If I could give this place a 0 I would. I order from here through Caviar because the food looked good and I wanted to support black business. The food I got was old, cold, and not even what I ordered. They sent me food with no sides that I paid for. When I called and left a message no one called me back. The food look so bad that we couldn't even eat them. $70 dollars in the trash along with this food.

Review is after a visit on 8/22/2021: Third time ever coming here, and just like I said after the previous times, it will not be my last. Not sure what the complaints about the establishment are, but customer service, the quality of food, and wait time get a solid 5/5 for me. Shoutout to the young guys who were in there today.

This restaurant needs to be shut all the way down!!! I ordered from Uber eats and picked up my order. Half of the order was missing. When I went back to dispute it the staff there was so unprofessional and rude!! This hole in the wall will be hearing from my lawyer and the department of health! There is so much integrity issues it’s not funny! There’s an extensive menu, items being ordered is not even prepared there. And they were so nonchalant about the entire issue. Me giving them a 1star is being kind!! They deserve a zero and to be shut down!!! The restaurant was filthy and there was a dirty sneaker under the table where the food is being left! DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

This place actually shocked me . I came around 10 mins before closing , everything was fresh , I asked for my food extra crispy everything was on point and well seasoned , the fries are also like a garlic butter idk it’s good lmao . Customer service was great too thanks guys

Won't be back....a salad with no tomatoes.. or cucumbers and then bring questioned about how often do we eat and if we "do" this to every restaurant..... is all a recipe for me to not go back... EVER!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would! It would be even better if I could give negative stars. The customer service with the MANAGER, was soooo horrible it could be recorded and used as a tutorial video during manager training sessions on what NOT TO DO. When I called to explain to the manager that I ordered 3 fried platters 2 fish,shrimp,fries and 1 shrimp and fries and that we only received 1 2oz portion of tartar sauce and ketchup she said “you got what you got” because they were out of the sauce apparently. Don’t understand how you can be out of KETCHUP and TARTAR sauce but think it would be a acceptable thing to send only 1 2oz portion of ketchup an tartar sauce. Then when the customer calls the best answer you can give them is “we are out so you got what you got” and hang up... Then when I call back multiple times to speak to someone higher up “the owner” I am told they are not there. WELL OBVIOUSLY THEY AREN’T THERE BECAUSE I WOULDN'T BE SPEAKING TO YOU AT THIS POINT! So when I asked for a contact I was again hung up on. She was so incredibly nasty and rude. Last, as we went to taste the food the fish tasted old and the texture was very chewy and slimy. Not anything near a fried fish texture even after being in a container for an hour. Now I’m trying to dispute it through door dash for this $60 meal I received. IF YOU’RE READING THIS DO NOT GO THERE! Save your money and your time!.
