We stayed in the Queen bed apartment and it was great!! The size was perfect and gave us sufficient space!! They had chrome cast for us to pair our phones and watch what we wanted!! The check in clerk was polite and informative with anything I asked!! They have complimentary tea, coffee, or hot chocolate in the lobby area!! I can state how much we loved it!! But we will be coming back over and over🥰

Stayed here recently for 9 days and the apartment was comfortable and spacious. The area is great, safe and easy to walk to Rockefeller and the subway. There is a lovely deli shop next door for all your bits and bobs and great food.|The apartment has all your mod cons. It’s a rather small double bed and the apartment does need a refurbishment, it’s a little tired and bland. They have free laundry and dryers in the basement which is handy. The day staff are very helpful and friendly. You can also enjoy free coffee etc in the lobby.

Recommendable! A few months ago, we did an exercise to find the best value-for-money hotel or apartment in Manhattan, and we identified this 3-star hotel. It’s located just a 10-minute walk from the subway, 20 minutes from 5th Avenue, and 30 minutes from Times Square. For us, it was very well-located since we don’t mind walking a bit. The area is quiet, residential, and feels very safe. We didn’t encounter any issues during our 7-day stay. The room was well-equipped, featuring a kitchenette, a large fridge, a shower with good water pressure (including body soap, shampoo, and conditioner), a decent double bed, a sofa, and a balcony. The highlight was definitely the city views—you’ll never forget the stunning sights of Roosevelt Island and the breathtaking sunrises over Brooklyn. It was truly unforgettable. Ask them to stay on the East views side! Housekeeping cleaned the room after our third night of seven, which worked well for us. The staff were very kind, offering helpful advice about the city. On the ground floor, there’s a small gym and complimentary coffee, which was decent. Overall, the experience was excellent. Considering the price compared to other hotels, we found it great value, especially given the generous room space—something essential for longer stays. Essentially, the room felt like a small apartment. Whether you’re traveling as a couple, with friends, or with family, this place would be a fantastic choice. We’ll definitely be back!

Fabulous hotel. We had the 2 bedroom apartment which was huge and very clean. Added bonus is the well equipped gym and free laundry facilities but the highlight is the rooftop bar Ophelia. Great location close to fabulous local restaurants and lots of subway choices.

Great location, roof top bar has wonderful views, but expect prices to be higher because of the ambiance.||We had a one bedroom suite. Clean well maintained. Plenty of room for two people. I only gave a 4 star review because the bathroom across from the exercise room was out of order and the mattress was a little soft in the middle.||We will stay again on our next trip.

My partner and I stayed at the Beekman Tower for 4 nights in Apartment 16A2, a fantastic one bedroomed apartment on the 16th floor with great views of the Queensboro bridge and East river. The Apartment had a quiet, cosy feel away from the hustle and bustle of the city madness which was good. Very close to Midtown and upper east side attractions which suited us well. Kitchen was well equipped, living area was of a good size and bedroom airy. ||I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel owes me money, beware of them. I booked the Beekman tower late last year and I found extra night charges to my credit card. I was told by the agent up front, an older male with a thick accent, who wasn't interested in my issue and took his time to attend to me because he was busy chatting it up with others, to deal with manager Sara Dubow. Well she is very dishonest and has terrible work ethic. After saying she'd take care of it, I never got my money back. The worst part is I was met with a very feisty attitude. Everyone knows the management are the forefront of any business, not her though, she is a liar with no manners. I don't recommend this hotel, unprofessional staff and the worst customer service.

I spent 9 nights in this structure for my stay in Manhattan, the service was fast and efficient, also thanks to the experience of Ayman and Saul who were able to satisfy us in the best way. the room is very spacious with a very comfortable sofa, small flaw for the bathroom a little small and for the lack of sockets next to the bed. the proximity to the center that allowed us to reach any place in midtown Manhattan was undoubtedly the most comfortable thing of the stay. highly recommended
