"Teotihuacan landing in the middle of our queso rankings makes sense because offering a solid middle ground is what Teo does. This is a Tex-Mex standard, not a flagship, and that’s why we love it. Teo's queso tastes cheesy, if not a little thin. It adheres well enough to a tortilla chip but doesn’t have that soft cheesy fluff of the quesos above.
