Great little brew pub in West Seattle. We got Moto Pizza and Street Tacos from Matador and brought them in. Sat tap side and visited with the locals about travel all evening. Fun times!

Can beer selection be any better? Maybe, but I’m new to Seattle and my friend took me to Beer Junction and I don’t ever want to leave. Great pizza and smoked meat places next as well. Favorite spot in West Seattle!

The beer junction is probably the best beer bar in Seattle. Corey (the owner) has incredibly deep knowledge of beer (and other beverages) and employs staff with a rare combination of experience and hospitality. It’s a local legend for a reason!

Nice mix of bottle shop and pub. Personally a lot of enchanting bottles and cans for me. Vast tap lists makes me waver for aeons what to choose in the samplers too. Quite far from downtown area, but totally worth a visit. Crews are also very kind and helping. Free parking available just back of the venue.

O.m.g. SO MANY OPTIONS. I am never in west Seattle, so this was a treat! It's finally dark BEER SEASON. My favorite! Booski took me here to experience the stout life. Everything was delicious and affordable. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Ordered a burger across the stress that was available within minutes. I'm glad we can bring in food from outside. Go make your own memories with endless options for drinks! I left a happy tipsy human!

Great selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (like sparkling hop water). Nice environment, playing cards and stuff at some of the tables.

The Beer Junction is a great place to swing in for take-out beer or to enjoy a draft there; or both! Friendly service coupled with an amazing beer selection is a winning combo!

Not the place to go to find a quick snog, that's right for sure. This place sells good swill in 4oz snifters, and while they have dinosaurs that took around the table having interspecies copulatory frenzies... The spirit is in the beverages and not the scroggages. I normally prefer beer star on a weeknight, but that's simply location oriented Anyways, they have a little street gazebo that seems to have never been used as a sleeping shelter by the local fentanyl fiends, so this makes it better than matador down the street. So you can really have a little Aliester Crowley an Austin Osman Spare energy sitting on a sitting might when normal bedroom culture folk have laid in and you're watching the scrogging dinosaurs and sipping a 4oz porter It don't get better than that. Hail Satan! P.S. at a $2 pour... Let 'em keep the 5 spot...k?

If you are a beer (or cider) lover, look no further! I am frequently in the Junction and have always seen/passed by this spot but surprisingly, have never been inside. A reason came up so I recently went in and it was a lot bigger than I thought it'd be. There were 30ish beers on tap and fridges' galore of canned beers, ciders-- as well as non-alcoholic beverages which I appreciated to see. I was debating between a few of the hazy IPAs so the worker let me sample a few which was very nice. I ended up going with the Dolphin Noises and that was delicious. The vibe in here was so welcoming and chill. I could definitely see it being a great spot to grab a drink after work, meet up with friend, or come to during a sports game. I will note that they do not sell food but they are BYOF so next time I come, I will grab a snack and come here for a drink. They are also dog-friendly which made me very happy!

I really wanted to love this place. Unfortunately, due to the grumpy service I did not. Maybe the two guys were hungover or something. They sent off a negative vibe like I was irritating them and not wanted there. Fortunately, I am a teacher newly on summer vacation vibes so, a few unfriendly grumpy dudes were not going to ruin my day. And the overall vibe of this place was friendly amongst all the patrons. I did notice that they were friendlier to other customers so maybe my expectations of beer chat were just too much for these two grumpy dudes. Ok, now to the beer review. The can selection is crazy huge! The draft list is also huge, and I relied on my own tastes and wants to make choices. Yes, I can do that because I know what I like. #20 Babtized in Blood, Hazy IPA, Holy Mountain, Seattle WA 7% 10/10 Delish. #13 Watermelon Splash Fruited Sour, Lucky Envelope, Seattle WA 5.6% 10/10, refreshing, light and a great summer drinking style beer. #6 Hazy IPA Greetings from Belmont 5.3% 7/10 nothing super special, my opinion #8 "Calcium" Blood Orange Fruited Cider, Elemental Hard Cider, Arlington, WA 6% 10/10 #11 Summer Saison, Holy Mountain 4.9% 0/10 This tasted like no Saison I have ever had before. Heavy and not smooth. In an attempt to make conversation I actually asked the two grumpy dudes about it. Which in turn made them grumpier, but seriously, this Saison tasted and drank more like an IPA. I am not a professed expert, but I have had Saisons before and this one was horrible. Would I come back to the beer junction? Maybe with a group of friends, but not necessarily. Especially when there are so many choices in this part of West Seattle that are a heck of a lot friendlier. The Beer Junction has 30+ beers on tap and 2 long rows of fridges filled with beers. I tried their St Patrick's day special black beer, it was an English style dark ale ($6.25 16oz). Pretty empty on a weekday evening, and they probably have 6 tables and some bar heights to sit at with people watching sports on tv.

I went to this place pre-covid during an Art Walk and was overwhelmed by the selection. It was nice to stop in when it was less busy this past weekend. The have outdoor space set up and 3 tables inside that are very spread apart a a huge window that opens allowing for a lot of air circulation. Being from the East Coast, I'm used to folks in Seattle being nice enough but not very chatty. We ended up staying and chatting with the guy working the front of the house and one of their regular customers for quite a while though! So easy going and welcoming. We tried a couple IPAs and a Sour, all were great. After having a couple drinks we shopped in the store. The variety is so fun, with all of the fridges clearly labeled by beer type. You can find common beers and obscure ones, and it's fun to mix and match. There's also about a half fridge just dedicated to non-alcoholic drinks, and they carry some good ones like Athletic Brewery and Partake, along with some lesser known. It looks like they have space on their tap list for non-alcoholic options too during normal times. Overall we had a great experience and will definitely stop by in the future when we're in the area.

By far has some of the best beer selection I've seen in this area. Plenty of styles and name brands you love.

What makes a taphouse worthwhile? Offering HIGHLY rated beers, and highly rated breweries!! The Beer Junction nails it! I always look for my favorite breweries whenever visiting a tap house. My faves include: Ravenna, Structures, Cloudburst, Urban Family & Great Notion [which is ONLY on tap at a few Seattle spots outside THEIR taproom BTW!] All the beers I had were all delicious! Seems like they only serve the cream of the crop. No pedestrian crap on tap here! I love that they offer many size options too! Sample size (5oz) / 10oz / 16oz. Since I have sooooo much beer at home, I didn't even look at the rows and rows of cases they had with single beers. There was A LOT to choose from! I did spot a Brewing Projekt can in there, on my way to the bathroom. That's a huge bonus right there, and tells me they've got quality stuff! My hubby did get a can of 450 to enjoy at the taproom. We spent $12 to enjoy it on premises. Pretty expensive, but if you are familiar with 450 that is a typical going rate. Overall great spot with great beer! Loved it!

We always like bringing a few beers and ciders back from our trips so we decided to check out The Beer Junction. They have a huge collection of beers, ciders and even sake. They also have a bar when you first walk in where you can sample from a list of 65 options. Cool that they have a different brewery event every Thursday (6:00pm to 8:00pm). There's 39 fridges to browse (triple IPA fest, hops, light & medium bodied, chocolate beer week, dark/strong side, rare/sour/odd & delicious, cider & mead and non-alcoholic) so make sure you have some time to look around. There was a ton of people stocking up by the cartload. - Flight - they offer flights of 4, 5 and 8 (4 oz samples). You write down what you want and prices range from $1.00 US to $6.50 US. We went with Timber City Ginger's imperial ginger brew (#33), Elemental Hard Cider's "calcium" blood orange (#3), Mystic Kombucha's lemon goji berry (#41), Snowdrift Cider's cornice (#38) and Seattle Cider's gin botanical (#45). The only one I really liked was the kombucha. The calcium blood orange wasn't bad but was lacking in blood orange depth. The other three we didn't particularly enjoy. - Nashi chojuro perry ($12.99 US for 355ml) - Tieton Cider Works apricot cider ($2.25 US) - Bad Granny black current ($1.75 US) - Ulee's Light Cider bing cherry ($2.15 US) Didn't love the samples we tried but an interesting variety of drinks to choose from. 3.5 stars.

This place is super fun! When you walk in there is endless options for beers and you can essentially make your own 6pack or just sit down for a drink. I like that they added their outdoor seating, it's fun to get a drink and bring food (they do not serve food, just drinks)

Truly the beer junction. A nice beer hall in west seattle. Has a wide selection of beers. Loads of seating and the place can get pretty packed on weekends. We tried the heffeweiser and another beer with maple syrup it was delicious! They also sell beer for those who want to buy some for home. One is truly spoilt for options at this place. They have snacks but no food at this place. For people from downtown seattle, this place is very similar to Teku Tavern. Will visit this place again and again for a fun beer night at the junction.

When it comes to beer: If they don't have it, you probably don't need it. What's better, they have lots of stuff you never thought you needed, and should likely try. Belly up and sample the extensive taps, get a growler full of your new favorite. Or, peruse the amazing selection of bottles in their extensive retail area and dazzle your favorite hop-head with an exciting rarity. The knowledgeable staff can help steer you in the right direction if you give them some idea of your priorities, flavor-wise. Can be a skosh pricey, but you're paying for an exceptional selection and the ability to sample some outrageously good and hard to find craft beers before you buy. And, the snack selection could be better for sure, but you can bring in food from Picado Bueno next door. If you love a great microbrew, and love exploring new flavors and varietals, Beer Junction is an excellent destination and a good date night vetting venue. Recommended!

Beer selection and knowledgeable staff - friendly and efficient - indoor and outdoor seating

I feel so lucky to have this in our neighborhood. Even when the rest of the city was out of Spaten and Franskaner, the beer junction had both. They have hard to get brews from the UK, Europe, and Asia at decent prices. The bar staff is super helpful and have never had a bad interaction or been snubbed for a beer choice or question. They pour correctly (wheat beer) and use the right glass for the right beer. Their rotating assortment of brews on tap is staggering. The patron vibe is great and folks are open and happy. No power drinkers crying in their beer here! I wish the bar side were a little bigger, but it is a TINY wish. Parking is typically West Seattle, packed, but just take a Lyft or Uber and enjoy. Take a 6-pack home after of new and different beers after enjoying what is on tap.

I love browsing the bottle selection because they have such an interesting variety of beers and ciders! If you ever want to try something new or get your alcoholic friend a thoughtful gift, this is the place to be. The themed weeks are awesome, and they've got some delicious options on tap for coffee beer fest right now. We were able to saunter in on a Saturday afternoon and grab a table! We even snagged a parking spot in the back lot. I've seen people order nachos from next door, and they look awesome. The sushi restaurant across the street isn't bad either--I'm totally ordering from there next time. The bathrooms are cleaner than I would have expected (that's always a delightful surprise). This place is a win-win-win in my book.

Any beer you would ever want is available for purchase either on tap or in their cooler section. Nice mix of beers from across the PNW, and US.

If you haven't read any of my reviews you know your boy loves beer. I can't think of anything I love more other than my corgi, and 90's Hip Hop. Yeah, ladies, I got a corgi, and impeccable knowledge on the Golden Age of Hip Hop. Swoon accordingly. Better yet, lets meet up, and hash this out over a IPA, dog pets, and a choice Preemo beat. You've been put on notice. This might be my favorite tap house in Seattle. I don't frequent it as much as other spots, but only because getting to West Seattle is a bitch. Obviously, the beer makes it my favorite. They always have new, different, and unique beers on tap. I'm always blown away by their selection, and find something new with every venture. They also have an extensive beer selection in cans, and bottles in the coolers that extend to the back of the store. So, if nothing catches your eye out of the 50 or so beers on tap, chances are you'll find something in the back. I don't know if other tap houses offer half pours but this joint does, and it has been a revelation. Why get a full pour, when you can a halfy, and try twice as many beers? Genius! Its usually packed more often or not, but its not obnoxiously loud, and everyone has always been friendly. The patrons here aren't your dark dive, chain-smoking, sad SOBs. The front of the house has bar height seating, seating at the actual bar, and tables along the street facing window. There is also bar height tables to stand at in the back down the center of the shop. Its casual, and inviting. So, if you see your boy sitting outside Beer Junction this summer with a handsome corgi, and fine IPA, come holler. If we vibe I'll spring for a halfy, and explain to you why KRS-One is a top five dead or alive rapper, and why Tupac is the most overrated artist of my generation. Cheers!

This place just gets better and better. I remember coming here a year or so ago before it was discovered and it was good, but not as top notch as it is now. Situated in the middle of California Ave just south of Oregon Ave there's street parking and some parking just behind the business so circle the block to find it. I walked in just after work around 5pm and it has a bristling business and on many occasions there's a tasting event happening. The beer selection is massive and I just end up asking what's the best and I end up getting the best. You can also do flights of beer and have some tastes of many of the to find the one that's right for you taste. They also have a neat ability to can any of there beers in a large can and spike it with some nitrogen. On each time I've been here it's easy to start a conversation with others at the bar area and you can really meet people while enjoying a beer or you can sit and stare at your smart phone too. The Beer Junction is so discovered now, that you need to be careful about timing your visit as you may find there's nothing but standing room because, well it's discovered.

Extensive selection on tap, and even more to browse in the refrigerated section. I like the location and it's got decent seating space inside. A great spot! Nice staff, who are knowledgeable and helpful.

With an insane selection of cans (and a few bottles) and an impressive draft list, you can't go wrong stopping at The Beer Junction. I've found some rare cans from CA on occasion, and the local WA beer selection is fantastic. Last but not least, the prices are cheaper than Chuck's, and I think it's better laid out (good signage). Last but not least, the people working there are truly helpful! Top notch all around.

Our party of 6 couldn't find a table to eat-in at Supreme, so we ordered our pizza to-go and ventured into Beer Junction. I'm not a huge beer drinker, but had recently done a beer tasting, so I was pleasantly surprised to discover the VAST selection of brews at Beer Junction. They seriously have something for everyone. I'm a huge fan of sour beers and was thrilled to see they have a great selection of these as well. The service was prompt and friendly, but the real star of this establishment is their insane collections of beers, ability to bring in outside food, and ample seating. If you have a friend who is a beer lover or someone who has never tried beer before, bring them here and blow their mind. Only downside: They close really early (around 11p). Note: There is a small fee ($2) to open any of the individual beers you buy if you drink them there. They also have a lot to choose on tap.

Nice selection of beers. Relaxed vibe when we went. Space is a bit cramped and not super comfortable but, it's about the beer.

The Beer Junction is the highlight of West Seattle for me. I live downtown, so I was surprised to find out about this place. I was shocked with the amount of beer they have on tap. I was also excited to see the variety of beers that they sell in cans and bottles. They had some hard to find beers here from other countries along with many local WA beers. When it comes to beer, I'd highly recommend The Beer Junction. I felt that I was able to find any beer that I could possibly want and they have very good prices, especially to beer places I frequent downtown. They also seem to host many events, so I'm hoping that I can make it to one soon.

We come here to grab a pint and we also come to select beers/ciders to enjoy at home. What more can you ask for? They have an excellent selection of beer on tap (I've never been disappointed, they always have so many IPAs to choose from), but they also have an amazing selection of bottled and canned beer to enjoy there or to enjoy at home. Often times, we will just go to Beer Junction to grab beer/cider to go. It's that good. I also love that you can bring food in to eat while you knock one down. There are a lot of places in the area that do takeout, so the hardest part is deciding what kind of food to bring in to enjoy with your beer. 10/10 would recommend.

Selection, selection, selection... isn't that what we want as Americans??? This place has an incredible beer selection. Such a great addition to White Center. Family friendly, date friendly, mid day drinking friendly. Go here ! Try beer ! Support small business !

SIX STARS!!!!! SIX STARS!!!!!!!!!! I can't say enough about this place that hasn't already been lovingly spewed by another similarly impressed Yelper, but... man! Exceeds my every expectation. Service was spectacular. Not only do the folks behind the bar take care of you and answer all your stupid questions, but they are SUPER knowledgeable about all things beer! (Well... duh) My gracious West Seattle host and I bellied up to the bar, ordered a few tasters, got a lil tipsy, took another sweeping look around, and walked outta there with $100 worth of whatnot. And my GWSH isn't even a huge beer drinker! I'm a bad influence. Bathroom is a little weird situation, but nothing to write home about. PS. According to my GWSH, the 3 hour parking limit in back is strictly enforced!!! Thankfully we made it outta there just under three hours lol.

Seriously awesome stop in West Seattle! They have a ton of taps here, about 30 ish. They range from IPA's to pale/mild to darker, to sours to ciders, so something for everyone! I had a Belgian beer which was only $7 for 16 oz, not too bad. There is so much to choose from on tap it can be difficult to make a decision which isn't a bad thing! They also have a ton of cases of beer! If you're looking for something unique that you can't find anywhere else, chances are it is probably here. There are numerous local beers and many international beers which range from Mikkeler to German and Belgian bottles. I will definitely stop here again and I would recommend it to any beer lover!

What is there to say about the B-Junction that hasn't already been said? This place is, to put it simply, perfect. They do one thing and they do it well: beer. Okay, yes, they have cider too but seriously...this is a beer junkie's paradise. What's your favorite brewed poison? If they don't have it on tap, they'll have it in a bottle. And the service is fast and friendly, too. Get a seat by the window and people-watch. It's great!

This place is AMAZING!!! I'm kinda new to the whole craft beer phenomenon BUT I have recently gotten balls deep into it. Beer Junction has an extensive selection of beers and ciders for sale in bottles, cans or on tap. I can spent HOURS in this place, seriously! I treated myself to a Keg Growler last time I visit. The staff there is very helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend Beer Junction to any and everyone who has an appreciation for awesome beers!!!!

Today was my tenth visit to The Beer Junction, give or take. If you think about the most important traits of an amazing beer establishment, smack at the top of the list would be interesting beers. My visit today was during their 4th annual Pumpkin Junction event. Twenty four . . . count 'em, TWENTY FOUR pumpkin beers on tap, from all over the United States. My flight of beers today included five of the most impressive gourd brews that I have sampled this season. The next thing you would hope for would be a knowledgeable, friendly staff, who would not only suggest beers, but give you the sense that they truly love what they do, as well as the beers that they serve. This has come across in every interaction that I have had at The Beer Junction. And finally, a fun atmosphere, where fellow quaffers share good times, enjoying our favorite beverage in a wonderful place, resulting in an enhanced experience. This, for me, is? You guessed it, The Beer Junction. It's the kind of place that you look for excuses to visit, even if it's 100 miles from your home, as it is for me.

This place is so cool! They have anything you could ever imagine. I've never found a beer store with more unique options!

Great beer selection, nice atmosphere, and friendly staff. We have been in a couple times all the way from Silverdale! Worth the drive and ferry ride for sure.

The beers here are great! Such a HUGE selection! Beers, ciders, tons of locals! My complaint is simple-but the reason I wouldn't return---customer service is poor. The staff seem to have little to no patience for the patrons coming through the door. No hello, no greeting at all, no education on the beer on tap, and a rude demeanor explaining the procedure in purchasing cans from back and drinking them on the premises. I'm a stickler for good hospitality, and this place failed me.

Can't believe it took me so long to review one of my favorite regular places. Literally hundred of beers from around the world, friendly knowledgeable help. Casual place. No food but bring it from anywhere in the junction. Hang out. Watch sports on three huge TVs. Did I mention they have Belgian and German beer (my favorites)? Beer flights if you are into tasting. Just go. Then know. And if you like pina coladas...

A beer drinker's heaven... Lots of beer on tap. And I mean a lot of beer! And don't stop there... they have lots of additional beer and other beverages in their chillers. Including sake, ciders, nonalcoholic drinks, and pretty much anything you'll need to have an awesome party or solo night of exploratory sampling of new beverages.

Great selection! We like ordering a tasting flight for variety. We often walk away with new favorites. It is definitely worth a visit.

Was really enjoying Beer Junction becoming one of my staple destinations in West Seattle. Then as the weather warmed up and I began walking with my dog along California Ave., bouncing in and out of places, I was disappointed to find that Beer Junction does not allow dogs. Take note, Beer Junction: People in Seattle walk around with their dogs and drink beer. It's what they do. I wouldn't actually be as peeved as I am if the employee informing me of such rule hadn't been so rude and attacking about it.

Wide selection of beers, and a pretty cool hang out spot for a small group! Kind of wish there was more tables in the back. It gets crowded and parking can be tough, but it's definitely worth a short walk.

While this place seems like it has everything, good prices, a good beer selection, and a cozy atmosphere my experience here was a little lackluster. The service my partner and I got here was not great, our bartender was not very friendly, but we saw other bartenders who seemed to really be clicking with the patrons. We only went to the bar once and the bartender we saw just seemed annoyed to be there (maybe just a bad day), but it definitely affected our desire to stick around. I'm not sure we will be back, but if we do I hope we have a different bartender/ or the one that we did see is in a better mood...

Great place for draft beer and not only. Check out the inside of the store with amazing selection of bottled beers from different countries and US regions. There is something new to try every time I stop by. Great place!

This place has just gotten better over time. A wider selection, always friendly and helpful service, and a nice neighborhood atmosphere that makes me feel welcome every time I come by. So happy this place exists in Seattle.

I think the only negative criticism I could find buried within my conscience would be that there should be 2 or 3 locations of Beer Junction! I love this place with all my heart and their beer prices / selection are second to NONE. There have been a number of times I've wanted a specific limited-release beer that is sold out of everywhere else I've called or checked in the city, but Beer Junction will still have one or two bottles left. They are awesome and the staff is very helpful. It does get a bit more crowded than I like to deal with sometimes, but that's just because they're good at what they do.

I was in tonight to pick up something. The gentleman working was extremely friendly, helpful, and informative. I wish there were more people like him in Seattle. When someone asks where to go for beer; I point them in this direction. Cheers Mate.

One of my favorite craft drinking spots and they have great taps and events. Never had a problem parking on the street but they do have free 3 hour and entrance behind the building. Bottle selections are outstanding and very well organized. This place can get really crowded esp. when they have events. They open at 11 am and is pretty empty if you want to just relax and enjoy a beer. No food except peanuts and chips but they do have a food delivery folder.
