"Travel down a long dirt road past fields of peppers to find Tenoch. Located within Paradero Todos Santos, the restaurant's open-air setting is breezy and laidback and belies the serious food coming from this kitchen. The contemporary Mexican menu focuses on locally sourced seafood and produce from their own farm, and dishes feel timely. The soft-shell crab taco is as deceiving as it is delicious, appearing simple but coming alive on the palate. Slow-roasted beef tongue is loaded with flavor and incredibly tender while the manchamantel mole offers the perfect blend of spicy, sweet and fruity. For dessert, order the chocolate taco with black garlic panna cotta, or the dessert take on French Toast that is both decadent and dramatic." - Michelin Inspector

The 16 Best Restaurants In Todos Santos, Mexico - Todos Santos - The Infatuation

"The deluxe new Paradero Hotel is a big, concrete compound surrounded by fields and desert, and this restaurant is right at the center of its grounds. It’s one of the only fine dining spots in Todos Santos, so save it for a special occasion—you’ll sit at a wooden table outside and be lit by lanterns in trees like you’re in the penultimate round of a reality dating show. Expect to eat soft shell crab tacos, grilled chocolata clams, and maybe a vegetable or two, like roasted cauliflower topped with truffle mayo and housemade pickles. Just keep in mind that you’ll need a reservation here." - michaela trimble

We had an absolutely amazing dinner. While we weren’t staying on property, we made a point of driving from our hotel just to dine at tenoch based on reviews and feedback from friends. All the food was delicious and so well executed/elevated. The service was impeccable (Benjamin took such good care of us). We sat at the bar and had front row seats of both the kitchen and the bar (where Gabrielle was making some great mezcalitas). Definitely would return for both a special occasion or just a really really good meal!

We first came for the food but we returned for the grilled clams and for Ivan. The food at this restaurant is exceptional, but what truly sets it apart is the warmth and professionalism of the service. Ivan is an extraordinary server whose attention to detail, genuine hospitality, and effortless charm made every visit memorable. He anticipated what we needed before we asked and created an experience that felt personal and special each time. During our time in Todos Santos, this became our favorite restaurant, thanks in no small part to Ivan.

We had high hopes for Tenoch given how highly it was rated and that it was in the Michelin guide but were disappointed from start to finish. First, it was not very easy to find and we drove past the gate of the resort which was not well labeled. When you finally get to the parking lot there are almost no lights and no one to point you where to go. We wandered around in pitch darkness until we finally found the restaurant. When we got to the hotel we were given bar seats when we had reserved a table, but they were all full. It took 45 minutes before anyone came to take our order as we watched other people sit later and get taken care of first. The food took about an hour for my wife's to come, and another 30 minutes after hers before any of my food arrived. I wish I could say the food was good after the wait but it just wasn't. It was all pretty bland, the plates were tiny, and super overpriced. Honestly this was such an underwhelming experience that it makes me never want to try a Michelin recommended restaurant again.

I had heard so many wonderful comments about this place that I booked it for my husbands 80th birthday. The food was inventive, beautifully prepared and delicious. I gave the service 3 stars for lack of attentiveness. For this price I expect flawless service. There seemed to be a lack of communication between the kitchen and wait staff. The atmosphere would have gotten 5 stars had the cigarette smoke not drifted our way from a table fairly close to us. For me, that is a game changer in a culinary experience.

We had the most incredible meal at Tenoch!Everything was top notch from the food itself to level of service. The staff were very attentive throughout the night. Plenty of restaurants in Todos Santos have excellent seafood and farm-to-table ingredients, however, what sets Tenoch apart is the impeccable attention to detail and creative pairing of flavors. We also loved the tacos and fresh catch with served with warm tortillas. I am still thinking about the chocolata clams; they were so good and incredibly flavorful. The drinks were also fantastic (thank you to Hiran and Aldair for the excellent drinks and recommendations throughout the night). Highly recommend trying the “cafe y cacao” cocktail for something sweet at the end of the meal. We will definitely be back to Tenoch on our next trip to Todos Santos!

We only stopped by Paradero Hotel for a morning coffee, but from the moment we arrived, we were treated like special guests. The gerente gave us a warm welcome, and Ángel kindly took the time to show us around the beautiful rooms. Everyone we encountered was incredibly kind and attentive. We enjoyed a lovely coffee and some delicious fresh fruit, and the kitchen team went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Special shoutout to Charly who was especially friendly. The kitchen manager was also genuinely welcoming. Even though we weren’t staying overnight, the hospitality made a lasting impression. Highly recommend this hotel for its service, atmosphere, and the amazing team behind it!

The appetizers were good. Scallops, soft shell crab tacos, oysters all good. The main dishes were not good. Undercooked chicken, dry fish and average ribeye that was a minuscule portion for $75 (US) Very disappointing meal. At the price point, we had hoped for better.

The tostada was stale/old, and the crab taco was poorly fried and overly greasy. Overall, the meal was a complete disappointment. Many other restaurants in Baja would be far more deserving of a Michelin star than this one.
