The service is excellent, individual aprons for diners is great to avoid splashing with eating hotpot. The sauce station is great. Very spicy chilli. Hot water top ups were done regularly h staff without asking which is perfect. The hot basic tea is very expensive about £6-7 to £10 for special tea per pot for individuals. Dining was about £75pp which may be premium for some, though noted it’s in Fitzrovia in the heart of central London so understand. We chose this restaurant mainly because they do individual hotpots for each diner if they wish, they can share on the table though cos of different dietary preferences it was 👌🏼. The oysters were delicious and we were happy with the food selection. The venue is clean and tidy. A cosy venue for dinner dates. The servers were efficient and helpful and even noted it was my birthday and gave me free take home tea. Kind. The toilet decor is pretty beautiful!

Very very delicious Chaoshan hot pot which different with normal spicy hot pot. We had three kinds of clear soup broths, and they were absolutely all flavorful. The restaurant is spotlessly clean, and the service is attentive. The Christmas beef platter is a standout! It’s so festive, and the beef is super fresh and tender. The beef balls are bouncy and firm, the veggies are crisp and fresh, and the pineapple juice is delicious too. I tried the Chaoshan snack for the first time here, and it was amazing. Will definitely be coming back for more!

We had such a wonderful experience here! This Chinese hotpot restaurant is dog friendly, which made the visit extra special for us. The staff were incredibly friendly and the service was great from start to finish. The beef was outstanding, so fresh, with lots of different cuts to choose from. The ingredients overall were really fresh, and the handmade beef balls and fish balls were amazing: bouncy, chewy, and full of flavour, just like the ones I grew up eating at home. There are also plenty of soup bases to choose from, and the mocktails were surprisingly lovely too! We had an amazing time and will definitely be back. Highly recommend! 🫶🍲🐶

Great Chaozhou beef hotpot near Tottenham Court Road! Fresh cuts of beef (the snowflake beef is amazing), tasty handmade beef balls, and clean individual hotpots so everyone can choose their own broth. Light and flavourful soups, fresh veggies, and surprisingly good Chaozhou snacks. Pet-friendly, cozy atmosphere, and friendly staff. Around £40pp and worth it for the quality. One of the best authentic Chaozhou hotpot spots in London — highly recommend!

Highly recommended! The experience was fantastic! The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, providing truly wonderful service. The quality of the ingredients here really shines. The beef was beautiful, presented so nice and fresh, and cooked up to be incredibly tender and tasty in the broth. A great added touch is the sweet treat served at the end of the meal, such a lovely way to finish up the hotpot experience! The overall atmosphere and quality of the food and service make this a must-try. Definitely recommend!

5/5 Amazing Experience – Dog Friendly & Best Beef Hotpot in London! I had one of the best hotpot experiences at Teo HotPot (贰捌潮汕火锅) on Store Street. The quality of the beef was incredibly fresh – you can really taste the difference. The staff even reminded us to cook the meat for only 7 seconds to enjoy the perfect tenderness. Every dish was delicious, especially the handmade tendon meatballs and deep-fried shredded beef, which were crispy outside and full of flavour. The Mooli Beef Broth was clean and naturally sweet, and the Satay Beef Broth was rich without being too heavy. Perfect balance! The Angus Beef Fried Rice was another highlight – dry-fried, fragrant, and full of wok flavour. But the biggest surprise? 👉 They offer freshly cooked beef bones for dogs – completely free! We brought our dog, and they prepared a fresh bone (from the same broth they use for the soup) just for him, plus a little bone broth to drink. It was heartwarming to see how pet-friendly this restaurant is. My dog was so happy that he literally fell asleep chewing the bone! The service was excellent – very attentive, kind, and welcoming to both people and pets. I had a good hot pot meal here. The beef platter was nicely sliced and tender, and the beef balls were juicy with a fresh flavor that’s different from what you get elsewhere. The drinks were special and refreshing, which helped balance the heat from the broth. The place was clean, and the service was attentive and helpful—they explained things well and kept everything running smoothly. I’d go back for more hot pot. 🍲

We had a great experience! They do this really cool Christmas tree made of beef, their meat is pretty high quality and it shows. Their sauce is authentic and the service staff are proactive and very nice.
