The 16 Best Restaurants & Pubs In The Cotswolds - Cotswolds - The Infatuation
"You could play country pub bingo at The Bell Inn and quickly have a full card. Mounted animal heads? Two. Stone fireplace with Berghaus fleece-wearers sipping pinot noir? Check. Beams? Chunky and plentiful. But your first bite of bone marrow-smeared flatbread tells you that this isn’t your average Cotswolds boozer. Groups celebrate birthdays with near-perfect Sunday roasts and outside, cyclists stop by for charred anchovy pizzas and pints. Book ahead, this Langford pub is rightly very popular." - sinead cranna
The Bell Inn, Langford - Review - Langford - Cotswolds - The Infatuation
"You could play country pub bingo at The Bell Inn and quickly have a full card. Mounted animal heads? Two. Stone fireplace with Berghaus fleece-wearers sipping pinot noir? Check. Beams? Chunky and plentiful. But your first bite of bone marrow-smeared flatbread and one glance at the chic gallery wall tells you that this isn’t your average Cotswolds boozer. Groups celebrate birthdays while next to them a couple celebrates not having to cook with a near-perfect Sunday roast. Outside, with garden table seating, it’s more casual, with cyclists stopping by for seasonal pub classics, charred anchovy and caper pizzas, and pints. Book ahead because this Langford pub is rightly very popular—with locals and visitors alike.

"The Bell Inn’s rustic charm is hard to resist with its cosy bar, impressive inglenook fireplace, stone walls and 16C origins. The appealing menu offers a mix of pub favourites, restaurant style dishes and homemade pizzas, which are brought to the table by a friendly team. Nicely furnished bedrooms complete the picture." - Michelin Inspector

Amazing and inventive food. Be bold and just tapas yourself up! Get a ton of small plates to share and relish the variety, quality of both cooking and ingredients. Great pint of beer too!

Our third time eating at and second time staying here, and as excellent as ever. Room, food, atmosphere, beer, everything is wonderful, but what really stood out was the service from barman/waiter, he was so polite and attentive, and really deserves a mention!

Lovely country inn with great food. Stayed over in the rooms which are very well done but could do with changing out the winter duvet, it's May! Bit of a Sweaty night!

Sunday lunch at the pub, we did not stay overnight so I cannot rate the rooms. However, the lunch was fantastic - excellent quality dishes, very tasty and such good value for money. Highly recommend the Lamb roast to share between 4 people. We were so surprised by the portion, as it was so big! Very nice wine list with many different labels at different price points. The house wines are pretty decent for a pub. Very cozy atmosphere with the fireplace - ideal for a wintery Sunday.
