Yelp
Thai Table is a colorfully decorated restaurant offering affordable Thai dishes in a casual setting. We started with the Papaya Salad, a rather bland mixture of shredded papaya, carrots, green beans, tomatoes, red cabbage, and crushed peanuts. The Nam Khao Salad Lettuce Wraps were made of crispy broken rice balls, chewy chunks of fermented pork sausage, peanuts, shallots, and herbs. Though this is usually a highlight dish for me, the rice wasn't particularly crispy, and the flavors seemed toned down. A better dish was the Spicy Seafood Drunken Egg Noodles, made with chewy egg noodles stir-fried in a savory, sticky sauce along with bell peppers, onions, green beans, egg, and mixed seafood including shrimp, squid, and mussels. A similar-tasting dish was the Squid Gra Prow Basil Garlic, a stir-fry of chewy squid, onions, bell peppers, zucchini, garlic, chili, and basil, all in a savory dark sauce. Finally, the Khao Soi was made of egg noodles in a thick coconut curry, topped with a chicken drumstick, red onions, pickled vegetables, and crispy noodles. Overall, while everything was decent, the flavors of the dishes weren't the best quality I've had, though everything came at good prices and in generous portions.
