West Colonial’s dim sum hub with frequent pushcart service and an expansive Cantonese menu. Locals tout the egg tarts and crisp taro puffs; a favorite of Orlando food bloggers for consistent variety and value.

They have a lot of live seafood in stock at all times, and they surely know how to cook them properly. It was a great dinner! Definitely come here if you like seafood.

Google
This restaurant is a decent choice if you’re looking for a place to enjoy some dim sum in Orlando. The service is generally good — the staff is friendly and tries their best to accommodate guests — and the food is enjoyable, offering a selection of traditional dim sum favorites. The atmosphere is what you’d expect from a typical dim sum restaurant: lively, busy, and filled with the comforting clatter of plates and conversation. It’s a familiar and cozy vibe that makes you feel like you’re stepping into a community staple rather than a high-end dining experience However , while there are many positives, there are also a few areas where Ten Ten falls short. I feel it earns only three stars because, at times, the service can be noticeably slow. It’s not uncommon to find yourself waiting longer than you would at other similar spots, especially during busier hours. The servers seem to juggle a lot at once, which can sometimes result in delays in getting food or even just being able to flag someone down for assistance. It would greatly improve the experience if they could work on speeding up service without losing the warmth and friendliness they already offer. That said, it is what it is — if you go in with patience and the right expectations, you can still have an enjoyable meal. Ten Ten is good for a casual dim sum outing but not necessarily a place you’d seek out if you’re looking for a quicker or more polished dining experience.

It has been a while since I have been here since I do not live in this side of town. I realized This place is significantly underrated for their dim sum compared to other places around Orlando. The quality of dim sum is amazing and homemade fresh and fairly priced compared to other places. Don’t let the current review deter ya from this place. They remodeled the place and created more open space. Food: I did their push cart Sunday dim sum, it was super fresh, decent portions and you can tell it is homemade (not frozen store bought); their sui mai and shrimp is one of the top 3 I had In Orlando. To me, if they get those two dishes correctly as a foundation, it got me to order items such as their baked buns, steam buns, their bbq pork rice paste and beef rice paste. Their food was not salty and not overpower with pepper. This place is one of the better price dimsum. 5/5 Service: I had no wait time to get sat down. yes their service is still a bit slow but it has improved a lot. I did have the wait for some dim sum dishes to be cooked. I did not mind because it was being done fresh. The waitresses were actually paying attention to the tables to make sure our tea was refilled, picking up empty dishes, etc. so huge huge improvement 4/5 Atmosphere: the place is much open and nicer. It is less cluster and they light up their stage. They need to add more small tables because 80% are big tables for 6-10 people. It is awkward to sit 3 people in a 10 people table; also it is more cleaning for the waitresses. 4/5 I bumped this up to a 5 star because this place deserves better overall rating. I will start coming back more often for dim sum especially if I have a big group of people

Google
I wouldn’t come here again or recommend it to others. I arrived around 12-12:10pm and my first impression of the place was that it looked outdated and the light fixtures were all over the place. The tea pot looked like it hadn’t been washed, and the spinning glass top on the table was slightly sticky. My plate had some black residue on it that I had to use a napkin to wipe off. The service was slow and what little workers that were on the floor were talking to one another for an extended amount of time. I understand that the workers could’ve felt overwhelmed with the amount of tables to serve, but they genuinely looked like they didn’t even want to be there. And finally, the food. It wasn’t good. Many dishes felt under-seasoned and weren’t “constructed” well. For example, the rice noodle rolls were way too thick, it was holding its shape when I picked it up; and the steamed shrimp dumplings had the shrimp paste spewing out. Overall, I’d save your money for another restaurant that serves dim sum.

Google
This was one of the better restaurants that I have been in Orlando. Very authentic Chinese food, which is hard to find. It felt similar to the caliber of a NY Chinatown spot. Absolutely phenomenal food. Great portions. Fair price. My family and I will 100% be back. Thank you for a fantastic meal!

Google
Great food! The dine in lobster deal was amazing. They also provided a complementary coconut pudding at the end of the meal.

Google
My go to place for dimsum! I come here with my parents very often and it’s my fav! Portions are big and the dim sum always tastes good. I love getting the beef chow fun and the Singapore noodles from here. I’ve found that the food is better if you come on a weekend morning, like Sunday.

Google
The sweet and sour was just 50% of the description - they forgot the sour part 😂. Sauce obvoiusly just pre mix. 3/10 overall we ended up just barely eating any of the dishes.

Yelp
I don't usually leave reviews, but this place really deserves one. I've been to Ten Ten Seafood & Grill a few times now, and every single visit has been consistently great. The food is flavorful, portions are generous, and it actually tastes like real home-style cooking -- not overly greasy or watered down like some other places. Last time, I brought my parents here for dinner and they loved it. We ordered the salt & pepper squid, beef chow fun, shrimp dumplings, and the lobster special -- everything came out hot and fresh. The squid was perfectly crispy, and the lobster was super tender with a nice garlic butter sauce. Service-wise, the staff were kind and efficient. They were busy, but we never felt ignored. I also appreciated how clean and well-lit the dining area was -- comfortable but still casual enough to relax. Honestly, this is one of the few places in Orlando that really gets Chinese food right. It's now my go-to spot when I'm craving dim sum or seafood. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic flavors and solid service.

Yelp
Wow. Why haven't I been to this place in the four years I've been in Orlando? Original plan was for dim sum but once you get in front of the menu it's tough to ignore all the other delicious things on offer. From the dim sum menu - highly recommend the eggplant with shrimp, fried tofu with shrimp and sesame balls with red bean paste. I usually skip the sesame balls because I'm not the biggest red bean fan but these were so fresh they probably beat out ones I used to get in NY Chinatown back in the day. From the "regular" menu, the mapo tofu has that delightful kick (god bless that Szechuan tingly pepper). Ask for a bowl of rice to sop up the sauce. But the star of the day was the sweet pork chops. I expect there's some flash frying happening with the pork and then the sauce... omg. So good. I'd suggest ordering it with sauce on the side in case you end up with leftovers. Taking it home with sauce on the side will make sure you can keep the pork crispy for round two. I can't wait to go back for more dim sum with a side of sweet pork chops!

Yelp
We loveeee the fried shrimp balls, siu mai and the fish maw soup as they give us a good portion of it. However, prices seem to have gone up and the people arent as friendly. Lastly, the shrimp dumpling has a smell to it that we didn't like so do not recommend.

Yelp
Ten Ten is next to Taiwanese grocery store. Today is mother day and the run two lobster under twenty dollars. It is really a good deal. We were lucky to have the dish. The offer do run out while we were there. We got two scallion lobster with a lot of meat. Love the lobster. We also got six dim sum dishes. We have the fried shrimp ball, stuff bell peppers, shrimp dumplings, shrimp rice paste roll, pork rib in black bean sauce, and chive dumplings. Food is good and big in size. Love it. Service is ok. Average. Definitely worth the money.

Yelp
Very classy feel and delicious food. We ordered the fried chicken and shared the fried rice, wow great flavors! And all decently priced. I loved the family/larger party vibe of the place, feels like a banquet hall with the large tables and lazy Susan's. You wouldn't be able to tell from the outside how elegant this place looks inside. The staff was kind, though I wish they checked on us a bit more as we needed items throughout our stay that we didn't get to ask for. Would highly recommend this restaurant though!

Yelp
Went here with the family this weekend. I was excited to go because we love dim sum and we usually go to a spot in the East side and never have gone to this one. This restaurant is located in the Golden Sparkling plaza and is very big. It's set up like the big dim sum dining halls I remember in NY. It's kind of dated and they have the carts with the dirty dishes and stuff all piled up in the open which wasn't very sightly. The menu is vast and they had several dim sum carts with offerings along with others in the menu that you could order. I have to say, everything we orders was delicious. I have had my fair share of dim sum and the taste and freshness rival any top tier dim sum spot. The lack come from the very poor service. I have verlook a lot, especially when it comes to small businesses but this was a bit much. First we had 3 different servers.. or I think they were servers. They took orders and then didn't come back with stuff. My husband ordered a beer and never got it, even after a reminder. My mom ordered lo mein, never got it. I ordered 2 sets of dim sum dumplings and never got them. After reminding them, they said they were working in it and took 29 min more before coming out with them (50 total min). I'm pretty sure they ran back there and just made them when I reminded them. And there was maybe 2 other table that had people. Not busy at all. It seemed like they were confused and there was a lack of communication between the 3 servers. May have been a bit of a language barrier as well. To add insult to injury they gave me a coupon that expires next week. At least give me a month please. I guess it was a nice gesture but I was frustrated at the end of my meal. I took the dim sum that hey finally came out with home with me. When I ate it that night, I thought dang.. this is so good.. even reheated! Really excellent food.. if they got their act together it would be a great place to dine.

Yelp
Did dim sum with family on a Sunday. My dad wanted to do the lobster. We ordered a few other items. The lobster was 2 for 19.99. They were tiny lobsters. The way they chopped the lobster was so messy where you could barely eat the lobster meat. Meat and shell were mixed together because of poor chopping and very difficult to eat. I had to spit out shells and meat together. There were also empty shells served. The AC was broken that day. Uncomfortable dining experience. Ten ten was great during the first month they opened but has declined all together ever since.

Yelp
We were lucky to catch the lobster special. 2 ginger and scallion lobsters for 20. It was so good. The dim sum dishes we had were also delicious. The size was big! Service staff tried their best considering how busy the place was on a Mother's Day lunch. Overall, we enjoyed a good lobster and dim sum meal.

Yelp
I shop next door at New Golden Sparkling all the time. I have noticed Ten Ten with the thought that I should give it a try. Well today I met me cousin there and we enjoyed amazing dim sum. What have I been thinking by not eating hear before. The shrimp dumplings were huge and reminded me of lightly battered shrimp toast. The shumai was also huge and so so tasty. The soup dumplings were a reasonable size and when you bit into them that porky broth goodness was amazing. I'm done talking about this, I'm going again. Run and you can sit with me and enjoy some crazy good dumplings.

Yelp
We came here for dim sum on a Saturday morning since we were visiting my grandparents who wanted to go for Chinese New Year. The good: plentiful food on the carts with many of the staples that tasted great! The ordered lobster special, beef chow fun were also very tasty. The bad: very.... Greasy? floor, sticky/oily tables, questionable cleanliness of everything in general. They do have a pack of baby wipes on each table which my toddler was thrilled by. Typical minimal service of most Chinese restaurants. Skip the soup dumplings as well. They do have high chairs, I did not want to put baby's car seat carrier on the floor. Bottom line the food was fine but overall cleanliness needs some work..

Yelp
First time at Ten Ten (August 2024) - possibly understaffed on a Sunday morning and they were packed. The pace of carts going around wasn't great as we finished all our first round of food before even seeing another cart which usually doesn't happen at dim sum. Shumai was good and juicy, har gow, good. Chicken feet also good although one order only had 3 which my mom pointed out seemed little but they were decent sized so it wasn't that weird to me? Spare ribs were good. We got their soup dumplings and they were pretty dry - possibly overcooked? We also got the calamari/squid which I wouldn't compare to salt and pepper squid I normally get at Tasty Wok/Peter's or another dim sum place. It was more like tempura almost. Decent priced (under $150 for a table of 7) but again, we slowed down our eating due to the pace of carts coming by. Probably got full sooner than we would have normally. AC wasn't great as every time the front doors opened (which was often with how busy they were) we had a gust of heat and I couldn't really cool down.

Yelp
The Lobster Special was saucy and delicious. Tender beef and chewy noodles never disappoint when we get the Beef Chow Fun. Service was good and the tea was hot.

Yelp
Excellent food and variety plate Service good Ambience great My family and me enjoy

Lillian D.

Yelp
They profit by stealing money! Please read your bill carefully, as this is the 2nd time I got charged for item I didn't order. Today they snuck in extra $3 for "hot tea" which I didn't order, but by the time I found it, it's not worth my time to go back. Besides, "even if we made a mistake, I can't refund you-only the owner can refund, but not available now." We went back to eat this time because of the convenience of being next door to supermarket and we thought last time was an isolated mistake-now it looks like it's a patten.

Yelp
Ten Ten is a ten! Or in this case, 5 stars. I visited once for the first time in November 2021 and the experience was fantastic. Everything we tasted was fresh and delicious. My favorites were the pork with preserved vegetable, the black pepper beef tenderloin, the tofu dish, the crab meat & fish maw soup, the house special pan fried noodle, the lobster with ginger & scallion, the seafood twin delight, and of course, I can't say no to those huge fresh oysters (off menu). It really is the ultimate Chinese feast worthy of any celebration. When I visited, the head chef was a chef from Atlanta's renowned Royal China and opened the location in Miami (which is still open as well). I heard he has since left... and based on recent reviews, it sounds like it may have gone downhill since my last visit but I hope to god not!

Yelp
So I heard of this place for Dim Sun eats. Decided to go and checked them out. The place is by enson shopping plaza but on the far right side where the known Pho place is located. The restaurant was empty but it is a huge restaurant with many lazy susan tables and chandeliers. So they have this price change policy that during dim sum hours unsure what time that is - the dim sum price changes from $4 ish to $6 ish so around 4-5 pm the price is $2 more per dim sum. they have a huge menu for dim sum. its kind of overwhelming. Decided to order from the food menu instead with Walnut Shrimp which was $20 ish and Yang Chou Fried rice which was $15 ish. They offer salted peanuts while you wait for your food to arrive. So the Walnut Shrimp arrived and it taste like it was not a fried battered. It was kind of just wet shrimp coated in the sauce. I am not ordering that no more. The Yang Chou Fried Rice - It was delicious but it had little shrimp and not much other proteins and also the seasonings was a hot or miss with saltiness etc. The portions here are large so you do get more for your money. Service here was nice but the price changing threw me off. I heard many bad stories about dim sum service so I am not sure f I would try the dim sum service.

Yelp
Solid experience visiting this place. The interior decor may be a bit over the top, but the food is solid. Compared to a lot of other dim sum places, they have some more varied and unique dim sum choices. For instance, I tried their Abalone Topped Siu Mai and their Multi-colored Har Gow. Both were solid choices that came out hot and were of solid quality. While service can be a bit hit or miss at times, such as the inability to get the attention of servers or to get the attention of the people pushing the dim sum carts, overall this is still a solid restaurant serving dim sum that I won't mind coming back to :)

Theresa L.

Yelp
We come here on weekends and their dim sum is fantastic! They have huge tables even if you only have two people. Always greeted promptly. Sit and they start bringing out the carts! So many good items and it's always delicious. Decent price too. Service is always fast and friendly. Right next to my favorite Asian market too! In the same plaza as my favorite boba place! Boba queen.

Yelp
Always a very good dimsum, one of the best in Orlando. Last Saturday it was not crowded which is unusual. Virtually all customers are Chinese which is a good sign at a Chinese restaurant. All the small dishes were very good and fresh from the kitchen. Reasonably priced at about $20 per person. Highly recommended.

Yelp
Food was horrible and undercooked, beef ribs had a bad smell it was old meat. Lady kept pushing the cart into our chair hitting us few times and didn't say anything.

Yelp
My mom chose this place to celebrate her birthday, so we all gathered to enjoy some good Chinese food. Ling and the other server were accommodating. The food was food, but they said we can only order steamed dim sum if we wanted. Later I guess they made some other dim sum that we could choose from on a cart. My sister is the one who can order food dim sum so she ordered some for the tables (We had to join 2 tables to accommodate our big family). We also ordered family size orders of a beef dish (I can't remember the exact name), sweet and sour pork, & beef chow fun. The venue is pretty big and Chinese-mafiaesque, but it's in the part of town that's not always safe. It's located in a strip mall. When you enter, there's a huge TV wall. They said sometimes they have karaoke, but only for VIP.

Yelp
Came with a dim sum hungry belly for Mother's Day and we were very pleased! Orlando is a melting pot of variety of food but we have not had a good dim sum spot in the past. This place is pretty good. We're originally from Seattle and so this reminded us of home, particularly China town. Food was fast, hot, and tasty. Ambiance was very family oriented! What we loved most was the Ten Ten fried rice and the pecking sliced pork! Thank you for amazing service and all for an amazing price!

Yelp
Arrived towards the end of the lunch time dim sum service. We were only offered what was in the cart. Weren't given menus or the dim sum list. We observed that regular customers that came after us were given much better treatment. It's a shame that management seems to have abandoned their responsibility in this establishment
google avatar

MY V.

Yelp
Stop by for some dim sum as I heard they open one here in Orlando. I suggest coming right when they open because they do tend to fill up the tables quickly. They have the usually carts the ladies push around and try to tell you items you need to try. To me dim sum taste the same about anywhere and this place was the same as most places. I usually order all the same items they offer. The chicken feet was decent it was lacking flavor though. You can't go wrong with the shu mai and shrimp dumplings. Also the crispy shrimp balls. I had try to order to go once and they took forever to plate the food. Waitress seems a bit overwhelm from the rush and also the manager. Which they do not speak English so it was hard to communicate. I did end of leaving and just paid for what they had cooked in the kitchen.
google avatar

Moonlight S.

Yelp
Food was p good! Just alot of the dishes like the fried rice was prettyyy under seasoned and the veggies were undercooked. Server was kinda rushing us even tho the place was practically empty. They ONLY had sprite, tea, and water. The drinks are canned or bottled... ambiance is okay? No real music playing it was kinda awkward and quiet. Didn't feel very clean too. There does seem to be karaoke. Do think they should drop prices for what they are serving tho. Soup dumplings are more like just dumplings who were to shy with the soup....
google avatar

Justin S.

Yelp
I went here for dim sum with a group of friends and really enjoyed the whole experience. The restaurant looks very classy with tablecloths on every table and elegant chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. All of the dumplings and pastry items from the carts were freshly prepared and delicious. I believe they have a separate menu to order from but we just had the dim sum. The service was great with plenty of servers available. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend it if you're in the area.
google avatar

Matthew G.

Yelp
This place is abysmal. The food is now subpar and the service is nonexistent. We were the today celebrating Tet and we're not that many people there. No one sat us, one lady finally came to take drink orders ten minutes later. No menu, chopsticks or silverware for kids. They didn't give us any menu. The dim sum cart people just sat in the front talking and went to the middle only, we had to wave arms and literally walk over to them. Not one time did anyone come check to see if we needed anything. When we paid we left no tip, the lady came all the way to our table stating "the price doesn't include tip and we have to leave one". I told her "y'all have no service, what tip do you need?" Highly do not recommend anyone going. The standards have plummeted.
google avatar

Melissa L.

Yelp
Very traditional decor. Service was good, a couple of the servers only spoke Chinese (which is a good sign). Will add this place to the list of my favorite dim sum places in Orlando! Definitely coming back again

Yelp

Yelp
Update 1/31/22 Look, the food is good and all but the service needs work. I get it, it's a Asian restaurant and service is Not going to be like The Ritz Carlton. Didn't have to wait for a table because we just seated ourselves after standing near the entrance for 5 mins like 2 dumb***es. There's a line today to wait for the butcher for fresh roast duck and roast pork but apparently I had to personally wait in the long line (that didn't move at all after standing there for 15 mins) for the fresh items but OTHER people that were eating at the tables could personally order their items from their tables and didn't have to wait in line like the rest of us. I'm not sure how much they bribed the servers with money or if they're friends/family but it's not fair and unacceptable. Like I said - the food is Good. It truly is but the service sucks a**. Also, when you're done eating, you're better off just walking to where the "bar" is to pay because you'll be sitting there for awhile waiting for the server to come.
google avatar

Brooke M.

Yelp
It's really unfortunate what this dim sum place has come to. My family has given it two opportunities and the service has significantly dropped. The restaurant is full over the weekends, but they only have 3 servers taking care of the entire dining room. If you aren't sat near the kitchen, you will not receive any dim sum. Many people were getting up with their papers and bringing it near the kitchen in order to get dishes. The food is delicious, but it's no longer a quick bite. You will be here for hours waiting for food to come to your table. Food takes forever to be made and it's all completely out of the servers control.
google avatar

Janet W.

Yelp
Everything we ordered was delicious! Dim sum-enjoyed the chive pan-fried dumpling, steam shrimp dumpling, sticky rice, and bean curd wrap. Entree dishes were excellent, especially the two lobster special for dine-in for $16.95! The lobsters were sweet and delicious. I also enjoyed the dry fried eggplant. The hot tea was plentiful and the service was excellent. We came here early on Sunday but by 11:30 am, the place was filling up! I highly recommend this local treasure.

Yelp
I'm in a mood to give out 5's even with the bad reviews. First, I'm glad that I drove the 49 minutes to get here. It was worth every bite. From the moment we walked in, May our server was friendly, pleasant and attentive. The other gentleman who took out order wasn't as friendly, but he was attentive and we appreciated that. There wasn't a lot of people in there for a Friday evening, but we were probably a little early bc people started to come in after. I was amused by the huge screen playing English and Chinese music videos. We didn't realize that you get more choices of dim sum if you come for lunch so I must do that next time. For dim sum we had the chicken feet, steamed pork buns, black pepper beef ribs, and the beef tripe: All good. For apps, we ordered the oysters with garlic and vermicelli noodles, and omg! They were HUGE. Good thing we only ordered 6. The main course was the lobster that was a special. It delivered with a side of white rice. Everything hot and fresh! The menu was overwhelming. I wanted to order almost everything on it. The bill was decent. For drinks, May referred a red wine and no Cantonese meal should be without hot tea. Definitely a new place I'll be heading back to.

Yelp
Ten ten gets a 8/10 for food and a 5/10 for service/experience. Been waiting to try this place for dim sum and thought I gave enough time for them to work out their kinks. But the place still needs improvement. Ten Ten is located in a tight plaza near West Orange county/China Town area off Colonial and Kirkman. The plaza has various other Asian food offerings such as boba, hot pot, and a grocer. Walking in reminded me of a hotel wedding reception from the 90's. Lots of tightly packed golden tables with lazy susans and some Trippin' chandeliers. I've gone during dinner service and came for dim sum on the weekend for lunch. The food was excellent during dinner. The roast duck, beef chow fun, and snow tip peas in garlic sauce were group favorites. We did order some items from the dim sum menu, but there were a lot of the choices that they said they did not have available. Also they charge $1 extra per dish since there were no carts. What we did order was good I forgot what they're called, but the tofu skin with beef inside and the fried shrimp with the "nest" coating on the outside was good. The dim sum experience during lunch was a bit of a scatter. There are not enough carts going around and the food runs out quickly. There doesn't seem to be a lot of selection of what we typically order either: no salt and pepper anything or any of the rice roll dishes. I know part of the experience is to hustle for the food and if a cart comes, just say yes to whatever they offer or else you'll go hungry...but the wait for a cart was just too long. Overall, with a bunch of places closing down in Orlando, I would still come back to this place just for the great tasting food alone. It's worth a try when you are in West Orange county area.

Yelp
Ohhhh boy! I'm going to be telling out my secret on a really good dim sum spot! Ten ten is new to Orlando but it looks like they have another restaurant in Ft. Lauderdale. I came by last Sunday and was very surprised. The restaurant was not open and there was a line outside, inside was fairly large and has all round tables with lazy Susan's....my favorite! There were a few items already on the carts but many items we asked for was either sold out or not available. I think they are still figuring out their clientele. They have fresh duck, chicken and pig at the front of the store. The food was fresh and delicious. Not like other dim sum places. The store and silverware was clean and very beautiful! My only cons, they need to have someone in the front to take names and to-go orders. No one was in the front and when I tried to place a to-go order after we ate, I was given the run around. Let's just say, I wasn't able to order. I think with time they will have this figured out. I shall return to try their dinner menu and update on my experience.

Yelp
Ten Ten is one of my favorite spots for dim sum. I love that they have carts even on the weekdays! My go to orders are always the shrimp rolls, shrimp dumplings, shumai, baked bbq pork buns. The quality is great especially for the price. I would definitely recommend this place for dim sum if your on that side of town.

Yelp
Horrible, horrible, horrible service. Don't come here. We came in on a Sunday, & we know dim sum is usually packed on Sundays. Our party of 6 waited 15 mins to be acknowledged, when there were at least 8 empty tables. This place was clearly understaffed. This shows the greed of the owners. They know Sundays are big days for dim sum, especially around the holidays, & the chose to not have proper staffing. We sat down nearly 20 mins later & were seated in the corner, inaccessible to the cart. A single man came after us & was seated immediately & closer to the outside. Then our drink orders were taken & came out pretty quick. There was only one dim sum cart & it was nearly completely empty by the time it came around to us. People kept getting up from their seats & walking up to the cart. There is no organization at all. The cart never got to us. The waiter brought the two remaining items left to us & when we said we didn't want it, the waiter rudely said "well, now you have to wait." We've been waiting. We got up & left. We heard bad things about the service, but we wanted to give it a go. Bad decision. As we were leaving, we told the cashier that we've been waiting too long & just wanted to pay for our drinks. There was no apologies from the cashier. This was such a poor experience. Never coming back no matter what. Don't come here. They don't respect the people they are taking money from. We are Asians from Brooklyn & even this poor service was beyond us. F this place. The decor was nice & pretty, but the service did not match the vibe.

Yelp
Just enjoyed an amazing Chinese Cantonese New Years lunch. Had special twin lobsters promotion for super inexpensive $22.95! Enjoyed DimSum along with braised eggplant and crisp chicken with garlic . Everything was absolutely delicious and true Cantonese old school cooking. My dad was a Cantonese head chef in NYC/NJ and I can confirm this brought back wonderful memories of trips to Chinatown nyc Just discovered this restaurant recently and two out of two visits are both excellent Only complaint is they are very understaffed like many restaurants. While sometimes difficult I just go ask the women with dimsum carts directly If you wait till they come you may get frustrated and hangry! lol. No big issue. Great food is worth the minor inconvenience

Yelp
Overall good experience. If you do want dim sum for dinner it will take longer since they make per order while during lunch they do have cart service. We were wanting dim sum so we were ok with the wait. Everything was great some things were a little different than other dim sum we have had but very happy with the flavors. The only thing that seemed a little too different was the pineapple bun I have had several other places it is usually always custard center theirs didn't seem to get to that stage in the baking and was soupy. I tried to ask about that bit their was a language barrier so we just took it home and baked it longer kn our own. It would be great to go back for lunch to try the cart service or again for dinner to do family style dinner.

Yelp
Located off kirkman and 50, this place is easy to miss inside a busy Asian market district. Open for lunch and dinner, they serve traditional food and dim sum. I was a little disappointed that they only serve dimsum on carts for lunch and the dinner menu is very limited for dimsum. We got the BBQ pork dimsum (nice and fluffy) and the shrimp and chive dimsum (amazing flavor and the outside for just a little crispy). We also tried the chicken cashew dish (wish it had more spice/flavor to the sauce as I kept having to put in chili paste and soy sauce to get good flavor - it also didn't come with green peppers, but instead peas and carrots which was different for me. The last dish we got was pork and pan fried noodles. The noodles were nice and crispy in the sauce and so much flavor definitely would order again. We got there around 6 o'clock on Wednesday evening and it wasn't very crowded. But by 630 they were at least 30 other people inside the restaurant and all the tables are banquet style seating which means there's very little room in between the tables and they are definitely not seating by covid standards.

Yelp
Been here twice. Pretty quick. Lots of options. Friendly lady who speaks English very well so communication is super easy for what you want if you don't speak Chinese. Seafood options are good. Especially the lobster. For dim sum the fried shrimp ball is HUGE and the soup dumpling is good. Same with abalone dumpling. I would say the rice roll with shrimp is a bit too weirdly sweet. They do have dim sum in the shape of animals.

Yelp
I called in advance to ask if there was dim sum all day, poor English said yes. I was disappointed I was limited to just a quarter of the options just the steamed ones, then one I picked was out; oh & prices go from $5 to $7 each for dinner. Noodles were good, but thick. My husband was almost done eating by the time mine came out, all good except tripe was ok due to seasoning. Decor is very nice big TV, nice lighting, & serveware is pretty too. Waiters were nice & attentive. Toilets needed cleaning. There's a big Asian grocery store by it.

Yelp
I so wanted to love this place as I have several Chinese friends who like it. I've been eating dim sum for 40 years, so I think I can be a good judge. We went mid day on a Saturday, and there were still a few carts roaming and only three tables occupied, including ours. The menu was extensive with over 50 dim sum items but when I went to order at least four of them, we were told they don't have them. We were able to order Har Gow and pan, fried shrimp and chive dumpling. Both were very good and the price according to the menu was reasonable at $4.85. When we got the bill I realized that the total was more than two times $4.85. When I approached the cashier we were told there was a sign that showed the prices changed. We did not see a sign the way we entered, and the way we were seated. We were told that was an old menu and the sign we were supposed to see was on the back of a partition which we never saw and it was a pink piece of standard copier paper. To us that's just bad business. If they even put a sticky note on each menu, or the staff had told us that there was a change in price from what we were given then maybe I wouldn't be so disappointed it's a shame because it's such a classic looking room and the food was OK.

Yelp
If I could give no stars I would. We went there. Dim sum on a typical Sunday. They were not tooooo busy so we went and waiting to be seated. Waited probably a good 5-10 mins before anyone acknowledged us. When we got seated, they sat us next to the door. Then 5-10 mins later the server comes over and took orders. The server left and we waited a good 10-15 mins before the carts for dim sum comes over. No one spoke English. I asked for sweet soy sauce and no one understood. Finally they see me putting rock sugar that is supposed to be used for hot tea into my soy sauce and said they know now, and finally I got my sweet soy sauce. The dim sum came cold.. There was a piece of fur/hair in our dim sum but we did not make a big deal and just let it pass Food was mediocre Service was on the slacking/bad side. It was just me, my husband and my son. When we went to pay for our bill. On the tip line, we cross it out and wrote cash. Which we left at the table. However when we came home, our credit card shows that they charged 20% tip on our bill. When we called them to look up. The lady refuse to help and we then had to call our credit card I wasn't even going to write a review but they really pushed us to the limit. Adding tip on their own account was just plain wrong. Especially when customer wrote cash and left cash on the table! Horrible experience Won't be back And I do not recommend this place to anyone

Yelp
I had a great experience at Ten Ten Seafood and Grill. The food was delicious, especially their seafood dishes. The service was good, but a bit slow at times. Overall, a solid 4/5 dining experience!

Yelp
It was my first time to eat there. Dim sum was pretty greasy. The entree's was good but I was very thirsty afterwards.

Yelp
So our family loves dim sum and we had a craving later in the day and this place still served dim sum until 4pm daily. The restaurant was rather run down on the outside, but what's that they say about books and covers...? Anyway, the inside was slightly better and we were the only four patrons. They had a pretty extensive dim sum collection advertised on their menu but the ground truth is they are out of or no longer make many of the items on the menu. They initially tried to push the day's leftovers on us but there were only a couple of items we chose from that selection. After ferreting out what was available versus what was no longer available we made enough selections to make a meal for our group of four. Not what I'd consider top notch dim sum, but it filled our bellies today... the only thing else I'd have to report about this place is if you need to go to the bathroom, hold it. Trust me...!

Yelp
They can thank their 2 star review to their horrendous bias service. Their food is not bad, I'd say this is the only dim sum place I can bare to eat in the Orlando area. It is not full of msg and usually fresh. They have push carts but you can order from the menu also. The decor is very 'extravagant', gold wall and fancy China. Service.... Never is there a hostess to seat you. The servers are never welcoming or helpful. Fine, I'm use to it. But today, my friend and I dined there and it wasn't even that busy. There was a line for their Chinese bbq, I was told I needed to wait in line but we saw two other tables were able to order from the table. The line was ridiculously long, it didn't move at all. I ended up saying forget it. The servers were useless and when I called them out on the situation they just said wait in line. I saw one party give the server a red envelope as bribery. As a Chinese speaker myself, it wasn't good enough for their service. Would have to be really desperate for dim sum for return. They need to work on their staffing and customer service.

Yelp
Came here with my family for dim sum and the overall experience was just alright. Luckily I was able to order from the car as it passed by but there were limited options. The service is very basic it took at least 20 minutes for another cart to come by and the food was almost gone on the cart. We ordered a few dishes on their men menu which took more than 30 minutes to arrive. We ordered congee and drunken noodles and wanted to eat it with a dimsum but it took so long that we already finished all the dim sum plates. The prices for dim sum definitely went up and Some dumpling dim sum should be four pieces but now it's three. The chicken feet which is a popular one had only three pieces and was six or seven dollars for the plate. Unfortunately there are limited dim sum places in Orlando. In terms of decor the place was much nicer than the other smaller restaurants. The interior is very much comparable to New York City. They also have roasted duck and crispy pork as well as barbecue pork that you can get to go. I got the flat roasted duck and was extremely surprised that for half a duck the price was $20/lb. That is such a rip off it's normally $13/lb at most and the supermarket down the street is still $13. $20 for half a duck which barely had any meat was beyond disappointing. I wont be getting it here anymore. The bbq pork was $10.95/lb.
