieces of beef!!! I don’t think I’ll go back. This is just ridiculous.

I wish someone smarter than me or the staff had told us to order using the qr code at the table. We sat for 10-15 minutes waiting for someone to take our order. After clearing that hurdle, ordering was simple enough. The food was fine. Very simple. The broth base wasn't flavorful. I couldn't find chilies or anything else to spice it. The quail egg and corn were my favorite elements. If you like soup, hot pot style, you will most likely enjoy the experience.

I've been waiting for this place to open up as my first experience was their location in Bellevue. This is their soft opening this week. They can definitely use more staff. The wait was a bit long, but they have a sign up sheet to put your name on. When ordering, they have a QR code at each table that you can place your order through. I really enjoyed the Hot and Sour soup. There's just soo much flavor to it. I like that you can add the additional toppings yourself. It's definitely a place to get some good noodle soup served uniquely.

One of the foods that I really miss living in the states is 米線, a type of rice noodles. So glad to have come across this place. I ordered the mushroom chicken noodles which was great. My parents ordered the original broth with sliced beef. They come with side dishes, sliced raw meat, and noodles for the customers to put into the hot broth which cooks the ingredients. The dish is warm but no longer hot by the time you start eating, but id imagine that’s how it’s supposed to be. I’d give a 4.5* for food. 5* for the experience. Overall it’s worth it. I’d recommend and would come back. Google and read about the story behind this dish before you go will give this dish extra meaning :)

Soup is so good, their dry noodles is flavorful too. Order via menu or QR code stickered on the table - super easy.

The food was good and the service was very nice. We had a little bit of a wait to get a table. I chose R11- spicy noodle soup, and my husband had the R3. The spicy soup was a bit spicy for me, but I enjoyed it. The R3 has a mild flavor. The rice noodles resembled fresh noodles, really well cooked. The only new thing for us was that we ordered thru an app in the store.
