When most people think of Tiffany & Co they think of the exquisite jewelry, handbags, and dishware, but unless your thinking of the movie you don't think of breakfast or brunch! If your looking for a high end treat with that special someone, the Blue Box Cafe in Tiffany & Co provides a fun and memorable experience. The service was exceptional, and the food was beautifully presented, though the flavors were a little lacking for this pricey stop. Getting a reservation requires some well in advance planning, but it again it was a very memorable experience. We certainly enjoyed everything, but it would not be something we would do again as NYC has much better offerings for breakfast and brunch at the same or lower price point. Overall it was fun and worth at least a one time visit.

I had a beautiful afternoon tea with my daughter at The Blue Box Cafe within the first month of its opening in December 2017. The Tiffany Blend tea was absolutely delicious and a must. You can even purchase this tea to take home. The service staff were very friendly and accommodating and the food was lovely. We had the high tea option with yummy scones, sandwiches and the cutest exclusive Tiffany cakes ever. Everything was yummy. I have since made reservations for family members so they can enjoy this amazing experience. Booking a table on the Resy app is actually an easy process, however very frustrating because hundreds of people from all over the world are trying to book at the exact same time. As soon as tables become available they are gone within a second. You need to be ready and not lose hope. Turn your notifications on and click on it as soon as it pops up on your phone. People cancel all the time so you will get opportunities to book, but you need to be quick. The cafe itself is quite small and doesn’t have a lot of tables available, which is why it’s so difficult to get a table. They don’t take walk-ins either but if you are in the area, pop into the fourth floor of Tiffany’s and have a look at the beautiful homewares surrounding the cafe. You can purchase some of the lovely tea cups and products they use in the cafe so you can have your own Blue Box Cafe experience at home.

Our entire group of 4 enjoyed our meal. Even the husbands, who were both a little hesitant. The staff was friendly and we had excellent service. I didn't have any trouble getting a reservation on the first try. I was logged in and ready to go once reservations opened. So glad we got to experience breakfast at Tiffany's.

The staff at Tiffany & Co are extremely friendly and really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. After some shopping we headed to the Blue Box Cafe located on the 4th floor. You have to make reservations 30 days in advice. Make sure you set up an account and have an credit card on file so your reservation booking goes smoothly. The reservations are released daily at 9am sharp. They go very quickly! If you put your name on a notification list you will receive emails when spots become available due to cancellations. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

The experience was absolutely amazing! The waitlist is extremely hard to get on, but if you can get a reservation, you will love every minute of it. The food was very good, but the best part was just being able to look down at the street and see all the people passing by, and the historical “Tiffany Blue” themed cafe. The staff was very friendly and took pictures for us. Overall, it was a great time!

(All my reviews are overall) For the strain of making a reservation, I thought the place was very nice and small but the food did not have the best flavors. I think the best part was the clean crisp water, smooth hot coffee and the fresh fruit. Seats were comfortable and wide. Small area kept the noise at a low level. Waiters were very professional and assisted in everything we needed. Besides that, it's blue, it's in Tiffany's and it's small. All around, okay.

Great experience - breakfast at Tiffanys is a fun experience to have. Loved the interior, plates and food presentation. Service was excellent. Some people have said it's expensive for what it is and suggest don't go if your out for a bargain meal... It's Tiffany and the quality you should expect from the brand. But you should book in advance if you want to go, it only seats 39 and so many people rock up on the day hoping to get in... Won't happen.

May be I was expecting more on the part of food. Love the atmosphere, instagram-worthy decorations but unfortunately the price and the food didn't match. The service was amazing and we all ordered "the afternoon tea" and it was $98/pp. I'm expecting a glass of champagne AND unlimited tea for that price but you had to choose one. Out of three tiers, two of them were sweets. They should do two tiers of savory and just one tier of sweet because most of the desserts were creamy or mousse consistency and heavy, I literally felt sick after eating it all.

I made the reservation 30-days prior as instructed, and I was in for an 11:15a spot. Personally, I didn't want a table but the bar/counter area since it was also for walk-ins and I didn't want to take up a table for other parties. Coordinating this part via email was done smoothly. Arrived a little before 11a, checked in, and let them know again I wanted the counter. Returned back a little before my reservation time, and about four people were getting ready to leave within minutes of one another. Those people-regardless if they're tourists or locals-were very friendly, talking about what they enjoyed and they hoped we enjoyed our time as well, which was a nice start to an early lunch. Knowing what I was going to order, I went with what seemed to be the most popular of 'Holly's Favorites' which consisted of a mini butter croissant, jam (possibly of the day), and a choice of either coffee, tea, or hot chocolate (which I went with). I thought the 'Fresh Fruit Juice' was also a beverage option, but I was pleasantly surprised to find out this was included, more on that later. Please note this favorite selection is only served until noon, so I'm glad I came when I did. Figured I might as well take advantage while I had the opportunity to be here, so I dove in and ordered the Vichyssoise off their seasonal menu, minus the caviar (they don't deduct the price which I wasn't expecting anyway, but I wasn't about to ruin a perfectly good soup on its own with that addition). The butter croissant was about what you would expect, but what made this amazing was the jam that came with it, something I love but never have enough of and that is pear jam. I thought it was going to be apricot or something similar but when the bartender confirmed pear, I couldn't have been happier. I loaded up and tried to eat as delicately as possible but this was so good. There was also a madeline, which wasn't on the online menu, but I'll take it! The hot chocolate was also better than expected, and I think I detected a slight hint of cinnamon. Now for that fresh fruit juice, I was a little put off at the orange color since I thought it would have been straight carrot juice, but this was a highlight. This glass of 'Golightly' juice contained carrot, orange, pineapple, mango, and ginger. I was not expecting to like this so much, but it really was refreshing! Now for that soup; the presentation was beautiful (as photographed) but the surprise was that this was served warm and not chilled as I am accustomed to. And it was still so delicious. Instead of potato chips which was mentioned on the online menu, there was a tiny almost crescent-shaped hash brown, which was flavorful on its own. I did my hardest not to devour everything I had here, but for what it's worth, it all hit the spot. Service was friendly, and I couldn't have had a better late morning meal. This was a great way to start off my first official day back in New York. The only let down was not the fault of the cafe, but the older lady seated on one side of me wouldn't shut up on her cellphone during her meal while the guy with her just sat there looking miserable, while the younger couple on my other side in contrast seemed sweet. They were there for their anniversary, and you could tell they were first timers. He made the effort to wear a trendy but nice jacket, and I saw they had a Happy Anniversary chocolate on their Holly's Favorite platter which was thoughtful. Although you can chance being a walk-in, I'd make a reservation just to be safe since you can always cancel. I wish I had the chance to try this place out prior to Covid when they first opened, but better late than never. I would definitely enjoy a return visit when back in the city-

Perfect afternoon brunch! One of a kind and cute experience. Also, a great place to bring friends that are visting from out of town. Beautiful ambiance, love the Tiffany blue box decorative ceiling. The service and staff were great and welcoming! I'll definitely come back to try their seasonal specials and desserts!

Made a reservation a month in advance and put myself on the the waitlist and got an evening spot at 630pm (whole building closes at 8pm). Was able to see a couple of brunch times open up but decided to keep the evening time due to daytime plans. Restaurant located on 6th floor. Arrive early so you can browse around the newly remodeled store! So gorgeous and loved all the housewares from the blue bird plushie to the mah jong set. Food was good and service was decent. Prices were of course high and portions small. Best value is definitely the burger and fries although the filet and the scallops were tasty choices. You can order afternoon tea and breakfast tier even in the evening. A pretty touristy destination with people taking lots of photos and 2 birthdays were celebrated during our dining time. Nice touch with the complimentary macarons for our anniversary! Overall a kid, girls date, and couples date friendly place.

It was difficult to get a reservation but I was able to snag one. I came for brunch. I enjoyed the entire store and perusing each floor before eating. The staff gave great reccomendations. I ordered the steal filet, a lobster roll mini sandwich and a tiffany cosmopolitan. I enjoyed both the atmosphere and the food. I will definitely be back if in nyc.

My mom took me to brunch at the Blue Box Cafe as a gift for my graduation after I achieved my second Master's degree. We ordered the Tea at Tiffany's package which included a selection of tea sandwiches, scones, pastries, and cookies. We could also choose from the selection of teas that were included. I chose the matcha as my selection of tea. My favorite items on the menu were the cucumber, dill, and cream cheese sandwich, jam scones, the pistachio rochers, and the madeleines. They also had mini lobster rolls, and smoked salmon "bagel". It was hard to choose my favorite tea sandwich because they were all so delicious. I am a fan of the classic cucumber and cream cheese so that had to be the winner. It was really nice spending the morning with my mom and our friend. I was gifted Tiffany's tea cup and saucer as well right outside the restaurant. Being a huge fan of the movie Breakfast at Tiffany's and Daniel Boulud, I really enjoyed the meal and I'm so grateful for the experience.

Totally worth stalking them for rezzies! Knowing Tiffany Blue Box Cafe books weeks in advance, I made a daily visit to their reservation page to see if any openings would pop up for our NYC weekend & persistence paid off! Scored a late lunch which is what we were looking for to bridge the gap before our Broadway show Started with a glass of their rosé since after all, who doesn't want to celebrate at every opportunity Shared the tomato & peach salad & whoa those flavors were the perfect pairing We each chose the mushroom & pea ravioli & again, perfect match. The mushrooms were light & truffley. The peas were large & had that lovely pop when you bit into them! Too full for dessert, they were nice enough to bring out a special strawberry macaron for my bday & it was a lovely touch & the perfect ending to a lovely lunch Service was of course over the top awesome. There were many other tables celebrating lots of special days, enjoying high tea, desserts & meals. They have a nice selection to satisfy whatever you're in the mood for - keep refreshing that reservation page!

My cousin was celebrating her birthday and she wanted to visit Tiffany's Cafe. As we walked in, we were greeted by the staff and they took us to the sixth floor to the cafe. When you get off the elevator, you are greeted and you pass by the Tiffany's products that are on display. As soon as we walked in the cafe, we seen the beautiful Tiffany boxes displaying from the ceiling, the beautiful pictures hanging on the wall, and the different textures all around the room. We ordered a Cheeseburger with Fries which consisted of Black Angus Beef, Cheddar Cheese, a Brioche Potato Bun, with French Fries which cost 32.00. We also ordered Tea at Tiffany's which consisted of Tea Sandwiches, Scones, Pastries, Cookies, and a choice of tea, which came up to 98.00. The Cheeseburger was okay. It was nothing out of this world but It had a good flavors, but in my opinion, it tasted like a Cheeseburger from Burger King. The Tiffany's Tea tray was okay also. It had assorted sandwiches with desserts on the bottom. You really just come here for the experience. The experience was amazing as the customer service was exceptionally excellent. I would come here for the experience but I wouldn't say it will fill you up. I would make Tiffany's a place to get an appetizer and a drink for the experience and go somewhere else for dinner. All in all, it was a great experience and I'm glad we came to visit this iconic destination.

Wow! This was such a memorable experience. We have waited so long for these reservations and we finally got one for my birthday! We did the full tea service and they made it so special. Tea: Both teas we had were delicious. I would highly recommend the Tiffany tea. It's such a great blend of different teas and something very unique. It had a really nice finish. Food: All the sandwiches we got were delicious. Even the typical cucumber sandwich felt elevated and had extra seasonings in it that made it memorable. I loved the eggplant mixture in a thin crispy cup and the pea style in a tiny crisp cup was so unique and yummy. The scones were perfect, hard on the outside and soft on the inside. The cream and jams that it came with tasted fresh. The pastries were delicious, my favorite was the ferrero rocher style. On the top tier they had tiny sweets, my favorite was a coconut cake bite. Price: It was $100/person for the full tea service. We got 2 different teas, 5 sandwiches/person, 2 vanilla and 2 blueberry scones, tons of desserts, and small chocolates and sweets. It was a lot of items to get and considering some of the other tea services are just as pricey, I felt it was a fair price especially considering the service we received. Service: Service was impeccable. Our water glasses and tea glasses were filled immediately. They took the time to check in on us often and ensure that we had everything we needed. Ambiance: The whole vibe of the restaurant feels very Tiffany like and looks exactly as expected. The dishware and silverware are perfectly matched. I love the teal and gold vibes and the mirror makes the space feel more spacious.

Came here with my wife because she's a huge Tiffany & Co. fan and wanted to try out their cafe. We came without any reservation and were taking a chance at the bar seating which is first come, first serve which we were fine with. The hostesses were all a bit snooty and didn't give us much information about getting a seat. They pretty much told us that we could wait there until an empty seat opens up at the bar. We decided to wait 30 minutes to see if something freed up as there were others waiting before us (people who had reservations). We saw a couple seats open up at the bar and we had to go to the hostesses to ask if we can sit. They looked behind them (where the bar is) and then just nodded and gestured that we could go there, not personable nor welcoming. They also weren't attentive that the seats were available, we had to go up to them to confirm just so we make sure we get those seats after waiting. We were pleasantly surprised, when we sat down at the bar, that the bartender was a lot more friendly and personable than the previous experience with the hostesses. He explained the menu and set everything up for our breakfast. He was very hospitable and provided anything we might've needed while we spent our time there. He even let my wife take the Tiffany Blue coasters as a memento. We ordered two Breakfast at Tiffany's tiered breakfast to enjoy together. This came with pastries, yogurt parfait, and a scrambled egg with caviar. All pieces to the breakfast were alright, it filled us up for what we had planned for that morning but it wasn't the best breakfast we expected from a high-end brand. It was a nice cafe, we liked the Tiffany blue boxes hanging on the ceiling as a decoration, it really was the highlight of the space, besides that, the space really depends on its iconic color throughout which makes the atmosphere a bit flat. The exhibit of their current products outside of the cafe were more intriguing to check out. This place is overpriced and overhyped, I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for a what it's worth. However, if you do still want to check it out after this, make sure you book a reservation which they take 30 days beforehand.

Indulged in a spectacular lunch experience with excellent service and exquisite food. The Blue Box Cafe was so nicely decorated and bright. Started off with champagne and Tiffany tea. We opted to order off the menu since we've tried the tea towers in the past. We pretty much ordered everything our server suggested, and it was perfect in terms of beautiful presentation, delicious flavor, and amount of food. Caviar - always spectacular with all of the accompaniments. Only complaint/confusion is why didn't they serve it with mother of pearl spoons, as I always thought silver spoons would react with the caviar...but who knows, maybe the spoons were not silver? Burrata - the cheese had a great texture and the tomatoes were so fresh. Loved eating it with pieces of the grilled bread. Tuna carpaccio - good flavor and texture. Sea bass - this was so delicious! Definitely the best of all the items ordered. Perfectly flaky and love the sauce and the sides. Scallops - nicely prepared and goes well with the sauce and accompanying veggies. Dessert sampler - we were pretty full but still wanted to try some dessert, so our server offered to bring us a tray of bite sized samplers. So happy to be able to try all those mini desserts rather than ordering a full sized one. Overall such a treat and definitely worth a visit if you are in the area and want to spoil someone with luxury.

Breakfast at Tiffany's? YES PLEASE! Wow, what a fun experience! This was definitely a core memory. The atmosphere was beautiful, with the iconic little blue boxes hanging from the ceiling- this was such a fun tea moment my husband and I will never forget. We both had the Breakfast at Tiffany menu which was an amazing selection of delicious treats- including caviar! Again, it's such a fun experience, especially if you are celebrating anything special. The service is out of this world. Highly recommend!

Indeed, it was only a matter of time before Breakfast at Tiffany's came to life. And, who in New York would be better to bring a meal to life than acclaimed chef Daniel Boulud? Having opened just over a year ago, the establishment became a must visit spot for many in NYC. While the cafe is somewhat casual in feel, the presentation of dishes is absolutely exquisite. The avocado toast here is perhaps the most beautiful avocado toast in the world, not to mention deliciously fused preparation with ricotta and lemon. Other dishes are no less impressive, with appropriately gorgeous plates, glasses and silverware. Service is attentive and kind. The one area where Blue Box Cafe could do a bit better is reducing the amount of seats and creating a better design for the interior that's just a bit cozier and more elegant. There is an overcrowded feeling to the establishment and the design of having little separation between tables contributes to the space feeling congested and looking a bit odd. As a whole, the impressive food, stunning presentations and the kind people working here are certainly enough of a reason to come back.

Definitely love this spot. Do make reservations ahead of time! Wait time: Although we made reservations, we did have some wait time which did sink our mood a little bit. We amused ourselves by perusing through the furniture (the cafe shares a floor with the home decor floor) but was told by security not to sit on the chairs. 2/5 Food: Portions were definitely small but the taste was good. We basically knew what we were getting. I liked the presentation. We got the breakfast set and a pasta along with a side of fries. For drinks, a coffee and an iced tea. Everything was pretty average for what we would expect. The dessert was pretty good. We took the suggestion and got a chocolate dessert (forgot its name). I must say if we are comparing food from department stores, L'Avenue by Saks has my heart. 3.8/5 Decor/atmosphere: The beautiful blue boxes hanging from the ceiling was so pretty and fun. I really enjoyed the Tiffany branding all around. Very instagrammable. 4/5

This was on my bucket list for a long time! We did not have a reservation but we were able to sit at the bar. Food was good! Small portions with a big price but what else do you expect lol. Ambiance was definitely unique! Did not feel overly special besides you're inside the iconic Tiffany & Co. store. Loved the experience!!

Dining at Tiffany's was a cool experience and fun to say we did, but unless I was bringing someone here, I wouldn't go back. Our server was well-intentioned and kind but didn't check on us very often, brought out the wrong wine, and forgot to bring us the fries we ordered. We also were charged for still water ($10/bottle) when my friend asked for tap. I left still feeling hungry which is ridiculous when I spent nearly $70 on my quiche, wine, water, tip and tax. The quiche was good and my friends ordered the ham and cheese sandwiches and enjoyed them. The curated sets of items, like the tea party, seem to be a better deal, despite being expensive. I would only recommend this spot to someone who loves Tiffany's, otherwise, I feel like you can find a better tea party in Manhattan. Be sure to check out the art gallery on the 9th floor!

My husband and I had a great time here celebrating his birthday lunch. Just being in the Tiffany & Co. building itself is a whole experience that makes everything more special.  We tried the Tea at Tiffany's and Croque Aux Truffes, which were very delicate and delicious. The lettuce that came with the grilled sandwich was one of our favorites haha! The tea selection and cocktails were also perfect. The only thing that was below my expectations was the ambiance of the café. It felt very open, like I could see what everyone was doing. Other than that, the service, food, and experience were pretty good! Would definitely recommend it if you haven't been there already.

If you are fortunate enough to have "Breakfast at Tiffany", by all means, take advantage of it! The service is truly white glove and their attention to detail is impeccable. We were there by invite, but I believe you can book on some of the reservation sites.

I love everything about about the Blue Box Cafe. Such a cute spot to hang out with your girlfriends or to go solo. Beautiful design, decoration and excellent service. My favorite item on the menu is the burger . Yes, they have a burger on the menu outside of treats and tea. It's Yummy!!!! They also offer several selections champagne and wine. I gave half off a star because it's overpriced and way more when compared to places nearby Like Bergdorf.

So much fun! I had a lovely experience here at the Blue Box Cafe. You can usually get the reservation that you want if you hit the Resy site right at midnight a month before when you want to eat there. I got my 10AM brunch reservation by doing this and saw that you could continue to do within like 30 minutes of the reservations going live. My sister and I got in line before they opened and the line was standing in the sun in the hot summer heat. You'd figure that the company would put umbrellas out or something to make the wait more bearable. Once they finally open, you take the elevators up to the top floor where the restaurant is. It really is so beautiful inside. The food is of course expensive because you're paying for the whole experience of just being there. I got the tea at Tiffany's and at first I was scared I wasn't going to be full from the little sandwiches, desserts, and scones. But actually I had to take leftover desserts home because those two scones were SO dense. I mean they were also so good like they were fresh, warm, and so tasty. But yeah they were really filling! My sister enjoyed her sea bass entree as well. She also got a side of fries lmao they were $14 very expensive fries but they were good at least haha Overall, this is definitely a great place for a special meal. Really attentive service and beautiful decor. Their one bathroom is kind of annoying, but once you can get inside the bathroom it is so stunning as well. I waited in line for the one restroom on the same floor as the restaurant, but I think they directed some other people to a restroom on a different floor as well. I had a pleasant experience here and would be down to come back here for a worthy special occasion!

This place was absolutely gorgeous! What a beautiful place to celebrate my mother's 60th birthday. It is a little pricey but you get what you pay for and the experience is one of a kind! The food was delicious and the drinks were good! The dessert was the icing on the cake. The service was the best so I would definitely come back here to celebrate another milestone birthday!

I had a lovely time at Tiffany's Blue Box Cafe and here is thing, I really really respect and value this place for their excellent customer service. I've been to Tiffany's a number of times over the years and I have always received excellent customer service no matter the day and no matter the time, which I truly appreciate. With all that being said, I took absolute delight in the "high-tea" I enjoyed with a friend during a mid-afternoon on a Friday. The restaurant, which is located at the back of the store on one of the higher floors is quaint, small, cozy, and bright! By bright, this means the lighting is well, really really bright but not too overwhelming. In addition, it is nicely designed with signature blue boxes, and colors that match the Tiffany's flair. We opted for the Black Tea (Tiffany's) which included small bites as seen on the menu in addition to scones. The scones taste buttery sweet and went perfect with the tea as did the other finger bites. I've had small bites before during high tea but about half-way through, I was full enough as was my friend. I think it's important to mention that the tea and scones and bites were well-worth the price since they were so deliciously fresh. We also opted for the water which I think should be included although I am a huge fan of Evian water. Again, the customer service within Tiffany's itself and within the Blue Box Cafe was superb. I am absolutely visiting again and may make it some sort of annual tradition.

Finally able to get a reservation here to celebrate a birthday! They send you information up front allowing you to pre-order a birthday cake and personalize it for special occasions which was great! Upon arrival we were seated immediately. The menu is robust, offering afternoon tea options, breakfast or a la carte dining. We started with the saumon balik and the quiche au vert which were both delicious. The hamburger was tasty and I tried a few bites of the croque aux truffes which was also delicious. Finished with Tiffany tea and split the cake among the party. Fun, relaxed atmosphere. Amazing service. A unique experience dining at Tiffany's. Definitely would recommend at least once.

I loved everything here despite it being more of an out of towner spot. Opted for the snacks prix fixe over the tea itself and that was key. The eggs were my fav followed by the service and ambiance being surrounded by Tiffany blue boxes. Cute and affordable . Will be back

You come to the Blue Box Cafe for the experience first, food second -- and the experience is great, and the food is surprisingly good. The interiors are beautiful, and the service is friendly. I got the afternoon tea, and the sandwiches were quite good. The mini lobster roll and the mini lox bagel were flavorful; the egg salad had a great curry flavor; the ham and cheese had a nice punchy mustard. The sweet treats are also tasty, and the scones are warm and moist (and very filling).

Celebrated my birthday here and ordered the breakfast at Tiffany's platter which came with yogurt, fruit, a croissant, a madeleine, a scrambled egg, an apple turnover, and several jams. This dish includes a juice and does not come with coffee or tea. The food was good and filling. I loved the egg. I came for the experience of having "breakfast at Tiffany's" so I expected the food to be overpriced because you're really paying for the experience itself. Reservations are difficult to make but not impossible. To secure a reservation, you have to go on RESY at 12:00 EST exactly 30 days before the day you want to eat there. If you do that, you'll be fine.

Visiting The Blue Box Cafe in NYC has been on my bucket list for a long time and I was very fortunate to have secured a reservation for my 30th birthday when I was in NYC that weekend. First, the service. They were very accommodating because my boyfriend showed up late for the reservation. I was worried they might cancel my reservation but they let me sit down first while I waited for him. Second, the Tiffany Tea. It's loose leaf black tea infused with lavender, rose and vanilla notes. One of the best black teas I've had. I regret not asking to buy a can of tea leaves before I left. Third, the food. For us 2, we got 1 Breakfast at Tiffany's set and 1 Afternoon Tea set just to have more variety. From the Breakfast at Tiffany's, I really enjoyed all the pastries, and also the pineapple rosace. The ingredients were so fresh, and so pleasant to have after consuming so much sugar from the pastries from the Afternoon Tea set. The Afternoon Tea set had a nice variety of different sweets. Some of the tea sandwiches were misses for me but I enjoyed most of them. We were pretty full after both sets, but I think the volume of sugar we consumed contributed to that. Since it was my birthday, I preordered the small size celebration cake a few days in advance (you must preorder at least 2 days in advance). The small feeds 2-4 people and was $65. They gave me time to take photos of my cake before they took it back to the kitchen to cut it. They even asked me how many pieces I wanted the cake divided into. More points given for their service because I really appreciate the care and attention to detail by asking these questions to ensure customer satisfaction. Overall, I'm happy with how smooth the process was, from making the reservation to the service. I'm glad I got to come here for my birthday. It was a fantastic way to start my 30's!

The Blue Box Cafe is located on the 6th floor of the Tiffany flagship store. Reservations are highly recommended and they are released on Resy at midnight 30 days in advance. *AMBIANCE* You come to the Blue Box Cafe to admire the ambiance and the pretty blue boxes. Even the bathroom is beautiful with a blue hue marble! *FOOD* They were out of the Breakfast at Tiffany's during the day we went, so we opted for the much more expensive Afternoon Tea ($98pp). The afternoon tea comes with your choice of tea, tea sandwiches, a regular and blueberry scone with jams and butter, pastries and cookies. Having been to a lot other high tea experiences, I felt the blue box cafe was very overpriced for the quality of the food. You are paying much more for the ambiance. Some of the sandwiches were soggy tasting and the savory to sweet ratio was really skewed. The ratio was probably like 1/3 savory bites vs. 2/3 sweet bites and I would've preferred this to be much more balanced. *SERVICE* The service here is top notch. Our waitress was really helpful in making some recommendations on the tea and very attentive throughout our visit. While getting the experience once was nice, I probably would not return for the food.

I was super excited to try this place because I heard so much about the pastries and the breakfast. However, I was disappointed by the service and the quality of the food. Service: We were seated and waited about 10 minutes before someone asked if we wanted water. After we received water, we waited another 10 minutes for a menu. The menu was given but nothing was explained to us. We saw waiters explaining menus to tables around us and checking in on other tables. We then waited another 15 minutes before they took our order. Throughout the meal no one checked in on us so we had no water. We were poured water when we asked for the check. I expected more from the service especially since we were sitting right next to where they had a station where they were grabbing utensils and water for other tables. Food: I think the best part were the pastries. They had a great assortment of them and they tasted fresh. The sandwiches tasted stale and had little to no flavor. The tea was very good. I would go back just for the tea. Overall, we were disappointed with the experience but appreciated the decorations.

It was a good experience overall. The breakfast option was exquisite and delicious. But to me it was just way too much sweets and carbs lol. I think you should definitely visit here at least once if you're in NYC. Service was very good. I wish they had more restrooms though. The wait was really bad. The dining area is beautiful and very Tiffany.

Cute place! I dont know their reservation system bc my friend booked it. When I tried checking in Nov, the entire month of Dec was greyed out so I thought they were fully booked. But I guess not?? Dunno The place is small...very small. Less than 20 tables for sure. But also felt cramped inside. I did feel like I was in a blue box. Im not a high tea type person bc its usually more on the sweet dessert type bites. Im a salty person. But everything was delish and my fave was the tuna carpaccio dish and the beet salad which is a separate a la cart order. The price is on point to these type of experiences so that's that. Service was just ok, nothing stellar. I liked the bartender though. Glad I had a drink there before the start bc i really needed a drink. But i am a more old fashioned or martini girl. Ok off to review the salty dinner i had next!! Cute spot and I did enjoy it with my friends.

Very cool and beautiful place to dine in. I am overwhelmed with the decoration as well as the fancy china product displayed inside. The afternoon tea set is great but too sweet. The sandwiches and savoy selections are yummy too. Worthy the money!

These reservations are very hard to get. They are released on Resy at midnight in advance. I had to put my credit card info to reserve our spot. If anyone in the party couldn't make it, there was a cancellation fee. My friends and I decided to come here to begin our birthday celebrations. We had heard this was remodeled due to a fire. We waited outside in line and when they opened we were let in. The elevator ride and the walk through the store is just breathtaking. The cafe itself is gorgeous. I love the Tiffany Blur colors. Everything and I mean everything is picture perfect, the attention to detail is spectacular. The service from the staff is amazing. I ordered the Tea at Tiffany's, $98. The tower comes with mini pastries from savory to sweet. I also got the Tiffany tea, it is made just for Tiffany's. It was so good. I kept getting refills. They even hand wrote Happy Birthday on a piece of chocolate for us. I was full from the tower, it was a lot of food. I highly recommend coming to The Blue Box Cafe for afternoon tea. You won't regret it.

***Great Service, Reservations Required, Tourist Attraction*** The restaurant is aesthetically pleasing where I can see how someone would enjoy taking a lot of photos here. The food was very delicious; although the portions were a bit small. I highly encourage reservations, as it is very difficult to get seating with just a walk-in. Service was great despite it being fairly busy.

we came in for family occasions. A service was so so. A waiter wanted to rush to order after we kept saying that we'll order the rest. But a waiter rushed us to order such as "do you want something else?" He came to us multiple times while we were talking. we ordered a cake after that. A waiter knew that it's a birthday party. A different man brought a cake without a candle and chocolate saying "Happy Birthday". I asked the man that "isn't it for the birthday?" He went to talk to our waiter and came back together with him and told us "hello, this is it." (?!!??!!) A less than a minute after, another table was celebrating a birthday with cake, candle and happy birthday word chocolate. Then singing together with waiter. We needed to complain to the manager. He fixed to us but how come our waiter was so cold? This is how it trained here? Center of the city on 5th ave it's called Tiffany..... I can come back anytime I want if there're any open spots. But I believe that many customers come here from all over the world. I put one star additionally. After a manager cared about us. Matcha latte cost $14. Without explanation.other coffee and lattes are $8. (Attached a receipt) We get other 4(?) waiters came in to take out plates asap while we were enjoying here. I saw the other tables did same thing. One of other waiters took my unfinished latte without asking. So, I needed to tell her that I was still drinking. ( I was actually not happy to finish my latter after that happened. She told me she's a training now so I can forgive her....) I've also realized that our table didn't have a tap water bottle at all. Sadly, my friend told me that our local diner treats us much better than here............ Hopefully, a cafe explains about this. it's great atmosphere and I hope services should increase better. Especially, this cafe is reservation only, we'd prefer that No rush energy like NYC subway and buses. Over all foods are ok and average nothing specials - cake is very petite and ours are very dried. (I hope it wasn't close to expired....) Resavation only or walking customers are counter table only. But some of them at the front say "sorry, no walk in" the front staff keeps changing every hr. although I've never seen that it depends on the front and say different things. you have to take a chance. Bathroom is outside next to the elevator. (Attached a picture) This place is good for people look for privacy. It's very quiet inside. Since it's only reservation only restaurant, the restaurant is not packed at all. 60% tables are occupied. so imagine you have no one next to your tables. food? It's okay.......so please go for some drinks.

Brunch by Daniel Boulud, yes please. I'm no stranger to his restaurants and this Blue Box Cafe does not disappoint. A little decadent space in an ashtray gorgeous location makes you feel like you're a VIP no matter where you sit. While you line up along the signature Tiffany blue ropes, you'll be glad you made a reservation as you see the line form for those with and without reservations. If you're there on a chance of open seating, be prepared to wait a little bit if the cafe is full. The food arrives fairly quickly so it's doable with a little patience but don't go starving. As with these "tea time" menus, portions run small but if you pace it right, you'll be fine ... maybe order a side of biscuits or fries. Extra carbs will top you off. Ha ha Our waiter was very friendly and explained the menu items we had questions about. We also asked for recommendations and he was very descriptive with those so that was super helpful in our decision making process. You do have to order per person as not much was sharable but leave it to my bestie Jo I. to be generous and still share what she had, I likewise did the same. Overall, this was a beautiful brunch experience from beginning to end and the opulence was well worth the price tag. Totally IG ready and Chef Boulud never disappoints. You can walk off your meal by going through all eight floors of window shopping.

Absolute floor to ceiling luxury from the moment you enter; all is glistening, sparkling and shiny. Customer service on all floors is impeccable; you are treated like VIP! It doesn't matter if you are spending 400$, 4000$ or 40,000$ you are a celebrity in the eyes of each employee. Made a small purchase that I am happy with. Of course you have to pass through all the jewelry to get to the Blue Box Cafe, so why not stop, look and dream of a bigger purchase one day. Reservations are made months in advance for a seat at the table or you can WAIT to sit at the bar. Our group had the pleasure of meeting the manager who was absolutely amazing. She said she would do what she could to get us a seat at the bar but made no promises. We completely understood. We continued to explore Tiffanys and every 30 minutes we would gracefully lurk at the entrance and repeat. It took a little over two hours to enter and be seated. Our experience was worth every minute. The bartender handed us the prettiest menus I have ever seen. She started us off with a complimentary glass of champagne which was refreshingly delicious. We ordered the signature hot Tiffany tea and a classic tea tray for three. Everything was so pretty. Everything was good. The mini lox bagel was a bit salty. Overall, you must do Tiffanys!

The service is really excellent and the food is great, and ofc you're in an iconic spot. But, all things considered, there is better food for the same price. The cavier egg is really cute, breakfast is $65. Because it's at Tiffany's on 5th, ambiance is hard to beat buttttt if you're a foodie, this isn't really THE spot.

I went for the first time today with my Sister-in-law and niece. It was such a delightful experience. The restaurant itself had such pretty decor. The food was delicious. The service was excellent. My sister had the mushroom ravioli, my niece had chicken with a side of fries and I had the burger with fries l. Everything was delicious. And it wasn't too much food so you don't feel super stuffed after the meal which is good because then you will have room for dessert. I honestly would go back just for the burger. It was so tasty and seasoned to perfection. I would say go on a special occasion as the menu is a little pricey. But every day is a special occasion right? I hope my review helps. I highly recommend this place to family, friends or anyone who wants experience this little treasure of a restaurant!

We went in here for brunch without reservations on Mother's Day and were so shocked & amazed when we were seated immediately. The staff made sure that all of our needs were quickly met and were overall so kind and accommodating. We ordered an array of foods and everything was incredibly delicious. Although the price tag is high, this was truly a once in a lifetime special experience that I would recommend everyone has!

It was actually such a great experience! I've been wanting to go to "Breakfast at Tiffany's" since before Covid, back when it was the old restaurant. I had heard it wasn't very good and just a tourist trap. Once the blue box cafe opened I waited till midnight and clicked the first reservation I saw open. Everything we had was absolutely delicious and came out so fast! Every staff member was super nice and helpful and they nailed even the smallest of details. Obviously expensive but totally worth the trip. Started with the Hollys favorites ( which included Tiffany's tea and a juice drink with some pastries and bread) then went to mimosas and moscato. The scallops and filet mignon were perfectly cooked and our desserts were beautifully crafted and tasty too. The whole place is an Instagram worthy pic, and I love that even the butter knives were Tiffany. Pretty small space but very well laid out, not too close to other tables and they don't rush you. The ceiling is the highlight, beside that they kept it pretty clean and simple. If I'm ever on fifth Ave I would definitely stop in again and sit at the bar and have a lovely meal or a glass of champagne. I say give it a try!

What a cute and somewhat elegant restaurant. I mean it is in Tiffanys! The decorations they have here with the Tiffanys boxes hanging is awesome. I would come here to try their teas and treats they have for their tea time menu. I came here for dinner with my friend for a girls night dinner. We both had a glass of champagne that was very good. She had a rose kind and I had a regular glass of it. For dinner my friend had the frittata and I had the avocado toast. Mine looked like a piece of art. Beautiful presentation. And my friend's dish had what I thought was a piece of cauliflower but really it was a cheese flower. They served us little rolls before our dinner came. We were too full for dessert but everything looked delicious. Our waitress was nice and took my food allergies very seriously which I was happy to see. The space is very bright and its not as big as I thought. The prices here are yes a bit high for the portions but then again I mean you are in one of the high end jewelry stores in Manhattan! So what do you expect. But do be aware that if you have a 6:30pm reservation you will possibly feel a bit rushed as the store itself closes at 7(one night) and all other nights at 8 so the restaurant needs to close then too. Overall, a nice experience and hope to be back one day again.

Had amazing experience at the blue box Café. It was my daughter's 11th birthday and we surprised her with brunch here. she had an amazing time. The atmosphere was amazing. Our waitress was very helpful. Food came out very quickly and it was definitely very good for the price. Definitely an amazing experience. If you're able to do it please do you won't regret it

I finally managed to secure a reservation for my birthday week at this place, and I was thrilled about the prospect of going. I decided to take my children along, eager to share the experience with them. However, despite the excellent service and the beauty of the place, I must admit I felt somewhat let down. Don't get me wrong, the staff was fantastic, and the food, including the Tiffany's tea, was enjoyable. But, in all honesty, I think it may have been overhyped. While I did appreciate the experience, I don't think I would do it again.

Very pretty and nice ambiance , that is about it . Food is mediocre , waiter was terrible , service was abismal . Had to keep asking for water refills , cappuccino took almost 20 mins to come out . Food was just okay , portions are small. I wouldn't recommend this place , only good for aesthetics and pictures .

Eating at the Blue Box Cafe felt pretty special and was an overall great experience the two times I visited. The portions are on the smaller side, but the quality is there and was enjoyable to eat. My favorite was the spinach cheese quiche, it was delicious. If you are hoping to celebrate your birthday and want to enjoy one of the Blue Box Cafe cakes, be sure to order at least 48 hrs in advance. I am rating 4/5 stars for a few reasons...the first time we visited the cafe our waiter forgot to place one of our food orders, the price is very high with tiny portions, and the birthday cake tasted & looked like it had gelatin throughout the different elements of the cake (FYI for the vegetarians). Also, there did not seem to be a strict dress code. Some customers wore dressy attire, others were dressed very casual. It was fun seeing some other customers dress up in resemblance to Audrey Hepburn. The cafe has a lot of great photo opportunities so I recommend dressing up a little and getting lots of photos!

The decoration is amazing, and the presentation is amazing but that's it. This is an experience, not necessarily to eat a whole lot. Very expensive for what it is, but I understand you're paying for the experience rather than the food. The portion is a joke but again this is for presentation. A very dangerous place to take your date, because once you're done eating, you know what is next, shopping and looking around Tiffany Co flagship of New York. We did not walk out empty handed of course. But the service is amazing, not the quickest, but very professional. The utensils are all Tiffany products, and despite being so expensive, I can't argue I had a great time, and felt good that my love was very happy and pleased. But proceed with caution and reserve it ahead of time (mentally ready).
