Lots of outdoor sitting with 2 full bars and plenty of options for sitting. Good services from the season staff, the younger girls could use etiquette training. Pet friendly. The drink and salad was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ but the crab cakes ⭐️⭐️⭐️ bc it was oily.

Food was great. My steak was cooked perfectly. Mom's French onion soup was enjoyable. Staff was very friendly and diligent. Greeted us immediately. Place was a little dark.. creating ambiance, but hard to read menus for us older folks lol!! 10 out of 10 for our visit. No serious complaints at all.

The food is always so delicious! You can taste the passion in the plate! Super friendly staff! Managers are congenial and accommodating! Booked professional and personal events here many times with seamless results!

Terrazza: A Pleasant Meal That Falls Just Short of Its Potential Dining at Terrazza offers a glimpse of promise — attentive service, a welcoming atmosphere, and dishes that strive for comfort and familiarity. Yet despite its charm, the execution leaves room for refinement. Service was a highlight of the evening — warm, efficient, and genuinely attentive. The kitchen, however, delivered food that, while good, stopped short of being memorable. Both the Chicken Piccata and Chicken Marsala arrived in deep soup-style bowls rather than traditional dinner plates, an odd choice that made cutting the chicken awkward and somewhat messy. The excess sauce pooled beneath the meat, leaving the mashed potatoes drenched and the overall presentation slightly “soupy.” A flat plate, firmer mashed potatoes and less sauce would have done wonders for both structure and balance. The flavors themselves were pleasant — classic and comforting — but overwhelmed by the volume of sauce. A more restrained hand and a denser mashed potato would allow the chicken to shine, giving the dish more texture and integrity. Surprisingly, no bread service was offered — not even a slice of Italian bread to start. This absence was notable, as a simple basket of warm bread could have added hospitality and substance to a meal that, as it stood, felt incomplete. In fact, the Chicken Marsala entrée left me not quite full, a rarity for such a dish. Desserts provided a more satisfying close. The Salted Caramel Cheesecake was smooth and indulgent, (aside from a long hair I found inside while eating it) while the Tres Leches Cake had a pleasant texture but leaned overly sweet, prompting us to scrape away some of the frosting. Dinner for two — including two entrées, two desserts, a bottled water, and one beer — totaled just under $100, a price point that felt slightly ambitious given the uneven execution. With a few adjustments — improved plating, tighter sauce control, a heartier mashed potato, and the thoughtful addition of a bread course — Terrazza could easily elevate its dining experience from good to truly commendable. Disclaimer: With over 25 years in the restaurant and food industry, I offer this review in the spirit of constructive critique, hoping the ownership takes these observations as an opportunity to refine and enhance what could become a consistently excellent dining destination.

Cozy atmosphere with great food and drinks! Hugo spritz was not on the menu but they made it for me. Arancini, risotto and chicken parm was all cooked & presented nicely. Would definitely return!

A very relaxing outdoor space that provided the best combination of outdoor dining with warm sunshine. My wife and I enjoyed an early meal served by Alena. She said she was fairly new, but was relaxed and comfortable helping me select a awesome meal choice. They had only just open when we arrived and we were likely the first guests of the evening, but out food was perfectly cooked and arrived nice and warm. Go enjoy as we did this new destination in our dining collection of spots to return. 2nd visit was indoors, as there was a large gathering in the outdoor space. Still we enjoyed beautifully prepared meals. Our waitress was fun and engaging offering us option as well as specials.

The food was amazing apart from the fact that we had three breads given to two people. Let's just say only one person left. The hummus was savory and tasty atop the bread given to us. Just as well, both pasta dishes had pasta cooked to perfection. One complaint would be the lack of Mediterranean food for a Mediterranean restaurant. Service was great. Always keeping me stocked up on drinks. The atmosphere was great with decorations, a cool temperature, and available outside seating. Overall, a good experience for food but not specifically Mediterranean food.

Started with nachos. They were very good. I had the fish n chips for dinner it was a special. Not too greasy. Nice and crispy batter. French fries were delicious. Also the tartar sauce was homemade and amazing. Husband got the chicken zio and he loved it.

Terrazza RI in Smithfield, RI has done it again! This time they teamed up with Ember To Ash Lounge for a fabulous evening featuring premium cigars from Oliva Cigar Co. and a decadent five-course dinner with wine pairings with a fabulous jazz band for entertainment. We kicked things off with a refreshing lobster & shrimp ceviche, followed by a savory filet crostini and crisp summer salad. Next came the star of the night--pillowy homemade ravioli--before finishing with an impressive mixed grill served in a truly generous portion! A huge thank you to Ariana, Shay, Megan, and the entire team for crafting such a memorable and delicious experience.

Not every restaurant has it all or is perfect. Some just get a whole bunch of things right and make the dining experience enjoyable. Three of us landed here last night for a dinner outside. The experience started with a terrific server and a great evening to eat outside. Always prefer eating outside given the opportunity providing the weather is good. It was perfect tonight. The outdoor seating area is quite large. perhaps some 15 to 20 tables. The area was packed. It also has a bar that you can sit at outside. The menu offers a good variety of meats, fish, and salads. I saw an order of sliders come out, so that's what I ordered. The meal comes with three sliders of Angus beef, onion, ring, their special sauce, on a toasted bun. Not super filling, but excellent. It comes with french fries which were quite good. everyone enjoyed their meal.

Went to Terrazza on a recent Saturday night with family. All of our meals were delicious. I had swordfish, it was very fresh and cooked perfectly. Others had steak tips, short ribs, salmon, and seafood pappardelle. All were excellent they said. The risotto with mushrooms and spinach is vg. We had a stuffed mushroom app that was to die for. Decor is nice but it is very loud. Service was also good. Highly recommended!!!

Back to Terrazza but this time for a business dinner. There were over 30 of there. The staff was very accommodating, setting up our table quickly when we got there over 40 minutes early. They have a good size parking lot so parking for us was not an issue. Food was great, for w big party im surprised on how quickly the food came out and with no issues. Everyone loved the food and said would love to return.

Food was absolutely delicious!! I love when a place offers a PINK VODKA PARMIGIANA!! $8 martinis soooo appreciated but def tasted watered down, so ehhh for that but I will definitely try it again, maybe something was off with my tastebuds. A+ for the food though!

This place is a mixed bag for me. On the one hand it's over the top, but on the other hand it's below average. Four stars is a shaking of those hands. The supreme side of things were ambiance and service. I do highly recommend getting a rezzy prior to arrival. It just makes for a smooth experience. The staff are super attentive and have a passion for what they do. Between the staff, the lighting, decor and flickering fireplace it helps make the whole experience palatable. The food is sub par. I really felt the flavors were bland. The seafood is definitely not fresh. The highlight (unfortunately) were the noodles in the pappardelle. They had a freshness mingled with a tasty sauce that outshined the frozen seafood that accompanied. It's a 5 for service and atmosphere, 3 for the food. I prob won't be back...Bon appetite!

Food is absolutely amazing. However, we were sat at 7:15 and no one talked to us, took a drink order, or even offered water for 25 minutes and that was AFTER we went and asked a hostess for a server. We immediately put in an order for apps which came quickly but we didn't even have water, or silverware. We put in an order for food around 7:50 and finally 30 minutes later we got food. It was delicious but we did have to ask 3 people again for silverware. Finally got a check at 9:00 after all of our party got up to leave with one person staying behind to pay. Needless to say, service is absolutely terrible food was absolutely great.

Had dinner tonight in the outdoor seating to kick off my Birthday week. It was a beautiful night! Great atmosphere , great service and food was excellent.

I didn't get the full experience because I went during Mother's Day and it was buffet style, which I didn't appreciate at all. The food was good and I would give it another try one day.

Service was inattentive. Chicken and steak skewers for 30.00 were overcooked and dry. Salmon was dry as well. If you are going to charge top dollar might as well cook it right. This is the second time we have given this restaurant a try. They also added the tip to the bill using the cost and tax plus some extra. Just wrong.

Excellent service by Matt and delicious martinis made by bartender Shay! Arrived for an early dinner at 5 pm. Enjoyed the happy hour specials. We dined on chicken piccata, salad with salmon, and chicken parm. Fireplace was cozy. We will return soon'

This place is NOT to be missed...outdoors bistro perfect with vibe and comfort...then add in stellar mixologist for your drinks, and add that the food is phenominal....buffalo dip, crab cakes!, flatbread!, and seafood with fresh papparadella!!!...creme brulee to end.....I've been many restaurants...this is a real find!!

I came here with my mother. It was a pretty busy night. We had reservations and we were using a gift card. I had gotten her for Christmas. We ordered some kebab and some shrimp pasta. Both could've used some seasoning and they didn't come out hot which was weird because they did say that their kitchen was small so we were expecting it to be hot. The hostess told us we had an hour and a half to eat but our food didn't come out for 30 minutes. The flat bread that we ordered was the best thing we got. I just don't ever see myself coming back for such over priced okay food in Smithfield lol. We did sit by the fire and enjoy the atmosphere.

Food and service have always been consistently excellent. Friendly environment and staff, food delicious and they have specials that that change now and then so lots of variety. Brunch on the weekends is so good! They hold events periodically that are alot of fun like music bingo/trivia. It's our go-to place!

What a freaking gem!! This has to be one of the best restaurants in Smithfield and a new favorite after dining here last night. My experience from start to finish was absolutely what you want when you go out to eat. Had reservations for the 8 person igloo and was sat promptly which is always nice. My first impression of the inside of the restaurant was that it had perfect lighting, clean, warm and inviting. Walking out to the patio I was even more impressed by the overall vibe from the fireplace to the flame heaters the music was just right, loved the overhead string lights it was just all awesome. Eating in the igloo was such a cool new experience and the little heaters inside did a great job keeping it warm and cozy. The real treat of the night though was our waiter Matt. He was honestly my favorite server I've ever had in my life!! What a fun personality along with kind, attentive service..he really made the night a memorable experience. Started off with the hummus appetizer, absolutely delicious and fresh and my margarita was spot on 10/10 ,so good I had 3 :-D. I ordered the harvest salad with chicken and that too was fabulous. Everyone enjoyed their dinners as well which is excellent when no one has any complaints. I'm so happy to have given Terrazza a try on a whim because it's fabulous and I can't wait to go back again soon !!

I've never had an app, drink or meal here I didn't love! Their weekly specials are amazing.. esp the steak/croquettes/asparagus meal. Love sitting at the bar, the bartenders are always attentive & friendly. Tip: get the espresso martini with almond milk Baileys!

Our server Marissa made the whole experience amazing! Patio was gorgeous! Food was amazing...drinks were refreshing and fun!! We will be back!!

Our out of town guests wanted to have Mediterranean Food for dinner. Which is kind of slim pickings since we wanted great food and a nice atmosphere. Since our favorite go to was closed for vacation I had to scam let and conducted my yelp search to find a replacement restaurant. So after a bit of research I picked a different place on the hill but after further reviews I read I decided to cancel the reservation and picked Terrazza instead. All in all I was not impressed by any of the apps or the entrees. I feel the dished was in no way worth what they where charging for them. The atmosphere in the restaurant just doesn't warrant the the cost of the mediocre meal. Our waitress did a fine job and was taken care of. The young hostess up front needs more training with people skills. It helps to start the customer's experience with a pleasant greeting and not with a attitude.

Definitely make reservations!!!! Eating is limited to 90 minuets wait for parties over 3-4 people....The food and service is great!!!!!I had a light dinner and it was perfect amount!!!!

Fantastic outdoor dining option! Can't wait for the weather to be patio friendly again. We took the waitresses recommendations for our meal and were not disappointed. Their specials were yummy. Delicious food, fresh flavors. Very attentive staff.

A wonderful cozy Easter dinner, abundant and very tasty food. My favorite was the fig pizza, hummus dish and chicken picante. The lighter than air carrot cake a must. And a well balanced martini topped it. Service with a smile. I will be back soon!

My first time here was not disappointing. The fig and prosciutto flat bread was excellent. We shared the surf and turf ( lobster & filet) and it was delicious. They did not skimp on the lobster and the mashed potatoes were seasoned to perfection. Our server, Anna, was attentive and very personable. We will be back!!!

From start to finish this was one of the most enjoyable dining experiences I've had in a long time! From the appetizers, to the Athena Salad, to the entree ( for which they recommended the perfect wine pairing) to the pistachio cheesecake for dessert simply top notch! Great, friendly service and great ambiance sealed the deal. I literally can't wait to go back!

We sat at the bar here, and it was a bit underwhelming. Before I get to the food, the staff didn't seem to jive well, to say the least. What I would assume would be the manager/owner was sitting at the end of the bar talking shit about the employees, which doesn't sound good when you're about to eat lol. The food was bland and not that hot. For it to be relatively dead, nothing really met our expectations. Not a close drive, and it wasn't worth the time...Unfortunately

Went out to dinner with friends. Not my first time here but first time for dinner. The food was incredible and the service was great. Our server was so sweet and helpful. She always made sure that we had what we need. I got two of the apps for dinner. Calamari and the Brussel sprouts. Both amazing options and so fresh. My friends got salads and pasta and all had clean plates. It's the perfect place for date night or night out with friends. The atmosphere is great and it's not too loud so you don't have to yell.

Went here to celebrate my wife and I anniversary for the first time. Reviews for this place were awesome so we were excited all week got there and the host was so friendly so it started great. menu we looked at prior to our visit and it was good. We decided to sit at the bar and the bartender seemed nice made great drinks but then we questioned certain items we ordered. He seemed confused and rude. We did not complain at all we just simply asked if my wife's meal came with a salad and he said if you wanted that I should have ordered that... If the answer was no fine I would have accepted it, I was confused by his response. I then just asked for a manager for clarification due to his act of confusion. The Manager Matt came over we explained it was our anniversary and he said our meal did not come with salad that it was not Applebees... I was stunned and said I wasn't mad just wanted clarification . Worst anniversary ever these two were rude kind of ignorant. If you want a dinner at this point Applebee's would have been better. I will never return.

Nice atmosphere when it's not overpacked with a waiting line. We went on a slower night so were able to sit at the bar. Bartender Jeremy was attentive and pleasant, the other bartender not so much. Drinks are pricey. Onion soup was hot and delicious. Short rib sandwich$20 had scarce amount of meat. Will not order that again if we return.

This restaurant is a hidden gem. The food is exceptional . Fresh innovative and consistent . Also the bartenders are amazing ! They go above and beyond to make your experience the best it can be. Delicious cocktails and wine as well! I highly recommend this restaurant!!

This was the first time I had eaten at Terrazza's, and from the strong drinks to the delectable entrees, everything was excellent. We chose to sit outside, and although we thought we would be uncomfortable in the cast iron chairs available for seating, they proved to be extremely comfortable. In case it gets cold, they have standup heaters, but this was not necessary on this evening. Our server was a sweetheart, while our bus boy was extremely attentive when clearing our table once we were finished with our meal. As an added bonus, the manager arranged for a round of shots to celebrate my husband's promotion to Battalion Chief on the North Providence Fire Department. It is with absolute certainty that we will return in the near future.

The Food is Always Delicious. My favorite is the Fig Flatbread Pizza with Balsamic glaze .. mozzarella..feta..and arugula. As many times as my girlfriends and I have been there, mostly sitting at the bar.. JEREMY is by far The Best Bartender..not only for his cocktails..but his friendly personality..but went above and beyond to ensure our meals ..drinks and experience was perfect. Thank you Jeremy. We definitely will be back soon . The Best service we've received at the bar since going there.

Food was pretty good, I read the reviews before going here, and I wanted to always try it, I orders Chicken Marsala and BF ordered the Salmon, Very tasty, Drinks were pretty good too, Martini glass is a bit small not to come w/ a shaker for the price.Menu is a bit limited.Matt was our server very attentive and friendly.Would definitely give it go again.

So this was my 4th chance ..a friend wanted to try it so I didn't tell him the last three experiences were negative. We had reservations..we waited 20 minutes before we were even acknowledged..my husband had to ask the bus boy if we had a waitress.She came over took drink order ..my friend asked for particular drink she didn't know what it was but would ask ..if not my friend asked for a margarita..she came back 15 minutes later w/out any drinks saying sorry they don't have that drink . We waited another 10 minutes for drinks. We were ready to walk out. She took our order for appetizers calamari and spinach artichoke dip. 15 minutes later she brought the dip ..we had to ask for the calamari..she brought it 8 minutes later ..it was cold. She asked my husband what his dinner was since she can't read her writing?! Food came it was ehhhh... so disappointing..below average .. service was terrible. We won't be back

I've come to terrazza a few times and I love this place! The first time was when they had the igloos and it was such a nice treat. After that we've come and sat inside and outside on the patio. My go to meal is the chicken parm with penne and vodka sauce. So good! We've also done the hummus and the fig jam and prosciutto flatbread which was also extremely tasty. The sangria is also very refreshing as well.

What a great find! We absolutely loved it here! The ambiance was lovely, the service was fantastic, the cocktails were great and the food was absolutely delicious!! I started out with a fabulous Chocolate Martini mixed with Stoli Vanilla, Bailey's, Creme de Coco and a Chocolate Coco Rim. It was so good!! We chose Calamari for an appetizer. It was lightly floured Rhode Island Calamari Rings, Cherry Peppers, with an awesome Citrus & Cherry Pepper Aioli. The calamari was so tender and flavorful! Tasted wonderful! I chose Paella for dinner. It was massive! MORE than enough for two people! In fact what I took home is still enough for 2! It was very delicious! Served with Littlenecks, Calamari, nice sized Shrimp, Scallops , Chicken and Chorizo served over Rice with a Seafood Broth. Sadly, they were out of Mussels last night, so they added more seafood in place of it. The dessert tray looked wonderful but we were just too full to partake. Perhaps next time because there will absolutely be a NEXT TIME!!

All that I can say is wow! This place is amazing all the way! The building is impressive, when you walk inside you are treated with the most delicious smell of awesome food. Then you are greeted by the most amazing staff. The interior is beautiful, and makes me feel like I am back in Italy! The menu is probably the best that I have ever seen and was literally stumped on what to get because it all sounded so amazing. I started with an espresso martini, which was very tasty indeed! I normally don't comment on the table bread, but their fresh warm rolls were served with this amazing feta, butter deliciousness that is definitely noteworthy! We had to try their RI calamari, which was the perfect size and amazingly tender. Served with peppers and an awesome sauce! With the help of our waitress, I finally decided on the seafood pappardelle. Words and photos can not describe the level of deliciousness here. Local sourced seafood and fresh pasta, with an amazing cheesy, creamy, oh my wow saffron lobster sauce!!! This dish is better than some meals that I had in Italy; these guys are the real deal! Don't bother trying to find a parking spot on the Hill, drive up the road. It will probably take you less time and this restaurant will not disappoint!!!

I can highly recommend Terrazza. The food is very very good. The service is the best and the atmosphere is great. My 85th birthday was celebrated there and it was great. I highly recommend the place.

Delicious meal, great cocktail list, and such a cozy ambience! I loved the Pink Vodka Parmigiana, Mediterranean Egg Rolls (ate them so fast I don't have pics!), and Cloud 9 speciality cocktail for Valentine's Day. My boyfriend also loved his entree, the Chicken Zio. Definitely want to come back here for brunch sometime!

Love the vibe in here. My friend and I came for a girls night. We got an espresso martini (or a few ;) ) and they were delicious! Service was great - very attentive. We shared an app (Mediterranean egg rolls) and really enjoyed them - perfect for 2 people. She got the Chicken Zio and it looked amazing. She really liked it. Took half home too! I got the pink vodka chicken parm. It was really good. Lots of flavor. Chicken was perfect. Crisp and tender. We got the tres leches cake for dessert and couldn't stop eating it! We will def be back.

First of all, you haven't changed your menu in years, always the same items, never different appetizers.. also you used to have great French fries, now they are awful, too crispy and doesn't taste like real potato's. Your food is good but we hadn't been in over a year and no menu items were changed. I feel it's too bad on your part..

Thursday night dinner for 6 in an outdoor igloo. We started with cocktails and appetizers. A nice variety of spicy cocktails were tasty. Ordered 3 apps, charcuterie and cheese tray, Brussels sprouts with bacon and maple syrup, and bacon wrapped scallops. The Brussels sprouts were delicious. Charcuterie tray was ok but a bit overpriced at $25. Scallops were good. Dinner orders included bolognese, chicken parmigiana, mixed grill, and fig flatbread. Nothing was exceptional, just ok. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. She was quite skilled at maneuvering in and out of the igloo. Overall we were glad that we went to experience igloo dining, but it's most likely a one-and-done for us at Terrazzo's.

Went for a Taylor Swift Brunch. The food was delicious, waitress was super, and the atmosphere was very nice. I will definitely be back for drinks and dinner

I'm almost a regular here. I eat out more that I do at home and not afraid to spend money. Tonight we were overcharged on the drinks and brought it to their attention. They disagreed and then had the nerve to question us on the tip. Money is no issue with us, but now they just lost a good customer. I will NEVER go back there and I'll be sure to tell all my friends not to visit also. How can a single person have 6 drinks in a 1.5 hour period? And if he did, shame on the bartender for allowing that.

Don't understand the bad reviews. We had an amazing experience here. Top notch service. We were at another Italian restaurant nearby and had a round of drinks and apps and left because of the subpar service and lackluster menu. Drove here on a whim and they had patio dining for us without a wait on a Friday around 7 pm. The patio had the fireplace going and heaters. It was so warm and inviting. I asked to substitute my mashed potatoes in my chicken piccata with fresh pappardelle and they accommodated that with a small upcharge. Finished off with delicious tiramisu and a espresso martini. Tres leches cake was amazing! We had such an enjoyable evening here and will be back.

Went for lunch with the family. Sunday seems to be the day to go. We had our pick of seats. There were some people at the bar so we weren't alone. It's very cozy inside. Lots of great choices on the menu from appetizers and entrées. We were looking for something lite so we ordered a flatbread and the calamari. Everything came out hot and smelling terrific. Everything tasted as great as it smelled. Can't wait to come back and try a dinner entrée.

Ambiance could use a little updating inside. The outside looked fun but too chilly to sit out. our waitress was nice but rushed us which is so irritating. It was a special occasion and we spent well over 300.00 for the evening. Patrons shouldn't be made to feel rushed. I had the salmon, it was a little over cooked and the mashed cauliflower was cool which again is irritating when you are paying $30.00 for a meal. Everyone in our party said the food was pretty good. Again, when you are paying such high prices it should be better than" pretty good".

First off Hanna our server was absolutely amazing, thank you Hanna for taking care of me and my family while we all celebrated my 24th. birthday. The igloo experience was one of my favourite ways to dine and I absolutely will be coming back the food was outstanding. I loved everything about terrazZa best staff and best food
