It was a great place. There was a full house. The only thing I didn’t like was that I paid for certain seats and once we arrived there were no seats available. We had to stand up for the entire comedy show.

Sound was good. Security good inside and outside Al’s very friendly. The place was way overcrowded. They pack people in the place. I’m older and don’t like being squeezed into a space like a sardine in a can. We had a table on the main level. We couldn’t see the stage due to people standing up between the tables. I kept getting bumped into the whole night while sitting at our table. They should have security or do something to keep the crowd from pushing around the tables. If you’re in the table area you should have to sit down or move on. Tables have to be reserved and they’re not cheap. If you go, get a table above the main level along the rail. Women were lined up halfway across the place at one time waiting to use the bathroom. Men’s room no problem. Lol, Good luck

We moved here from Texas 8 years ago! We had no idea what was all Out here for any kind of country music nightlife! We stumbled on The Texas Club a few years after moving and it def reminds us of home and all the great artist we have seen live! They are always booking talent that are great and even bring back some old school! Love this place!

I went to see a heavy Metal Concert it was the "Bomb". The light show was awesome. First time going to Texas Club, I will be back again. Lots of elbow room also.

Great place but it is not set up for disabled people in wheelchairs!!! And the gentleman state he has been there 20 years and never a complaint. But this was a shocker 🙄 disabled people would love to come and enjoy the music as well.

Google
Great venue with great bands and great sound!! Would highly recommend catching a show here. The crowd is diverse and adults of all ages.

I had went to the Texas Club for the first time ever and saw Wayne Toups. It was an awesome show! The sound was great and Mr. Wayne Toups put on an amazing show. The staff were really nice. Especially, Ashley the bartender, she was very polite and helpful and attentive. Also, the security team there was the absolute best I've personally ever seen. They were always attentive and quick to resolve any problems with any rowdy patrons. I never saw any security on their phones they were always watching the crowd which made me feel very safe. Then at closing time the security outside escorted my mom and I to our car even though we parked right up front. Which as women made us feel very safe. So yeah the entire staff is amazing. I can't wait to go back for the Lauren Lee band 💗😁

Yelp
This place is awesome!! Large open area, so you don't feel like you're smashed in a sardine can, bouncing between smelly, sweaty people. Affordable drink prices. Two large bar areas, so you don't have to stand in line 20 minutes for a drink! Unpretentious. Nice people. Down-to-earth. Never a bad view of the stage. Great artists. Highly recommend!!

Yelp
In for a great night of Aaron Lewis and Chase Tyler the drinks were flowing and the crowd was big but everyone was there for a good time. No matter where you were you had a great view

Yelp
Visited Baton Rouge wanting to dance to some country music. This was the place! Good drinks, great atmosphere. We went around 12:30 and it wasn't too crowded or dead. Glad I went

Yelp
Hands down my favorite bar of all time. I have spent plenty of my weekends and Thursday nights here. Drink specials can't be beat! From "Coin Night" on Thursdays (which gets you any drink for ANY coin) to Lady's Night on Fridays (ladies drink free from 8-10pm) to Free Drinks from 8-10pm on Saturdays! This place has a homey feel to it. They play different music too, don't let the name throw you off. The DJ mixes from Country to Rap. Line dances are a MUST. And don't be afraid to ask someone for help learning them, any one of the people on the floor will show you. The crowds can get crazy during shows but there is always room for a good time. So many classic artists have performed here! And yes, the bar is smoky - let's please get over that people (it's a bar after all!!).

Yelp
I am a TC junkie, and I go for the down to earth atmosphere...The music could be updated but if you like country and semi-modern dance hits I'd highly recommend going here especially on thursday's for coin night from 8-10 and saturday's from 8-10 for free drinks...The crowd may not show til after 10 but after 10 it gets packed! This is not a place where you have to wear your best going out outfit and if that's what your looking for then I wouldn't go here but if you want down home fun then I'd highly recommend it!

Yelp
Atmosphere is fun! Went for the Eli Young band which was great! But there were some major flaws - The smoke is outrageous. - Bring Cash. And if you don't, DO NOT go to the bartender Chris (I hope there's not more than one Chris). He was one of the drunkest bar tenders I've ever had, closed out multiple wrong tabs, almost lost my card, had to look for it for 10 minutes, made me miss my favorite song, and then tried to blame the whole ordeal on me. - The music was almost too loud to be enjoyable, and my ears were ringing for hours after I left It's also not in the best neighborhood, so if you park in the back corner of the lot, park under a light post

Yelp
I love the atmosphere of the Texas Club. It is definitely smoky, but if you can get past that, you will have a great time. Coin night is an awesome night of drinks for whatever change you have. I've seen many great country singers start out here including Eric Church. The bar can get a little crowded, but over all there is a lot of space to dance and play pool.

Yelp
They have the most random combination of hip-hop, top 40, and pop-country you'll find in a club. You can go from the stanky leg to line dancing in about 2 songs- and it's a blast. They have specials depending on what day it is, coin night is on Thursdays and 8-10 on Saturdays is all you can drink for the price of the cover. They also have two pool tables on one side which is nice if you're with people who aren't that into dancing. All in all this is a fun place to go when you want to get trashy and have a good time.

Yelp
We had an absolute amazing time dancing, the only reason it's not 5 stars was how ridiculously smoky it was. The drinks were good, the bartenders were fun to talk to, and like I said, the dancing was fantastic.

Yelp
It's a fun club! Love the place! I go there pretty often. It has a lot of different music. It goes from county line dances, to "catch da wall". It's great!

Yelp
Went tonight for the Easton Corbin concert, and I will never go back. It was super smoky. People were not made to stay in the smoking section along the walls. Even one of their security guys was chain smoking in the middle of the dance floor. But the biggest problem was the underage drinking. It was full of underage kids and 99% of them were drinking. Seriously, why give them armbands that say "UNDER AGE" if you are going to let them drink? Their "security" did nothing about it - even talked to them as they were standing there drinking their beer with the same hand the armband was on. I don't want to go somewhere that I have to worry about the 18 year old stumbling everywhere, stepping on my shoes and spilling their drinks on me. If law enforcement conducted an UC op in there, they would have to arrest 80% of the club.

Yelp
Went to the Texas Club for the first time last night and saw a great show (Kevin Costner) in spite of the heavy smoke and bored bartenders. There is a smoking section along the side walls but it was definitely not enforced and as the evening went on the smoke just got thicker and thicker. It was like stepping back 20 years in time when smokers were everywhere. I'm not a smoking Nazi, but it was so thick it was ridiculous. It amazes me that Kevin and other performers aren't more concerned about their health. Won't be back!

Yelp
I'll admit, I was skeptical when a friend told me we were going to The Texas Club. Having not been there in over a decade, I wasn't really sure what to expect. In the end I was pleasantly surprised. There was never a long line at the bar, and the music was pretty damn good for a country music night club.

Yelp
Had a great time last night at the Texas Club. The DJ was wonderful and played plenty of songs we could dance to. Love the Texas Club!!!!
