"I'm excited that the SoCal-born sweets chain is debuting its gigantic ice cream sandwiches in The Colony, opening mid-March as the inaugural Dallas location (and the brand's fifth in Texas) inside the massive Grandscape mixed-use development at 5752 Grandscape Boulevard. The 1,100-square-foot shop, operated locally by Shaila Kabani, specializes in custom ice cream sandwiches built with freshly-baked cookies and brownies and rolled through offbeat toppings like Fruity Pebbles and Oreo crumble, alongside hand-churned scoops in flavors such as Blackberry Crumble and Toasted S’mores and a rotating cookie-of-the-month. Founders Rob Robbins and Shane Stanger grew up together in San Diego and have expanded the brand to 25 locations coast to coast in seven years." - Tierney Plumb
