The simple menu has a few tasty sides like charred broccoli or elotes, but bird is front and center, in the form of flame-broiled whole pieces or a pulled chicken sandwich. Get your chicken marinated El Jefe or Crazy Chico-style—the first has a citrusy zing while the latter has a more peppery flavor.
