The New York Restaurants Where Taylor Swift Has Dined | Eater NY

"Swift and Turner visited Mulberry Bar earlier this month, the spot from Phil Meynell (VP of TSX Entertainment), Leo Jacob (partner in Bowery Hotel, Hotel Chelsea) and Justin Sievers (partner in Bar Primi). “You are either in or you’re so out,” writes Air Mail of the spot that opened in February, “so that you might as well have a slice at the nearby Upside Pizza and call it a night.”" - Melissa McCart

The Mulberry Review - Center City - Philadelphia - The Infatuation

"Inside The Mulberry, a cozy pub on Arch Street, you’ll find a bit of everything. They have a William Penn sketch hanging up, Ben Franklin (who’s chewing bubble gum) on the wallpapers, and even a few paintings that could belong in the colonial gallery at the Philadelphia Museum of Art. You’re not coming here to look at throwback watercolors, though. You should stop by because they have a long 26-seat bar, plenty of seating, and a menu that includes some things like Thai coconut mussels, juicy burgers, pizzas, and large racks of lamb that you can split with friends. On the weekends, they also have a weekend brunch that starts at 11am and lasts all day. During Happy Hour (4-6pm), you can sip on $5 beers and $8 wines and sit behind one of their two fireplaces while you decide between which sauce to drench your smoked wings with (go cilantro lime-habanero)." - Candis R. Door staff incredibly racist. Got in a week ago when I was with a group of white people and then this week (way less busy crowd) rejected with a group of Indian and black people. Reason for rejection was “no sneakers allowed” but the party in front of me was wearing athletic shoes. When I asked about it I was told it was because it was the brand I was wearing. Just a blatant lie to maintain a certain crowd inside the bar. Would not recommend coming here if you’re a person of color

I had a very bad whiskey sour here for $22. This a cocktail bar with speakeasy type of vibe cashing in on that trend. The atmosphere is cool, but if I ever go back I’ll just get ice water.

Nothing bad to say about the Mulberry. Made a reservation for a Saturday night with a friend. Drinks and the charcuterie board were good, as was the music which started at 10. Service was very attentive and accommodating. Definitely pricey but good for a special occasion

Had our holiday party here. Incredible space that’s extremely private, beautifully designed, and the ultimate escape!

Management man lacked tact and decorum. Server was great, loved her. But wouldn’t go back solely because of the manager, he was awful.

Amazing fun bar but the DJ on August 29th 2024 was very rude to my party who dropped a substantial amount of money that night.

J’ime was so helpful and attentive. Made our night. The drinks were amazing and so was the vibe!

The place is nice. The staff is garbage. 1. Our waitress came by our table ONCE to take our drink orders (meanwhile checked up on the guys next to us multiple times) 2. Hostesses didn't move us to another table but meanwhile moved another client to that table 3. Toilet lady was patronizing when we didn't understand why they moved another client but not us, flat out asked us "do you go to clubs? Like do you know how they work?" Overall don't recommend if you're not a model with rich man candy on your arms
