"I'm excited that the SoCal-born sweets chain is debuting its gigantic ice cream sandwiches in The Colony, opening mid-March as the inaugural Dallas location (and the brand's fifth in Texas) inside the massive Grandscape mixed-use development at 5752 Grandscape Boulevard. My husband and I enjoy visiting The Baked Bear for a post activity treat! Our first visit, we made ice cream sandwiches with toppings and found that, that was a little too much for us. The next visit, without toppings and different choices was great! I had the bear bowl which was a warmed cookie bottom and the ice cream of my choice on top. This is the perfect combination for me. The staff is happy to give samples of the ice cream flavors available to be sure you enjoy what you order! The place was very tidy and neat each time we have visited. We did park in the lot across the way from PF Changs and walked passed it to get to the Baked Bear.

Went for a treat here after go karting. The ice cream was creamy and average, the cookies were even below average but the disappointment was the fly hanging around in the cookie section having a feast. I had to let the team know, didn’t stay back to see if the cookie was removed. A nice concept, on creating your own ice cream sandwich, not sure if it’s worth it though.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The Baked Bear is a must visit! I tried their snickerdoodle cookie sandwich with blackberry crumble ice cream, and wow what an incredible treat. The warm, cinnamon-sugar snickerdoodle was perfectly soft and chewy, and pairing it with the rich, fruity blackberry crumble ice cream was pure genius. Every bite had that balance of cozy spice and refreshing berry sweetness. It felt indulgent yet comforting, and honestly one of the best dessert combos I’ve had in a long time. If you’re looking for something unique and crave worthy, this is the place. I’ll definitely be back to explore more of their creative cookie and ice cream pairings!

Came for dessert before go karting with my family. It was a big hit. First time here, the staff was really friendly and helped us figure out what we wanted and gave us samples to try. Everyone loved it. Would definitely come back.

cute & so many yummy cookie options! great service as well :) full ice cream sandwich portion size was a bit too sugary & big for me though so might only get it with one cookie next time also, was told s’mores ice cream has gelatin so giving a heads up in case you’re muslim, vegetarian, or just generally avoid pork!

They had delicious gluten free ice cream sandwiches...enough said! They even were able to heat up the cookie and got the ice cream from a new container in the back. 10/10 recommend

Not to toot my own horn or anything, but Baked Bear Food Truck +team just made me the COOLEST mom/host ever. Hah I booked BB food truck for my son's SUPER 5th birthday party in the park-- it was a huge yummy hit! I decided to ditch the traditional cake and went for Baked Bears incredibly delicious ice cream Sammies! Stick a candle in and done. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a person that'll spend a fortune on birthday parties either. Surprisedly, having BB food truck come out was actually affordable--AND YOU should've seen my kids face the entire time. Totally worth EVERY penny. Samir and team were great with communication and punctuation. I'll be booking again for sure!

AMAZING STUFF! Booked this truck for my corporate event and everyone fell in loveee. They even warm up the cookie sandwiches and somehow doesn't melt the ice cream! HIGHLY recommend to anyone needing a food truck for their next special event!
