This…this….THIS. Ok everyone knows this is probably the best restaurant in Disney springs? It’s so popular and there is a reason! The food here is very good, the service here is great, the ambience is impeccable, the restaurant is beautiful and depending on who you’re with it can be very romantic! Me and my boyfriend came here for our first night in Disney and I had the most amazing time. We got to sit outside near the water and it was gorgeous! The tacos I got were very good, the sliders we shared were so good as well and the free bread?? That was probably my favorite. I have never had bread THAT good. It was so so so good. It melted in my mouth and was so buttery. Ugh delicious. I still think about those rolls. Anyways if you are debating…please stop in because you will not be sorry!

The outdoor check in staff were friendly accommodating. I had booked through Open Table and was experiencing a glitch with confirming a reservation but the staff assisted which was appreciated. Stacey, our hostess, was smiling and entertaining. Our server Alicia was very efficient, friendly and made excellent recommendations when we inquired about the raw oyster selection. I ordered two starters instead of a main and my Tina poke and beef carpaccio were excellent. Elegantly presented, fresh ingredients and full of flavour. This restaurant is a great location with live music close by, shopping and many bakeries and places to get a cocktail while wandering around Disney Springs. We followed our Cirque du Soleil show with this restaurant and I highly recommend it. But reservations are a must.

Great experience overall. We didn’t get seated until half an hour past our reservation time but it was Valentine’s Day so we weren’t too upset. Our server was very attentive with refilling our waters and asking if we needed anything. the rolls were amazing very sweet and buttery. We ordered the shrimp and andouille mac & cheese, the chips and dip, and the bang bang shrimp and everything was so delicious. We also got the mint mocktail which wasn’t worth $10 since there was no alcohol, but it was very good. It’s pretty pricey but it’s nice for a date night.

We had a fabulous waitress which probably made it an exceptional experience. Apparently, this is the same owners as Gibson's in Rosemont, IL (which we love). I wouldn't say it was Gibson's steakhouse perfect, but it was great. Way too much food on the Disney meal plan (took 2 per person), but it was a nice experience and great food. We had a late evening meal outside by the lake. We had to a reserve a spot weeks in advance.

Rather than have dinner at the Boathouse itself, we enjoyed drinks and a snack at Dockside which is part of and behind the Boathouse. Same menu and drink. Grab a free small table or sit at the bar. We found two spots at the bar. The atmosphere was fun and inviting. Of course we were there for the Duck Duck Razz. We enjoyed a humus plate as well. A great way to enjoy drinks and the view of the lake as well as rest your feet.

The Boathouse, located in Disney Springs, is a beautiful boat-themed restaurant known for the waterfront view and fresh seafood. They have very popular meals including steaks, oysters, shrimp, and lobster rolls. The bar areas stay busy. Many people dress up to dine here, and you’ll see a lot of multi generational families enjoying cosy meals together. Even though Boathouse seats a lot of people, I would strongly advise getting reservations, which can be made on the Disney App. Sitting outside, you can watch the Dream Boats/Amphicars slip into the water and motor around the lake. They offer live music, including a sing-along brunch on the weekends. I found that to be too loud for my taste- so loud and distracting that we had a had time conversing. I prefer no music in this busy restaurant. Their starter rolls are excellent and a family favorite. Their salads are very reasonable if you’re looking for a less expensive option with the same view. Bathrooms are boujee and very clean. Be sure to stop in their gift shop on your way out. We have loved Boathouse since it opened!

We’ve lived in Orlando for quite some time and somehow never made it to The Boathouse at Disney Springs. So we were glad to finally check it out for lunch. My wife and I both ordered drinks. She had the Bloody Mary, which she enjoyed (though she’s had better), and I had a coffee-based cocktail (I can’t remember the name), which was excellent. She also had the lobster bisque and absolutely loved it. I ordered six raw oysters and they were fantastic: fresh and flavorful. For our entrées, my wife had the Pappardelle Pasta with Vegetables and Garlic Butter. She enjoyed it, but it wasn’t quite what she expected. She was anticipating a creamier sauce. It wasn’t bad at all, just different from what she had in mind. I ordered the Maine style lobster roll. The lobster pieces were large and generous, but for the price, I expected the roll itself to be a bit bigger. The kettle chips on the side were pretty standard and felt like something you could get from a bag, which was a little underwhelming given the overall experience. That said, the atmosphere and service were truly top notch. The theming is beautiful, and our waitress was excellent. friendly, attentive, and professional. We would absolutely go back, as there are many other items on the menu we’d love to try, and we’re confident there are some real standouts we haven’t experienced yet.

Good sit down lunch option at Disney Springs. The service was great especially when it came to the various allergies of our party. They have someone on staff specifically overseeing allergy management. For lunch I had the grilled chicken with broccoli and carrots, sauce on the side, and thought that it was pretty good. My husband was mid on the filet sliders but my friends enjoyed the club sandwich and the firecracker shrimp. This was a very large restaurant but I would still recommend that you make a reservation if you don’t want a significant wait.

Had Brunch today and everything was great. The Pearmosa was delicious and the avocado toast was huge. The piano players are great- they play everything!

Geo was fantastic! Great personality. Food was good as well. Would definitely come back!

TLDR: Don't second guess yourself, try Boathouse and you won't be disappointed! It is always a great experience at Boathouse. It is ALWAYS busy here for a reason. The nautical themed restaurant in Disney Springs is definitely not a place to miss. Make sure you plan ahead and score a reservation because sometimes if you plan on joining the waitlist they can be fully committed for the entire evening. Boathouse is pretty much always our go-to. The Parker house rolls are delicious buns of heaven that I consistently dream about; perfectly soft and sweet and crunchy on top. Just make sure to not stuff your face with too many rolls and save room for my must tries! The must tries are the Duck Duck Razz (the famous blue drink with the rubber duck), filet mignon sliders and wedge salad. This is pretty much always my order. You will hands down never have a bad meal at boathouse. Staff is always friendly as well which is shocking considering how crazy busy they always are. They are on top of it! It also helps that there are so many decor oriented things to look at it inside the restaurant with the many different rooms or if you sit on the water!

We had a good dinner at The Boathouse, a steak and seafood restaurant situated on the water at Disney Springs. I think this restaurant is worth visiting. Disney Springs is a retail development at Walt Disney World Resort -- no ticket required. Both The Boathouse and Disney Springs are popular. Restaurant reservations are highly recommended. There were folks standing in line with us that didn't have reservations; they were given 90-minute wait time estimates. This was on an ordinary Thursday around 5:45pm. When I booked, The Boathouse was on OpenTable and awarded 100 dining points per reservation. Not all OpenTable restaurants award points, so the points are a plus. You can use those points to redeem restaurant discounts, Amazon gift cards, hotel stays, and magazine subscriptions. I recently used 2,000 points to redeem $20 in Amazon gift cards (January 2025). There was a problem with OpenTable when I booked, so I had to call The Boathouse and book over the phone. I then chatted with someone at OpenTable to get the points added to my account, which was a hassle. It's rare, but it wasn't the first time I had to do that. The restaurant was slammed during our visit. We checked in on time and had to wait inside for about 10 minutes. We were seated on the uncovered waterfront patio outside. The sky was clear, the wind was calm, and the temperature was cool. We enjoyed the atmosphere, especially the sunset and Disney Springs' Aerophile balloon in the sky (fun backdrop). We were surrounded by *a lot* of heat lamps and were warm and cozy. The heat lamps had flames, so the fire lighting added to the romantic evening ambiance. The patio was a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of Disney Springs. This is a big restaurant with several areas of seating, inside and outside. The place is nicely decorated with a nautical theme. There's also a gift shop. In addition to steak and seafood, they have a full bar and a raw/oyster bar. My wife got the Duck Duck Razz because it's one of the iconic drinks at The Boathouse according to some Disney food blogs she read. She also wanted to get the Key Lime Pie Martini ($12), made with Licor 43, key lime juice, and cream, but wanted to save space for other food and drink at Disney Springs. Both the Duck Duck Razz and the Strawberry Gin Fizz were well made and strong. I got buzzed. Our favorite food items were the complimentary dinner rolls, Oysters, and Filet Mignon Sliders. The rolls were glazed/brushed with we think honey butter, because they were sweet, buttery, and scrumptious. We had them replenished once and could have easily kept eating more. The oysters were incredibly fresh and superb in quality. Given the scale of this restaurant and the high volume of oysters they go through on a daily basis, I wasn't surprised at how fresh and delicious the oysters were. My wife's favorites were the Hammerheads (clean taste, medium-large size), but I enjoyed all three of the Beausoleil, Hammerhead, and Lucky Dux equally. The Filet Mignon Sliders had actual slices of filet mignon inside, not ground filet mignon. That was a pleasant surprise. The steak quality was excellent. Tender and flavorful. While the above items were a solid four stars or higher, the rest of what we had -- the other app (Fried Atlantic Clam Strips) and entrees (Grilled Mahi Tacos, Coriander Seared Yellowfin Tuna) -- were three stars at best. The clam strips were tasty, but one-dimensional with many strips consisting of more batter than clam meat. Unfortunately, the fish taco and yellowfin tuna entrees were average and nothing to write home about. Also, both were a little too salty for me. Eddie was our server and he was fantastic. Five stars. He took great care of us. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. In general, great service.

Food was great. Service was great. Busy and hectic food took a little while to come out and service was a bit slow. But as usual food was really good. Had the lobster bisque for starters. COCONUT shrimp for mom , I didn't have any but she loved it. Beverly tasty and cooked perfectly. Ordered the lobster Oscar with red boiled potatoes. Great choice. You have to make reservation otherwise to Will wait or have to sit at the bar. Outside area and bar are a good spot as well. First come first serve full bar and menu served. It had been a long time since I had dined at The Boathouse but I was craving seafood and luckily was able to snag a table. It's usually so difficult to dine at the Boathouse because it's always so crowded. If you make a reservation online you are required to use your credit card and are charged $10 per person for a missed or uncanceled reservation so I have never made a reservation. I was attending an event early in the day at Disney Springs right next to the Boathouse so walked right over. We were promptly greeted as soon as I walked in. The host was immediately able to seat us near the piano. It was a Saturday so we were able to dine in for the sing-a-long brunch. That was a nice touch to sit right up front next to the dual pianos. I didn't even request it but was able to snag a great table. We ordered from both the brunch menu and the regular menu. We ordered the avocado toast and shrimp and grits from the brunch menu. From the regular menu, we ordered clams strips, coconut shrimp, and truffle fries. As we were waiting for our food, 2 different managers came to the table to ensure that we were enjoying our visit, had everything we needed and receiving good service. They both left their card in case we needed them. The ambience was nice. We enjoyed the sing-a-long experience. Many diners made special requests for songs that they wanted to hear. The restaurant was filling up fast. It was a good thing we came when we did because when we left, we noticed that there was quite a large crowd waiting to be seated. We enjoyed our food with the exception of the truffle fries. The truffle fries were burnt and lacked flavor, I really could not taste any truffle at all. My favorite items in order were the shrimp and grits absolutely delicious!! The avocado toast so fresh, delicious and flavorful. Coconut shrimp and dipping sauce sweet and savory. The clam strips were fried perfect not too hard and the dipping sauce was delicious. I definitely enjoyed my visit and would definitely return.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Boathouse for a work dinner with a party of eight, and it was a delightful experience. We started with drinks, and the service was impressively quick despite the restaurant being packed. I opted for the American Mule, which was less sweet than I expected but still enjoyable. For appetizers, we shared the shrimp and sliders. The sliders were a highlight--the beef was perfectly cooked with a beautiful pink center, making them incredibly flavorful. For my entrée, I chose the lobster tail, which was absolutely wonderful. The crab on the side was a smaller portion but still a lovely addition. The butter sauce that accompanied the lobster was exceptional--I'm not sure how they make it so rich and flavorful, but it was a standout part of the meal. It was a very busy Friday night, with both the bar and dining area fully packed, but the servers did a great job keeping up. While the busyness meant slightly longer wait times, the kindness and professionalism of the staff made it a non-issue. Overall, The Boathouse delivered a fantastic dining experience, and I'd highly recommend it for a special occasion or a night out. I'll definitely be back!

On a friend's trip Labor Day weekend we had dinner at the Boathouse located at Disney Springs. We made a reservation as that was recommended. We arrived and were seated right away. We had calamari as an appetizer which was hot and yummy! I also enjoyed the soft complimentary bread. I ordered fish for dinner. Wow, it was GREAT! It came with a light sauce and the fish was moist, flaky and melted in my mouth. My friend ordered raw oysters which I had never tried. She convinced me and I tried one and I liked it. It wasn't slimy and gritty like I imagined lol. It had a nice flavor and texture. Two of us were celebrating a birthday and the Boathouse brought us each a complimentary treat. This was a nice touch!

Happy new year to 2025! Still working to churn out reviews for our recent honeymoon trip to WDW. On our recent honeymoon rest day visit to Disney Springs, we decided to check out The Boathouse. Reservations were very easy to make and we boated here from the French Quarter. The bread rolls are amazing. I would come back just for the bread rolls and nothing else. Okay, besides the bread rolls, the food was alright! Honestly, if it weren't for the bread rolls I don't know if I would come back soon, but I'm thinking about the bread rolls right now and it makes me hungry. I got the lobster roll, which is served cold as it's Maine style and I paid extra to substitute the chips for fries. Lobster roll was just okay, but I dipped my bread into my husband's cajun butter and it was great. $36 My husband got the dockside shrimp boil, which we thought was okay. The cajun butter everything is soaked in, though, however was fantastic. We also got a drink to share (Shipwreck), and it was a strong, yet fruity drink. Really good! $26 + $16 for shipwreck 3.5 round up to 4 stars... mostly for the bread rolls.... we also asked to sit outside and it was a nice vibe as it was a nice, sunny day. Not too hot, cold, or windy. The birds did keep trying to fly down to the tables, though, so the servers kept trying to shoo them away.

2025 Yelp 100 Challenge- #5 Located in Disney Springs off of the water. Recommend booking a reservation. Service was 10 out of 10 and the food was just okay. Portion sizes are huge and the dinner rolls were the star of the show. Order Kids Mac n Cheese with grapes Steak sliders Truffle fries. I wish the fries were cooked a little longer and the steak wasn't my favorite. 4 out of 5 for the location, rolls, and top tier service. Minus 1 star for the food.

First review of 2025!! I researched the best place to eat in Disney Springs and multiple sources said The Boathouse! Originally I made reservations for dinner, but changed them to reservations for lunch. I called as soon as I knew my plans had changed and the employee on the phone changed my reservation to my preferred time for lunch. My boyfriend and I arrived and we waited only about 3 minutes to be seated. Rjght away our sever, Alli greeted us and took our drink order. I ordered a coconut mojito and my boyfriend had duck duck razz. My cocktail was super refreshing and we learned it's made with coconut water. My boyfriend's cocktail tasted just like a blueberry jolly rancher! It was so delish and it came with a little rubber duck! We were also given warm sweet rolls that were super good! For an appetizer we ordered the hoisin chili calamari. Very good! For lunch my boyfriend ordered the CORIANDER SEARED YELLOWFIN TUNA. It was amazing and popping with flavors. I'm a little mad I didn't order this myself, but he did share with me. I had the dockside shrimp boil. It came with corn on the cob, Red Potatoes, andouille sausage, and boathouse seasoning. It was good, but I would have preferred some spice! We also had some wine; moscato and riesling. Both wines were good and complimented the fish well. Our server was Alli, and she was great. 5+ star experience! I highly suggest making a reservation and coming here while at Disney Springs!

We were in town visiting and today was my father's birthday. He's not a Disney lover but loves this place enough to brave the crowds. We sat outside, it was a lovely view. Service was solid. Birthday boy had the steak and baked potato 5/5 Mama had the salmon 4/5 Partner had the shrimp boil 5/5 I had the chorizo breakfast tacos 2/5 and the beer and cheese grits 5/5 I didn't love the chorizo breakfast tacos, it was one of the brunch offerings so not offered all the time. But the grits were money

Upon arrival to Disney Springs the golf crew met up here and decided to get drinks and food. Hostess looked a bit flabbergasted that our party of 12 didn't have a reservation but we were accommodated right away outside with two tables of six side by side. View was serene on the water. Our waiter was awesome. The lemon drop martini was great as the bartender was not stingy with the alcohol at all! The honey butter rolls looked and tasted absolutely delicious. I had to ask for more and force myself to stop eating them. Canadian oysters were the best. Lobster bisque was tasty and kept me warm as it was chilly outside. The calamari was dry and dull but the hoisin chili sauce added flavor and life to it. I definitely will come back here to try the lobster roll next time I'm in town!

We went here for my wife's birthday and it was awesome! Our waiter was excellent, always eager to help and provide suggestions. I really enjoyed all of the food I had--the shrimp boil particularly was awesome! There are several cool drinks to try, including some contract-brewer beers and yummy cocktails. If you can sit outside--do it, the view of the water is very relaxing!

We really had a great time with great meals and a comfortable nautical ambience ! Service is always fantastic. It's what you expect in Disney!

Super adorable setting. Food was great! Service was awesome! Seating is a little snug but it's rated one of the best restaurants in Disney springs so we ride it and I'm glad we did! The rolls were amazing and I'd recommend the experience!

My rating is weighed down by the food. If you're looking for a fun atmosphere and great views of the lake and doing care about food quality, then this Is a perfect spot for you! I ordered Gulf of Mexico Red Grouper ($40) and my girlfriend got the Coriander Seared Yellowfin Tuna ($36). The presentation was abysmal (see photos). Whomever plated these dishes should have been fired immediately. Unless it was Just one of the cleaning staff sitting in because the usual plater pulled a hamstring. Ignoring the presentation, the fish was just ok. Not terrible. Perfectly edible. Nothing to write home about and not worth $40. The grouper was a bit rubbery like it was slightly overcooked. Service was very good and food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful and even took a few photos of us which was very nice of her. They sat us outside on a very long balcony that wrapped around the building. It was secluded with only a few tables so it felt like we had the place to ourselves. There are pros and cons here. You can decide if one outweighs the other.

Haven't been here for 3.5 years and I was adamant about coming back. I really do love the food. Was surprised to hear the baked lobster with stuff crab meat was no longer on the menu and it's been out since Covid. I really loved it! I hope they would bring it back one day-- it was my go to! So instead, I ordered a steamed lobster with potatoes and hollandaise as that's the closest thing to what I wanted. Also got the steak and fries (upgraded to truffle fries) . Steak was cooked perfectly!!! Very tender and flavourful. Truffle fries were just okay-- wished it was more crispy rather than soggy. Bf was fine with it. Lobster's cooked nicely but it just did not satisfy me and I think it's cause throughout my flight, I really wanted the baked lobster. I also got a coconut mojito which was made well. Oh and I got stone crab claws. Last time I was here the stone crab was bigger but still, delicious! Service was good but a little slow. Overall, I still highly recommend this place! Make sure to make reservations!!!!

The Boathouse is my absolute favorite restaurant that I make sure I go to every time I'm in Orlando! Located in Disney Springs, they offer 130+ stores/restaurants that are AMAZING, including the Boathouse. It was a tradition of my mom & I's to go here after a day at the parks, sometimes we'd go 3 days in a row haha. Very good food & highly recommend! Will not find this kind of food at the parks so hold off on buying food at the parks & come here instead for dinner ;)

Nathan was our server and he was fabulous. So attentive, helpful, knowledgeable and funny. He's such a great asset to this company. I had a bowl of soup, which was very good. For my entree I ordered a crab cake. It was a good size however I found it a bit dry. I wouldn't order it again. There are so many items to choose from. I will definitely come back again. Drinks & complementary bread were very good. Great ambiance.

I went here last Sunday to celebrate my sisters birthday and overall it was a nice experience. There was a bit of a wait and it was cold so that was a bit frustrating and we made reservations but they got pushed back because of the rain. I ordered the cauliflower steak. It was really good. It had a nice crème sauce and mushrooms on top. I will say it was a bit salty but it had a nice flavor and pretty big portion. I also tried some of the Mac and cheese which was good. I thought the ambiance was nice. It was right on the lake and the sunset was really pretty. It is a bit pricey but it's disney spring so.But I would come back. I think it's best to make reservations because it's so packed . Our server was really nice and helpful .

Ahh, The Boathouse. Even though Orlando isn't anywhere near the beach, this beautiful eatery in Disney Springs helps transport you to the seaside. My husband and I enjoyed a midweek brunch here during our "break day" in-between parks, and really enjoyed the setting and the service. If you're struggling to snag a reservation for this spot - I definitely recommend visiting for brunch or lunch during the week! We sat outside and practically had the place to ourselves. We started with a few oysters each, which were perfectly fresh and briny. Although wild caught shrimp are priced at $5 each, it's definitely worth it to tack on a few of these as well - they're huge! We also ordered the Shipwreck cocktail to split, which was definitely reminiscent of sipping on a pina colada on the beach. For entrees, we shared two of the "dockside classics" - the shrimp boil and the grilled mahi tacos. These were both fun, colorful dishes - although the fish in the tacos was in serious need of some seasoning. Finally ... do not miss out on the rolls. This is part of what makes The Boathouse so special - and they'll bring you as many as you want throughout your meal!

This was the first time I've dined at Disney Springs in a Holiday, it was chaotic getting parked and entering the place. But once we got in, we had a great dinner! Love getting oysters and the duck duck razz! Everything was delicious!

The Boathouse located is located in Disney Springs with free parking in garages. Recomend making reservations thru the Disney App or Open Table however with these options a Credit Card Hold is required otherwise the wait time could be lengthy. Our party selected seating outside as it was a beautiful day, not humid and hot. Tables outside range from round to square wood seating no cushions and some table had white tableclothes and some tables did not. The noise level is average and appeared to be less noisy than inside the restaurant. Compimentary bread/rolls with butter is served and these rolls were so soft, buttery, sweet and endless if you can handle it. We ordered 1/2 dozen raw Oysters - served on a chilled clam shell with cocktail and mignonette sauce. From the menu there was an option to select from 3 different types of oysters all medium sized and same pricing regardless of the oyster origination. Also ordered, Hand Breaded Coconut Shrimp appetizer and Fried Atlantic Clam Strip appetizer. The Coconut Shrimp was served with a Sweet Chili Sauce yet the presentation left a lot to be desired (just shrimp and sauce on the plate) thankfully this did not distract from the taste which was very good - perfectly fried shrimp without being greasy. Unfortunately the Clam Strip appetizer did disappoint - while the clams were not greasy there was no flavor and tough would not recommend. I expressed this to our server and she removed the item from our check and suggested the Filet Mignon Sliders. Our order was expedited and these had to be the best sliders I have had and were fantastic. Great flavor and very tender Filet would totally order the sliders again & again. Good Service although there was bit of wait for the oysters however this was busy Sunday afternoon.

On the tail end of our visit with our daughter and grandson, we decided to hit up Disney Springs before leaving back to TX on the last day. We got there around 10:30, and roamed around the area to see what enticed us the most. Being a bit famished but not wanting to over indulge, we decided to find a place to take in the sights and unwind, hence the Boathouse. Turns out it was the perfect spot and choice. What led us to this place was the outdoor seating over the lake, where we enjoyed a light breeze and the watching the car-boats and their passengers come and go. We each had a Bloody Mary to kick things off, which our waiter recommended. Appearance was pleasing with the tall glass, salt & spiced rimmed edging, with olives and a chunky shrimp that Forest Gump would be proud of. The eyes did not deceive us as it tasted just how we hoped! A wonderful way to relax a bit and take it all in. We ended up sharing a "Yacht Club" sandwich, which was plenty big and enough for the both of us. Complete with Roasted Turkey, Cucumbers, BLT fixings, Avocado, Swiss, and this ridiculously delicious Chipotle Honey Mayo. Served with fries, our waiter knew we were splitting and did all the work for us, each with our own portioned plates. We watched the cars drive up and down boat launch and out into the lake. I will close with this- absolutely recommend this place, as the menu offers a wide variety of seafood classics and other delights, coupled with great service, gorgeous atmosphere, savory dishes and drinks. Great seafood but we mostly come here for drinks either at the bar or on the dock. We had dinner here once at the food was great. Service is sporadic especially during peak times but generally okay. The atmosphere is loud and busy which is why we like the bar on the dock. Do try the "water car" or the Amphicar ($125). It's a unique experience you can't find elsewhere. Make advance reservations or take your chance for seating at the bar.

My first time ever visiting this restaurant and I loved it. Great view, food was fresh and delicious, espresso martini was 10/10!! The lobster bisque and the yellow fin tuna poke was exceptional!

Really great place to end our Animal Kingdom Lodge trip. The AKL held our bags and we enjoyed disney springs. The Boathouse food was great. Our server was nice. And we were right on the water! It was a nice view.

I was in Orlando for a work trip and we decided as a group to go to the boathouse for dinner. There was eight of us and of course, since we were on a work related trip, we all needed separate checks. Here comes Mike from Pennsylvania, Literally the best server on the planet. He was so patient and kind, thoughtful recommendations, and even got an allergist to our table to discuss one of our group members allergies. I've never seen that before, and was pleasantly surprised. Now, let's talk about the food!! This crabcake was the best crabcake I've ever had in my life! It was perfectly moist, perfectly seasoned, and perfectly cooked. It was very filling, and I left completely satisfied with just the crabcake and the coleslaw. If you end up at The Boathouse, I give the crabcake a 10/10 a must try. Also, ask for Mike from Pennsylvania.

Our favorite restaurant on Disney Property. Will keep coming back every trip. I love the tuna and the lobster bisque. The rolls are divine. All the cocktails are delicious as well. We love the atmosphere as well and staff and service are always impeccable.

Service was great. Both waitress were super nice and funny. Ambiance was super with a great view. Having water around made it an awesome place to spend time. Food : Launch and Entree was a bit disappointing though. Took the firecracker shrimp and the mac and cheese andouille shrimp. My comment would be too much salt , oil and cheese. Must admit when you order mac and cheese, you know you'll get cheese. It started good but, on the second and third bites, it started to become nauseous. I would order something else next time because i really love the place. In fact, came back for the key lime pie: Brought Joy! A total delight! Portion is super big though. You can split in 4 hahaha. Had to take the rest in a box.

I've been to Disney Springs so many times but have never tried this restaurant until recently and was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is on the water and is HUGE with multiple rooms to sit in and is quite expanse. They had a pretty good menu for everyone as well as a plethora of specials. I ended up getting the Mahi sandwich which was delicious, but the real hit was the filet sliders which were possibly the most delicious thing I've had in a while. We had a party of 6 and got the Triple Chocolate cake which is recommended for 2 and I will say that even with our group of 6, we could've used 6 more people as the cake is huge. I cannot express enough how big the cake is as it's probably larger than an adult-sized head. It's been days and we still have some leftovers of cake. The service was quick and fast and the food is priced normal for the area and for what you would expect (20-40 per person most likely). I would definitely recommend coming back here if I was in the area!

I am delighted to begin by awarding this restaurant a five-star rating for its outstanding food and atmosphere. The complimentary bread was incredibly tasty, and we could have easily made a meal of it. This Disney restaurant has become one of my absolute favorites. I chose the lobster bisque, which was surprisingly sweet and full of lobster flavor. The menu offered numerous appealing options, including the firecracker shrimp, which we shared, and the dockside Classics, from which I ordered the dockside shrimp boil, sharing it with my friend Gabby. Other dishes that impressed us included the New York steak and fries, which were tender and flavorful, the grill fresh mahi sandwich, and oysters on a half shell from the raw bar. Our waiter, Jonathan, provided exceptional service, showcasing both attentiveness and humor, thereby elevating our experience. Despite one of our friends being delayed by traffic, we were not rushed, and instead enjoyed drinks while waiting. I highly recommend this Orlando restaurant for its superb cuisine, waterfront dining, and overall experience.

First, the staff. Oh my goodness, THE STAFF. Every single person we've interacted with is so warm and friendly, it's like they're competing in a "Nicest Person on Earth" contest. And always great recommendations! Now let's talk food. Their sweet tea? Absolute perfection. And don't even get me started on the pipette pasta--my all-time favorite dish. It's like a hug in pasta form: rich, comforting, and so delicious it might actually bring a tear to your eye. Finally, the vibe: the waterfront views, the ambiance, the amphicars cruising by--it's like you've stepped into a vacation dream. This is more than a restaurant; it's a place that makes memories. If you're not already planning your next meal here, what are you even doing with your life? Go. Eat. Swoon. Repeat. The Boathouse is simply the best.

Always get amazing service by the staff when here. Lots of great food options & they can accommodate special requests as needed. Love to bring friends here. The view is great over looking the water. A must do when in the area!

Service was FAST! In a good way though, he was quick & didn't keep us waiting long ever. I forget his name! Food was all very good! My daughter got a side of Mac &cheese (not the kids meal) & it was SO good. The mahi tacos were big, filling & delicious. The decor was cute & had a gift shop attached. My waiter let me take the remainder of my drink with me to walk the Springs! I truly enjoyed myself

We have eaten here numerous times, last trip was not that great. I'm pleased to say that mgmt was very quick to offer to make it right with another chance, which we were able to do this week. The food was hot and fresh, all delicious! Fantastic service from Geo! Never a drink empty or a thing missed; he was wonderful at accommodating our special request as well, and was just a gem to work with! His laid back, fun manner was just the thing for us! BIG thanks to Colleen at the hostess stand too, we so appreciate how you handled our reservation. Thank you for acknowledging our occasion, too! The holiday drinks and wonderful decorations made for a festive atmosphere. Thank you for a wonderful meal with fine service.

This is a huge restaurant in Disney Springs. It use to be one of my favorite places to eat but unfortunately it has gone down hill. The service was fine but the food has gone from fantastic to nearly okay. The lobster roll had a slight fishy taste to me employing that the lobster was starting to turn. The sliders were in a meal of 2 sliders and French fries for $18 but now you can only get them as an appraiser with 3. The quality seems to have gone down with the as well. There are much better places to eat at Springs. My advise is to go to Art Smith's, Raglan Road, or Jaleo.

Really great place in Disney Springs! Atmosphere is super fun - boat themed. The service was really great and they were on top of it. I will say the check-in process was a little chaotic and strange. It was a Saturday night and they were really busy, but I think that needs to be simplified a little bit. We got the oysters and the stone crab special, which were both great! The Coconut shrimp were good . And then for my main, I got the grouper which was unreal. Can't wait to be back.

This was our first time dining at The Boathouse. We had a reservation and were sat promptly upon check in. The atmosphere is so cool here. I loved the decor and ocean vibes. Our waitress, Alicia, was absolutely lovely! She was so friendly, attentive, and gave great recommendations. She made our experience even better. The manager comes around to see how your meal is and I value that in a restaurant when a manager cares about the customer's dining experience. Now the food--chefs kiss! We started with the complimentary rolls. I could probably eat a dozen. They are fluffy and sweet and perfect. Then we had the filet mignon sliders which were delicious. So much flavor! We also had the opportunity to try the lobster bisque. It was creamy, the lobster flavor really shines and I enjoyed it very much. I had the lobster roll with macaroni and cheese and my husband had the crab cake and coleslaw. Everything was a 10/10. I strongly recommended The Boathouse and we will be back during our next trip. Fantastic food, chill atmosphere, and spectacular above and beyond service!

One of the most popular (aka crowded) restaurants at Disney Springs. And for good reason, nevertheless. If you are in the mood to splurge a bit, book a ride in one of their Amphicars prior to having dinner. The interior theme and decor was very nautical, yet unique. One can dine in an authentic Chris-Craft boat. Better yet, dine outside on their "pier". The staff was friendly, very knowledgeable, and attentive. The portion size of my Pan Roasted Corvina was just right. The fish itself was cooked perfectly.

Boathouse is located in Disney Springs. I'd say I like but don't love it. It's the kind of restaurant where you need to be seeking a specific kind of experience to reqlly appreciate. I've been three times over the years. Seating is spacious and varied with the option to sit inside or outside. As I've only been in the summer so we always want to sit inside. The restaurant is brightly lit with a lot of nautical themes and the service also is great. Disney waitstaff spend a moment or two to connect with you while also making sure things come out on time. They're a premier example of how a top level restaurant should be run and why the staff all deserve generous tips for their efforts. The food typically is excellent. I was a bit underwhelmed by my most recent visit. I got a maine lobster soup, a caesar salad, and the maine lobster roll. By far, my favorite item was the soup. It was both creamy and full of flavor as a very rich bisque that went excellently with their complimentary bread. The salad itself was fine. My mistake was not asking for dresssing on the side. I feel like Disney tends to overdress their salads so the taste of the caesar dressing was overwhelming and made it difficult to notice the parmeasan cheese which highlight just how much dressing there was because parmeasan is a strong, nutty flavorful cheese that is so distinct it's hard not to notice. The lobster roll looked fantastic but the lobster had no taste. I was surprised because we're near the ocean and I've had their oysters on the half shell and found them excellent. This implies to me the lobster may have been old instead of fresh. I've had an excellent lobster roll back at the Optimist in Atlanta and there was no comparison. What was actually most shocking was the hoagie roll itself was dry and maybe unseasoned which was a huge contrast compared to how excellently done their complimentary rolls are. To be fair, this was my only time trying this item so maybe I should have spoken up and asked for an exchange. I even got a dessert, rare for me, which was the Strawberry Shortcake and their biscuit ended up being pretty flat and kind of papery instead of moist or crumbly. Definitely get the carmel apple bread pudding instead but be warned it is a sugar bomb and happy food coma waiting to happen to the unwary. To not end on a total downer, I still like the Boathouse and will be back but the times I enjoyed myself were when I snagged a dozen fresh oysters and had one of their fish dishes like the grouper. When I come back I will stick to that. And for this reason I don't feel like I can honestly claim 5 stars because a 5 star review means every item on the menu is a home run.

I had the shrimp boil and my wife had the filet mignon sliders. Both dishes were nothing short of amazing. Great selections, ambience and great service make this my first choice in Disney Springs. Many others recognize this as well, so there can be long waiting times.

I feel like this place needs more than 5 stars. It's our go-to spot for special occasions because they definitely go above and beyond with service, food, and the experience. The bread is absolutely amazing, our steak and sides were great, and our server was exceptional. The blueberry lemonade is so good! The birthday cupcake was also a nice touch. Love the decor inside. Only downside is we had to wait an extra 20-30 minutes beyond our reservation time.

Service was phenomenal, the Mac and cheese was the reason I am not doing 10/10. It was just cheese and noodles, no seasoning. But their crab cake is really great and so are their drinks

Great spot in Disney Springs that features some great food inside a nice nautical themed restaurant on the water. The food here is always very good and the service is top notch. I love their oyster bar, which is a little pricey, but there n of the cleanest oysters I've ever had, and they feature many different types. They have a dock bar out back on the water, which has some fantastic views and vibes. Overall, it's a great spot to try or at least get a drink at if you're in disney Springs!
