Korean Restaurant Oh K-Dog Opens Second Location in Austin - Eater Austin

"National Korean mini-chain Oh K-Dog is opening a second location in Austin’s Highland neighborhood. The new location will open by the end of March. Oh K-Dog serves a menu of battered and deep-fried hot dogs, which can be filled with cheese, studded with potatoes, or other options. The hot dogs also come with dipping sauces like cheese mustard or gochu hot sauce and toppings. Oh K-Dog also serves egg toasts on thick brioche bread. The menu will be available for dine-in and takeout. Austin’s first location of Oh K-Dog opened in H Mart’s food hall sometime late last year. The rapidly expanding chain also has several locations in Texas, as well as outposts in New York City and Arkansas. There’s one planned for Georgia too. Oh K-Dog will be open 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday through Monday." - Erin Russell

Google
I had a really great experience here. The K-Dogs were freshly made, crispy, and full of flavor. I especially liked getting to try both the mozzarella and the cheddar sausage — both were delicious in their own way. They also have a good variety of sauces and sugar options to customize your order. The owner was kind and welcoming, and the space felt clean and comfortable. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to others.

Google
The most delicious, crispy K-Dogs I’ve ever had! Welcoming atmosphere and great service. I would like to especially shout out Lydia who took my order. She was kind, patient, and professional. I will be coming back often!

Google
Great K-Dogs!! Many different varieties, but our favorite is the hot cheeto Kdog, absolutely delicious and recommended!! There are drinks for sale and plenty of sauces to choose from. K-pop videos playing and plenty of tables to choose from. Our order was not to our satisfaction, but the manager immediately fixed it, apologized, and remade it. We will definitely be back again!!

Google
Definitely Loved it and would recommend it for a nice treat. I had the Mozza dog & Spicy Rice cake(Tteokbokki). Eating Mozza dog with tteokbokki sauce were so yummy. They were both amazing and well worth it. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious quick treat! Also loved the vibes of the place and the place was clean. Strongly recommend!

Google
It was my first time having a Korean dog and I was super excited to try the Squid Ink half and half one. I wound up disappointed. I'm willing to go back to try one of the egg toasts, but I'm afraid this seems more touristy or kitschy than a place to get an actual tasty bite to eat. The Good: The mozzarella was super melty and creamy and was a delight. The small meat bits at the end poking out like a squid design tasted good. The Bad: From the first bite, it was very crunchy, but had an overwhelming taste of burnt food that left me with a bad taste in my mouth so that I needed to douse it with the Garlic sauce to keep eating. The Indifferent (ie service): The workers. They were lackluster, especially the cashier, and not professional acting at all. The cashier seemed like he'd be better off working at a spot on the beach somewhere with his lackadaisical attitude. To top it off, the wait was long despite no line.

This snug jewel wrapped in golden goodness is a MUST TRY!!! From the egg toast to the Korean dog to the custom drinks. This place is great! And if you’re a K-pop fan, you will not be disappointed as the atmosphere is just your vibe. The seating is spacious and can accommodate children or disabled people. The menu selection has many different Korean dogs to choose from and refreshing drinks to compliment your meal. The music be poppin’ and the smiles ain’t stopping’. Best times to go without long lines or wait times is Monday to Thursday, but if you want the full experience and culture ambiance then go during the weekend brunch. My FAVE go-to is the squid ink k-dog and my husband loves the egg toast varieties. Add some squiggles of sweet chili and sriracha or mayo with sriracha and you won’t be disappointed! ☺️ See you there!

Google
Came here spontaneously to try something new and was happy overall. Ordered both the Classic and the Mozza Dog and used garlic and sweet chili dipping sauces. The rice dough has a really nice flavor, and the sauces added a lot to it overall. Also, the Thai Tea with boba was excellent. Will definitely be back!

Google
Korean hot dogs? Yes, please. It was a oversized mozzarella stick covered with a batter and mine was rolled with sweet potato chunks. They had 2 tasty garlic sauces I used with it.

Yelp
I loveeee this place! The corn dogs and the egg sandwiches are so good! The corn dogs stay crispy even when you take them to go, and they have so many food sauces to add. The cheese pull is so good when it is fresh! But the star of the show? The egg sandwiches! The eggs are always so fluffy and combine the bacon with the sweet sauce they put on it, and it's to die for. Try it with garlic bread and some of their garlic sauce! I appreciate the plastic over they put on the top when you take it to go, saves you some mess when transporting. We got the food relatively fast during lunch time and the order taker was very responsive and kind. The overall vibe of the restaurant is really relaxed and if you like K-pop, it's the place for you, as they play music videos in the background.

Yelp
I had always passed by Oh K-Dog but never went in, so was excited to try it out. It's located in The Crescent (along Airport Blvd) and we came on a Saturday evening around 7 PM, so parking was tough as usual. Pretty good menu in terms of different hot dog combinations and egg toast options. Lots of indoor seating inside and service was really quick for our group of 5. Public restrooms available. They also play K-pop music videos on all the TV's if you're into that. Oh K Classic Egg Toast (~$7 with tax, 4/5) - This was my first time trying the popular Korean-style egg toast. Personally was not the biggest fan of the sauce they used, but the bread was nice and crispy & the egg was fluffy and warm. - On its own, doesn't really fill you up in terms of portion size If I went back, would probably go for one of their hot dog options over the egg toast but am glad I tried it! Overall this place is more ideal if you're looking for a fast and casual snack, rather than a meal.

Yelp
If you're a fan of Korean corn dogs, Oh-K Dog is a must-try! Located inside the Hmart food hall, it's the perfect spot to grab a delicious, satisfying treat while exploring the variety of food options in the area. We tried the mozzarella hotdog, and it was fantastic. The coating was perfectly crispy, and the combination of the gooey cheese and savory hotdog hit all the right notes. Plus, you can't beat the price for the quality you're getting. What makes this spot even better is the convenience of being inside Hmart's food hall--you can easily pair your corn dog with other delicious eats and try a variety of new things. If you're craving a delicious, well-priced Korean corn dog, Oh-K Dog definitely delivers. Highly recommend it!

Yelp
Do you think you've experienced a corndog but let me alleviate you of that illusion. If you haven't had. Oh k-dog you haven't had a corndog. Not really. Deep fried and covered in Cheetos with several sauces sprinkled over it, this is how a corndog was meant to be enjoyed. Hotdogs? They have mozzarella sticks. Want to try a fusion? They let you do that too. It was over too soon, I should have bought two

Yelp
Got the K-dogs here before and loved it. This time, we got the egg sandwich with avocado and loved it just as much! The bread was fluffy and buttery and the eggs were just right with the avocado! They have sauces on the side that you can add to it too. Will be coming back!

Yelp
Decided to try this place with my daughter and her friend. They both got the Mozza dog and I got the Original Egg Sandwich (pictured). We got the Mozza dogs pretty fast, but they both finished it and I still didn't get my food (hence why I gave them 4 stars). I thought it was good, but not my fave. Glad I tried it though.

Yelp
Fun concept!!! Decided to stop in for the first time before jumping to another restaurant in the market area for dinner. First thing to note: location is pretty great for a wide variety of Asian cuisine (and shopping, in general). Shared parking lot with 99 Ranch, K-BBQ, Sazan Ramen, Steamies Dumpling, Kura Revolving Sushi Bar, Hot Pot, 85 Bakery, and Bun Belly Thai. You literally can't go wrong here. Okay maybe the K-BBQ. We didn't enjoy our visit there...anyway... Second thing to note: these dogs may look like they're corn dogs, but they're not! They are much better and huge, too. Fun foods, and unique. You can choose a hot dog or basically a mozzarella stick. Nutritionally speakong, not great, it definitely a fun experience.

Yelp
We've stopped by here a number of times to grab a quick snack. They're pretty fast with service and the hot dogs come out consistent and tasty each time. I don't think we've ever been disappointed. If you're in the area and searching for a snack, and like hot dogs, I don't think you can go wrong trying one of their many options!
google avatar

Yelp
I've come here a few times and it's never really been something that I think about after I leave. This might be a new favorite that I'll need to add to my rotation of quick bites. I really enjoyed my half mozzarella half sausage corn dog with potato. I added the cheese garlic and regular garlic sauce to mine and it really brought it together. Service was fast and efficient. Overall casual place to sit and talk!
google avatar

Nicholas A.

Yelp
I can't believe that I've waited this long!! The mozza/cheese is seriously incredible!! I love how casual this place is with music on the tvs and how friendly the staff was. I've been wanting to check out Korean corn dogs for a while and have had this place on my radar for a while and I'm so happy that I went!
google avatar

Yelp
This is the new concept breakfast place. Good for lunch too. We got their classic toast with egg and bacon. The stuff the toast with a lot of scrambled egg. I feel the toast is average. There is no special about this dog. It is just ok as they said.
google avatar

Thea R.

Yelp
Consistently delicious! A very savory Korean street food spot! They also serve Tteok-bokki! I have tried their tasty toasts as well in the past and oh boy it was delicious. I did notice today their AC unit was struggling to keep up with the Texas summer heat. Thankfully it started cooling down after a while. The service is nice and friendly. The cashier and staff were quick to clean up and tidy up the sauce station. Will be back for my kdog cravings!
google avatar

Yelp
Love the squid ink mozzarella with chip sauce coated in sugar. The mozzarella is nice and gooey, and the deep fried coating is crispy, not greasy. Also really like their ham and cheese sandwich. It reminds me of the street food in Korea, Isaac Toast
google avatar

Yelp
I honestly don't know why I don't constantly crave coming here when I'm nearby. It's the perfect sweet and savory snack at an actually reasonable price. The batter provides the perfect crispiness and chewiness texture, and the hotdogs are cooked perfectly. I'm a huge fan of the savory sweet combo, and the level of encouragement to customize your toppings is not good for my health. My recent combo of sugar dusting, honey butter, honey mustard, sweet chili is divine and the size of each K-dog is perfect. The egg toast is pretty good as well. The egg is not too heavy, as it isn't cooked in a vat of butter, and the bread is addicting. The avocado then perfectly balances out all the flavors. The staff was nice, the variety of food items is great, and the overall ambience was pretty fun.
google avatar

Briana S.

Yelp
They accidentally made the wrong sandwich for me so once it was remade they kindly gave me a free side of potatoes. The egg toast was good though I think it would be better without the sweet orange sauce. I wish there were more options for what can be put inside but I would go back.
google avatar

Steven Z.

Yelp
I came to check this place out after walking around Hmart and this place a great spot for a quick bite. I got the Mozza Dog and it was nice and crispy on the outside with a good amount of filling inside. I also got the Oh K Classic Egg Toast and the egg was light and fluffy and tasted great with their sauce on top. There is also a station where you can add extra condiments which was nice to utilize. There was a lot of space to sit inside and the workers were very welcoming. I would definitely recommend to check this place out.
google avatar

Lauren S.

Yelp
Cute concept, my food was ready very quickly. I went shortly before closing and imagine the restaurant has a more lively energy at other times. The toast was absolutely delicious, and the hot dog was pretty good, too.

Rivers S.

Yelp
Best place for K-Hotdogs in Austin! The staff is very nice and the service is great.
google avatar

Kevin H.

Yelp
Not sure if it's just this location but horrible. Dogs are ok but nothing special. My sweet potato dog was a bit burnt. Bottled water is overpriced for like cheap grocery bottled. Got the Korean tteok-bokki and it was horrible! Tasted more like ramen sauce. Would avoid here. Maybe the h-mart location is better if different ownership.

Nubia R.

Yelp
Don't consider coming here if you're looking for a "quick bite" even then 45 mins for 2 corn dogs is CRAZY. Hire more staff to keep up with the demand.
google avatar

Carrie M.

Yelp
I had the classic hot dog and classic egg toast. They were so delicious and reasonably priced. The corn dog had a great blend of spices, and the egg toast was so fluffy. It was dim inside with loud music. I had to take one star off because there was no free water, which is a big L.
google avatar

Chelsea L.

Yelp
I've tried their corn dogs and toasts. Both are good but toasts are more filling! Your face will definitely be messy biting into the toast. Prepare with lots of napkins!! I got ham and cheese and it's so good. It is filled with fluffy egg and the toast is so soft. Lots of sauces-I usually get them on the corn dogs. They have multiple screens, but one screen shows a K-pop music video, which is the music that fills the area. You can especially hear the music in the non-public, gender-neutral restrooms.
google avatar

Annie N.

Yelp
I was visiting from out of town and came across this place upon a friend's recommendation. The workers were nice and greeted us as we came in, and there were many seats available inside. My friend and I shared a classic toast and it tasted great -- the seasoning was good and the egg texture was light and fluffy. I also really enjoyed the sauce they drizzled on the top, it added great flavor to the toast. The toast was very enjoyable and I would like to come back in the future!
google avatar

Jessica D.

Yelp
Super disappointed in this location after having such a good first experience at the location in the Hmart location. We came an hour before closing and the egg toast station was already closed. We end up getting a mozzarella/hot dog dog to try and a Thai tea. The Thai tea was probably the worst Thai tea I've ever had. I had to ask if it was actually Thai tea because it had no Thai tea flavor. The hotdog/mozzarella dog was good. I preferred the mozzarella side and we got sugar. It was good with sugar but I think it would be good without too. Will probably stick to the other location next time but at least food was still good.
google avatar

Katlyn P.

Yelp
This was our first time here and wanted to try it out! I had the all beef hotdog and Jeff had the half mozzarella and half hot dog! For me personally it wasn't my taste pallet. Jeff loved it and liked the variety of sauces! It was a unique twist and loved the bread crumbs on the dog.
google avatar

Novalina N.

Yelp
My friend and I came here since Bun Belly is closed. Thank goodness, since my toast was so delicious! The bread was toasted perfectly, the egg was so creamy, and I topped it up with some spicy (not spicy at all) gochujang sauce. For ~$8 price, it's a really delicious affordable lunch. I didn't try the corn dogs, but seems like it's a hit and miss for people. Just try the toast, you won't regret it!

Yelp
I've always seen k dogs online but never tried them myself so I was delighted to see them here in Austin inside Hmart. My expectations were definitely fulfilled because of how the k dogs looked like, smelled like, and tasted like. Both dogs have a crispy, crunchy, exterior but with a dense and thick batter inside. When mixed together with the melted cheese, wowwwwww. Don't forget to ask for sauce cups and get the garlic dipping sauce. You have to get some type of sauce because how dry the interior is and how it's semi flatted noted. It needs sauce and the garlic sauce is money 10000% good. That garlic sauce needs to be bottled and sold. Mix with the hot sauce, even better. Must try for sure, I would recommend getting the k dogs with the hotdog on the stick, if you get what I did, the cheese will melt so it's missing volume. It's like eating fried batter for $15. Order your k dog with the hotdog and the sauces togo, enjoy your meal!!
google avatar

Khanh T.

Yelp
I came here for a light snack and I left with a full stomach and some leftover. I got the Bacon & Cheese Egg toast with garlic bread and it was the best thing ever. It was very flavorful, eggy, creamy, and cheesy. The garlic bread made the toast extra extra good. I also got the spicy tteobokki and it was hella spicy. They give you a lot of fish cake and rice cake, and the sauce is very spicy. Overall very good food and definitely worth it for the price!

Yelp
I have always wanted to try out Korean corn dogs since it became increasingly popular during Covid. So I was really excited that there was a place in Austin that makes some and even more excited that it was just down the street from me. It is located in a nice plaza/center that seems to be Asian themed which I love. Their menu is simple and easy to understand. I got the potato mozzarella dog with half mozz and half dog and the oh k classic dog. Both were fresh out of the fryer and very tasty. A little different from your traditional festival corn dog but in a good way. The batter is sweet and the hotdog inside pairs well with it. The potato mozza dog was amazing! Would definitely recommend it. I was crunchy, sweet and salty. I will say these are not big so it's more of a snack but still delicious.
google avatar

Michael O.

Yelp
This place is awesome and unique would recommend for a quick bit to eat. I have been here twice now and haven't been disappointed. First time coming here I had the K-Dog and it was awesome so this time I wanted to try their egg sandwich. Now I thought the K-Dog was great but the egg sandwich was amazing some Gordan Ramsy eggs it was melt in your mouth with every bit. I would highly recommend this place!!!
google avatar

Roxana Q.

Yelp
Oh K-Dog is great for Korean street food enthusiasts, offering an array of small delights. The crispy and delicious egg toasts has their perfect texture and well-selected sauces, making them an ideal breakfast option. Additionally, the hot corn dogs are incredibly tasty, particularly the potato corn dog with sausage, which combines a crispy exterior, fluffy potato coating, and juicy sausage for a delightful explosion of flavors. Additionally I loved their garlic sauce, made a good match! Oh K-Dog's staff was friendly and worked hard to get our orders out fast even in a busy afternoon! Definitely a great spot to try out if you ate looking for korean street food!
google avatar

Alex L.

Yelp
While the dog might be be as ok as they proclaim, the rest of this place is pretty awesome. The hot dog itself tasted like a Bar-S or low-end Oscar Mayer dog - not that great and something I'd never get again, but the batter was perfect. This batter had the perfect crunch to it while maintaining a nice, quality thick texture. Mozzarella dog was marvelous. The cheese gets really stringy and the dog itself can be messy to eat, but I think it's oh so worth it. Avocado Toast's presentation was top-notch. The taste is about what you expect out of the ingredients. Ambiance is sort of like a cafeteria experience with Korean music in the background - many of which I was able to identify as a Korean music fan. There's a variety of sauces that you can use at your leisure - huge bonus here. I had fun trying out every combination. Only thing I wish they made easier was telling which dog is which. The sticks are color-coded, but what each color means is a mystery to the customer.
google avatar

Kristin H.

Yelp
It was inexpensive, yummy, and fast! A unique experience. I had the regular rice dog. My son liked the cheese rice dog.
google avatar

M M.

Yelp
I very much recommend the mozzadog. I fell in love with it truly. I had no idea what the menu was going to look like when I walked in but everything on there looks good. Inside the place it's a little loud and hard to hear over the music but the food is so good I don't care.
google avatar

Ellie D.

Yelp
What a cleverly named food joint. So many puns and cultural nods. Inside you'll be greatest by many seating options and three TV's playing Korean music videos (all the same so it's not overpowering visually and on the noise level). I do wish their sauce station was a bit more organized; all the seasonings were labeled but only half the sauces were. What we got: Rice ball dog - 3* we got it dipped in sugar, which was fun. I like rice cake but don't know if I'd get this dog again. I tried something new, yay for me, but I think I'll stick with a meat next time. Sweet potato mozza dog - 4*. I really loved the seasonings and sauces we put on it. And the sweet potato was delicious. The mozzarella is extremely cheesy which made eating this thing very fun. Overall a tasty snack.

Yelp
Oh K-Dog vs the traditional corn dog .... I would choose K-Dog always! It's next level and live up to the hype. I was never really a corn dog fan but oh my this K-dog is unbelievable texture delight! Cheesy check! Crunchy check! Filling check! Loaded check! Not overly battered check! Delicious hot dog check! Different combo selections check! Creative and unique check! One of a kind check! One kdog is very filling because it's huge!! The vibe at this place is K-pop culture which I love! They have several flat screen tv for you to enjoy watching K-pop videos while waiting for your food. The wait for the food is a little long on a crowded day (Saturday). Expect 35-45 minute wait. I ordered the following k-dogs to share with 2 other people: 8. Squid Ink Half and Half Hot Dog, 9. Potato Hot Dog, 4. Cheddar Hot Dog, 1. Oh K Classic Hot Dog. My favorites was the potato hot dog, cheddar hot dog, and oh k classic hot dog with the cheesy mustard and garlic dipping sauce. My least favorite was the squid Ink half and half hot dog, it was bitter and just not very pleasant on your pallet. For all those potato lovers you will love the potato hot dog, it's crunchy and mmmmmmmmmmm deliciouso! Perfect place for a k-dog craving! Only negative I've experience is I've been here twice and the first time service was fast 15-20 mins but second time the wait was 35-45 minutes full packed with people. All seating and tables were occupied. It was overly crowded :/. I really think they need a bigger restaurant to keep up with the demand and a few more employees for better service. Employees did not wipe the tables down after customer usage because another customer will occupy the table immediately after one leaves. For the following reasons that is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. My first experience was 5 stars.
google avatar

LaPeshaa C.

Yelp
This was my 1st Korean corn dog experience and I can say I'm a fan! I ordered the classic egg toast and a half mozzarella/hotdog. The mozzarella portion was absolutely delicious. Crunchy and flavorful. I liked the cheese mustard with that. The hotdog was a disappointment as the batter wasn't cooked all the way leaving me with a doughy mess. The star was the egg toast, wow!! How could something so simple be made into something so beautiful?! Just go get one, you'll see what I'm saying. I'll definitely be back because I think it was just a mistake on mine because I see no complaints of doughy corn dogs. And that egg toast! Yum! See ya soon!
google avatar

Alyssa R.

Yelp
The teriyaki Egg Toast was delicious!!! Until I got to the end of the filling.. they don't cut the that the whole way through so its kind of like a pocket. The last third of my toast was just bread. The squid ink was cute. My son loved the hot dog "tentacles". I wasn't a huge fan of the squid ink breading, but I think that's just personal preference not anything to do with how they prepared it. Next time I will get the regular hot dog and just ask them to do the tentacles for my son. I love the variety of toppings and sauces they have. My faves were the snowing powder and garlic sauce.

Yelp
As a college student this is one of the places I'd go to after midterms for just for daytime cravings. The #7 is my go to as well as the better D (lol) #7 = half cheese Letter D= bacon and egg sandwich

Yelp
Every time I visit my sister in Austin, a stop here is a must. Now I know we have one in Houston, but you all know how big Houston is sometime I just don't want to make the journey. My sister literally lives like 2 minutes from here. In times of COVID, the customers as well as the worker are good about wearing there masks maintaining distance. Thank you for everyone cooperation! k-Dog: Squid Ink half & half - literally the breading has squid ink in it, hence the dark color. Inside there is half mozzarella cheese and half hotdog on the stick. To give it the squid look they extended the hotdog portion at the end of the stick to look like squid tentacles. It is pretty tasty but I couldn't finished the hotdog meat portion. I don't know why but I have never been a fan of the hotdog meat. Sweet Potato Mozza Dog: Mozzarella in the inside and incorporated in the batter she small cubes of sweet potato. This is soooooo good and I love it so much! Other dishes: Ttok-bokki - I literally see this ordered all the time in kdramas. It basically is spicy rice cake with rice cakes. Which I love everything that is inside it. It is a bit on the spicy side so if you can't handle spice then this dish is not for you. I have not tried any of the breakfast items and drinks in the cooler. But I am ready to go back and try more kdogs and the multiple sauces to try as well.

Yelp
Oh K-Dog, more like Oh Great Dog...bit of a stretch but you get what I mean. If you've never had or just crave Korean corndogs, look no further. The appeal on the outside may sound a bit silly in that they're still overall corndogs but regardless are a nice snack option with tons of options and ways to enjoy. Atmosphere: Quick sit down type place with lots of fun Kpop playing on monitors on both sides of the restaurant. Makes for a nice quick fun outing. Food: So the big thing with K-dogs is that there are various options other than just having breading and meat. I suggest if you're looking to be adventurous and trying something, go for it. My favorites are the normal K-dog with cheese. A big seller though for me is the option to add sugar. Yes that may sound unusual but you get a nice sweet and savory combination, along with addition to add any other sauces you'd like, garlic, cheese....mhmmm Service: Quick counter top service, every time I've gone the employees have been prompt and helpful. No complaints here. A little corny to say but hot dog, overall this place is nice a treat and I easily would come back for more with my friends if we ever needed a quick snack or were in the area.

Yelp
This was my first time trying Korean Corn Dogs, so this was a fun experience for me. The ambiance inside the restaurant felt welcoming and there wasn't a lot of people when we went at the time so there was a lot of space. The cashier was nice, inviting, and had a positive attitude. We ordered our food and the wait time was 3 minutes tops. Overall, good place to get a Korean Corn-Dog in Austin! I would recommend for anyone trying Korean corn Dog for their first time.
google avatar

Yelp
Oh P-lease can we get a San Antonio location? These Korean-style corndogs are so good and all the optional dressings really help you build your ultimate dog. My favorite is the half mozzerella, half sausage corndog (#7) and I get her dusted in sugar, honey butter powder, then drizzled in ketchup and garlic sauce. May sound like a lot but the flavors actually pull together nicely. The cheesepulls are incredible for any dairy-fiend and they're freshly fried to the perfect crispness to order. I've been once when it was packed and once, just beating a big rush of people, and the wait time was maybe 5 minutes in each case. Most of the corndogs are just under $4 for cheap snackins. I haven't had any of the sandwiches yet but those are on my to-do list. A new very important stop during those long day trips roaming Austin.

Yelp
If you want a different take on an American favorite but with a Korean twist you have to try this place. The hot dog selections are interesting with combinations of toppings you don't see anywhere. The egg bread was filling and really creamy. I need to go back and try some of the other options. You don't see squid ink often, but this was a must try.

Yelp
I love Korean Corn Dogs and there are no places where I live so I had to visit here when I was in the area! It was great and they had a lot of fun options. I got a regular mozza dog and a potato mozza dog and both were so good! I got sugar on both of them as well which was a fun touch. I also ordered a mango drink that was really tasty. I definitely want to come back if I'm in the area again!

Yelp
Delicious! Won't break the bank and will give enough fuel for shopping in the area. Putting sugar on a corndog may seem peculiar but you have to try it! Really enhances the flavor. My go-to is the all mozzarella dog. It's pretty much a huge mozzarella stick...on a stock lol. Dust it with the garlic butter seasoning and drizzle some cheese mustard--YUM! The best snack.

Yelp
I came here with a few friends. I'd seen it walking around The Crescent shopping area previously, and was intrigued by the seemingly random combination of offerings. I got the classic premium hot dog and the classic egg toast. When I picked up my items at the counter they asked me if I wanted sugar on my hotdog. That was very confusing to me, and I declined. Both items were picture perfect. The fluffy eggs in the egg toast poured out of the top and had a neat drizzle of something white on top. The hot dog's breading was a beautiful brown crisp color. The fluffy eggs were perfectly cooked and delicious. From there it all goes down hill. The bread is cut pita pocket style, but only about half way down so once you finish the eggs. its just plain texas toast style bread. I got the regular one (not the garlic one) and it was buttery but plain. The eggs as mentioned before were perfect. The white sauce had the consistency of an aioli but the taste of cupcake frosting. Not a fan of sugary eggs. I couldn't even scrape it off bc the eggs were so fluffy it would've broken it all apart. Now for the hotdog. The hotdog itself was all beef and quite good. The casing tasted like absolute nothing. Even with the multiple dips and toppings available for you to adorn the dog, it still fell really flat. I think every component of a dish no matter how simple should taste good on its own and then taste good together. Additionally, someone else in my party got the potato mozzarella dog. Imagine a mozzarella stick with home-style fried potato cubes stuck to it. How could this possibly fail, right? ZERO FLAVOR again. No salt, no pepper, not a pinch of seasoning to be found anywhere. Don't serve someone an unseasoned potato.

Yelp
I think I go here way often than I should but it's the perfect snack and always so good! I didn't have much expectations for the egg toast but I couldn't stop eating it after the first bite. Toast was warm and the egg was super fluffy and paired great with their sauce, the ham is my go-to. And their corn dogs aren't like the regular American corn dogs, it's more crisper and you can choose between sausage or cheese inside. I would probably skip on the tteokbokki since it was on the sweeter side for my preference. Overall, prices are reasonable; located in the Crescent shopping area with plenty of parking.

Yelp
Y'all........I don't need to go to LA or carrollton anymore lol. Austin is getting our own little ktown!!!!!!! God...these didn't disappoint. The eggs were so FLUFFY. How do they do it, idk. But I want to know. I want eggs these fluffy at home. And the mozzarella and sweet potato combo is amazing. Dusted in sugar and ketchup/mustard drizzle with onion powder and parm sprinkled on top. So FREAKING good. I really like how the bread isn't cut all the way through so things don't fall out the bottom, but like, the top is overloaded bc of it....lol I wish I'd had a fork to push everything down further into the sandwich so my last bites wouldn't be just bread and sauce. I think I'll get another sandwich next time bc the egg one was too plain for me. Doesn't mean it wasn't good. It was. Just not for me, I think. (Like how you see a shirt, and it looks good on a hanger or on another person but not on you.) I def recommend the sweet potato mozz, though. 100000%. I do wish my cheese pulls were longer and more dramatic, but the shorter cheese pulls made for cleaner eating experience. Staff was attentive and everything was prepared really quickly! I loved the playlist they had playing, which is basically kpop lol. Go go!
