Our online order for three burgers and drinks was disappointing. We were charged for drinks we never received, and the food arrived cold and not as expected. This incorrect and poorly executed order left us quite dissatisfied.

Honestly, BIG improvements since the last time I’d been here ( about a year & a half ago ) & The food was really good, our server, Mykayla was SO wonderful & super friendly! ♡ I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of food, the service, & the overall vibe from our last visit which was less than ideal. Complete 180! 🙏🏼 It was also very clean & the menu has expanded a lot too! The kids menu had so many options for my little one, it was great! Big turn around & I love to see it! 🥳 ♡

Great experience at this location, it's so great that they're open until 12:30. We sat at the bar around 11 at night and had great service! There were other people in the restaurant which was great to see. The whiskey glaze chicken was AMAZING!!! I would highly recommend this place, just don't go when it's to busy and you'll have a great time!

One step up from McDonald's in my dining experience. The socializing & service were grand, yet the food left a lot to disire. It is most likely a place I would go only if a large group & budget were an issue. Otherwise, there are better choices in this location

The food wasn't bad, not a fan of the seating at this particular place. Our server wasn't the greatest, she ignored the fact that we had a toddler and placed a very hot plate in front of her. Charged us for 2 separate meals for the kids meal for a total of almost 25$ just for the kids meal, rather than charging for the actual kids meal. When she realized we were checking the prices she came over and said she did that because we didn't specify it was a kids meal... which I absolutely did. It was changed by her manager who apologized. She also didn't give us any plates for the appetizers, we had to ask 2ce. But I would go there again because the food was good and one semi bad experience isn't enough to ruin it completely. I do recommend the garlic parm boneless wings. They were amazing. The kids chicken tenders on the other hand where rock hard and not suitable for a toddler unfortunately.

Tried the mango salmon and it was delicious. Went for a pre birthday celebration with my friends and our waitress Jenifer was very nice and patient. Excellent service .

This was our first time at this TGIF; it's been years since I visited any of the others. Our server was friendly and pleasant; we were given menus and had our drink orders taken right after being seated. Tip: The portion sizes are disappointingly small; much too small for sharing, especially if you're hungry On the plus side, the venue was very clean, and the prices weren't excessive. Where this place came up short was the taste and quality of the food; it was sub-par at best, with mediocre flavor profiles. Our drinks were watery and weak :-(

I haven't been to a TGI Fridays in a whileee, so this visit was extra special. There's always a happy nostalgic feeling I get when I walk into a Fridays. Our server Barbara was very lovely & did a wonderful job! I had forgotten to ask for no croutons or cheese on the salad & she brought me a new salad within a couple of minutes. I was very surprised to see the place so dead, perhaps we just missed a rush ‍ But with that being said, it was an easy peasy & quick visit as we were passing through Massachusetts on our roadtrip. I will always love the cozy early 2000s style Fridays has to offer :) Definitely stop into this location when you've got the chance, they do a great job!!

I got to mass I ce a year. Went to this restaurant last year and will be back up in Sept. 2025. I am so glad they are still there. The inevi used frequent in migord closed, sad it is near the hotels I stay at. The staff were exceptional. My cousin lives in milbury.

We ordered take out and got home and realized that there was a hair literally cooked into the cheese of the cheeseburger. I have had my fair share of hair in my food but never genuinely cooked into the cheese like this before. We ordered multiple things and didn't even want to eat any of it because of this.

We ordered from Friday's a few nights ago because due to our nocturnal work schedules and delivery being few and far between during our waking hours. Most importantly, THEY HAVE A BEYOND MEAT VEGETARIAN SECTION!!!! This was super exciting for me, as a vegetarian. They also have a slutty appetizer menu from which our order went DEEP. We ordered the beyond ballpark nachos, green bean fries, and soft pretzels. Our cravings directed us to different sides on the menu, Tina threw in an order of mashed potatoes and I, an order of their mac and cheese and butter something broccoli. Actually reading that, I feel like such a fucking square lmao. One thing I will say is that all of the portions were TINY. For the mashed potatoes, we got 2 scoops from a scooper. The nachos were literally taking up the "sides" portions of a DELIVERY CONTAINER. The quantity of fried green beans that were provided was adequate and they did give us an appropriate number of soft pretzel sticks. The nachos were very good, some of the best I've ordered recently. The beyond chili was a nice addition to the mix with about 1 pinto bean. They also threw on diced peppers, diced tomatoes, and cheese. The chips were standard for this kind of place. I'd order these again. The fried green beans were AMAZING. The breading on them was crunchy but not soggy. One of the favorites that I've had. The soft pretzels, which come with a beer-cheese-like dip were also enjoyable. They weren't the best texture or flavor for SOFT PRETZELS and the dip was very....artificial tasting and was not adequate for the amount of pretzel provided. Ultimately, I'll take bread and a dip any day and don't doubt for a minute that I didn't polish off each of those sticks. The mac and cheese was fantastic. The noodles were al dente, and the cheese was copious. With a little rewarming in the microwave, they're delish. The mashed potatoes were also delicious. Like I said, quantity was lacking but the price is reasonable for a side. I'm shockingly buying what fridays has to sell at this point and probably will again when I'm looking for a slutty binge meal.

It's amazing , good staff , amazing food I love it & it's neat & clean & every time I go they welcome me & my family with smile's & happiness!

Floors were very greasy, many dirty tables even though they were slow, and everything was dusty. Ordered 4 piece chicken tenders and the appetizer combo with 8pc boneless wings, 4 mozzarella sticks and 3 potato skins total came to 42$ which was very reasonable. Chicken was overcooked but everything else was good. Servers were polite

Worse customer service ever! Be seated and waited for 30 mins no one even come out to ask for our drinks!! Left and won't ever come back!!!!

I don't know why this didn't post last week, so I'll do it again. Three of us went to lunch at Friday's in Millbury. My Hickory Burger was more like a McDonald's Patty- extremely tiny. But that wasn't the problem. When our waiter (Zach) came back after the meal to ask how things were, I told him that the two hairs on the plate weren't mine. I have gray hair, and the ones on the plate were both brown, one straight and one curly. I was disgusted. I asked him to alert management right away. He looked at them and said, "Oh my, I'll let them know right away." He came back about 5 or 10 minutes later, set the bill on the table, and left. I have no idea why I ended up tipping him at all. Full bill, no apology from him, no apology from management. No acknowledgment whatsoever. I filed a complaint with corporate and the Millbury Health Department. No wonder their rating is so poor on Yelp. TGIF - Thank Goodness It's Failing! Hope to read that they filed bankruptcy soon.

I was devastated when I heard some of your locations had closed. I love the Cajun Shrimp Pasta and don't think I could live without it! I travel for work and always visit a Friday's when I'm on the road.

First of all, the burgers are incredibly small these days, so I would certainly never order one again. But when the waiter came over and asked how the meal was , I replied that everything was fine except that the hairs on the plate were not mine. Two hairs, one straight and one somewhat curly. I politely asked him to let management know. He told me not to worry, he would tell them right away. What came next was the bill. No apology from the waiter, no manager addressed the issue. No further acknowledgement whatsoever. I am disgusted. So since Friday's failed to address the issue, perhaps the Millbury Health Department will. They will have my complaint tomorrow morning. The waiter clearly saw the hairs and acknowledged them (without an apology). So I guess it's time to call in the authorities to handle this. I'm now an ex Fridays customer. If I had to describe my experience in one word, it would be BLECHHH!

There was no hostess at the door. We waited 20 minutes for our server to acknowledge that we were sitting in his area. We asked the server where we should park because the parking lot was closed, and the parking in the back was 30 minutes strictly enforced. His answer, in a mild rude and sarcastic way, was, "I don't know; I don't own a car." We waited 25 minutes for our appetizer of sliders. We were seated next to the bar overlooking the kitchen. There were literally only two people in the kitchen doing all the work. Almost all the servers and some guy dressed like the manager were having a blast while our fajitas were getting cold, waiting to be brought to us for 15 minutes. Our server, after he stopped playing with his phone, noticed our fajitas and brought them to us, and after he saw our faces, he said, "Sorry for the Delay." The food was Ok but expensive for what it was. The restrooms were sticky. This is the perfect recipe for a chain that is headed to bankruptcy. We arrived at 9:15 pm and left at 10:30 pm. We only had sliders and fajitas. No drinks, no chit chat. Great way to spend 1 hour 15 minutes!!!! NOT Thanks God Is Friday!!!!

Lindsey provided with us with amazing service. I am from Chicago where service a lot is a 50/50. Very professional and great tonality. I am not a frequent visitor of Friday's due to past experiences with customer services not being the greatest. This experience definitely changed my view and I highly recommend her as a server. The customer service was great and the food was fine, however, the restaurant was so dirty I lost my appetite. The bathroom was horrific; one of the sinks was broken so the water was just running, and the soap dispenser almost fell off the wall. Plus the table smelled like it was cleaned with dirty rags... I only went because I had a gift card but I wish I went to a different location.

Shit service. Forgot my entire order. Said they would refund me. Never got the refund after inquiring about it twice. Shame on me for thinking this chain was any good still.. will never be returning. If I could give less than one star, I honestly would.

The tables and restrooms were dirty. There were flies everywhere. Our waitress acted like she would rather be somewhere else.

My husband and I went in at 7:25 pm for dinner. We ordered drinks and an appetizer right away. It took over 10 minutes for our drinks (our app came before drinks). When we for our drinks we put in our dinner order. We waiting over 40 minutes for 2 entrees. Meanwhile those around us who were seated after us received their meals. We asked the waitress 3 times what was going on and her response was always "soon, I'm sorry" - not even checking in the back what was taking so long. We left at 8:30 with no dinner after the 3rd ask. On our way out we mentioned it to the manager who was on her phone and she mentioned she was "soooo sorry" and had no idea. I always try to be patient or understanding with the service industry but they didn't seem to care enough to try to fix it. Waiting 45+ minutes while everyone around us is being serviced just turned us off and caused us to leave.

Jessica is a bright star in a dim light of the typical customer service we are used to experiencing. Jessica is one of the friendliest, kindest, warmest human beings I've ever met and needs to be recognized for how hard she tries to welcome guests.

my bro ordered the wings roulette in which he got 12 total and how many were totally cooked I'd say 5 maybe and that's a stretch. Can't let this fly was very disappointed that I have to post this.

Never again will I eat here they put me on pay no mind list . Burger bread was hard as a rock almost broke my tooth . Waitress never came back . N when she did she didn't have the right drink n very disrespectful. I should of ate at Applebees . But lesson learned

Ordered three sandwiches and an app via Uber eats. Everything was OKAY-good except this 15 dollar order of chips and dip.

The wait time was horrible. The waitress really didn't come by too often. One of our plates of pasta was-COLD! I mean $15.00 for pasta the least you could do was bring it out hot or maybe even warm. My ratings more of a 2.5! This location was a 5 star for me back in March. The service was awesome, wait time was long but it was Friday and once we got going there was barely any at all. LAST NIGHT was half of the people and double the wait time on drinks,food, check .. everything. I got the Jack Daniels sandwich which was really good though. Fries were okay as well. The strawberry lemonade was awesome. Just wish I could've got more refills but like I said our waitress wasn't around. I probably wouldn't go back. For all the money you waste it isn't worth it. I'll just stick with the mom n pops around me.

We visited Friday's last week and were terribly disappointed and annoyed. After a few moments of waiting for a host to greet us, a waitress finally came by and muttered to us " We aren't seating for ten minutes." Then she rudely walked away. My husband wanted to know exactly what she said and why. She came back around and he asked what was going on. She said that they had an order for seventy-five steaks and weren't seating for ten minutes. What the heck??? What a poor way to treat customers! Thank goodness other restaurants were nearby. We enjoyed our meal next door!! We won't return to this Friday's again.

I was sat at a table, then proceeded to wait and wait then in a empty restaurant they sat a family with crying baby next to us. Still waiting they then proceed to take the family with the crying baby's order first. We said okay we will be next no big deal they then walked right by with out even acknowledging we were there! Thanks for wasting my time

No hostess and the waitresses just look at you when you are just standing there without informing us someone will be right with us. Restaurant was not even busy for this kind of behavior. Sat down and the waitress did not come until 20 minutes later but prior to that she was talking and sitting with another co worker. When she finally arrived it took another 40 minutes just to get our drinks. We counted how many tables the waitress had and she only had two other tables with us making her third. Terrible customer service

9/10 they ALWAYS leave out the salad dressing when I order a salad for take out. So I've gotten to the point that now I have to call when I arriv to ask for extra dressing to remind them to actually include it. I went tonight and asked for extra dressing and was told "no problem at all!!" they came out and I went to look in the bag and they said "oh the dressing is all in there" Not only dI'd they not put in the extra dressing, they didn't put ANY in at all. Yet again. This is ridiculous. It's a salad, don't advertise that it comes with dressing if you won't include it.

First I will say that the food we ordered was delicious. My lovely wife and I called in a very simple order,fried shrimp and fries and an order of fried Green beans to go.we were told it would be ready in 20 minutes.So I arrived at the front desk at the twenty minute mark and was informed that it would be just a few more minutes . Well twenty minutes later the food showed up.The restaurant was not that busy therefore I had to minus one star. Second there was a lot of chaos at the front door of getting people seated. Very disorganized . Boom there went another star.Confusion leads to exclusion therefore we shall be cruisin to a different restaurant in the near future. Anyway God Bless all my fellow foodies

We went and they served us raw chicken wings and the waiter didn't seem to care. So we called the next day spoke to the manager (Eric K) he seemed understanding offered us 2 free meals and desert since both meals of ours were chicken wings and barley touched. We returned about 2 days later and told the waiter Lindsey ahead of time Eric had told us it would be on the house. We were served the food we ordered cold not warm at all we didn't complain since it was free. We didn't get deserts due to not wanting to seem ungrateful. Lindsey then had a attitude when she handed us the bill and it was wrong she had charged us for a meal after we explained what Eric said prior to ordering. She then said Eric didn't leave a note so they don't know if it's true or not and how this won't ever happen again (referring to taking the meal off the bill). She made us feel very uncomfortable and I won't ever return here.

It's probably been about 10 years since I went to a Fridays. I can report that the food is still mediocre and that the main difference is that they've ditched the flair. Now it just looks like every other suburban chain bar & grill with beige walls and a few pictures on the walls. Sometimes keeping up with modern design trends is not a good thing. The food isn't off-putting, but its not good either. The best thing about my burger was the chicken wings skewered to the top of it. The burger itself was sort of bland, as were the fries. At $12, I just don't get the value proposition.

Pretty average chain but they have great rewards on the app. Bar area is nice to watch games on cause they have more TVs than the rest of the places in this plaza

Very very slow service. We stopped here on the way back from a trip to NY because the kids needed a break from being in the car so long. We decided to get dinner here since we like TGIF's better than Applebee's. I'd say they need to hire more staff. We arrived and saw plenty of tables open but were told we'd have to wait 30-40 minutes. We didn't have to wait that long but little did we realize how long everything was going to take. The waiter had a lot to say and every time we picked something to order he suggested something else. We got the endless apps and multiple times, what came out was not exactly what we asked for. I never got my grey goose punch but I made sure that I wasn't charged for it either. Our waiter knew we had kids and we're getting antsy to leave. I don't think it made a difference in the end and we spent at least two hours there.

Just had the "Beyond Meat" cheeseburger. Wow! Amazing texture and taste. My sister, who had the regular cheeseburger, said there was no taste or texture difference. Kudos to the "Beyond Meat" team. That was the best non meat burger ever. And the appearance looks just like a medium cooked burger. Amazing. I will be back for another really soon.

Having lunch yesterday was a great experience for my boyfriend and I. We had the pleasure of having Eric as our waiter, who by the way I would like to say Thank You Again!! His costumer service was so genuine.. It's what I haven't seen in so long. His vibes were great and attentive to our orders, with timing that met all my expectations! As I mentioned to him personally, his customer service was great and I hope he is acknowledged for his work ethics by his place of employment! Thanks Eric, we will be back & sure to ask for you!!!! Oh forgot to mention, the food was great too!!

Been here for about 30 minutes. Waitress took drink order about 15 minutes ago and still hasn't brought them over. Maybe a total of 15 people here. How long to pour a draft beer???

Food was cold when arrived at table. Our waitress must be exhausted or something because she forgot our condiments left and right. Food doesn't look fresh.

The newly added Beyond Burger is a fantastic addition to a not so much veg-friendly menu. We loved the veggie burgers last weekend. The staff was great. I think everyone has had it hit or miss here, but we definitely had a hit!

We come here often because we are part of their loyalty program and get a free appetizer at each visit. I have never had any complaints about the food. The quality of service varies depending on the time of day and who you get. Some waiters/waitresses are very good, some less so. The kitchen has never been horribly slow, but its never been fast either. It's usually somewhere in the middle. The bathrooms are always clean.

Endless Boneless Wings For $10 and shared them with my kids. We had them plain and had sauce on the side. We tried the memphis BBQ, jack Daniels and buffalo which were all good. Had 5 plates of them for $10 which was a great deal.

I am going to truly say that this had to be a trip to a restaurant with the family that was more of a scene from the Twilight Zone rather than an enjoyable experience. First I will start off by saying that it seemed that there was no management present on the floor while people were being sat throughout the restaurant. When we first came in, we waited about 10 minutes without even a hello (with no one waiting) before having someone that looked like they were inconvenienced to sit us but finally sat us in the cramped area of a stool seat with a small bench for the three of us. The dining room floor was cluttered with garbage all over the area where the waitstaff was punching in the orders. The waitress that came over and took our order stated that the restaurant was almost out of napkins so she was not supposed to give us any napkins so she stole one off of a table that was uncleaned and gave me the napkin. What??? The food that was delivered was both cold and gummy. We were sorely disappointed with our experience here. To top it all off three of the waitstaff were flirting with each other and touching each other at the place where they punched orders in. The bathroom was out of paper towels and my son said it was out of toilet paper. We will not be returning here to this restaurant in the busy plaza.

Starting to believe why this restaurant at this location only has 2 stars. Normally when I go here the service and food is great, but today... Our waitress Denise was extremely rude. She didn't smile or ask if my family members wanted different sides with their entree nor ask my brother how he wanted his burger cooked.. I got the strawberry lemonade slush, it comes with free refills and normally when I go somewhere else they'll refill it without me even asking.. She was hardly around and when she brought us the check she just dropped it on the table without saying anything. Also, when I received my cajun chicken & shrimp pasta it was completely burnt. I ended up throwing it up afterwards because it made my stomach upset. Don't waste your time and come here, I won't be coming back to this location. Management really has to get waitresses together and speak to them about running tables.

Great food, great atmosphere! Our waitress Valentina was so sweet and accommodating and checked on us often and made sure our drinks were full and our meals were up to our standards. I had the 10 oz Rib Eye with cheesy mashed potatos and Spinach and we both added the six pieces of shrimp. To our meals. My husband had the Chichen and Cheese sizzles with the Creamy Mashed Potatos which he he loved. My steak was done medium rare and very tender and flavorful. My Potatos were creamy, cheesy and very scrumptious the spinach was a little salty but sweet at the same time. The shrimp we both agree was a good addition but with the large quantity of food we were served we had to bring those home in a doggie bag...oo my goodness the meal was to die for. We will go back

The food was ok. The service ok. They seemed a little forgetful of things like giving straws, utensils, etc. The bathrooms are disgusting and everything in there is falling apart. Definitely will not be back.

I understand that it's a Friday's (not fine dining) - but this place is dirty, freezing cold and the staff is less than accommodating- food is abysmal- this location grades out as an F- -I need to amend my review - this place isn't an F- It's a G. I didn't think it was possible to be lower than an F-, but I was wrong

If you want hair in your food, this is the place to go. Also, make sure to eat before you come, because you'll be hungry again by the time your food arrives.
