Teneaka took me through the home buying process from start to finish. I was not sure and very anxious about the process. She held my hand throughout the entire process. I had a lot of challenges in front of me: a bankruptcy being one. However, Teneaka did not even fret when I went down the list. I was shocked as other Realtors made me feel as I would have to settle for what I can get-not what I wanted. Teneaka was readily available to take my call and answer questions. If she could not answer, she quickly followed up with a text to advise she would get back to me as soon as possible, and that she did. I swear she was a Therapist in another life because when I was in despair and ready to give up, by the end of the call, I felt as if I was Superwoman and could accomplish anything. It was well worth the sweat and tears. With Teneaka’s guidance and tenacity I closed on the house of my dreams on October 20, 2025. Teneaka is an exceptional realtor with experience and it shows in her from the beginning of the process until the end. The home buying process is such a personal and intimate process with how much information is flowing to this party and the next. However throughout the process Teneaka professional and firm we needed, patient when I was confused, and empathetic when I stressed. In less than 3 months I walked into my home a new home owner.

Amazing is an understatement. As a first time homebuyer, I was honestly dreading the thought of looking at houses because I thought it was going to be overwhelming. Ms. Lawrence showed me otherwise. She made it fun and put her insight on every house we went to because it was like she knew exactly what I was seeking. The 2nd house we toured, Ms. Lawrence said, "This is your house!" Mind you, we'd just pulled in the driveway and I'd only gotten out of my car. Maybe she has this 3rd eye when it comes to real estate and knowing what will make her clients complete. Who knows? I'm saying all of this to say, the lady was RIGHT! After looking at several other houses and not liking any of them, I closed on the house she said was mine right from the start.
