Terra Olea

"Located in the Arruzafilla district, close to its previous incarnation, this restaurant boasts a bright dining room from where the kitchen is partially visible to diners. The chef, who serves some of his dishes in person, conjures up cuisine that is contemporary in feel and showcases local products with the minimum of fuss, focusing on the best products from the Córdoba region and in particular its small producers. The cuisine here features a two interesting tasting menus, named Flos and Cibarium respectively, in reference to olives and their historical importance. The unique lamps hanging above the tables look like giant wasps’ nests!" - Michelin Inspector

Such a delightful experience! We had the Flos tasting menu which consisted of 14 courses! All exquisitely prepared and presented. They only use organic ingredients which are sourced locally. It is a beautifully decorated, friendly and very intimate restaurant with the chef personally presenting each dish to us, in English, which we appreciated.

Top-notch in every aspect possible. The food was amazing! Their sauce game is unmatched and the flavor architecture was on par with the Guggenheim Museum. The courses were each beautifully crafted and brought out in a very well-choreographed order. The chef personally presented each dish and the restaurant was sleek, modern, and welcoming. They definitely earned their Michelin star and I hope I get a chance to visit again. One of the best meals I have experienced in quite a while.

On your trip to cordoba, you must dine here. The most decadent menu.. with delicious wine pairings, set in a beautiful contemporary dining venue. The staff so warm attentive and kind.. I had the best dining experience 🥹💖 and got to experience the best of cordoba, set on beautiful local ceramic plates.. or doesn’t get better.

We had the 14-course Flos menu and we really enjoyed the transition from savoury dishes to desserts. I particularly liked the very creamy eggplants which is almost plantain-like. The combination of sea bass and adobo sauce really highlighted the freshness of the fish. The chef also brilliantly paired the Iberico pork with a slice of very mild truffle which is neither too subtle nor overpowering, bringing out the nuttiness of the pork. The use of tomatoes in the dessert was also a surprise. For the price I was paying for this meal, I’d say it’s a 10/10.

Fantastic food and excellent service. I am vegetarian and they adapted the menu perfectly (did more than simply remove the meat). This was definitely a top 10 meal for me and I will heartily recommend it to all my friends visiting cordoba.

Celebrating my birthday in Córdoba, we decided to go for this restaurant, even though it was located a bit outside the city center (30min walk from our hotel). We ended up not regretting that AT ALL! We had 2 Flos tasting menus with 13 courses (make sure to reserve your table in advance as they need to know the quantity of the dishes beforehand to prepare well) and were absolutely stunned by everything!!! The presentation was stunning, the plates everything was served in really beautiful & special, the taste of everything, the wines to go along with the food that we had suggested, the place itself, which felt really nice, calm and elegant, but nothing over the top. We were hesitant about the sizes of the portions, whether we would have enough to eat or if we would have to order something else in the end, but it was the perfect quantity to leave the table pleasantly filled by the end of the meal. Our waitress was really friendly too and we were able to spend a wonderful evening 😊 One of the best restaurants I have been to and for sure the best one in Cordoba!!! 👏🏼

A wonderful experience in fine dining, the place only has 5 tables and you can see the food being prepared. Together with the cosy, intimate decorations, the small number of tables and the fact that the chef also serves the food himself, it feels like you have been invited to his house. The tasting menu was an amazing journey in local ingredients and tastes presented wonderfully by the skilled hands of the chef. And the price was silly low for the experience it bought.

Great food and excellent service. Daring combinations of flavours and not your average wine pairing. Focus on local food is notable. The pace of serving was maybe a bit too fast, but if you get 17 courses, I guess that's part of the deal.
