Did not like this location at all. The waiter was young and well-mannered but needs WAYYYY better training. Serving others should NEVER be taken for granted and treated as "just a job". I put in a request for my appetizer, and that my appetizer can come out first and one of the guests that I was with can share my plate until our other guest came. I waited almost 15 min., the other guest comes and the waiter says "Can I take your orders". I said, you can't take theirs until mine comes out. He says, that will be 15 minutes ma'am. I said so I would have waited almost 30 minutes for an appetizer? That's ridiculous.
He then brings the appetizer to my table (15 minutes later). I told him he forgot to add the blue cheese that I requested. He said, yes ma'am, I will bring it out. In between conversation with my company, I ate the mozzarella sticks and potato skins and didn't touch the chicken because I wanted my blue cheese. I stopped him twice to remind him about the blue cheese and by the time he FINALLY bought it over to the table, my chicken was cold.
And last but not least, time to pay! Guest #1 gives him a $20, Guest #2 gives him a $20 and I give my credit card. I ask him to kindly bring the change back from the $20s and charge my card just for my meal (because we all split the bill). He steps away for Lord knows HOW LONG, finally comes back, with BOTH $20s and receipts with the TOTAL AMOUNT CHARGED TO MY CARD and says, "did you still need change". ARE YOU SERIOUS RIGHT NOW!!!!!! Did he REALLY THINK that $40 was for him to pocket!?!?! I "nicely" showed my disappointment and the manager comes to our table and says, don't worry the money will be refunded and I will give you a card for a free appetizer. I said, don't worry? It should have NEVER HAPPENED and a free appetizer? My appetizer should have been free since I have dealt with this waiter who is obviously not focused or could not handle the job (and who didn't even come to check on our table to see if we needed anything, etc.)
So here it is, 3 days later, no reimbursement...was on hold for 17minutes and finally had to speak to another manager who was more professional and knowledgeable than the last manager.
This is my second time and LAST TIME coming to this Fridays.
