The Bagel Broker on Beverly Blvd delivers a solid bagel experience. The staff is highly efficient and helpful, keeping the line moving even during busy hours. Bagels are spot-on, crispy on the outside and perfectly chewy on the inside. I had the lox sandwich, which was fresh, generously portioned, and flavorful. My only gripe was how it was cut, it made it a bit awkward to eat. The AC and fans were blasting, which made the space uncomfortably cold, almost like eating in a walk-in fridge. Also, be prepared for tight parking; the plaza is small and gets crowded, especially on weekends. Still, a great spot for bagel lovers.

Bagel Broker in LA truly lives up to its reputation as the best bagel spot in the city! The bagels are perfectly crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, and packed with incredible flavor. Their spreads are rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious, making every bite a standout experience. It’s no surprise they’ve been voted the best bagel place in LA—every visit proves why! If I lived in LA, I’d be here all the time. Sadly, I don’t, but this spot will always be a must-visit whenever I’m in town!

It is a bagel specialty store loved by old local residents. Salmon pearles tasted clean, making it a decent meal. You can choose a more diverse bagel, so if you like bagels, please visit. It's an emotional bagel shop, so if you like bread, I recommend you to stop by.

The service & food are very consistent. The everyone is helpful and highly efficient. Everyone is taken care of here, not ignored. Great staff is a reflection of great management. VERY CLEAN & ORGANIZED Thank you for using Compostable Eco-friendly packaging! Now only if the straws were compostable. This store is a role model where fast food big corporations should follow.

Ambiance: 10/10 Quaint little bagel shop! Clean and tidy. Not many places to sit down, but I’m sure most customers want to pick up and go. Service: 10/10 The girls working here were very sweet and patient. Knowledgeable of the menu. They made our order right away. Couldn’t ask for better service. Food: 8/10 Bagels were great! I was told they taste the same as they did almost a decade ago. I do think they slightly over toast the bagels, but other than that they were pretty darn good! I think they’re worth the price, and next time I’ll try something more than the everything bagel toasted with cream cheese. 🥯 My partner ordered a regular bagel with butter. Both were enjoyable. Overall, this is the perfect little bagel spot to stop at before or after work for a quick bite.

Has been my favorite “when you are in the mood for a bagel” bagel shop in LA since I moved here from Seattle in 2018. Seattle has great bagel and lox game, and this place has always satisfied my itch. The lox schmear, honestly all the schmears put this place above a lot of the bagel spots in LA. I have been to the Bagel Broker hundreds of times over a dozen or more years. Every time the bagels are delicious, perfectly cooked, fresh, incredible. The staff are always kind and delightful. They manage to place the perfect schmear each and every time. The coffee hits the spot and my kids love the OJ! There is something special about the vibe of the place that reminds you that Los Angeles is a city of people with many backgrounds that all can agree on one particular thing...a great bagel is a great bagel. Certainly, people talk about what's the best bagel in Los Angeles...and of course I think it's this one. But it's not just about that... We have used the catering service from Bagel Broker for some events over the years and always had excellent food and service. However, in January 2025, in the middle of the LA fires experience, we had a very important family event where Bagel Broker really stepped up. A fancy caterer had canceled on us. So...Who are you gonna call? Jason, the owner, from the Bagel Broker! When he picked up the phone, he didn't just say Yes he could take care of us - he connected with us meaningfully, with empathy, and from a place of real connection and understanding -- then he said the three most important questions: how many people are gonna be there and where do you need me to be and when? With everything going on in Los Angeles. Bagel Broker took care of everything. Jason and his team solved everything. When you think about restaurants and places of business that serve the community and are deeply part of a community...Bagel Broker is one of those. Los Angeles is better because of Bagel Broker and my family is happier because of Bagel Broker bagels. It's a good location on the way to Cedars. Loved the bagel tuna sandwich. It tasted very fresh. They have a lot of flavors to choose from. There was a long line but it moves fast. The workers are nice and friendly. Parking is not the best but just be patient.

I tried the everything bagel here with lox, and while it was solid, I was a little thrown off by the seasoning. It didn't scream "everything bagel" to me. I didn't spot any garlic or onion flakes in the seasoning. That said, the bagel itself was great. It had a nice crunch on the outside with that doughy, chewy texture you want in a good bagel. The prices were reasonable, and service was impressively quick. Just a heads up... there's not much seating, but since we were grabbing takeout, it wasn't an issue for us. If you're in the mood for a quick, satisfying bagel on the go, this is a solid spot!

There was a line when I got to the store, but the staff are very quick and I didn't have to wait long to get my bagels. The staff were friendly cheerful, which I appreciated. I got a cheese onion bagel and a blueberry bagel, both toasted with cream cheese. The bagels were good, but nothing special and a little bit overpriced (they are pretty big though). I would come back next time though if I was in the area and was craving a bagel.

I try to not compare non-NYC bagels to NYC bagels, but it's hard. That's being said, it's a decent bagel. The crust has a nice light crispiness to it. I think it should be thicker, and chewier. They're not stingy with the cream cheese which I feel like if I'm paying for it, slather it on please and thank you. I always get a sesame bagel. Tried it with lox spread today. The prices are reasonable, too.

This place has great bagel sandwiches and also fresh bagels to purchase as well. Their service is pretty quick; so you're in & out in no time. They have four middle school cafeteria table/seat combo's crammed in the corner and that's all they offer as far as seating. It's definitely more of a to-go type spot.

The customer service was excellent, I was greeted as soon as I walked in. A line started to form. I got there at the right time because it was busy after I ordered. I ordered a jalapeño/Cheddar bagel with pepperjack cheese, egg, tomato, lettuce, cucumber, and Avocado. It exceeded my expectations . The bagel itself and all the ingredients were fresh, delicious and flavorful. The atmosphere was busy busy busy.. will definitely go out there to get a bagel again. Worth the drive!

Their jalapeños cheddar bagel is da bomb, as is the service. Ordered a dozen assortment of bagels, mostly onion cheddar and jalapeños cheddar...and the jalapeños cream cheese...anything with jalapeños are mild gentle...I got two free bagels toy surprise. Yay. The server didn't have to be asked to put in freezer bags...and without having to be asked, she separated all the sweet fruit bagels, the blueberry, the cinnamon raisin in a separate bag....brilliant. all these made me hungry so I ordered a toasted jalapeños cheddar bagel turkey sandwich comes with fresh slice of cucumber, lettuce slice of tomato...also comes with a salty whole pickle, a small container of potato salad (too salty) and two olives. It was nicely built and really nom nom nom. Crowded at noon on a Saturday...tables weren't cleaned between customers, but I snagged one that was ok.

Finally got around to trying Bagel Broker and was not disappointed! Texture of bagels are perfect. Especially loved the cheese and onion bagel. The egg, ham and cheese sandwich was filling and had a good proportion of cheese/egg. Prices are reasonable too. Will be back!

I had a request from my boss for lox and breakfast burritos. I never expected to get both at the same place! We hosted a small gathering over a few days so I ordered bagels and lox and no meat burritos for the first day. Everything from ease of ordering to on-time delivery to presentation to feasting on the fresh and tasty fare made this the best experience. Everything was so good and burritos were so chunky. I earned some brownie points with this one. Can't thank you enough!

Tried this place and it's pretty nifty! Their bagels are fresh, love their cream cheese, and their coffee does the job too! Service is quick and it's a small place. They do a good job for a quick breakfast treat! There is a small parking lot up front so parking isn't terrible Overall, great bagels and cream cheese - what else can you ask for from a bagel shop!:)

Friendly staff, great service, absolutely fantastic lox and cream cheese bagel sandwich. Comes with a pickle spear, two olives, and a small side of potato salad. Reasonable prices. I wasn't even hungry and planned to eat only half and save the rest for later but ate it all in one sitting.

Yeah, sure there's the popular Einstein Bagel and Noah's Bagel close by; but why do I prefer Bagel Broker? It's definitely not for their ambiance. They could use an interior decorator, maybe play some nice background music, upgrade their staff's uniform, invest in better looking signage, a more appealing store front: It's all about their bagels. In California the bagels are either the NYC bagels with their chewy exterior; or the really huge, puffy doughy bagels. I prefer mine somewhere in between: a bagel with a exterior that has a little chew to it with a soft, slightly puffy middle. I ordered the (Black Forest) ham and swiss cheese sandwich with all the fixings (lettuce, tomato, purple onion, mayo, Mustard) served on a toasted jalapeño and cheese bagel, with a pickle spear, olives and a small container of potato salad on the side. Beating the lunch rush, I got my order quickly. I appreciated that they cut my sandwich in half and secured each half with a toothpick. It was so much easier for me to eat without having the sandwich fall apart. The sandwich and potato salad were delicious! Being the picky eater I am, I will definitely return here when I'm in the area.

Came by on a Saturday morning and was quickly served. These are solid bagels and for LA, perhaps even some of the best around. I liked the good crisp on the outside and a little softer on the inside. Where it fell just a little short of perfection though was the everything bagel was heavy on the cornmeal and poppyside and a little short on everything else like the onion/garlic and even salt. It was a little too one-dimensional to me. And the plain bagels had this neutral flavor to me. Not bad but just again a little one-dimensional. The lox spread too felt a little light on lox. Again, this can seem a little too hyper-critical but if you're aiming high as this place appears to be, you've got to step it up. Good bagels overall and friendly quick service.

I order catering on the regular from Bagel Broker for breakfast meetings and the bagels have been delish. For the first time I had them cater for a lunch meeting and I cant stop raving on how great their sandwiches were. I requested for baguette and it was sooooo goooood Surprisingly their egg salad was the favorite. I honestly ate about 3. Their potato salad is one of my favorite sides I can eat that all day. They had fresh baked chocolate chip cookies that were perfect. I requested for an 11 am delivery and they were 5 minutes early, I love that. Everyone at my meeting loved the sandwiches and took extras for later. Their fruit is always fresh and sweet, I have no idea how they get amazing fruit year round. Pro tip I did order this catering about a week in advance since it wasn't the typical bagels I ordered, they were able to pick up chips for me too.

The bagels are fresh and delicious. The service was quick and we got our food in a timely manner. This is a great spot to pick up breakfast. There's a small shared parking lot. They have some seating inside if you wanted to enjoy your bagel and coffee there.

The lines here are super long, and it does take quite a bit to get through it. Calling your order in for pick up is the best if you're looking to save time. Prices are fair and the bagels are huge. Service was great and extremely hard-working.nice option for bagels in the area!

I have been going to Bagel Broker for over 25 years. They were originally called the Royal bagel. The food and the service are amazing and it's my go to for bagels. Jason and his staff are extremely helpful in catering as well.

Dropped in and got a bagel and juice. The plain cream cheese is without a doubt the tastiest cream cheese I've ever had. If they packaged this it would sell millions. Great bagel and fresh OJ. 5 Stars!

I haven't had a bagel in quite some time and happy my partner surprised me by taking me here. The cheese and onion bagel was good, it's shocking how much businesses charge to add cream cheese. The lite cream cheese was 20 cent more than the regular one. The service was ok. I found it interesting that when we asked to use the restroom the gal said they didn't have one but 30 seconds later, another person asked a different worker and he said there was someone in it but it seemed like customers can use it. Maybe she was a regular customer...but not the best practice. There were limited seating- 4 tables for 2 and 1 table for 4. They are located in a plaza with parking which is nice. Overall a great spot to grab a bagel - they also offer various sandwiches,etc.,

Best bagels in LA & I'll die on this hill. It's just exactly what a bagel should be - nothing more nothing less. They don't try to over do it with toppings or make their bread differently, it's the best bagel bar none. There's always a line but it moves quickly and efficiently with plenty of workers ready to help you with your order. Highly recommended taking a tub of cream cheese home for your future bagel needs.

Another long-standing Los Angeles business! There aren't many bagel shops in Mid-City area but Bagel Broker rises up and takes that role! I mainly sample their menu by my office. The company I work for have been ordering catering. Bagels are generously-sized. I love the lox sandwiches with the fresh cut cucumber, onion and tomato. The breakfast burrito are delicious as well as the eggs are fluffy with just the right amount of bacon, chorizo and sausage. The also grill the tortilla for that added crisp. Croissant sandwiches are very good as well (as pictured below). Overall, this is a great place to pick up food. The restaurant is pretty small so picking up to go is the more ideal situation.

The best bagel in Hollywood! I've ordered catering from this store for my companies a few times and everyone LOVED it. Their catering service is top-notch, with consistently delicious food and exceptional service. The menu includes a variety of bagels and pastries options that meet all types of accomandate. The chive cream cheese is the most loved one. Their drivers are super friendly, always on time with a smooth delivery. If you are looking for a good breakfast catering store, I highly recommend Bagel Broker!

Need I say more? I love coming to the brokerage. First, it's super affordable. Second, the ambiance inside is amazing, green checkered tiles and green booths. Third, they have espresso. Fourth, the bagels are bomb, they come with olives, pickles, and potato salad, my three favorite things. Fifth, the owner Jason is super charming (and dare I say quite attractive) and is a joy to chat with and he'll hook it up for you. I've told several of my friends about this place and have converted them to loyal brokerage fans. I saw another review saying they could use an interior decorator, but I disagree. This place is a safe haven amongst the overplayed, trendy, overpriced LA breakfast spots that are almost always mediocre. I love that it's retained it's charm. This is the most consistent breakfast spot in the Fairfax/Melrose area. They offer plenty of options. Whether there's a line or not, Bagel Broker employees are quick and will always acknowledge you. Literally the sweetest staff there is and they will go to the lengths of memorizing your order each time you visit! Their chicken salad as well as their honey walnut spread on a cinnamon raisin bagel will never disappoint me. Also affordable with a $4.20 20oz latte on the menu :)

Oh MY! Finally found a real authentic bagel place in LA! This place is worth a drive. We get a dozen everytime we're here. They are so fresh. Chewy but not tough. Perfectly dense interior. FLAVORFUL! Oh yum... I could eat these every single day. Marble Rye is my fanorite but you seriously can't go wrong with any of the offerings. They also have bialys, haven't tried those yet. I like the Loc Schmear- they also have chive, and some ither flavors- you can take some home and have a bagel feast.

I was really excited to try this place and it wasn't bad but was just meh. I got the cold brew and that was genuinely one of the worst cold brews I've ever had, rating on that alone would be a 1. I also ordered their lox bagel with everything on it and on an everything bagel. It just felt like it was missing something. Their everything bagel misses the garlicky oniony punch that you grow accustomed to and there were no capers to add a salinity to cut the sharpness of the onions of which there were plenty. The lox itself was good but it was sparse. So as a whole I wouldn't spend the $19 I did on that meal but if I'm in the area I'd try some of their bagels a la carte and see how those fare.

SOOOO GOOOOD. These are seriously good bagels! They have a bunch of different types of bagels, only downside is not that many types of cream cheese esp if you're used to the bagel delis in NYC who have like 20 kinds. You can order a bagel with toppings or a bagel sandwich which comes with some side salads and pickles, as well as just buying plain bagels. We came at about 7am on a Sunday and there was no line and they fixed the bagels immediately. Good self service coffee and fresh apple juice was available, I loved the apple juice! There are a couple small tables to sit and eat but it's mostly a grab and go type of place as there's only about 6 parking spots out front.

First and Last Time: Calls themselves Bagel Brokers. Offers catering. I ordered a Bagel with Egg and Bacon. When you see they offer egg sandwiches, you assume, farm fresh eggs. But when you see, the 8.50 (9.96tax) Bagel, you can only hope you are receiving a real genuine, fresh Egg sandwich. A microwave. A carton. Some water. Reheated bacon. Sad we can have a kitchen in the back, but 3 microwaves to cook whatever sad excuse for anything close to EGG that has been served to me. Wanted to cancel my order, but felt guilty. Definitely my first and Last time. Surprised that there were people lining up behind me. Better off going to Jack in the Box for the Same Quality food.

Onion bagel with chive cream cheese is so good! Bagel has a great texture and the onions on top came out with a slight crisp to them. Very flavorful. Highly recommend. Take it to go though bc the few tables inside are crammed in a corner and dirty. No ambiance whatsoever. Not a place to hang out, just grab and go.

Absolutely phenomenal bagels, definitely some of my favorites in LA. As a bagel aficionado, I don't make statements like that lightly. I've tried jalapeño cheese, onion cheese, sesame, salt, egg, and plain. All are the perfect combination of chewy, soft, dense, and fluffy, with that perfect rich yeasty flavor (so basically everything a bagel should be.) My favorite thing to get is the salt bagel with their house jalapeño cheddar cream cheese. Indulgent, yes, and probably one of the world's best hangover cures. It's like a soft pretzel with cheese dip on steroids but so much better. This isn't your typical hipstery, watered-down LA bagel shop if that's what you're expecting. The atmosphere inside is not one to enjoy a leisurely Sunday brunch in, but that's always the mark of a good bagel shop. Will be back again and again.

Not the softest interior I've ever had, but it's pretty good for the price when you get 7 bagels. I froze a couple of these and had refrigerated 4 of them after eating 1, but I should have frozen a few more. After a few days, the inside gets harder. I would probably just have 2 not frozen and freeze the rest. Service was pretty quick. The workers moved around pretty fast. Line wasn't out the door but there as a long line indoors on a Saturday morning.

My favorite bagel place! The staff here works SO hard cranking these out every morning. I've never had to wait more than 10-15 minutes, even when the line is way out the door. Everyone who works here is so friendly and they really make this place a neighborhood gem. Food-wise: Obsessed with the strawberry cream cheese on any bagel - especially the cinnamon raisin or everything bagel. The breakfast sandwiches are also great!

I love the bagel broker! Consistently good bagels and they have some fun, unique options. There's always a line on the weekends but you can order ahead through Yelp/grub hub. My absolute favorite bagel is the onion toasted with the cheddar jalapeño cream cheese. You can't go wrong here though!

These are (IMHO) one of the best bagels in LA. They are so good I got my company to use them for our weekly breakfast catering. The orders are always fresh and on time. Jason, the owner, is super helpful and accommodating and works with you to make sure your orders are top notch. Can't go wrong with anything on their menu. Highly recommend a BEC on a salt bagel with chive cream cheese. You'll thank me!

Honestly, this and Sam's are my favorite bagel places in LA. They remind me of the bagels I grew up with in Detroit. Nothing fancy like Courage Bagels and all these Tik Tok trends. Just a good old bagel and schmear! Bonus points for having my favorite salt bagel on the West Coast. If only I could convince them to start selling Salt Sticks! A salt bagel toasted with butter.....perfection.

Firstly the staff it's so welcoming. They all treat you warmly and they take care of all your needs with a smile on their faces. The Owner is SO warm and friendly!! He takes his time to chat and treat you as a friend which makes him so down to earth. There is always fun music to jam out to as you eat. They are so generous with their portions and OMG this place is GOLD. I suggest to everyone who reads this to do yourself a favor and either come in or at least have it delivered. I have been missing out! The bagels are fresh and the whipped cream cheese is fantastic. The service is fast and efficient, friendly and polite. There was a line at 8:30 am, but it went by pretty quickly. If you plan on stopping by before work, add 10-15 minutes to your commute. I really loved the bagels! I will definitely be stopping by again.

Bagels: These were recommended so I really wanted to love them. Sadly, they did not offer an alternative to dairy cream cheese. Bagels were a bit dry...bordering on a stale quality. Service: Standard L.A. service. Take order, take money, bag order, come again. Ambiance: Very small location. Bagels sit in open-air bins (which may explain "staleness"). Only one other customer so no wait. In a pinch, they'll do.

Great quality bagels. Lot of choices for bagels and drinks. All the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Enough space for some people to dine in. There is parking available for everyone but limited. Street parking is available too.

Came on a Sunday morning around 11:15. It was busy. They have a few tables inside. First time here. Prices are very fair. Got a lox on an everything bagel for $12.50. Didn't love the lox thought it was too fishy. The bagel wasn't great either. Ended up switching it for a blueberry bagel with cream cheese it was a good bagel for $5. Overall, wouldn't come back unless in the area.

Best bagels on the West Coast! Since moving from New York it's been hard to find a place that can compete but this place takes me back home. I've been all over LA looking for the top quality spot and finally found my go-to shop here. It's a bit out of my commute but it's worth it for being the most satisfying way to start my day. I go for the lox on an everything bagel and that fills me up (at a great price too). It's the perfect balance of savory, refreshing and nourishing with a hint of decadence. The bagel has a phenomenal crust and the perfect density/texture for the bread. When I have a sweet tooth their blueberry bagel with strawberry spread cures my craving. Besides the excellent quality of the bagels The Bagel Broker is such a warm environment thanks to the staff and Jason (who runs the shop) brightening my days. I rarely take the time to write a sincere review like this but for a small business being the best at what they do they are more than deserving! The Bagel Broker has won me over for #1.
