Thai Pai Dong

Overall, $130 including service charge for my dish, a pathetic small plate + frozen prawns and the flavour is on slightly salty. Not worth the price and not the hype at all. The ambient might be authentic, but with the service, the serving time and the attitude of the servers. It is not worth it. I arrived the restaurant at 2pm, for 1 person for lunch. The place was considerable not too crowded at this hour, only 4-5 tables was served, I placed my order by 2:05, along the table beside me around the same time. My dish, was served 10 mins later with the wrong order. And later was served 2:30pm while the other table beside me ordered the same thing was served much earlier. Horrible timing, 25 mins wait for a plate of noodle when orders for later customer including multiple takeout was served since I placed my order. Worst of all, dining at this restaurant you wouldn’t know what price you are paying despite it listed on the menu. When you asked, the server just kept saying its service fee when it is their fault for not stating the right amount in menu. The menu price $108 for pan fried noodle with wagyu or prawn. I ordered the prawn selection to only find out when I paid my bill that I have to add additional $10 for this. On top of this, they were very rude, the server just held my wrist and pulled me to her manager, which both party did not think they were at fault. My frustration was simply, if you want to charge extra then officially list on the menu or inform the customer when we place order. She further shared to me, that she had received this complaint multiple times and she will remind the servers to tell customer but they don’t follow instructions. That’s not the consumer problem. I do not recommend this place

No queue on Sunday at 7:30pm. We had the pork neck, beef boat noodle, beef fried noodles, coconut smoothie and coconut ice cream. Everything was so good and came quickly. Would definitely come again

It's at the grassroots area of Jordan, not very accessible but everything else make it up. It's a but noisy but probably a feature of local restaurant. Speaking on the Thai cuisine. They are just impeccable. As a local you know you seldom see "bad" Thai food for but majority of them don't have a noticeable difference. This is different, especially the seasoning and the sauce. The fried rice noodles are super delicious. The fried clam in Thai sauce is very rich, thick as scrumptious. Everything else is also perfect, be it the veggie, the sashimi shrimp and even the special drinks. The restaurant is managed by a small group of very polite and passionate Thai ladies. Respect and highly recommended. Surely a worthy Michelin!!

not the best thai food i’ve had, but still good food! the only disappointment was the thai milk tea. reasonable prices, not ripping you off as some other restos.

Boat Noodle is good. Satay is excellent. Dessert you can skip. Most of the staff are rude and talk about bad in front customers in Thai 👎👎👎

Lots of fun. Staff super friendly & fun. Food was good. Chicken satay & pad see ew were the stand out for us. Boat noodle soup was ok, could do with more meat. Crab omelette slightly overpriced & lacked the punch. Get there early

Amazing hidden gem - food was unreal, we had beef boat noodles, chicken fried noodles, chicken satay, coconut ice cream and mango sticky rice - all was amazing! 10/10 would return.
