My favourite spot for a late dinner or midnight snack! I tried ordering the pad kee mao the first time but it was unavailable. I got the chicken panang curry instead, and it was amazing! A little too spicy, but the flavour was outstanding and the chicken was pretty tender. I got the pad kee mao my second visit, and it was good but my expectations were high given the reviews. My only complaint is that it can take a while to get the food, and I also wish it'd open a bit earlier. I will definitely go back again for the panang curry!!!

This food truck was such a pleasant surprise! Go a little early so you can order what you like— we went later in the evening for dinner, and they were out of orange chicken and some of their other dishes. We ordered pad see ew and basil chicken fried rice— both were delicious! Would highly recommend these dishes, and we’re looking forward to trying more. They make it fresh, so expect to wait about 20-30 min for your order. We also ordered the Thai iced tea but it did not taste great.

Great, authentic thai food food truck operating outside of a gas station. Perfect for late night grab-n-go or delivery (for extra fees). The entire food truck is a two person operation and the couple seems to have dialed in their practice over the years. I had their Pad See Ew towards 9pm and really enjoyed it. I found that this place can be quite crowded and the average wait time can range between 20-30 minutes. Their pad see ew delivered a comforting balance of sweet, salty, and smoky. The broad rice noodles are chewy with just enough wok hei to give a hint of char, while the dark soy lends molasses depth against the light soy’s brightness. I found that their noodle soaked up flavor uniformly, which was a big plus for me, as at many other thai places, wide noodles are often stuck together, mushy, and not properly carrying flavor - that showed me that Thai 65 chef made my food without compromising the recipe's order of operation and heat! While I dont have a whole lot of critique on the flavors, I did feel that the portions were a bit small relative to how much the food cost. If you have an appetite, you'd be better off ordering two dishes. They only accept cash or venmo! Plenty of parking space, but no formal place to eat.

Ordered Thai Basil Fried rice with extra egg, the box was just half filled. Bad quantity for the price, paid for extra egg and I don't see that in the food and there's so much oil that automatically falls out of paper plate I'm holding. Taste is decent but these aren't good at all, hope management improves this.

I’m giving Thai 65 Express a low rating, not because of the food, which was actually good, but because of a really frustrating experience with their service. I placed an order on DoorDash around 12:30 AM because the app said it would be ready in 18–20 minutes. When I got to the food truck, the woman working there told me it wouldn’t be ready until 2:30 AM. I asked if I could cancel the order, and she said I’d have to do it through the app. So I canceled. Then DoorDash support called Thai 65 to verify the situation, and the restaurant lied, saying I never even came to the food truck. Completely dishonest. I never got the food or the money and Thai 65 express kept my money.

I ordered a chef-special Thai 65 chicken combo which comes with pad Thai - Pure deliciousness🤤 It's tough to get some good food after midnight, so this place is a thumbs up if you like Thai food Plus, it's tucked next to the gas station, not crazy crowded, with quite a few parking spots

We ordered Basil Fried Rice, Thai 65 Chicken, Cashew Chicken, Pad Kee Mao, Spring Rolls with spice level 5. All are good in taste with reasonable costs. If craving to eat Thai cuisine in street side food truck, you must try here😊

Love this spot, open pretty late with amazing food! I'm usually very critical when eating out and I was very impressed with the flavors and overall meal, I got the special khao man kai and it really surprised me with how flavor just chicken and rice can be. It was paired with this amazing sauce and some soup on the side. I was pretty skeptical to order it because it just looked like boiled chicken with rice and I don't know much about Thai cuisine but it truly shocked me with good it was! Bonus points for it being halal.

It's the best late night (not so quick) bite I had in a very long time. This is definitely the spot if you are craving Thai late night and don't want to drive across the pond.

This is my go-to for Thai takeout. They're open late and make a fantastic drunken noodle (pad kee mao) and pad see ew, with spice levels always spot on. Portions are generous and prices are more than reasonable. It's been the best thai food my boyfriend and I have found in Redmond/Bellevue. Since I usually order via UberEats or DoorDash, I can't comment on the in-house service or ambiance.

The wait was around 30 minutes but the food was great! It is a hidden gem behind ARCO, so u gotta look carefully

I had the drunken noodles and they were very tasty and a great portion size for a great price! My only thing would be that they have some websites where it shows open at 7pm but they really open at 8pm so just FYI but otherwise well worth the try!

Finding a food place open past 9pm is so difficult in Bellevue but Thai 65 came in clutch for my midnight cravings. It's located in the arco parking lot so I wouldn't recommend going alone as a woman, but there were a decent amount of people getting their food so it wasn't the worst. The guy running the food truck was so kind! They were out of pad thai but he took the time to come up to us in our car and let us know. We were able to order the drunken noodle instead and he even ended up just walking the order to our car. The food itself is pretty great! Hit all the cravings. I do want to try the pad thai sometime!!

Thai 65 is both delicious and affordable. I don't know about you, but $25 for a single meal in a sit down Thai restaurant isn't really in my budget. Do you want good food and are willing to settle for the ambiance of your own apartment? Enter Thai 65- the answer to your dilemma! Just be warned, it's addictive! I highly recommend pad kee mao (the most delicious way to get some veggies in, IMO) but everything here is tasty! Don't forget to specify your 1-5 stars preference

Placed an order for pick up however there was a lady who had ordered 5 minutes after me and got her order probably 20mins before me. I wasnt going to put in a review until I was going through this nonsense. When I kept asking when my order would be ready, the lady working at the truck kept telling me 40 minutes then another 15 minutes then another 10minutes and 5 more minutes. When I asked why the lady in front of me got her order I was told that she ordered some chicken dish. I honestly don't care if she ordered 1 dish or more. A food truck like this who can't keep up with demand should not get 4 stars. The area has a lot of mosquitos at night so be aware of this ambiance. When I complained in front of another customer the lady was complaining to her husband or whoever was cooking and raised a high pitch. To run a good truck you should TRY telling your customers, there's an X time wait is this OK with you instead of getting everyone to pay then waiting for so long. I only ordered three items and it took over an hour. Definitely will NOT be back. FYI, the food was horrible and not worthy of 4 stars. The pad Thai was so sweet and had the bare minimum ingredients on what a pad Thai should be and I've been to Thailand and countless Thai restaurants all over USA. The pineapple fried rice and pad see ew were the other dishes I ordered and quite frankly, should have just taken 5-8minutes with the quality of food I was given. I couldn't even finish my pad thai because it was so overly sweet.

3.5 stars Came back from Houston and it was pretty late at night and decided to come here to grab food to go. Thai 65 express is open late which I really appreciate. Venmo and cash app are the only accepted forms of payment which make sense cause safety concerns. We got the pad kee Mao and pad see eaw. I was kinda disappointed to see that the noodles weren't flat noodles but overall the taste of both dishes was fine and nothing special. Honestly I was kinda confused which dish was which for a while but eventually figured it out based on the vegetables. For a decent late night bite in Bellevue I think this place is decent enough, but if it were normal hours I'd be going to other Thai places to be fair.

Late night Thai Food truck in the heart of Bellevue. Decent enough food and portions. I ordered the Pad Si Yew with Tofu, and Pineapple Fried Rice w Chicken. They are Halal, so no pork. Also, no cash, they take Zelle and Venmo only. Service was quick, for it being cooked to order. The lady taking the order was a little hard to understand, plus there was a lot of background noise due to the truck being on NE 8th. By the way, I ordered the mild, which she said was 2-star. I could barely make out the spice so order the medium.

Thai 75!Express has 4.5 stars on Yelp, and is rated #1 in Bellevue, WA so you know I had to check it out! It is a food truck, literally nestled behind a gas station and steps away...or a four minute drive from downtown Bellevue. The aroma from the truck will hit you and make your mouth water. The service is great. And the prices are decent, also the portion of food you receive in one order is enough for two people...hint hint. However, I honestly don't get why this place has 4.5 stars, I bet they can earn a 4 on a good day but I have to go with a three. The food was good but not great, I've had better...much better. The flavors were nice but almost too much. It's like when you get that perfect flavor and you like it so much you add in more seasoning and the next thing you know you're great dish is now just okay. Now, would I recommend you try it. Yes. Would I go back, maybe but I'm not in a rush.

I ordered their Phad Thai and it was overly sweet that it made me gag. I only had a few bites and couldn't take it anymore and threw it in the trash. I wasted money, time, and an appetite. Plus, the guy there needs to work on his customer service. I was informed that they only take cash apps through Venmo or Zelle. And when I pulled out my phone to pay him through Zelle, he walked away into his truck and never came back for the next 30ish mins so I was stuck there not knowing what his Zelle account was in order to make the payment. And when he finally came back, I was already pissed. I made the payment, and finally got to go about my night only to find out at home his Phad Thai was inedible. Smh.

It's solid Thai food. They put a lot of sauce though, ask for a little less according to your taste.

This food truck is located next to the Arco gas station. The food is cheap and rather good. However, the two gripes I have with their food is that it is too oily and too sweet. There is also no seating available. Everything is takeout only. The food is ready in about 10 to 15 minutes after ordering.

Hidden Gem in the downtown Bellevue Area. They're one of the only places open until late, their hours are 7pm-2am everyday! I got the Pad Thai and Spring rolls. They were so delicious, seriously so flavorful and Yummy!!! Customer service is also amazing, the chef was so sweet! I definitely recommend this place, you won't regret :)

If I could give more stars I would! This place is so good! I love the fact that they close late so I was able to DoorDash bc I had the munchies, and honestly I wasn't expecting how good the food was! I got the shrimp fried rice (paid extra, BUT WORTH THE EXTRA MONEY) I've never had this good fried rice and I am a fried rice LOVER. THIS IS MY NEW FAV PLACE TO GET SHRIMP FRIED RICE! I also got this noodle dish i forgot what it was but it was drunken noodles? ALSO SUPER DELICIOUS!! You have to try this place, you won't regret it and this will def be one of your new fav spots! I ordered TO GO by phone: Thai 65 Chicken Thai Ice Tea This Thai Food Truck is very good considering that they cook tons of good food in a small food truck. It's a very comprehensive menu given that only 2 guys work it. EAT HERE‼ To complete the story, when I came up to window to collect my food and pay ... I was given by accident a "SHRIMP PAD THAI." I was so hungry, I sat in my van and ate it. 5 minutes the man (Pik/Peak?) he came to my window and said he made a mistake and gave me the wrong food. I told him it was ok, the shrimp phad thai was delicious. He was polite. Honest, kind. I offered to pay for the Shrimp Phad Thai also. He would NOT take my money. He said, "it's ok, my fault. Enjoy!" Pik is a great guy. They make great food. I gave them 4 out of 5 stars because they aren't a full restaurant with a bathroom. However, dollar for dollar you GET QUALITY FOOD, great customer service and outstanding faith in humanity again. GO EAT AT THAI 65 EXPRESS‼ No regrets! If I could give this place a zero star I would... worst service I have ever experienced. The owner is extremely rude. I ordered my food and it took over an hour before they even prepared my order. Once I called to speak about it the owner hung up on me multiple times. I finally got the owner on the phone and said I was delusional and it is impossible they don't do an order over 60 min. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE!!!

We forgot to eat dinner until it was 9pm and a majority of food places were closed. This was the only 5 star option in the area. We ordered ahead. They quoted us 40 minutes on the phone, but we showed up at 30 minutes and the food was ready. I got Thai Tea as well as medium chicken Pad Kee Mao and Red Curry. The Thai Tea is phenomenal. Just the right sweetness and richness. The food really hit the spot and was warm and flavorful. I wanted a spice level that I felt but didn't numb me and mild was that perfect medium. For only $28, I'd recommend this place. They only take cash, Venmo, or PayPal though!

This amazing place opens till 3am. Fulfilled everything I needed for a late night craving. I love this place and recommend it to everyone in the area. Pad Thai is a fiver. I added some Thai chili tho. 65 chicken can't complain about it.

Awesome find in Bellevue for a good quick meal. We tried a few items on the menu and everything was fresh, flavorful and good quality. The 'no spice' for the little one was perfect and was so flavorful. She loved it! Hope you keep up this quality, Thank you for the delight!

Strange tasting pad thai. The place is halal but they only offer chicken, tofu and shrimp. The chicken 65 had no life in it. Pad thai was super sweet, no spice and tastes sweet No way in hell this dude deserves 4.5 stars. He is rude, doesnt accept credit cards, and generally lqcks manners on the phone and even in person

Their Pad Thai had a strange ketchup taste to it. I feel like they might be mixing ketchup to give it a stronger flavor. It was a little off putting to be honest. It is nice that they're open late and located close by. And I really hoped this place would be great, but I probably won't come here again.

Located in the Arco Parking lot across from whole foods! Hours are night time which is fantastic. I've been twice and got the pad see iew with chicken no veg both times and it's good! Food takes a bit to cook but the wait isnt too bad. They take cash or venmo/paypal. Price is good. Portion size is appropriate for the price. Will be back when I need dinner late at night!!

I've gotten their spring roll a few times n every time it warms my heart. Beautiful crisp on the outer layer and fresh in the inside. Best part about it is u can't taste the oil it's dipped in!!!!!!! U get 5 mini pieces. Great appetizer but I love it so much I eat it as a meal lol

We were uncertain when we saw the location of the cart, but we changed our mind once we smelled the hot food. My son told me the smell is very good. We ordered pineapple fried rice, thai 65 chicken, chicken fried rice, coconut shrimp & pad thai. Everything tasted awesome. It's fresh & full of flavor. Our only comment would be to add some spicy options. But over all we enjoyed the food a lot.

Great food and great price. Eating at Thai 65 is becoming a weekly thing. Our go to is Pad Se Ew and Thai 65 chicken. The portions are great and there's always leftovers to enjoy the next day.

Great Thai food truck. Really well done noodle and curry dishes. Spice levels are great, and flavors are very pronounced. You wouldn't know based on the food this is a truck and not a brick and mortar restaurant. I do wish the portion sizes were larger, they are three quarters of what you get from most other Thai places (smaller curry size and noodle sizes), but the quality is great. The late night availability is phenomenal! Hours and days of operation are not always the same as posted online so it's best to call and see if anyone picks up before heading over.

I see a bunch of reviews talking bad about the Chicken Pad Thai which makes me soo sad since that is my absolute FAVORITE thing to order. I recommend ordering the Chicken Pad Thai with their Spicy Levels, I typically get Medium for perfect balance of flavor & spice!! My spouse will always either get Thai 65 Chicken or Orange Chicken w/ their highest level of spicy & it's very good too! Their Yellow Curry is also SOOO AMAZING!!!!!! This place is DEFINITELY my favorite Curry & Pad Thai spot!! The first time I went, I was a bit skeptical since it's a food truck next to/behind a Gas Station BUT do NOT let that deter you from trying !!!! It's a very clean space and they have such a nice vibe that distracts from the fact that it's in the lot of gas station haha. The customer service can vary depending on the days, but i have WAYYY more positive than negative experiences! The BEST way to order this place is on mobile delivery apps ! (i use UberEats) they NEVER miss delivery notes & the food is ALWAYS steaming HOT when it arrives !!!

We're usually order food over here and usually get basil fried rice and chicken 65. Normally, the service and food are really quality and tasty. Today we ordered pineapple fried rice and surprised that they didn't put pineapple in there and it took almost 2 hrs to get delivered. The rice did not mix well and there are some ball rices really salty. Hopefully, they can control the saltiness better.

Ordered Pad Thai and pad see eww, the pad Thai tasted like straight ketchup noodles and the pad see eww was hella salty and greasy with hella burnt char on the noodles. I don't recommend going, idk how this place got almost 5*. Your better off getting Thai food from the mall.

If you need a a quick fix for some Thai food, this hits the spot. I'd recommend calling in the order and then picking it up. You might need to knock on the door if it seems closed and the sign says "open". Service is fast and the food is good for what it is. You're not going to get that 5 star Thai, but it hits the spot. Love that it's open at 3am on a Sunday!!

Pad Kee Mao w/Tofu- lots of tofu and veggies, not overly salty or greasy. Delicious! Red Curry w/Tofu- I love it- it had a nice spice to it. I liked that it wasn't overly rich with coconut milk. It seemed brothy- i enjoyed it and would order again. Spring Rolls- they are vegetarian and delicious! I am allergic to shellfish and they were very helpful guiding me through what to order as a lot of thai food has shrimp paste. They were accommodating. I ordered around 11pm. Definitely call ahead to order. They didn't answer when I called the first time and they called me back! Located in the parking lot of the Arco in Bellevue by Whole Foods.

Honestly wow !!! The prices are unbeatable the food quality is top notch and the owner is SO NICE! He will accommodate any order he can. The portions are huge- and i can't believe they are open late until 3 am! Def hit this spot up for late night munchies when the rest of Bellevue closes at 9 lol!

They're open late most of the week which is brilliant during those nights when you want some super tasty Thai food but it's midnight. They do get a little busy so recommend giving them a call to put in the order so you can get a good estimate of the wait. Bring cash or venmo! Pretty junky Thai food but thank god it is open late. Pad see ew had sparse, faded vegetables and was quite sweet. Spring rolls appeared to be the same frozen egg rolls you see at cheap Chinese places, along with that orange syrup sauce. Not good Thai, just something late night better than fast food.

Extremely bad food. Chicken 65, which is so called Chef's special was so salty that I had to go and tell him that this is not edible. I asked him tk make it again. The place also smelled like shit. I think in their truck they have potty that they do not clean well.

There are two food trucks at this gas station. A taco truck and this Thai food truck. The Thai food truck is parked hugging adjacent to the side of the building so you will not see if before passing along the street going east bound. I asked what their most popular dish was and they told me the garlic chicken. For those of you who don't know, garlic wok fried chicken is as popular in Thai kitchens as orange chicken is in Chinese kitchens. The chicken was stale and obviously fried many hours before, if not the day before. Some of the bits of fried garlic were also stale and the entree was on the salty side- a sign that the food was premade and reheated as it loses moisture. I could see myself giving it another try down the road if I'm in the mood for Thai food and don't wanna walk into a sit down restaurant....but honestly for 15 bucks I could have done better. It wasn't bad but nothing spectacular.

I was looking for something to eat at a very late night (12.30 pm). I was about to end up eating fast food, but I found this Thai place accidentally. The foods are excellent. It's not a typical Thai crispy chicken that is very sweet, yet the taste of the Thai65 chicken and red curry is way beyond my expectation! Recommended!!!!!!

This is solid halal Thai food in a convenient part of Bellevue. The pricing is decent (around $12 per entree) and the food is good with generous serving sizes. The menu isn't huge, but the staples seem to be really good (chef's special, phad thai, phad kee mao). The chicken is done well, flavorful and not dry, and the noodles were perfect. I think the food was a bit on the milder side though, so I'd ask for a spicier level when I go back next time. I believe they have four levels of spice. I'll be back to try the curries later too! I'd recommend the chef's special combo for anyone trying it out for the first time - $2 on top of the regular chef's special, and you get phad thai in addition to the rice. It ends up being a lot of different foods for only $15. Also, they're cash only, so keep that in mind. They do accept Venmo/Paypal though if you don't have cash on you.

This food truck is hidden away to the side in the parking lot of the gas station. I was confused at first considering there was another food truck but they were closed. Another time I found them. I had the chicken 65+the pad Thai shrimp+ the coconut shrimp and honestly they were all good. This is definitely a hidden gem in Bellevue. Will definitely going here more. It nearby me and thier portions are so generous. I love it!

Solid food if your a night owl like me, good price for the amount of food you get. I do wish it was a little spicier, but I can live with how it is. Would recommend
