Slooooow. Waited 15+ minutes before anyone even showed up at an empty bar around 5pm the day before Thanksgiving. And the guy would not take the order as he was 'not the bar tender'. Waited another 10+ mins for him. Ordered a draft, was rung up for a $9+ draft. Then there was an issue with the keg. So was given a bottle ($6+) as a substitute of the same beer - see the picture of the empty bar and the bottle. But still charged for the draft (I have the receipt). The attitude of the servers leaves much to.be desired. TGIF is going down the drain. No wonder they closed so many locations. Had a beer and redeemed some points for an appetizer. Did not argue and got out quickly after paying. I don't think I'll ever go back.

Shut it down PLEASE! WORST FOOD IVE EVER HAD FROM TGI! ordered whisky glazed ribs and they were so hard and burnt! Mac and cheese was soup, pasta was undercooked. I was not given one of my sides either. Im so upset! $80 down the drain.

I don't know what happened to one of my favorite restaurants 😕 😩 😞 😫 Also the Caesars salad was dressing drowing the lettuce. Awful 😖 Every bite was like a spoon full of dressing. Terrible, I couldn't eat it. 😪

The Friday’s franchise isn’t what it used to be. The pricing is misleading, and the food was overcooked. It tasted like it was cooked yesterday and warmed up today. I had a craving for their signature whiskey graze. Probably never step foot inside a Friday’s again.

Went in for a late night dinner and the place had to be below 50 degrees inside. The wait was not bad, the food came out promptly. I had chicken and shrimp and my fiancé had the shrimp and pasta he took one bite and left the whole meal mine was ok. We asked for check and ran out, we couldn’t even stay due to how cold this establishment was.

I had the pleasure of visiting again for a 34th Birthday! We were greeted by Abdul, who was absolutely amazing! He made sure to check on us to see if we needed refills on drinks or to add on additional items such as a boneless wings order to go! We had a cake and he made sure to bring it out just in time! It was a memorable experience because we actually put all of our phones away(for once) and just engaged in meaningful conversation! All of the food was tasty and fresh! The tables and bathrooms were extremely clean! I tried the Whiskey Glaze and Dragon Glaze sauce on the side! I will definitely be returning again for a new celebration!

Went to TGI for a group gathering, so far I can say was really nice to be there. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I only had one drink and was pretty good. Since I didn't spend a good amount of time can't say much.

They could've easily had 5 stars from me because my meal would've been totally perfect, had it not been for a few things. It's been at least 5 years since I have eaten at Friday's. I saw the low rating and still thought I'd give them a chance because the most recent reviews were "good". I ordered the 2 whiskey glazed chicken breast with broccoli and mashed potatoes. The presentation was very appealing and I was thrilled that it seemed hot and fresh. Chicken was hot and had a nice sweet flavor with a little kick. I could taste notes of ginger and garlic. The broccoli was seasoned very well and tasted good with the glaze. Sadly, I tasted the mashed potatoes, which was only two ice cream scoops by the way, and they were very cold. No warmth at all. I was beyond disappointed because it would've and could've been a perfect meal! I told my server about the cold potatoes and he brought out "hot" ones. All they did was simply put them in the microwave. And I knew that because they appeared that way and the bowl itself was piping hot. At that point, I was very disappointed because I didn't and won't be getting my complete meal. I expressed this to my server who expressed it to the manager, who gave me a fair discount. We also had the classic sampler with double mozzarella sticks and boneless wings in the whiskey glazed flavor. I used to love their mozzarella sticks, but they don't taste the same. Some were also cold inside. The marinara sauce seemed much thicker too. You can never go wrong with boneless wings though. They were pretty tasty and freshly cooked. My server was not that tentative. We didn't get our drinks until the food pretty much came. It took him at least 25-30 minutes after we finished eating to bring the check. My husband actually ordered a second drink and he never brought it. The appetizer came out with the entree. Also check your bill to make sure everything is priced correctly and you aren't being charged for items that you didn't actually order/get.

I used to go to TGIFridays pretty often so when I saw this one while on vacation, I was pretty excited. How wrong I was. The building was dirty and unkempt from the outside and it only got worse. CONS #1 It was FREEZING cold. I noticed that many people kept their jackets on but I chalked it up to personal preference. WRONG! It was in the low 40s outside but it felt like the low 30s inside. #2 I was told there was no hot cocoa. Since it was cold, my kids were looking forward to having a warm drink. The waiter told us that the store had hot cocoa on order but it hadn't arrived yet. After ordering, we looked at the signage on the table and a winter menu item was hot cocoa and a cookie. I asked again, since it was a special on the menu and was told again they didn't have any. That tells me that a) the manager is inept as menu items should always be on hand or 2) she was lying. #3 She didn't understand the order, and she didn't clarify. We wanted three 12 oz New York strip steaks with garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli. She told us that they didn't have the garlic mashed potatoes. Fine Instead, I asked for two side salads and an order of French fries. She brought out the salads and French fries. Cool. We kept waiting for the rest of the food. Nothing came. I tried to get her attention but she kept walking by us. I finally got her attention and she said that she thought we ordered the side salads and fries INSTEAD of the steaks. I understand that she didn't understand but that change would have been weird to me and a follow up question would have sorted it. Example: "So instead of the steaks, you'd like side salads and fries?" #4 She never refilled our drinks. She walked by us multiple times and never offered to refill our drinks. My guess is that she thought it was going to be a cheap ticket (which would mean a low tip) so she decided our table wasn't worth her time. I have no idea, she just didn't pay us much attention. #5 We felt ignored. As I watched her serving other people I felt completely ignored. I tried to get her attention a few times. By the time I finally got her over to our table, I was irritated. #6 Took the food home and the order was STILL wrong. After I explained that I ordered the sides as part of the steak order, I told her to just bag everything up and we'd take it home. I drove back, opened up the boxes and instead of finding steaks and broccoli (we had already eaten our garlic mashed potato "exchange" sides, I found a steak, fries, and a side salad in each order. No broccoli. Again, she could have clarified, "So now that you had the sides you ordered instead of the garlic mashed potatoes, did you want just the steak and broccoli or did you want to order a different side?" PROS #1 The hostess at the front was nice and welcoming. I kinda spazzed out on her while leaving and she was very professional. #2 The steak was AMAZING! I wasn't sure what to expect but it was cooked well and the flavor was robust. Good job! Overall, the whole experience sucked and I probably won't be back but that steak might make me change my mind. Next time I'll call my order in and just pick it up.

Everything, especially the bartenders . Went on a Friday this particular Fridays has like a r&b vs house music on a certain Friday. I had a ball the 1st time I went but this time 12/12 was a disaster. Couldn't get a drink to save your life and the manager I spoke to was useless. No wonder most Fridays are closing. I guess they came up with this idea to save it but it's executed very poorly. You never know who a person is. The bartenders only was concerned with one side and their was bartender who very, very rude (the bigger caucasian woman) especially rude. Her and the manager must have something going cause I complained about and nothing was done, still didn't get a drink. The idea is great but the execution with drinks needs work. Music was on point. Got to the dance floor and had a blast.

You just have to know what to get and not to get here. We only had appetizers and desserts and everything was good. Haven't been in a while and the new menu items proved to be delicious however, they keep changing their menu so who knows if it's even there anymore. Classic mozzarella sticks are always there and never dissappoints. The service was great. Our server was attentive and patience with us one of the best servers here I had in a while. I wish I would've gotten his name. The ambiance is always super chill and good music which is why I come here every once in a while.

Met family at TGI Fridays in Linden, NJ, for a bite to eat and have a leisurely catch up with each other. The restaurant was spotless, and our waitress, Gabby, was friendly, attentive, and efficient. After ordering 3 Arnold Palmers (non-alcoholic iced tea and lemonade), which were delicious, Gabby pointed out the restaurant offered a special, where if you ordered off the 'Meal Deal' menu your non-alcoholic drink was included. I ordered the salmon with broccoli and the others had the bacon ranch chicken sandwich. Everything was delicious and my salmon was cooked to perfection! We all enjoyed a lovely relaxing lunch, for an incredible bargain, and agreed this would be our next go to meet up place! Thank you, Gabby! Thank you, TGI Fridays!

Walking in I could tell this wouldn't be a great experience. No one greeted us. Extremely understaffed. There's one waitress and one food runner. We ordered drinks and food at the same time. I got the spiced vanilla margarita and the 8 oz steak with mashed potatoes and garlic broccoli. I asked for the two sauces to be placed in the side so I can try both. My sister ordered the ocean oasis drink and the al pastor bowl with a beyond meat patty with no cheese. The drinks took 10 minutes and the food took half an hour. A man came out with our food. My steak came out with no sauce so I asked if I could get the sauces and he said the request was above his pay grade. My steak came out medium when I asked for it well done so he took it back. My sister's bowl came with ingredients missing but she ate it anyway. My original steak came back out but it was cooked properly. He apologized and told me that there's a language barrier in the kitchen. Again no sauces. I just ate the food because I wanted to leave. Everything was bland except the garlic broccoli. Horrible experience all around.

If I could give the restaurant 0 stars I would! The service here is absolutely terrible. My boyfriend and I went to dine here because we haven't been to Fridays in a while and boy was I extremely disappointed in my once favorite restaurant. After waiting 32 minutes for the server to even bring us menus we ordered the Cajun shrimp pasta and wings without hesitation. The pasta had no taste so the manager suggested he bring Cajun butter to help. When that didn't work he took it back and assured the new order would be perfect. The second time it came out it looked and smelled better. Unfortunately we weren't able to eat it because there was a damn rubber band on the fork in the pasta. The manager is a joke and so is the staff. Just close the restaurant down!

The food is always good, they do a good job in the kitchen,no matter what day of the week you come the whole staff is terrific, very friendly, the service is always great and always great deals on the food and cocktails, Aubrey one of the bartenders and servers is wonderful, Eileen, one of the managers is the best !, I come here frequently and the whole staff is amazing, I recommend coming and enjoying good food ,cocktails and ambiance and what is great is that they are opened late, most places are closed.

If I could put less than 1 star I WOULD!! If you are looking for good service Don't look for it here. We Got here 5 minutes before 9 the girl came over took our Drink order and then never came back until 9:25 to take our food order. My wife specifically gave her instructions on how she wanted her meal prepared and when it finally came out another 20 minutes later it was wrong ... by then it was 10 o'clock and we had not eaten yet...they only had one server serving the entire bar area .. me and my wife spoke with the manager / server who was not helping serve at all!! and just decided to get up and leave. We paid for our 1 drink that was $11.20 SMH and left hungry ...on our way to find something else to eat... RIDICULOUS!

Attempted to order the $48 Friday Feast online for pickup; it wouldn't let me proceed without picking a dessert then wouldn't let me pick an actual dissert. I called the store instead & apparently the deal you're able to "order online for pickup" is only available for dine in. The hostess THEN proceeded with our order anyway and said she was able to throw everytin to go boxes & charge us for the deal. Upon arriving to the restaurant, our order had changed from $50 to $80 with the same explanation; we were even given another explanation from the manager of the restaurant to "take it up with the website" since apparently Linden is the only store that doesn't have to follow franchise laws. I would rather go buy a freezer burnt flat iron steak from Dollar Tree than to give TFIG in Linden the benefit of doubt for the third time with their poor service. Obviously someone running the place has a serious internal issue within themselves and feels they have to treat customers that were willing to tip above average price. I really see potential in the restaurant IF they had the appropriate staff with the appropriate knowledge. Thank you for fcking up my anniversary dinner. I will be more than glad to pass this knowledge onto my family, friends, and people of the community. PS-- I'm sure the general manager was able to eat appropriately tonight from the steak & lobster tail that we declined for the inconvenience. Must have needed it more than we did! Sincerely, Karen that had to walk for a disappointment, yet again...​

So my friends and I came to this TGIF of course because we were hungry and I also wanted to try the endless apps. It was a Sunday night, so it wasn't a lot of people it wasn't crowded like it normally is sometimes. It was 5 of us that ordered including 3 young adults so I could understand the food taking a little long to prepare. However, the service or the food wasn't great. My mozzarella sticks came out with no mariner sauce. Although I had the endless apps, I had to keep waving down the waitress to order more food. We waited about 20-30 minutes just to get our food, then another 15 minutes for butter, sauce, refill on drinks, then another 20 minutes "after" we asked for the check, it was ridiculous. Particularly, because there was another table across from us that was disputing the check because it was wrong. The crazy thing is, when we looked at our check-that was wrong too so we had to wait another 10 minutes to get it fixed (smh). Not so sure I will be returning to this location or any TGIF Friday's for that matter because the service wasn't good at the other location either.

We went to this location for an early dinner. We ordered a bucket of bones which was really delicious with their new Jamie fox sauce. But what made the experience even better was our waiter Zakii!! He was phenomena!! Super friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable on the menu, and our food came out super fast! Our drinks were fast and on point! We will continue to ask for him every time!! For anyone who had a bad experience I'm so sorry, maybe next time if you ask for ZAKII you will get an amazing experience!

I use to love this location, however the last few times has been so much of a disappointment; the quality of the food is still consistent (except for the watered-down blue-cheese), the facility is always clean, but the customer service is horrible. I've experienced attitude from staff, over the phone and in person. Fridays should invest in a secret shopper (I'm seriously for hire); otherwise they're likely to see a decline in their customer base. Establishments need to realize that great customer service is as important as great Food. I'm so disappointed .

I normally try to refrain from reviewing chain restaurants on a regular basis, but since this is right around the corner I feel compelled. To start, I won't give any chains 5 stars, so we begin with 4. Things this place it has against it: the service is spotty at times, it took a good 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. Despite the fact that the menu says they have local craft beer, they did not. The menu is a little on the pricy side, everything about $2 more than the fair price. $6.50 is not the right price for a small Caesar salad- $4.50 would be a more reasonable price. The $14 chicken sandwich should be $12... you get the idea. They also advertise through posters in the lobby to download the rewards app- which doesn't work at this location since they're not a corporate store. Very confusing. Minus 2 stars. To their credit, they do have a slightly above average beer selection, the menu is a level above a typical chain restaurant, the restaurant is newly renovated, and once you can get the attention of a server, you do get pretty good service. Plus one star. Average: 3 stars.

Do not order delivery! Take the time to go in, sit at the bar, converse with wait staff, place your to-go order and while waiting enjoy a good adult beverage. Our food has never been delivered hot, as ordered, without the look of chaos and that's the reason for 3 stars. However, always satisfied with the bar & to-go service. I don't go in for atmosphere but if I am able while waiting to view a game or two all the better.

My experience at this Friday's was completely unprofessional. The young staff were in the back being rowdy and snippy with one another. One said to another "I'm going to punch you in the face if you stole my Mac and cheese ". The waitress at my table was not attentive at all. We called the manager over to discuss one of our dishes that were made incorrectly and he fixed the issue. And tried to address other issues at the table. You could tell he was not prepared to work with this bunch of young adults. Honestly the only people working and being attentive on our side of the restaurant was Alexis!! She was very nice and attentive. She showed the most work ethic in this place. On to the food. It was lack luster. The chicken wings were fried way too hard. The sizzling chicken platter was constructed completely wrong. The chicken that was given was two very little pieces of chicken. If you every come to this establishment only be waited on by Alexis. She wasn't even our server but she was busting her behind the whole time.

My husband and I came to Fridays for some late night grub and got the worst experience ever. We sat at the bar For almost an hour and never got acknowledged. Marie the bartender, deliberately looked at us multiple times but didn't deem us important enough to greet. We didn't even get waters and napkins. My husband literally started walking around the restaurant looking for service. Pops started to help us and he was very nice but he is elderly with a walking disability. It isn't fair that the servers are so bad that every table fell on his shoulders. The manager Chad did nothing to help operations move smoother . Everyone was so overwhelmed with DoorDash that the current dine in guest didn't matter smh

This was the first time we have ever been to a restaurant and the server crossed out in black pen the bill amount and rewrote it with a 20% Tip added ( as if that were the bill amount.) I can't believe I just experienced this. The manager was informed of this and did absolutely nothing, did not even offer us a discount. Ashley claimed that our check could not be split because "it is Friday" and stated it was mandatory in Jersey for the amount of people we had in our party to leave a 20% tip. When we spoke to the manager about this he even said it was not mandatory. She then came over to the table as the manager was speaking to us about the dilemma and began to curse at us because she was not going to receive a tip for trying to scam my family. Would highly recommend not going to this location. I picked one star because Yelp does not allow you to put 0/5 stars.

So to preface this review, this location held a fundraiser tonight which caused the restaurant to be pretty busy for a Thursday night. No big deal, so we were ready for the service to be a little slower than normal. However, our experience was just sad. To start, my family and I sat down, and took about 20 minutes for us to find a server. Once we flagged one down, we placed our order, which was simple: a few drinks and three appetizers (a sampler, nachos and a quesadilla). We waited another 15-20 min for our drinks, and then the appetizer sampler came about 30 minutes after we got our drinks. We waited another 5 min for the nachos, and another 15 after that for the quesadilla. When we got our food it felt like it had been sitting out for a while, not cold but definitely not hot or fresh. Meanwhile, our server is nowhere to be found, I think we saw him a total of 3 times in the 2 hours we spent there! Overall, our experience was very disappointing and we probably won't be returning. Don't waste your time here.

So from the moment I got here I was disappointed. My kids wanted to come here and from the door I was pissed but wasn't going to let my kids not get what they wanted. We walked in and there was no greeter, I'm assuming it was the girl rolling silverware at a table by the bar. Something that you don't want to see when you walk in the bar especially when she wasn't wearing any gloves or looked like she was wiping them down before wrapping them. 10min later after standing there I asked if someone was going to help us. I told her it was me and my kids and they'd like the half booth by the bar. She turned looked and said their all dirty. What does that mean? It's not busy, what are your servers doing? Finally after standing there for another 10mins some one cleaned off the table the the girl disappeared. I was going to sit myself but the table wasn't wiped down. Finally she came back and wiped the table down for us. We sat down and it took another 10min for our server to get to us. We ordered everything at once and I'm writing this I've been here damn near an hour and still haven't gotten my entree or my second drink for the table. Incredible. The love for my kids is real because I would have left this waste of time. In a nutshell with out me going on about our terrible experience, stay away from this place it's a dump

Not many options when you are waiting to pick someone up at Newark so I ended up here again. Sat at the bar and the person could have cared less that I came in. Luckily the person he was speaking to let him know I needed help. No matter how good the food is, which I am not holding out hope for, the lack of service will not overcome my poor impression of this establishment. Ok it's now a zero star. No fork no spoon no napkins and nobody behind the bar!

Did not like this location at all. The waiter was young and well-mannered but needs WAYYYY better training. Serving others should NEVER be taken for granted and treated as "just a job". I put in a request for my appetizer, and that my appetizer can come out first and one of the guests that I was with can share my plate until our other guest came. I waited almost 15 min., the other guest comes and the waiter says "Can I take your orders". I said, you can't take theirs until mine comes out. He says, that will be 15 minutes ma'am. I said so I would have waited almost 30 minutes for an appetizer? That's ridiculous. He then brings the appetizer to my table (15 minutes later). I told him he forgot to add the blue cheese that I requested. He said, yes ma'am, I will bring it out. In between conversation with my company, I ate the mozzarella sticks and potato skins and didn't touch the chicken because I wanted my blue cheese. I stopped him twice to remind him about the blue cheese and by the time he FINALLY bought it over to the table, my chicken was cold. And last but not least, time to pay! Guest #1 gives him a $20, Guest #2 gives him a $20 and I give my credit card. I ask him to kindly bring the change back from the $20s and charge my card just for my meal (because we all split the bill). He steps away for Lord knows HOW LONG, finally comes back, with BOTH $20s and receipts with the TOTAL AMOUNT CHARGED TO MY CARD and says, "did you still need change". ARE YOU SERIOUS RIGHT NOW!!!!!! Did he REALLY THINK that $40 was for him to pocket!?!?! I "nicely" showed my disappointment and the manager comes to our table and says, don't worry the money will be refunded and I will give you a card for a free appetizer. I said, don't worry? It should have NEVER HAPPENED and a free appetizer? My appetizer should have been free since I have dealt with this waiter who is obviously not focused or could not handle the job (and who didn't even come to check on our table to see if we needed anything, etc.) So here it is, 3 days later, no reimbursement...was on hold for 17minutes and finally had to speak to another manager who was more professional and knowledgeable than the last manager. This is my second time and LAST TIME coming to this Fridays.

My first impression of this establishment was the hostess wasn't too friendly. Event though she wasn't busy, seemed like she didn't want serve us. But on the other hand the friday's staff that is responsible for opening the door for customer was friendly. We were greeted by our server Aaron after we got seated and he was helpful and pleasant. Had the pick 3 sampler for appetizer and I had their smoked stacked burger. For the sampler we had the warm pretzels, loaded potato skins, boneless wings with garlic parmesan. The pretzel was extremely salty. The loaded potato skins were flavorful and tasty. Boneless wings were delicious and good. Kind of reminds me of the korean fried chicken flavor. The smoked stacked burger was big. Comes with 2 thin beef patties and some bacon. Just the right amount of BBQ sauce. It was a little too well done but still tasted pretty good. Overall, the food was a little better than what I had in the past. Aaron was impressive. Made the dining experience more enjoyable. Made up for the bad impression left by the hostess.

TGI Fridays is an upgrade of diner food. I am a sucker for wings so there's no way I can give this people bad reviews. Yes there appetizers are frozen, then deep fried and brought to your table, but they taste sooooo good. The pros are: you come during happy hour and appetizers are 50% off, they have low calorie options and there cocktails give you the sting you need :) The cons: the waiters here need a little more training. Every time I come here they tend to bring the plates of my party at different times, so your friend might start eating before you! They should bring everything together or at least give you an expectation of the food time specially on a Saturday night. Sign up for there points program and get monthly coupons.

Visited TGIF about a month ago and the service was not that great. To top if off, we were charged $200 instead of $86 (which that's what we signed for on the receipt). The actual balance of the bill was $86. I called the next day and a manager adjusted the payment which took about a week for it to reflect on the bank account. Decided to give this restaurant another try so we revisited TGIF this past week. Big mistake! I split the bill with another individual, which the total was about $84. I was suppose to be billed about $42... Again, that's what I signed on my receipt. The next day, I see that I was billed for $84 instead of splitting the check. The other person that dined with was charged the correct spilt amount. I called the manager today and he apologized and stated that he would make the adjustment on my debit card. I told him that if I EVER decide to return, that I would only pay cash at that establishment. Also.. I tried the chicken and shrimp meal.. No good. There was marinara sauce on my shrimp which was not good but I didn't want to complain.

Generally I love Friday's but apparently Saturday is not the day to go. Out with friends we all ordered at the same time but I got my order dead last. Now I can't blame the waitress she's cool. But the fact that it took over and half hour for some bread to come out was not cool. I will not frequent this Fridays again. For the record, the manager comped my meal but he or she should have come out and said this. Fridays is a no days for me Fridays linden NJ

My boyfriend and I were very unhappy with our dinner here. We ordered bacon cheeseburgers,we both asked for our burger to be well done and I asked for no cheese on mine. About 25 mins later they came with our entrees and mine had cheese. The waiter didn't apologize or say anything she just grabbed the plate and left. My boyfriend's burger was very pink for a "well done" burger and they gave me a new burger that was burnt. We ate what we can and left.

This location is by far the worst location I've been to. The staff is extremely inattentive , rude, and ghetto to say the least. I went to this location with my family thinking we were going to just eat, drink and leave. We went there already knowing it wouldn't be the best service or food but it was quick and close. We had Elijah as our waiter and he was the worst server ever. He was completely unaware of the menu everything we asked for he would look at us with a big question mark on his face. Had no idea what was coming or going just looked lost and dumbfounded..The food came out one by one. Drinks and food were missing and there was no accountability or acknowledgment of his mistakes. Furthermore, in the middle of me expressing my frustration with the manager some random ratchet girl came from out the kitchen and started getting loud like she was ready to fight! Mind you she was not our waiter. This girl looked so disgusting, missing nails, hair greesy, just gross! Absolutely should not be serving food or even in the food industry. If you have any respect for yourself or your loved ones you will avoid this place like the plague!

Omg, I sat for 15 whole minutes at a table and not 1 person said anything to me. So I said to myself let me move to the bar maybe it'll move faster. Keep in mind it's a Thursday at 515pm less than 10 customers are at this place. I sat at the bar for another 15 minutes and watched the bartenders count money, laugh and just casually talking..not 1 time either of them said a word to me. I told the manager and she apologized. I ordered the salmon rice brocoli...salmon cold..broccoli cold...rice hot...I paid and left...I will never eat there again.

This place is horrible, the waitress was terrible, food came out wrong, beer took forever to come out with almost an empty place! The last thing to top it off, my CEASER salad came out NOT tossed. I asked for a manger, and this is why it gets 1 star, she was very kind and helpful, she got my salad tossed & got my beer ASAP.

Let me begin by saying that I went to this location nine years ago. It was terrible all that time ago, but we decided for whatever reason to try it again. Here's a recount of what my family and I encountered. First off, the host seated us in a location with heavy traffic, making it hard to have a private conversation with my family. There were people passing us non-stop and there was a heavy lack in televisions. It took our waitress, Taylor, fifteen minutes to finally greet us and was completely lost during our entire dining experience. It took her fifteen minutes to get five simple drinks out (2 drinks of water, 1 soda, and 2 cocktails). My L.I.T. was way too sweet and tasted terrible. She tried to take our menus before we even ordered and was completely confused while taking our order. In fact, she told me to 'slow down' while ordering and I wasn't even going that fast. Who does that? When we finally got our appetizers (2 mozzarella sticks and 1 chicken quesadilla) they were cold, bland and very lackluster. The mozzarella sticks tasted as though they had been sitting at the window for ten minutes before they even got to our table. Don't even get me started on the entrees. These 5 simple entrees were, simply put, terrible. Two of my kids and I ordered burgers, and we requested that they be medium rare. They came out dry and bland. My wife and son ordered steaks. My son's "14-ounce steak" was super small and tough. What really appalled me was the fact that it cost 22 dollars. The sides were mediocre at best, but the fries were okay. Overall, our meal was not worth the nearly two hundred dollars we paid for. We were so underwhelmed that we ended up going to McDonald's and had a better experience there. TL;DR: This location sucks. The service sucks, the environment sucks, and the food sucks. Our waitress was completely dazed and confused and took forever to get our food out. The food is overpriced and lacked any and all flavor. We even ended up going to McDonald's afterward just to satisfy our appetites. My advice to you: don't eat at this T.G.I. Fridays ever. You and your wallets will thank me later.

Agree with some of the reviews, food and especially service are below par. This is a chain restaurant, but that does not mean they should not have pride in how/what they serve and not have quality at the center of their operation. Came on a Wed night for a school fundraiser. They were not busy. Well, the table areas were not busy, the bar area was where all the action took place. Took 10 minutes for the hostess to come acknowledge myself and 2 other small parties like mine. After that, another 7-8 minutes for our server to come take out order. Asked what was on tap, waitress shrugged her shoulders and said she didn't know. I asked for an Oktoberfest, as I figured it was seasonal and every place had it. That took 15 minutes for the server to come back yo notify me that they were waiting for pint glasses to come out of the dishwasher to pour my beer (???). Another 6-7 minutes later, the waitress came back to bring my bowl of soup which came out before my child's order which had been placed 20 minutes before. At that point I asked for my beer order to be cancelled. Granted, once my child's order came out, a pint of Oktoberfest came on the house. I appreciate the damage control, but at this point I was very frustrated and appalled at the lack of service. I have been here for close to 1 hour, and the large table next to us remains with all the dirty plates and utensils piled up. No manager in sight either, going around asking how everything was, as chain restaurants usually have. Lack of service and quality? understaffed? Likely all of the above. Needless to say, the probability of my return to this place is very low.

My best friend and I come here all the time to eat, and I have never had a complaint. The staff is always very friendly, the food is great, the service is great, and with COVID around, it's one of the only places that I trust to eat indoors.
