Great food. Great place. Wonderfully friendly people. We had the quesabirria tacos and grilled cheese. Both were amazing. Super friendly atmosphere and in a cool little space as a bonus. Plenty of seating. We went during the day but would think it would only be cooler at night.

The service, the food, the atmosphere and the vibes were everything! I appreciate the great hospitality from Melissa an employee ensuring that we had the best of the best. She made the ordering process of our first time being here seamless as she assisted us in recommending certain items. 10/10 experience! Will be back!

I give this food truck a 10/10 on service, atmosphere & food. The taste was there, the ladies working were very kind. There’s things to do while you wait or after you eat. The best restaurant that sells Barria tacos HANDS DOWN. I know a chef that personally makes them for me and these are very similar. My family and I will be coming often! Good job to the QUEEN💕

This is the best place for all things birria! I’m not even vegan but I loved the vegan quesadillas. The beef birria ramen was also excellent. The watermelon guava limeade quenched my thirst. If you haven’t already visited The Birria Queen, what are you waiting for???

Delicious vegan quesadilla! 🤤 I mean really good. Cheese melted in the tortilla just right. Also great taste, smell and texture.😋 I also enjoyed the watermelon guava limeade. I never thought to mix those flavors in a drink but it definitely tastes great! Wonderful service as well. I definitely recommend this food truck and will try other vegan items on the menu when in the area!

I thought the prices were reasonable. great customer service, and well seasoned. I tried all the tacos, and I liked all the tacos, except the shrimp. The shrimp was chewy, small. Very well seasoned and great sauces. Lemonade was very tangy and very small, not worth five bucks. overall, I will return for the tacos and great service. quick.

This was my first visit to The Birria Queen, and let me just say – I get the hype! The tacos were absolutely delicious – rich, juicy, and full of flavor in every bite. You can tell there’s real passion behind the food. The aesthetics of the place is on point – it’s vibrant, welcoming, and totally Instagram-worthy without trying too hard. It has that perfect blend of comfort and cool, where you feel at home and like you’re somewhere special all at once. What really made my visit unforgettable, though, was the customer service. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and clearly proud of the work they do. That kind of positive energy is rare, and it made the whole experience even better. I’m only in town for a bit, but I’m already planning my next visit. The Birria Queen is officially on my must-return list! 🌮👑

First off this place is a definite 10/10. From the presentation of the food, to the exceptional customer service and the welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be visiting again. I ordered the salmon tacos and they were to die for. Don’t walk run!! Oh and it’s black owned ❤️✊🏾

This is my second time here pulling up on THE BIRRIA QUEEN. She always polite and the food is hot and ohhhh sooooo good!!!! I dod the mix and chose two vegan birria and two shrimp. The vegan condiments just as good as the shrimp. I was dipping almost every bite. Flavor is their not salty or over spicy just a great blend I will be making this a regular stop. The menu also has Elotes and Quesadilla and glass bottle soda.

One of those places that you might underestimate due to the advertising and hype but these were REALLY good birria quesadillas. Are they the most authentic? Probably not. Are they overly stuffed? Also no. But they're super tasty and their pressure sauce is great and even the consomé is very flavorful. They have a nice crunch and simplicity that makes it all work and probably makes them easier to make. With how much hype this place has, efficiency is key so I can't be mad at the size or simplicity. Pretty competitively priced compared to other popular birria spots in town, too.

I'm not gonna hold ya'll but this birria slaps! Seriously, I didn't wanna even review bc ya'll might make the lines longer! I literally crave these tacos on a weekly basis. I order on the app before going to save myself some wait time. My go to order is the chicken birria tacos and nobody makes them better than the queen!

Came here off the recommendation of a friend and enjoyed it. Although it's just a food truck, it definitely packed some good food. I had the beef quesadilla and it was a good size. If I'm ever in the area I would go back to try some more.

I've heard a lot about the Birria Queen and have always been unable to make it. But today I was able to make it. I missed the location a couple of times but finally found it. I got there with about forty minutes before closing. I ordered the chicken quesadilla birria and the chicken ramen. My total was about $25 for both. Let's start with the quesadilla. They were good but nothing that really stood out. My ramen though. Still piping hot after being left out. It was delicious and so filling. My only gripe is I should've asked for no onions cause they were over powering. Overall I would definitely go back to try the different ramen they have.

The service was great! They give you a little buzzer to let you know when your order is ready. The food was delicious! I actually ran into the owner at The BOOT and she asked us to stopped by and it is literally around the corner from me. So run don't walk and try this amazing food. While you wait there are plenty of games for you to play!! It's outdoorsy so be mindful of the sunny days we have in H-Town but a nice area to hang out when it's nice and cool!!

The ambiance was great far a nice cool day. There ample outdoor seating and several tables with umbrellas. There are also games you can play like corn hole, and yard connect 4. The service was good. The young lady working in the trailer was friendly. She asked if it was our first time eating there (we said yes) and thanked us for trying out Birria Queen. The food came out quick and hot just the way I like it. We tried the beef quesadilla and that came out with a side of green salsa and consume. This was very delicious. The cheese was melted and the ratio of beef to cheese was just right. We dipped this in both sauces and it was amazing. The second plate was the choose 4. This option was very nice because it gave us the chance to try 2 different types of tacos. The first on I tried was the beef quesabirria. Like the quesadilla the ratio of meat and cheese was perfect and the flavor of the beef was savory and melted in your mouth. When you paired this with the green salsa and the consume it was fireworks. The chicken was equally as good. We finished this with the watermelon guava limeade. This was a great way to finish the meal. The only thing that would have made the limeade better was a hint of mint, but it was definitely a must when eating at Birria Queen. Overall I would highly recommend eating at Birria Queen. We will definitely be back.

We're in the city for a girl's weekend trip. My friend had this food truck on her list after seeing recommendations from Tabitha Brown and Keith Lee (food critic). We made this our lunch stop after leaving the airport. I had the chicken quesadilla and substituted the beef consommé for garlic consommé. I chose the quesadilla because I prefer flour tortillas. My friend had the chicken tacos which are on corn tortillas. They have tables with umbrellas so we were able to enjoy our food immediately, and enjoyed it we did. The chicken was moist and flavorful. Everyone agreed that The Birria Queen was an excellent choice. Also, we were here on a Thursday afternoon so we did not have to wait in line for our food.

The food was Queen level! We were in Houston for a cruise and I looked up this food truck, we went, and it did not disappoint! The only disappointment is that I have to go to Houston from Las Vegas to get it again!

I gladly drive across town for her birria tacos when I want them. They are always fresh, delicious and satisfying. I get chicken birria tacos everytime and often times add a lemonade. $20 dinner that never disappoints.

Amazing food truck! Their birria is on par with the best places in the city! Be sure to check them out. They are in a makeshift parking lot with a bunch of other food trucks. Great spot to please everyone! Pro tip: also a great spot for Vegans. Their vegan birria also did not disappoint.

Surprisingly really delicious!! The smells and flavor were there. A tad bit salty but still super good. The area the truck was in is really nice area too. Very clean.

This a good truck located in the Almeda food truck park. There is only street parking available. The customer service from the owner was great. The was good and I love the crunch shells. I love the variety of Birria options available including a vegan option that was delicious. I recommend you check this food truck out

If I could give 10 stars i most definitely would ! The food, the customer service, the presentation definitely exceeds my expectations! The owner is an amazing woman and has great customer service and the staff also has top tier customer service. I was able to order through Uber eats pick up and it was very convenient. I tried the 4 queens mix: one beef, one chicken, one shrimp, and one vegan taco. And the flavor the sauces the freshness of everything literally has my mouth watering as i type this. The vegan taco was soooooo good i literally thought i was eating meat i couldn't even tell it was a vegan taco. I also tried the watermelon gauva limeade and BABYYEEEEEEE that limeade was so refreshing and delicious im going to have to buy two next time. I high recommend checking out The Birria Queen if your looking for some FIRE BIRRIA TACOS and she even frys the tortillas literally AMAZING !

Vibe- They are operating out of a food truck park located on Almeda. There's a few places to sit and eat so that's neat. It's always a good idea to check their Instagram page for any updates! Customer service- Great! The owner and the people working with her were nice. Food/drinks- I got the 4 vegan quesabirria tacos and OMG!! They were so good and full of flavor!! Parking- You'll have to park on the street. I got to the food truck park about 15 minutes before they opened and found a park right away.

The service was amazing they were super kind!! It was really a great place, I loved the corn hole and mini golf right next to the truck- super fun and cute!

I had high hopes for the food based on the pictures and the reviews. I ordered a beef quesadilla, which was filled and a good size. The downside, extremely salty, like not palatable, and was so oily that we had to use a paper towel to remove the sitting oil. We also ordered beef tacos which was extremely salty as well and oily. The sauce on the side lacked a good flavor profile. For the amount of money we paid it was beyond disappointing. Just disappointing

This place was good!!! And I mean good! It is a good truck! And be ready to wait!! And I mean wait!!!! Get yourself a folding chair or sum. It was our first time there, but I will definitely be back.

Oh my lord Jesus.. I'm from cali so I'm SO happy I found a taco spot that will do me right out here! I had the chicken tacos and I substituted for vegan cheese. So damn good imma be thinking about them until I eat there again

Omgggg! I'm in love listen yall I have this new found obsession with birria tacos, but babyyyy when I tell you I damn near crashed trying to pull up to this spot to taste these tacos. I had never heard of this spot until I was passing by and the signs caught my eye! So I busted a u-turn so quick to check them out. I ended up buying the sampler where it had the chicken, beef, shrimp, crawfish and another one I can't remember because I ate them too damn fast lol. Yall these tacos were by far tha best birra tacos I've ever had! And the watermelon guava juice is good and refreshing! I love the pink truck and that it's owned by a beautiful queen that looks like me! The ladies working were nice and the food took no time to be ready! I will be back!

Great tacos for sure. Definitely a must try and the hype is real. Its a truck and it was 104 outside but it's worth the wait (10 minutes or less).

My bf and I were in the area and searched birria tacos near by and this place popped up , so we decided to try unfortunately it was very disappointing. This is not authentic birria , doesn't taste anything like birria . This place is making beef tacos with cheese and labeling it as birria .

I was prepared to drop a start for the wait, which was every bit of 20 minutes, but I'm currently sitting in my car licking my fingers and telling you that these are worth the wait! I got the beef and baaaayyyybbbeeeehhhhh! Them thangs are so dang good! They are on the small side, about the size If street tacos, but pack full of onions, cilantro, incredibly tender beef, and melty cheese. The onions are chopped larger than I prefer but I just scooped some out and it was fine. The meat is so well seasoned and the cheese isn't too much at all. I even love the slightly crispy tortillas, which is unusual for birria. I get it now. I do. And that watermelon guava limeade?? Just know thatI got out of the car, went back, and bought another bottle before I left. Had to! Do your mouth a favor and stop by, but not if you're on a time crunch. If you only have 30 minutes for lunch, skip this place and come back on your off day. I can only imagine the lines during peak hours lawdhamercy.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The beef birria tacos with the garlic dipping sauce is mouth watering delicious and they are made fresh to order so there is alittle wait but the tacos are worth it. It can get busy and since it's in a open lot there isn't much shade so it's best to go on a cooler day. But they do have a decent amount of outdoor seating where you can eat your food while enjoying some music.

Birria Queen serves up some truly delicious crunchy birria tacos. For ~$15-$20 a pop, you can get 4 Quesabirrias with meat topping of your choice and a delicious dipping sauce. Food was quickly delivered from food truck. Just be prepared to double park, as the yard where the trucks sit has virtually no actual parking spots and area can seem a bit sketchy at night.

Best birria tacos I have ever had and please don't get me started on the birria ramen! Sadly, I don't live in Houston, but I pray they bring a location to Jersey soon because I might have to go back to H town just to get the queens food. Tacos- Every part is season to perfection. Consommé is out of this world. Literally worth every penny and more, but the star of the show for me is the ramen. The broth is so flavorful. Full of meat and cooked to perfection. Her homemade limeade and churro poundcake is also a must. You will not regret stopping by.

Let me tell y'all about these bomb tacos from The Birria Queen, food truck. I had the 4 Queens mix with 2 chicken and 2 beef tacos. When I say they were delicious.. they were DELICIOUS!!!! It was my first time having this type of taco and all I can think is what took me so long?? But now that know, prepare to be sick of me! Please go check The birria queen at the food truck park located at 4501 Almeda road. She has such a kind soul and is very hospitable and friendly.

Good birria from a food truck, but very over priced. Paid $5 for the guava limeade in this Houston summer heat and was given 2 warm drinks. Would've appreciated a heads up so I could've just grabbed a drink from a gas station or something. The food itself was a solid 5/10.

Absolutely the best food truck in the city. If there's a line, I'm waiting every time. I think one of the worst things in life is spending money on food and then being disappointed AND LET ME TELL YOU, that has NEVER HAPPENED HERE. It's soooooo consistent. Worth every penny any day of the week. My fav is the beef bc they have an incredible amount of flavor. Don't sleep on the chicken and shrimp though bc they are delicious as well. I also like that the truck is in the middle of the city so I don't have to drive far. Repeat customer here, there is no other place I will get Birria except for this place. Y'all keep it up

BEST VEGAN BIRRIA TACOS in HOUSTON! . These vegan ones had the jackfruit in sub of meat and these were so good, I couldn't resist but take 2 more orders home for the next day! Flavor in every bite and the consommé was so flavorful, I could have it everyday. . They also use the same consommé to make vegan Birria Ramen. . The watermelon drink was just as good. A place I would highly recommend. . For those not familiar with Birria Tacos, they are meat stew bathed in a melange of chiles and spices, giving it a deep, red hue. Birria tacos feature tortillas filled with the stew's tender, juicy meat(jackfruit in this case). The tortillas are filled with meat and thrown on the griddle, giving them their Instagram-worthy look and addictively crispy exterior. Birria tacos are served with the consommé, or broth from the stew, on the side, topped with onions and cilantro. The tacos are dipped in the consommé, making for a multisensory gastronomic experience that people can't seem to get enough of.

I Ioveee a good taco & The Birria Queen delivered! I met the owner at the nail salon and she was so nice. She told me about her food truck and it's close to me so I had to slide through. I got the Four Queens Mix with the Watermelon Guava Limeade and it was delicious!

The tacos here are absolutely delicious! My favorite is the vegan taco, but the crawfish tacos are a close second. In my opinion, the garlic sauce takes everything up a notch. The service is excellent. The staff is very efficient and friendly. I will definitely be back.

So... I gave it another chance. I figured maybe it was the bottom of the pot last time where all the salt settled or something so I'm not going to write off just yet. So this time I ordered the same tacos and was able to get the limeade (skipped the cake) and it was delicious. Definitely think I just caught it on an off day. So glad I tried it again. The birria tacos here are the best Ive had in Houston mostly do to the well seasoned meat with little grease flooding your plate. Ordered 2 beef & 2 chicken tacos ($22) and still can't decide which I prefer better. The pusher sauce is just enough spicy kick to not light your mouth on fire and enjoy all the flavors of the taco at the same time. Tacos are made fresh so it is a bit of wait time but worth it.

Omg! These tacos make my mouth water when I think of them. I always order the Beef Tacos, however, the chicken and shrimp are also PRESSSSSUREEEE! I love how it's nicely nestled at the 4501 Almeda food truck park, so I can also get a CBD coffee and some desserts!! My goodness the way that meat is seasoned and has that Birria sauce it's a perfect blend of crunch and juice. I love the green sauce, I'm not a fan of super spicy but it's perfectly in the middle where I'm not running for water! Don't forget to get the sweet Watermelon Guava Punch to add to this perfection, it's juice and homemade! Will be back

I've been eating The Birria Queen for years and so glad she's finally open and at The Food Truck Park OFF ALMEDA TOO!!!! Baby, I my favorite is the vegan tacos but trust me EVERYTHING is AMAZING! Fresh food, fresh ingredients just FRESH!!!! Their green aka PRESSURE SAUCE is sOo good! I can't wait for them to start selling it by the bottle!
