"The Bazaar is an upscale restaurant inside the SLS South Beach. The dining room looks like a library doing cabaret - and the food isn’t any less showy. Expect foams and dry ice and odd little dishes that pack a lot of flavor. It’s the kind of restaurant someone might unironically describe as “whimsical.” But unlike other gimmicky restaurants, the food here is very good. You might leave slightly hungry since portions are small, but you’ll be thinking about some of these dishes for a while." - Ryan Pfeffer

One of the best meals I've ever eaten. We did the tasting menu and each and every coarse was fine tuned and absolutely delicious. I wish we were able to dine inside as it wasn't a particularly warm evening and the lighting outside dulled the visual experience of the food significantly however. We had made reservations months in advance but they said it would be a one hour wait to dine inside.

Probably the best dining experience I have ever had. An absolutely astonishing gastronomic experience. The decor, service and food were on another level. Our waiter Louis was exceptional and helped us come to grips with the concept and the contents of the menu. His passion for the food was infectious and he pointed us toward great choices. You must come to this place with an open mind and palate. Each small plate that came out had us uttering OMG this is amazing!! We had pork, chicken thighs, mushrooms, flank steak, ceviche and black squid paella. The pace of the meal was perfect. No rush at all and if you got too full they wouldn't bring out anymore food, even if your ordered it. What an exceptional experience that won't soon be forgotten! Bravo!

Amazing tapas place.. we liked every single dish. The steak with coffee was my favourite. The service was amazing. They also made us customized cocktails which was great. Definitely on the costly side but definitely worth it.

Something truly unique and unexpected flavors that made me feel like I was trying a new cuisine for the first time. While it is very expensive, the food was extraordinary and delicious. It's good to go with at least a few people so that you can try lots of different things. The pork belly in the bao was something unexpected and something that I had never experienced before. Well worth experiencing if you have the means.

Overall, our experience was good. We liked most of the dishes. Our less favorite perhaps the dragon fruit ceviche… the pork belly bun and the coconut rice were spectacular! Did not take picture of our dessert, but we enjoyed the key lime pie as well🙌🏽 It is easy to tell that José Andrés does a great job bringing Spain to Miami, mixing different flavors and textures in a comfy vibe.

Great food in a unique atmosphere, great ambiance and exquisite food. The servers and kitchen staff are detail oriented and customer centric. You’ll definitely leave with good memories and your taste buds will thank you for eating there.

Located in the SLS Hotel on Collins Ave at 17th St just north of the South Beach area. The is valet parking but this can be pricy. If you're willing to walk a few minutes, there is a municipal lot at 2101 Collins Ave that is a bit less. Jovany our waiter was exceptional and made a very good recommendation of trying different tapas from the different menus. He was very informative & personable. We were not rushed at all. Service was impeccable and as we got the steady stream of delicious tapas, we also got an explanation of what they were. As we ordered several tapas, Jovany helped us keep track of which ones we were ordering. It also may have helped on our part for us to keep a written list for reference. We started with a Cava, Spanish sparkling wine. We ordered conch fritters with the sauce inside, Cubano, coffee rubbed churrasco skirt steak, black rossejat a paella, croquettes with ham, watermelon & tomato skewers and smoked oysters. Seven tapas were delicious, although they all had five portions. Six would have been more helpful for sharing purposes. Portions were small but each tapa was very interesting & flavorful. They also have a great dessert menu.We could not decide so we asked Jovany to choose between the keylime pie and the flan. He chosed the flan for us and it was a wow! The place is pricy but that is to be expected in the South Beach area. We will go back.

Food was unique and delicious. Many dishes we tried were fusion and has some asian influence. The service was great and the ambience and atmosphere was nice. It is a more pricey and higher end restaurant. Would come for special occasions and if you want to try something more unique and different.
