The food was not awesome, some cuts better than others, I do recommend the picanha de ajo and pan de queso! Those were awesome! Also the salad bar. But since it's a meets place i will not rate 5 stars because all the meets were not that good. The caipiriña was very good too!

Ok 1st of all the food here is sensational. Absolutely world class top notch culinary art. The service we experienced here was regal and appreciated beyond words. The atmosphere, interior design, music & ultra professional staff, all absolutely perfect. So although Texas de Brazil Miami Beach may not be the most inexpensive restaurant in the area, the value is truly through the roof.

We just had an amazing time at Texas de Brazil at Miami Beach. Our waiter Juan was so attentive to every detail. The manager Alfredo was also exceptional making sure everything was outstanding. It was our anniversary and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate. Thanks Juan and Alfredo!

Yuri was wonderful! She was attentive, respectful, and kind. The food in the buffet was delicious and fresh! The men walking by with the meats had a large selection. They asked how I liked the meat and made sure the well-done picanha came to our table. The view of this location was as always beautiful. Out of all their Miami locations this location is the best. Side note: I do not recommend the lobster bisque, it's too watery and overall doesn't taste good. Update: If you're a local and enjoy going to TDB I recommend the VIP card! 50% off dinner- not including drinks or dessert.

Do NOT go to this restaurant. The meat was terrible, and even though I clearly said I don’t eat pork, they kept bringing dishes with pork — I ended up eating it by mistake. I also asked for my meat to be well done, but they served it nearly raw. I didn’t leave a tip because the service was awful, but later I found out the waiter added a tip on their own to the signed receipt without my consent. This restaurant is a complete scam, and the staff is absolutely unprofessional. Thankfully, I reported it and got my money back through my bank. Avoid this place at all costs!

I'll start with an awesome atmosphere! The food is great! There's nothing I can really find that's bad. Definitely recommend it here! Reservations are needed. Price is a set price of $50 a person give or take. 5/9/24

The quality of the food it's good the atmosphere inside its nice for the place but the exterior and entrance no. The staff had an estrategy to serve and it's no good in my opinion. They rush their service at the beginning and later forg your are at the place . I don't understand because it the rushing to eat the people les time and coctel we order.

The staff and food were exceptional. One waiter, originally from Brazil, provided outstanding service. However, I strongly advise against using the parking garage; the owners employ deceptive billing practices, generating inflated charges seemingly from the city and making disputes extremely difficult.

On a crappy weather Saturday evening, my bf & I decided to order Texas de Brazil via Uber Eats and watch Christmas episodes of Malcolm in the Middle :D We had never been to a Texas de Brazil, and ordering take out from an all you can eat Brazilian steakhouse seemed silly, but Uber Eats had 40% (which really just covers all the high fees Uber Eats adds), so we figured why not give it a try. We both ordered Churrasco plates. You get to pick 2 meats, 2 sides, and it comes with 2 pieces of Brazilian cheese bread. Meats, like steaks and lamb, had an uncharge of $2.00-$10, depending on the cut. Everything was really good. They give you a good serving of the sides. The garlic mashed potatoes were probably some of the best from a restaurant I've had. For the uncharge of steak, I wish they gave you a few more pieces. The sleeper hit was that Brazilian cheese bread. Oh my God it's so good! I needed way more than just 2 pieces! I can't wait to dine in Texas de Brazil, and will write an updated review when I do.

dude. this place sucked. i'm a brazilian and i LOVE churrascos. and i take this as an insult. first off, the food wasn't that great. it was chewy, still bloody and was slow to come out. and i'm sick and i have a stomach ache because of it. it was terrible. the only bright side was the Pão De Queijo (Brazilian Cheese Bread) and nothing else. they didn't even serve all of the churrasco meats that all churrascos serve. and the buffet wasn't terrible but wasn't good either. and they didn't serve the pineapple last. it was at the buffet. AND IT WASNT EVEN COOKED second, the service could use some work. the waiter worked at a Brazilian restaurant and barely spoke it. she only wanted a tip. and the guys who are giving me the food was leaving me so i had to call them over to feed me. third, the restaurant had stunning views and looked really nice. but don't judge a book by its cover. if you're looking to eat at a churrasco, don't eat here. eat somewhere else. it's for your own good...

Visiting from a different state. I came hungry and expecting so much since the Texas de Brazil in our place was amazing. However, we were surprised by the rudeness of the front desk man and the lady. Then while we're eating and waiting for the meat, the servers kept walking on us even though we called them. We didn't enjoy the meats as we had to wait for a long time before they noticed us. I do not know if some racial issue was the reason, but we were not happy at all. Our server was okay, but it could've been better. It was just not a good experience for us.

I've been to many Texas de Brazil locations and many Brazilian churrascarias and this one was no disappointment. I just beat the dinner rush so it was almost empty when I arrived but got packed quite quickly. I have to say the salad bar here is one of my favorites. So many options to choose from. Lots of peppers and cheeses and even lobster bisque and one of my favorites, the black bean feijoada. Then the meat starts circulating and I forget all about the salad bar haha. The spicy picanha was my favorite here, so tender and juicy and bursting with flavor!

We showed up for our reservation and it was hot. By the time the meat came around we were sweating profusely. I went to the front to talk to the manager who was extremely rude and his English was poor. I tried to reason with him and he essentially told me to leave and he won't call the cops. So we did. Very unfortunate as this is our favorite location and we have had the VIP card many times in the past we know what to expect. Not up to par. Disappointing to say the least. Manager is the problem - we will not return to this location.

I've ordered pickup from this location a couple of times & the service has always been on point. A gentleman who I'm pretty sure is the General Manager has helped me on those times & he's been genuinely nice & helpful every single time. Today I decided to finally dine in & the service was no different. This time I was greeted by a nice Host who took us to our table by the back window next to the water. The view was beautiful to say the least. This location is at the start of the amazing South Pointe park so just imagine the views. You can either valet your car or park in the garage right next door & pay via parking app. Fast forward --- Our server came to our table & introduced himself, he also treated us great throughout our 2 hour dinner. We didn't want to rush bc we wanted to enjoy this experience to the fullest. The food at the salad bar was plenty to choose from, top notch stuff, & really good, but what I enjoyed the most was the super nice "steak guys" coming around to offer us the different cuts of meats time & time again. I really enjoyed this style of dining, it was truly refreshing! The restaurant was clean, the decor is what I believe to be "Asian" type although this is a Brazilian steak place, a nice dark romantic touch. This place is pricey & I honestly do not truly care to return again after today's visit, however, it was a very enjoyable experience which, if you've never been, I do recommend you try it, at least once!

Texas de Brazil Steakhouse stands tall as a paradise for meat lovers. With its inviting ambiance, impeccable service, and a overload of mouthwatering cuts, this churrascaria-style restaurant offers a solid meal while not breaking the bank. Each table is come with a card--green on one side and red on the other--which signals to the gauchos, the restaurant's skilled meat carvers, whether you are ready for more or in need of a brief respite. The selection of meats at Texas de Brazil are what make it so well known. My favorites included the filet mignon, the prime rib, and the smoky Brazilian picanha. Another surprising delight they offer is their salad bar. W filled with literally all the options you can think of the colorful veggies are the perfect side to a meat lover meal. P.s: Be sure to arrive hungry and ready to savor the remarkable flavors that Texas de Brazil has to offer!

Went with a large group on a Tuesday night and it was amazing. We ordered the sangria and it was quite strong (which I am definitely not complaining about)! The food was fresh and tasteful, with each piece of meat having a unique taste. We were one of the only tables there, as we dined for an early dinner, yet frequency of service at our table was amazing. Great staff, very clean premises, and an awesome night walk along the docks afterwards.

Usual all you can eat churrasqueria that brings you steak to the table. Service was horrendous, especially for having 20 ppl rsvp. Overall food was on par to expectation and location is great.

We love a good charrusceria but don't go often enough. Texas de Brazil in Miami Beach seems to have given us a great reason to change that. Getting to the restaurant was a bit funky because of building location and the restaurant being on the second floor. Yet once we saw the big open space they have we felt right at home. The patio has a great view of the marina and the sunset. We sat there with our dog and she loved the ambiance too. It's a great place for groups. The salad bar had plenty of great tasting salad items, feijoada and such. The staff was attentive and very friendly. Where Texas de Brazil really shines for us is in the quality of the meats. The servers came frequently. The meats all tasted very fresh and with the right amount of seasoning. The spicy beef was particularly good. Of all the single and chain churrascerias I have dined at I could honestly say this restaurant ranks among the top three if not right at number one for me. Ignoring the slightly dated decor I would happily go back for more beef.

Worst experience ever... didn't honor reservation waited 2 hours for the worst service ever followed by the cheapest quality of meat. All though the place used to be great I will never step foot back in there. Place looks exactly the same from 10 plus years ago. Ps what a way to ruin Valentine's Day. Just the worse experience ever. I wouldn't serve my dog the meat you guys now serve.

In on a Monday at 5:30. Parking is $12 for the first hour and $5 each 1/2 hour there after. Haven't been here in a few years. First off the server, Jennifer, brings out Mashed potatoes, Plantains and Bread. So, by the time we start getting food all is cold. No thinking ahead. It was always my place to go for Lamb Chops. They were GREAT!! Perfectly seasoned and cooked just right. Tonight, No flavor and mostly over cooked. Very slow coming out. Server slow coming around and we had to ask for most things, like clean plates. Had to ask twice for the check. Had to take it to the bar for payment. Then, had to wait around for someone to pay. Too far from North Miami to go back.

Loved the ambiance, great view of the marina and partial miami skyline. The service was amazing from the waitress to the manager who stoped for a quick hello. The food was amazing despite arriving as soon as they opened. Would definitely be back to this location.

I love this place when I'm feeling extra gluttonous. It's so worth it. What an amazing location with the best view of the marina. During sunsets it's absolutely amazing. The food is delicious. Love all of the meats. And the service is always there to help and explain what exactly you're eating. This place is special.

Great food and service. For less than 40 dollars there is an all you can eat of meat and all the side. There is a salad bar and soup and rice bar. The ambiance of the restaurant is relaxing. The restaurant has beautiful decor. I would recommend this place for just about anything from a family dinner to an important work meeting to a date. The service is very friendly and active.

Saturday night 9:00pm The salad bar was ok but the meat took a long time to come to our table we have to keep asking for it , and the place wasn't busy at all The caipirinha, famous Brasiliam drink tasted like water not a real caipirinha I asked to speak with the manager but he/she never came to talk to us Place was under staff The ambiance was beautiful I guess wasn't my luck day:( so Inwill not come back.

The waiters and waitresses were all attentive. I love me some meat and there's no better place to come to get your dose. This is my preferred location!

This was really outstanding. The service was impeccable and the food was great! Everything was clean and we loved the whole experience. This restaurant has a beautiful view of the marina and the rain storm was beautiful to see. We recommend this over Fogo any day!

Went with my fiancé to Texas de Brazil for Father's Day and the experience wasn't so pleasant. Being a regular and this spot was once my favorite but after this experience, I doubt it anymore. We booked a reservation the day prior but still ended up waiting for our table. The food was poorly cooked, it had me rushing to the bathroom constantly. What a day for me! Right! They even charged more money for Father's Day. Which didn't make any sense.. all the food was the same. Their wasn't any specials or any new items, just an extra charge I guess.

The only beef they brought to our table the entire time was flank and sirloin.... We asked for something different but we were ignored.... There was no pork offered up ever.... If you look on the website at the meats offered, it is an absolute lie, you will only get the cheaper half of that list.... But you will absolutely be charged full price! We've been to one in Lexington Ky that brought out a GREAT variety of meats.... NOT in Miami!!!!!

Absolutely fantastic. You need to have starved yourself all day because of the amount of food. We had a large party with kids and the service was exceptional. Even the picky eaters were happy.

This is one of the few reasonably priced, affordable restaurant experiences in all of Miami Beach. The wine and food selections are extensive and at good price points. The waiter staff comes around with extra beef, sausage and chicken and you can be assured you will not leave hungry! Valet service is excellent here and plenty of seating and good service. The restaurant is causal and lively setting with family, great meats and conversations. I really enjoyed my experience here with my husband! We love it!

I am a vegan. My husband is not. So, even though we eat at exclusively vegan restaurants 90% of the time I wanted to take him to a steakhouse for our anniversary. I chose TDB because I am familiar with their ample salad bar full of choices for me. He was delighted, the ambiance was gorgeous, and the view of the marina was perfect for our special anniversary date night. I had my fill of salad, rice, mushrooms, couscous, hearts of palm, grilled pineapples, and so much more. He had every meat offered to him (he really was like a kid at a candy store!) I truly appreciate the attentiveness of the staff, from the waitress to the managers who took care of every detail and even wrote a little message on his dessert. We will absolutely be back.

The best Brazilian bbq I've ever been to. The service was amazing, very generous with everything! The salad bar was fantastic! The beer was cold. Everyone was professional, polite and courteous. It was truly the best Brazilian bbq experience we've ever had. Can't thank the team enough. We will be back tomorrow again!

Dear, good night! I'm doing the evaluation from inside the restaurant itself, because I'm extremely disappointed. I asked for a table for 7 people. We've been here for 2 hours, we've been served only 3 types of meats, and they just went through the table 2 (two) times. We asked for the account through the manager, who demonstrated nothing requested and rude by the way. Anyway, more than 2 hours in a restaurant in which we practically didn't eat, we weren't well attended, and if you want we had the support of the person in charge. The service of the Vanessa waitress was impeccable, but everything else left something to be desired. We paid $600 and didn't eat meat. May the evaluation serve to mark the level of quality of the restaurant's service. We don't recommend this restaurant at all. Prezados, boa noite! Estou fazendo a avaliação de dentro do próprio restaurante, pois estou extremamente decepcionado. Solicitei uma mesa pra 7 pessoas. Estamos aqui há 2 horas, nos fora servido somente 3 tipos de carnes, e somente passaram pela mesa 2 (duas) vezes. Solicitamos a conta através do gerente, que se demonstrou nada solicito e rude por sinal. Enfim, mais de 2 horas em um restaurante no qual praticamente não comemos, não fomos bem atendidos, e se quer tivemos um respaldo do responsável. O atendimento da garçonete Vanessa foi impecável, mas todo o restante deixou à desejar. Pagamos $600 e não comemos carne. Food was great! A Hispanic guy name Williams was excellent! He was friendly and progressional. We were waiting on our last meat to come around and he check to see what we wanted and brought to us. Our server was another guy forgot his name he was okay. He disappear for a long time. I did let the host know when we walk out, on a good compliment for Williams, she seems not to care so I don't know if she pass it along to the manager.

We came here to celebrate a birthday and we had a good time! The restaurant is huge compared to other Brazilian steakhouses and it's nice! We brought our bottles of wine which have a cork fee of $20 per bottle, only 2 bottles per table. We started with the great salad bar! It doesn't only has salad options but cheeses, prosciutto, smoked salmon, soup, rice, and beans, you have plenty of options here! Then, pieces of meat started to go around us including lamb, picanha, filet, churrasco, and different types of chicken. If you love meat, this is your place. Our server was great and super nice! For dessert, we got the delicious chocolate cake, and the crème Brule. I'm only giving it 4 stars because I feel the rounds of meat weren't enough. You practically get 2 rounds of each type of meat and then if you don't much good luck trying to get the attention of the people passing by. I think that as long as you haven't ordered dessert yet, that should mean you are not done eating. Overall it was a good experience and the view is beautiful!

For all rodizio needs Texas de Brazil is the place to be. A Carnivore maximus heaven, TdB Miami Beach is located right on the water at Miami Beach Marina. We have been patrons of Texas for the longest time - since they first opened at Dolphin Mall in the early 2000s. We discovered the MB location a few years ago and moved our visits here since. Always so fancy with plenty of meat offerings from beef, chix, pork, and lamb. We usually stick to picanha, filet mignon, lamb chops, and Brazilian sausage. Here and there we may venture for other offerings, but the main four are our go-to. Repeat until almost full. Also, a visit to the vast salad bar is a must. Be mindful, however and don't get greedy. Meat above all. Our favorite sides are garlic mashed potatoes and fried bananas; eat warm upon served. I dream of this mashed potato. It is that lush. Let us also not forget the pan de queso. Warm and fluffy. Exactly as expected! Remember to flip green to signal gauchos to come deliver and red to get a break. Again, repeat until almost full. Don't forget to close with the classic cream of papaya with a shot of creme de cassis. Mix it good and enjoy! This desert is refreshing and satisfying. Obrigado

I've been to this location twice and TDB many many many times. The first time was in 2018 and it was the best TDB I've ever had. The place was bustling, the food was fresh and the service was exceptional. We sat outside and ate with a full view of the water and harbour. The second time, which was in late July 2021, was by far the worst dining experience we've ever had at a TDB or elsewhere. We made a reservation for outside seating (the website allowed us to specifically request outside). We arrived at 7pm on a Friday night and only three tables (out of over 50) had people. The hostess sat us indoors. I told her we reserved outside seating and she said they don't offer that anymore "because some old people got too hot and brought their plates inside." She acknowledged that they knew the website still offered it. What's worse is that we actually tried to change our reservation but didn't because it said the outdoor seating was booked up. The salad bar area was as good as it always is but the meat selection seemed to be less varied and the cuts that were coming out seemed to be left over from the week. For example, the picanha came around multiple times but it was always the little bits that are left after the full thing is carved up. I never saw a nice, full picanha. I also didn't see lamb chops or lamb picanha. The little buns were soggy and squishy and felt undercooked. We felt really bummed out to waste our Friday night at a place with bad food and energy. I definitely wouldn't risk going here again.

I have been to more than one Texas de Brazil (mostly in Colorado) and have always had a fabulous meal. Two weeks ago, down in Miami Beach was truly awful. My first clue should have been when we walked in there on a Saturday night at 6:00 PM and less than 25% of the tables were occupied. The cooking of the meats were inconsistent. We were served pieces of steak that looked like the cow was still mooing and at other times, we were served shoe leather. While we did get enough to eat (after complaining to the servers about the consistency of the cook), the amount of food that got thrown away is a total shame. In addition, compared to other Texas de Brazil's the salad bar was very weak.

My first time coming here, and their website doesn't match what the front desk receptionist stated. Very empty and there is a reason, no sushi, no cod, and parking is very expensive. The girl stated that it's been 10 days for Miami Beach take over of the garage, $6 an hour, and valet is $20 on weekends, tiny parking spaces, and the food didn't have much selection. We are heading to fogo de chão instead now.

Food is damn bad nothing like there, server just pushing to get table and the meet to charge more I asked for coke it was wird test probably they never cleaned the fountain machine::: this place remind me fogo de chao : just a fake one lol only thing is good is a balcony for view

I had a great experience here last night. I came here for Miami Spice and overall was not disappointed. Service: Service was spectacular! Jackson was absolutely fantastic! He made sure that we did not want for anything. I wanted a particular meat cooked a certain way, he made sure that the servers were at my table within seconds. The hostess was very nice as well. Food: Overall the food was ok. Some meats were more seasoned than others. Some just didn't have any seasoning on it at all. I literally had to request steak sauce. I never have to do that at Capital Grille. The cold bar was great. I loved their vinegarette dressing. Not to mention it had sushi! We were given two sides which were fried banana and mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes were good but the fried banana was too ripe for me. It isn't a fried plantain. It is literally a caramelized Chiquita banana. For dessert, I had the key lime pie which was very good and I usually don't care for key lime pie. Atmosphere: It is a nice seating arrangement. I love the low, intimate lighting. Overall it was a good experience.

I went here a couple of months ago with my friends. Let me start off with saying, the hostess was incredibly rude and thought we were too poor to eat there. The food was good, some of the meats weren't as tender. The buffet was exceptional and we had lots of food for $60 each. The waitress was nice too.

Ok, so I've been to various TDBs in my lifetime: Detroit, Dallas, DC, Los Angeles to name a few. For the most pet, had a very good to great experience in each. Miami Beach would be the same, correct? Not at all. First, why would I take my family to TDB in Miami? Well, you can only eat so much Cuban, Italian and Tapas. So here's my review : Ambience (2 stars): not sure what it looked like Pre-COVID. The lobby looked pretty hip and more of a club than a restaurant. However, once you walked in, looks more like a college dining hall. Since it's COVID era, I'll give them a pass. They started back with the buffet salad bar. It's a plus because with the COVID way of ordering from a list, the waiters used to give too much. Music in the background which is nice but still pretty loud. Service (1 star): this is the biggest fail. Place is 1/3 full yet it takes forever to get any food. Had to wait 20 minutes to get any type of beef dish. I am not sure what on my face says that I love chicken Parmesan or pork ribs. COVID or not, not very good. The Gauchos walked by us several times without even looking our way. Our waiter came over a couple times asking if we were doing well. Definitely would do better with some meat. Having to flag down your waiter and ask for everything is also no good. I've waited tables in my former life and would be ashamed if I was providing this type of service. Lamb chops passed by us several times. Did I tell them I was allergic to lamb meat? Ran by us as though he was worried that I would require a a shot of epi. Food (3 stars); food was great if you get it. Definitely ate 1/4 of what I normally do. Got my picana after 30 minutes of waiting. Already full from swallowing so much air and eating cheese bread. The picana was very good. At least the part that wasn't charred. Wish I got to partake in the lamb chops. I love me some lamb chops. Overall (2 stars): definitely not coming back here. I am not sure whether the experience was just isolated to us as looking around other tables, they received nonstop gaucho service. Other waiters were more attentive to their tables. Table next to us got a birthday dessert. We were celebrating our daughters birthday. Maybe our birthday surprise was the subpar service and well done meat? Waiter was very quick when we asked for the check. I may need to stop by Burger King on the way back to the hotel.

Came here for dinner during our last night here. Food was great as always. However the server was a bit slow and they took a little while to bring out certain things we requested. The outdoor seating was great but it was too hot to sit out so we ate indoors. Still recommend

Very cool place for dinner in South Beach. Busy and bustling with men coming to your table with.....MEAT! This place is not for the Nancy Pansy vegan. This is for real meat lovers and it's awesome.

Absolutely wonderful! Salad bar was perfect! Meat was good, drinks were good too! Fabulous time. Not sure it was worth 56 dollars per person but meh it's south Florida.

What's not to like about this place. Crazy Salad bar, check. Tons of delicious and perfectly cooked cuts of meat, check. All you can eat, check. Cheesy bread and sweet bananas as sides, check check. Put that all together and then you're really talking. You really can't go wrong here, and it's great for groups. I really love this location because of the views and the vibe (beach). Sometimes service here can lack a little, but never to the point where you would not come back because of it. If you haven't tried it yet and are a carnivore, then definitely give this place a try. And even if you're not, you can always try out their amazing salad bar, which is half price and has way much more than just salad. Happy Eating!!

Hands down the worst service possible ever and today is Father's Day! 1. Water was never refilled ( mind you that's all my son and I had to drink, hubby had a beer). 2. Plates were never cleared off they just pulling up at our table. 3. Our waiter was clearly turned off by the whole COVID 19 procedure going on there ( no walk up salad bar ) you write down what you want from the salad bar and they bring it to you. 4. Our sides from the salad bar came after we were done eating our meat ! 5. I hate knowing that I'm automatically paying 150 for three people right off the bat and then my experience is ruined by shitty service. 6. Oh yes and no wine menu ( which i understand) but then we ask what wines do you have, Cabernet, merlot , etc. no like I need the names of your wines that you have. We love wine and enjoy a good glass when we go out. I don't just want your house wines. For that I can stay home pick up my own bottle of wine and simmer my own delicious steak in butter ! So disappointed in dadeland, try the Miami Beach location never disappointed there !

We don't come to Texas de Brazil often, but when we do we prefer this location. It is the perfect place to bring special guests to wow them with the delicious meats, salad bar, sides and spectacular view. Our recent visit did not disappoint. We went on a Monday night which was perfect as the restaurant was not busy, parking was a breeze and that constant parade of meats was focused on the few tables that were occupied. In addition to the great food, the service was great. Thank you Texas de Brazil.

BUG CRAWLED OUT Of SALAD! Friday Aug 6 . 2021 my friend chose this place as part of the Miami Spice restaurant promotions . Please beware of this restaurant for many reasons that will get progressively worse . One it's costs twice what you would expect to pay in a quality Brazilian steak house. The experience gave me an "upset stomach" for three days afterwards. The drinks were pure sugar. On A Friday night , they also had no tequila. They offered an "$80 dollar" bottle of wine Fir $50 that in the back would be made half into sangria and half table wine (likely all house wine since you don't use good wine for sangria). The wait staff is young and inexperienced which may also apply to some of the managerial staff. The managing staff was only called on as a quarter-sized spider like insect crawled out of my friends salad from the buffet (self-serve food in a pandemic???). When a manager finally came, he offered 20% off the bill for an insect crawling out of food. (previously mentioned overpriced). He explained how it had happened once before due to poor washing of lettuce (shocked). He also offered us free dessert only to find out it was included in the Miami Spice promotion. The dessert that came out was clearly defrosted right out of the box. Again it was all sugar. Their version of customer service did not do much to bring back the evenings ambience and general appetites. I am honestly surprised that Miami spice allowed them to participate. It is clearly no more than a chain restaurant preying on vacationers from around the world.

Food is decent the service is not good, if you don't have a Rolex on be prepared for the outcome. The greeters are very rude. The worst experience I've ever had hands down. The manager was polite and understanding

Three of us ate at Texas de Brazil. Three if us needed urgent use of the restroom..more than once. I think the problem was that the lobster bisqe was lukewarm instead of hot as self serve on a buffet should be. The service was good and the other food was good. What upset me was customer service response..calling it MY illness when I told her 3 if us got sick. I found that insulting after the info that I gave them. I said so after the response. I also told customer service what I thought was the cause. I don't know if I will hear from customer service again..I hope so.

Some meats had tasty but some were not good at all, especially lamb had a weird smell. Salad bar had a good variety and the salads and sides that I tried tasted good.
