Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodles / Nai Brother Chinese Sauerkraut Fish

Driving through the area and stopped here because they are amongst the few restaurants downtown that offer free reserved parking spaces. I did not have very high expectations, and I was absolutely blown away by their offering. I had Beef & Tripe Dry Rice Noodle and it was spectacular. The portions were generous, especially the meat, and the food was delicious. It had just the right amount of heat, and the fried peanuts added a delightful crunch. I didn't expect them to have spicy crayfish on the menu, and upon seeing it I knew I had to try it. It was deliciously spicy, pleasantly numbing and tasted very authentic. The crayfish were on the small side and didn't have much meat on them, which is unfortunate. However overall this restaurant is very underrated and I highly recommend coming here to give their food a try!

Ordered their green peppers snakehead fish rice noodles. It was decent, authentic and delicious, slightly too salty to my liking. The service was excellent. The place was bright and clean. There were reserved parkings by the restaurant for customers.

We're from San Diego, we used to eat Ten Seconds in SD like so many times. My friend told me that in Seattle this restaurant has much more special food in their menu, that's why I really want to come and try them. We ordered Beef And Beef Tripe Dry Rice Noodle, Spicy Pig Ear, Duck Blood and Beef Tripe, and Jelly With Black Sugar Syrup. Omg, all off them were sooooo gooodddd, super tasty! The restaurant is also bigger than the one in SD, so jealous... 😭 I hope our Ten Seconds in SD could update those delicious food in their menu.

Seattle’s international district already has a great selection of hotpot restaurants but Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodles made a great first impression. The restaurant was squeaky clean, warm and bright. The service was efficient and polite and all through the dining people were slurping, sniffling and laughing through their meals. The music was really nice and everything we ordered was at least “as good” as the competition in walking distance. With a great shareables menu and lots of customization options I would definitely recommend this place for big groups or double dates.

Great food and wonderful service. I come here for lunch sometimes, their noodle soup is very authentic. And their dry pot definitely one of the best around Seattle, my favorite dish.

Been waiting for this spot to open and it did not disappoint! We attended their soft opening this weekend and everything was great. The restaurant is new, clean, and surprisingly spacious inside. The food was great - especially the chicken wings. Will definitely make this a regular spot, especially in the cold rainy months ahead.

The rice noodles were really good! The grilled fish on the other hand was a little disappointing. We ordered mala. It wasn’t spicy enough. The fish tasted a bit bland.

Very tasty and satisfying dishes. I highly recommend the original Crossing Bridge rice noodles dish. The broth is mild yet flavorful. I would also recommend the beef tripe dry rice noodles dish. I was surprised by the large portion size. Lastly, the spicy pig ears were crunchy and gelatinous, which is a good thing!
