Very nice decor, actually looks Thai. Food presentation was excellent. I had egg rolls that were okay. I also had the Crying Tiger Steak, it had a lot of gristle and chewy. It was also coated in a substance. Taste wasn't terrible but I have had better. My wife had Tom Yum soup, she said was delicious and also had the Beef Salad, she said just okay. We both had water. The total was $64.80. Staff was excellent and a lot of carry out while we were here.

I often visit this restaurant. I like this place. Staffs are very nice. Food is good! Thai tea is amazing (I wish I could drink with tapioca pearls! It would be a great!) and I like they serve water with fresh lime too. But I gave 4 stars because Onion is raw in curry every time. I ask no raw onion. But it came with raw onion every time. I don’t know why onion is not cooked. Everything was good except raw onion.

We came to Thai Spoon after church on Sunday, for lunch. The restaurant is nicely decorated and clean. Never sure how hot a level will be, so I picked 2; not much of a kick. Next time I will pick spicy level 3. Quality was good; quantity was great. Staff was friendly.

Yumm! I waited long enough to try this place. Coming to this place is relaxing and organized. They wore a nice uniform too which are classy. All the dishes we ordered tastes great. (Only thing I forgot to mention to our waiter is we don't like al dente on pad thai noodles which came out as like that) but nonetheless we had a great time.

Best casual dine in Thai spot I’ve visited so far. Excellent presentation, delicious food, friendly staff, clean and welcoming interior. Prices are a little higher than other casual Thai restaurants, but they also have a rewards system, so you can collect points and receive offers.

This restaurant serves some very tasty and sumptuous Thai food. It is nice to know that they can adjust the level of spiciness from 1 to 10. I chose the "farang" level spicy so I can taste the food. Service in the restaurant is top notch. Server checked on us every so often to make sure we are ok. Bottom Line: put in your permanent rotation of places you go when you eat out!

What a hidden gem! Been here twice for dinner and their food has been amazing each time. I had the Khao Soi the first time by the waiters recommendation… 🤯 what an incredible and comforting curry dish! Second time I tried the red curry and it was equally satisfying and delicious. Chow mein and pad se ew were also very good. The staff is the icing on the cake… they are incredibly friendly and genuine. Take a night away from your usual spot and come check this out!

First time at this Thai restaurant. I really loved the atmosphere, food, and service. Everything was great. The plum wine was delicious as well! I am so happy I found one more Thai food restaurant to go to.

Yelp
Thai Spoon is a big YES! If you are a big dan of Thai food, this place is must visit. It is a very clean and nice place. The service and food is amazing as well. The portion amount is good for 1 person if you are starving, otherwise you can share it. We were really glad to visit yesterday for the first time and looking forward to plan our second visit.

Yelp
My winner of the "Hidden Gem Award" of restaurants. For this review, I purposely reduced the pain scale (spice level) of the dishes I ordered to a "spice level 2 (from 1 to 10)...I didn't want the spice heat to affect the baseline flavors. Thai cuisine is all about the balance of flavors. **Cucumber Salad ($6.95)......light sweet/sour vinegar base sauce with cucumbers, red onions and carrots......terrific palate cleanser between bites. **Larb Pork ($17.95).....delicious starter of ground pork with citrus, herbs, chili and spices, mixed with lettuce....flavor was delicious, refreshing and cooling. **Papaya Salad ($14.95).....another refreshing and delicious palate cleanser of green papaya, chili, green beans, tomato, peanuts, lime juice.....well balance of savory and sweetness.....they do this right!!!! **Spicy Eggplant with chicken ($16.95)......stir fried eggplant with chicken, bell pepper, onion and basil.....savory with hints of sweetness and spice.....delicious! **Green Curry with vegetables ($13.95).....a mix of vegetables in Thai green curry....their curry is savory with sweetness of coconut milk....the curry flavors were deep yet light....balanced and delicious. **Pumpkin Curry Combination ($22.95).....I have to defer my review....it became my family's favorite and it was gone before my eyes!!!! **Duck Curry (with extra duck)....($40.90).....red curry with duck.....my favorite of all time!!!.....let's just say I had my eyes closed while eating this (10/10.) **Catfish Pad Cha ($25.95)....fried lightly battered catfish with vegetables and peppercorn in bunches.....delicious, savory, hint of sweetness...balanced in taste......my second favorite!!!! **Mango Sticky Rice ($9.95)....slightly sweetened sticky rice, surrounded by sliced sweet mangos....I can eat 10 more of these!!!!....great way to end dinner. Thai Spoon Restaurant impressed me and my family. Thai cuisine is represented at its best by this "Hidden Gem Award" winner. I'm a big fan!!!!

Yelp
Thai Spoon Las Vegas is located in the North/West part of town. This is a full service Thai Restaurant that offers most of your usual Thai Dishes and also offers more seafood dishes. They also offer what looks like a large wine selection. The place is filled with 1/2 booths and full booths for seating. We were greeted quickly and were sat quickly. We started out by sharing chicken potstickers. These were crispy all over with very mild moist chicken inside. The seabass panang was very good. The fish was cooked masterfully with.a perfect sear and the fish melted in your mouth. The curry was also good and the #7 out of 10 I thought was a just right heat level for this dish. We both thought that the spicy basil (chicken & beef) had good flavors to it but it was Nevada Style ground meat texture that we are not used to. Not that this is a bad thing but it's a texture thing for us. All the Thai places that I've been to in Pennsylvania, Arizona, and California that we've been to either hand chops the proteins for spicy basil or just sliced the proteins......But I have noticed in Nevada several places do serve this dish with ground meat so I'm thinking that ground meat is Nevada Style. The people serving us were speedy and mostly efficient. Nice Thai Restaurant. We'll be back to try more. I'd recommend!

Yelp
One of my favorite restaurants in the Centennial area. Their curries are delicious (green is my favorite!) the Chow Mein is one of the best I've had. The papaya salad is my favorite!! So many other great dishes. Service is always great, sometimes a little slow but that's because they are busy at high traffic times. It's always worth the wait.

Yelp
I ordered online and chose "pay when I arrive" as this was my 1st time here. Maybe it was just me, but I actually found very difficult to find. I think I turned in from the street 1 driveway too late. I ended up in an underground sort of parking lot with no way to get up above from the parking lot. I Parked, walked up steps which brought me up to street level... ugh long story long walk, I found it. I ordered a bowl of Tom Yum (spicy 4/10 because 1st time here) and while I could have probably ordered 7/10 it actually allowed me to taste all the flavor in the soup which was delicious . I also ordered Pad See ewe with Vegetable + an upcharge of $3 for xtra chicken. This too was delicious . Now that I know to park on the street level I would definitely order pick up from here again.

Kimberly F.

Yelp
My husband and I like to order this at least once a month. We love the yellow curry and the pad Thai. We get it delivered and it's pretty quick. I would recommend this place, 100% hits the spot.

Shirley A.

Yelp
Some friends and I came here for the first time for dinner because we needed to eat before a comedy show. When we came we got seated right away. We ordered a few dishes and shared. The food came pretty quick like 10 mins. Everything I ate were pretty good and the staff were nice. Their dishes were pretty spicy which I love! Thank you so much!

Mike M.

Yelp
We visited for a mid/late weekday lunch here. Very few customers. The ambiance was serene. We ordered our lunch selections. The server brought small soup bowls. The broth was clean, subtly seasoned, with some soft rice interspersed: very tranquility inducing. The entrees --fried rice and pad Thai--were delicious, accompanied by a modest side salad with unassuming dressing. We know our best judgment of a restaurant is, "When can we come here again." That's what we're looking ahead for.

Sergio P.

Yelp
Awesome Thai spot to come and check out. Restaurant was super clean and the food was delicious. It all came out in a timely manner and the service was great. The chicken wings were cooked to a perfect crisp and cucumber salad was very fresh. The pad see ewe was super good definitely recommend trying. Will be coming back

Yelp
We were craving Thai food and decided to try Thai Spoon for the first time! We ordered takeout online via Toast and the ordering process was simple. We were told our food would be ready within 25-30 minutes, but we were surprised when we got a text 15 minutes later that our food was ready! We ordered chicken pad Thai, yellow curry, and pepper garlic beef. For these 3 dishes, we paid $50 (after getting $5 off online). Unfortunately, this was extremely expensive for the amount of food you get. The pepper garlic beef wasn't full (as seen in the photo), which is disappointing for an $18 dish. The curry ($17) was also in a pretty small container and had an uneven chicken to vegetable ratio. It's unfortunate that the food is so expensive because it's really good! It was all delicious, and the flavors were well developed. We got spice level 2 for all dishes and wish we went a bit spicier. It still added a little heat, which was great. I really hope they improve their portion sizes in the near future because I would love to come back!

Vanessa O.

Yelp
This place is a hidden gem and I'm so happy I found it! We have tried many dishes! All very tasty! Service is quick. They're all very kind and helpful. You won't regret it.

Yelp
We really enjoy dining at Thai Spoon. It provides a wonderful atmosphere for a relaxed dining experience. The staff members are consistently friendly and accommodating. However, the main reason we keep returning is the delicious food, which is affordably priced. I am eagerly looking forward to our next visit.

Chanté B.

Yelp
Walked in around brunch time, the ambiance was awesome the smell of incense and just a clean smelling space. The server was very nice, the restrooms were on the dirty side and there was no hand soap in the dispenser however there was soap in a bottle under a shelf that they have located in the stall. We ordered edamame (garlic sauce) $5 however when they came out there was no sauce just sautéed garlic tossed with the edamame also the serving size was fairly small for the price. Papaya salad $14.95 level 1 spicy The sauce was refreshing the papaya salad was light and a great starter. Highly recommend Tom Yum Soup $9.95 (chicken) level 2 spicy Always a favorite to order at any Thai Resturant the level 2 was pretty spicy for us but it was delicious nice flavors the mixture of mushrooms, tomatoes, onions and a hint of lemongrass with added chicken was great especially for todays glooming weather. Yellow Curry $13.95 (vegetables) level 2 spicy One cup of jasmine rice cooked perfectly and a bowl full of vegetables and pieces of potatoes, great flavor with a hint of coconut from the coconut milk. Tasted amazing. Pad See Ewe $13.95 (vegetables) Wasn't my favorite the flavor was bland and just was a boring dish nothing really stood out with this dish. This is my favorite Thai dish but today wasn't hitting the spot. Mango Sweet Sticky Rice $9.95 Very good I liked that they used jade rice so good!!

Sandy M.

Yelp
The food was great. The staff were friendly . I love the decoration. I Would go again

Joe A.

Yelp
Food and service and ambiance was perfect. Got the Pad Thai Shrimp. Teriyaki Chicken and Ladna Pork. It was great service and food.

Pat T.

Yelp
I am so happy to have found this restaurant!! The staff is super friendly, the restaurant is very clean, and the food was amazing. I ordered the eggplant dinner at a spice level of 10. It's never hot enough for me but luckily they have pickled Thai peppers and chili powder!! The eggplant and veggies were cooked perfectly and the sauce was not overly sweet. The dish also came with a scoop of sticky rice. I highly recommend!

Jami K.

Yelp
The red curry was absolutely yummy! I have been looking for great Thai food since moving from Denver and this was it.

Irma F.

Yelp
Had a night Thai craving after a rough day... & Thai Spoon was definitely a great spot for that. My friend and I shared everything. We started off with chicken potstickers... can never go wrong with those. Not sure if they were freshly made or not but they were tasty. The red curry was really great! The broth was very flavorful and had the right amount of spice (we only went with level 3 of 10) the chicken was tender and veggies still had a bite. We also had the chicken pad Thai -- also spice level 3. Really good. Huge portions too. Perfect for sharing. The service was good too. They constantly checked on us and offered a few refills on the fountain drinks. We were happy they had Dr. Pepper. The decor is also nice. An upgraded little whole in the wall vibes. I will be back to try the rest of their curries soon!

Theresa Y.

Yelp
Great service. The food is amazing! This is the place I will always choose when craving Thai food.

Julianne T.

Yelp
It's been a long time since I've dined at Thai Spoon. Maybe 2-3 years since the last time I've eaten here. Not sure why- I never had a bad experience, but I'll definitely return sooner than later. Don't let the rather empty dinning room fool you, or turn you away. The hour we were there dinning and enjoying our food there was about seven people coming in to pick up their to-go orders. Service is perfect. The waitress was very attentive and quick. Food was delicious, and the restaurant was very clean

Tayler J.

Yelp
The food is sooo good. This is the best Thai food I've had in a while. I was craving Thai for dinner and came here. I was worried at first because the restaurant was empty, but don't let that fool you. The service and food was so good! Everyone was kind and checked on us. Also the interior is really cute. I would come back for sure! TIP: If you don't like spicy or you like a little, ask for a level 1 or 2 heat. DO NOT GO OVER 3 spice unless you reallyyy like spicy haha. Duck curry - 5/5 - they give you a lot of duck! And it's deboned which is nice. The flavor was delicious. Pad Thai - 5/5 - my boyfriend loved it. I thought it was good too. Orange chicken - 4/5 - it was good, but not my favorite. Thai tea - 5/5 - love a good Thai tea! Roti - 5/5 - a good dessert with condensed milk.

April Z.

Yelp
My niece and I came here driving around trying to find another restaurant. This detour was well worth it. Inside was inviting and almost cozy. The music was at just the right level where we could have a normal conversation without yelling. The food was so fresh and tasted so good! When trying new restaurants, I always order the meals that the style of cusine is known for. With Thai, I always get Pad Thai and curry. This place did not disappoint, and I love that they had an awesome chili tray. I could make my food as spicy as I wanted. Now that we know where this little gem is, we will be back.

Jerry F.

Yelp
Great food. Service is the best. It's the best Thai food I've found in Vegas. The prices are reasonable and not too busy. This place is a hidden gem well worth trying

Cass A.

Yelp
Very intimate and inviting atmosphere. Very friendly staff. The food was fresh, flavorful, and fulfilling!

Ethan M.

Yelp
My wife and I decided to try out Thai Spoon the other night, and ordering was super easy! They have online ordering for pickup through Toast, which made it a breeze! We ordered the Yellow Curry, Pepper Garlic Beef, and Chicken Pad Thai. The food was honestly very delicious, and was cooked perfectly! However, the portions and ratios were a little less amazing, considering the 17-18 dollar price tag. The beef and pad Thai just was not a lot of food unfortunately, so that is why I cannot give them 5 stars. Yummy Thai food for sure, but expect to pay over 50 dollars for enough food for two people!

Abe M.

Yelp
I had no idea that this was down the street from me!! I'm going to make this my go to until I try everything on the menu!! Peaceful clean place! The server is very nice. I had the shrimp veggie rice wrap for the appetizer. And I got fried tofu and orange chicken with rice. Perfect spot!! Good area! Awesome food!!! Definitely a must go to!!!

Mechelyn H.

Yelp
FANTASTIC experience!!! What an amazing hidden gem in the Centennial area what serves both Vegan and non vegan options. We were very impressed with the food, service and overall dining experience. We went on a Sunday about 12:30 PM. There were plenty of tables open. We had a party of 9 and were seated immediately. The food was not only amazingly tasty, it was also beautifully presented. Both our non vegan family members and vegan ones agreed that the food was great and the atmosphere was clean and inviting. The service was excellent! We are going become regulars at this wonderful restaurant.

Marlon T.

Yelp
Thai Spoon Las Vegas is a great place to have Thai food in the Northern Vegas area! We are visiting family and decided to go on a lunch date while our son took a nap. We have been in the mood for a Thai food lunch special for a while now and were excited to see find this place via Yelp. We liked the decor and clean open space layout of this restaurant and the friendly service. We looked at the lunch specials that looked good but they only had red curry on their specials menu. We choose the regular order of green curry and some pork Larb salad. The food was delicious! They ask you for a spice level to your dishes from a range of 1-10. We ordered our food close the 5 level because it was our first visit and don't know their spice levels yet. We really enjoyed the spice and great mix of spicy and sour flavors in the Larb salad and the curry was amazing as well! The eggplant was so good in the curry dish and our lunch was the the perfect amount of food. We will be back when visiting close family and are so happy to have found amazing Thai food close to our Vegas "home." Please visit them if you want amazing Thai food in North Vegas!

Mallory D.

Yelp
I am between a 3 and 4 with this meal. The chicken satay was good and came with a thick peanut sauce. The chicken pad thai was mislabeled and I got the spicier one which ended up being ok heat wise. There was a little difference in the 5 and 4, the heat with the 5 lingered longer compared to the 4. I wish there was more flavor in the pad thai. Overall, was good.

David H.

Yelp
Food here is above average but what has stopped me from coming here is their tipping options on their payment handhelds. 25%,30%,35%. That's comical really. I tip around 20% but this restaurant is pretty brazen to post those percentages when the service isn't the best I've ever experienced. I find it hilarious that the owner said 20% is the low option. Yes, I can manually change the tip percentage but the gall to show 25,30,35 is insanity. How about changing it to 15,18,20 like every other eatery. This is the only place I've seen an option for 35% tip.

Amanda L.

Yelp
Great Ambience, Clean Facilities The food is Delicious And Fresh! Friendly and Great Service. I highly recommen.

M S.

Yelp
We have always ordered delivery from here, but decided to eat in. Walking in the establishment the hostess stand is on the left, we were greeted and seated right away. The ambiance was laid back and relaxing, and the staff very nice and accomodating. Now the food, we both ordered the Sea bass Panang with white rice. The food was absolutely delicious! The bowl is enough to feed two and I ended up with a to go box. The flavors blended wonderfully and the actual sea bass was cooked to perfection. We will definitely be back!

Jessica L.

Yelp
Food was great. Service was quick. Ambiance very nice. First time here. Will come back to try other dishes. Not pictured wonton soup was very good. We had level 3 spicy and it was perfect for u

Rachel T.

Yelp
We order from this restaurant at least every other week if not every few weeks. We usually order pick up or delivery. We get the duck curry, chicken chow mein and vegetable soup. When I say "we" I mean my fiancé, 3 year old and 8 month old. The kids LOVE the chow mein. It's not greasy at all so doesn't upset their delicate tummies. The duck though is hit or miss. Usually miss but we keep ordering it hoping for it to be good again. I feel like the vegetable soup just has yummy healing powers with all the veggies and garlic. The kids love it so much too. All in all this restaurant is pretty damn good and consistent minus the duck.

David W.

Yelp
Wow! Were we impressed!!! Dinner out on a Sunday evening, great atmosphere, dim lighting and a large menu. Food was spectacular---seriously!! So much flavor and portion size was awesome. Had to take most of it home in a doggy bag. For a small place in a strip mall in Centennial...I highly recommend.

Lynn D.

Yelp
My go to Thai place, fresh food and tasty! Had crab fried rice, which was fluffy, lumps of crab and tasty. We had the chicken sauté with peanut sauce and a nice cucumber salad. They are all super good.

Penny M.

Yelp
Food is definitely tasty. Watch the noodle dishes. I love the pad Thai noodles and they tend to skimp on them so....just beware. The service is quick and super friendly and of course the restaurant is very clean and a relaxing atmosphere.

Peter F.

Yelp
Three words. Panang curry chicken! Seriously some of the best in town! I ate here last night and the Panang curry was the star of the show. Do yourself a favor and order some of this. The restaurant is tucked away in the 7-11 shopping center near the Butcher Block and Distill bar. (Durango/215) The dining room is fairly spacious (currently all decked out for Christmas) and the service was fantastic! My girl and I got the vegan spring rolls to start and that peanut sauce it comes with is to die for. The Pad Thai was ok but not stellar. We will definitely be back because I didn't get to try the mango sticky rice and that looked amazing in the menu.

Russell N Elsy S.

Yelp
The food was very good, service was good and we really enjoyed it. My wife had the Red Curry with shrimp and I had the Pad Thai with shrimp. Parking is good and was a nice dinner overall.

T L.

Yelp
Used to love this place!! Such good food but lack of customer service skills. I ordered a crab fried rice, pad see ew and some veggie tempura. Upon eating one of my tempuras I feel a piece of metal in my mouth! Sharp and obviously hard on the teeth. I called to let them know that's completely unacceptable. He then proceeded to tell me that it's already happened and "what do I want?" His sorry was absolutely bullshit. Tells me he already voided the item, it wasn't even about the money dummy! It was about the fact I found some fucking metal in my food. CRAZY!

John S.

Yelp
Thai Spoon in Las Vegas is an absolute culinary delight! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the tantalizing aroma of authentic Thai cuisine. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, perfect for a casual meal or a special night out. Now, onto the food - every dish I've tried has been an explosion of flavors, perfectly balanced and incredibly delicious. Whether you're a fan of classic Thai dishes or looking to explore something new, Thai Spoon has something for everyone. The service is always friendly and attentive, adding to the overall fantastic dining experience. Without a doubt, Thai Spoon has become my go-to spot for satisfying my Thai food cravings in Vegas!

Scott R.

Yelp
Very tasty food, like all there dishes. Very nice restaurant and very clean and new. The help is very pleasant and good waiters.

Bray M.

Yelp
Made a reservation here for my son's 18th birthday for 15 people. The ambiance was nice & the food was amazing. The service was superb and attentive. The portions were a good size, and we had leftovers to take home. We had ordered multiple dishes such as pad thai, red curry, yellow curry, green curry, pumpkin curry, broccoli with oyster sauce, orange chicken, chicken panang curry, larb beef, Tom Kah hot pot, Tom yum hot pot, sweet and sour pork, teriyaki chicken, fried rice, and mango sticky rice. In some dishes, we ordered a different spice level. I may add for those who aren't aware, Thai spice hits on a different level, so if you're not used to it or have not had a Thai chili, start at a lower level of spice, but we love Thai spice (insert Mark Wiens here, if you know, you know). I've also come here a couple of times, and it must be my favorite Thai restaurant.

Mike S.

Yelp
My wife and I stopped in yesterday and it was worth it. The curry was on point! My wife had some tofu that was very delicious. The price was fair and the atmosphere was very nice and clean. We will definitely be going back to try more dishes.

Eric G.

Yelp
Came here for lunch and craving for a good taste of Thai food. Nothing in there was authentic, tasted bland and was a ok menu. I think I'll stick to the original Thai restaurants that has been in this town longer than this place. The service wasn't all that great either. The server seems to be in a rush when it was so slow in there. The ambience was nice ,but wish the food matched it.

Christina K.

Yelp
Food was flavorful, fresh, and absolutely delicious! Service was great as well. Serving portions were a good size and service was quick. We look forward to making Thai Spoon one of our regular restaurants!

Michelle W.

Yelp
We've tried Pad Thai from five other restaurants in Las Vegas and this place serves the best Pad Thai. It's a good-sized portion for the price, and the flavor and texture is unique to the restaurant. Thai Spoon is very underrated because it's the best in the city considering the location. The service is great every time because the food comes out quickly and they always check on us. We usually dine in, and it's always clean and quiet. Super zen because of the waterfall in the corner of the dining area. We'll always come back!

Todd G.

Yelp
Love the yellow curry chicken with the pineapple fried rice. It's a winner, consistent and fast.

Mrscinto S.

Yelp
Fantastic food. Great service. Food came pretty fast no wait at all. Will definitely be back. Love love Thai food yummy

Phoebe L.

Yelp
Rare authentic Thai spot in north Las Vegas. We try to stop there every time we go fishing. Food is good and owner is nice.
