Must-Try Breakfast Platter Spot! One of the best breakfasts I’ve had — and such great value! The breakfast platter was amazing — scrambled eggs with pesto and a choice of sweet or spicy peppers. I loved every bite. The breakfast pizza was also super filling and delicious. This place opens early, making it perfect for early birds.

Google
The food here is great. I loved my Italian sandwich and my friend enjoyed his. The pizza hits the spot although it wasn’t my preferred style, but the pepperoni cups are perfectly greasy and crisp. You also get a nice pack of spice and flavor from the peppers on the Italian pizza slice. The service is friendly but not engaged with you and they were disorganized both times I was there. I tried a third time but couldn’t get anyone to help or answer questions. They were too busy with each other or prepping vs taking my order so I went next door for a bagel instead.

Google
The boss Cafe where servers have boss attitude? When ask about food allergies and ingredients, I can’t answer except I can’t promise, I don’t know and I am not sure. From experience most pizza made by good quality ingredients are olive oil, with grew exceptions this place has SOY in their pizza dough which usually is of cheap quality, either it’s yes low quality or the staff just wanted to get rid of us.

Google
Definitely one of the cheapest but good quality places to go while you are in the LINQ! Saved our butts a few times. The lattes and refreshers were actually great and not 12 dollars for the smallest size like other cafes nearby. The breakfast platter was pretty great and filling but heads up a little too oily. Service was great! Overall good experience:) Cinnamon roll was also yummy

Google
This place is fantastic. We came here three times during our 3-day stay and got the Turkey PLT both times. Phenomenal! Breakfast and coffee are also good. Service is great. Better than any of the fancy restaurants we had all weekend

Google
Food was very good. Tried both breakfast and lunch while staying at Linq. Had breakfast sandwich with hashbrowns. Spinach and cheese croissant was excellent and their pizza by slice is also good. Service was mixed.. but fairly fast service. There is a seating area as well. Overall i recommend it.

Google
Fresh bread on the primo roast beef is amazing. Crispy and fluffy at the same time. With so much flavor in the beef.

Google
Ordered a Sausage Egg and Cheese sandwich. Very plain and simple, priced relatively accordingly for Las Vegas. It was sufficient to start my morning and the service was really quick from getting in line to paying and getting my order. Lots of spacing onsite or you can take it to go as well.

Yelp
Indulge in the delight of Buddy's renowned bakeries and cafes, where every visit is a testament to exceptional quality and taste. The Boss cafe at The Linq stands out with its delectable pizza offerings that never fail to impress. While all the pizzas are exceptional, my personal favorite is the Peppe, a flavor-packed delight that satisfies the palate. The star of the show is the fresh, daily-made mozzarella elevates your palette to the next level. The Mozz bar offers a unique experience where you can customize your fresh mozzarella with a variety of toppings. My go-to combination is the basil pesto with balsamic, a harmonious blend of flavors that is both fresh and delicious.

Yelp
I decided to try the Boss Cafe inside the Linq because it was close and convenient. The Cafe was small but had plenty of tables available. They had some classic music playing just loud enough to hear it but not so loud you couldn't talk. The staff was friendly and professional. I've seen Buddy's TV shows and have always thought his food looked good. I ordered the Peppe which is crispy pepperoni slices on focaccia bread. The sauce was a little salty but I think that was due to the amount of parmesan cheese. Overall the pizza had some good spice to it and would definitely be something I would order again if I was staying at the Linq.

Yelp
This little cafe inside the LINQ is a great stop. We came twice, first for breakfast & then for an afternoon bite. The breakfast sandwich was delicious, the bread is something different which I loved. One afternoon we ordered a pizza which I thought was tiny for the price. However it was so dang good! The cannoli is out of this world for a little shop. Only thing I think should improve here is the service. Not very friendly or inviting. Overall I'd come backk

Yelp
Food 3/5 Service 5/5 Ambiance 5/5 This pizza would taste so much better if it's fresh. They make it ahead of time and warm it up in the oven when ordered. The flavor of the pizza was average. It has a good ratio of crust, sauce, and cheese.

Yelp
This was not the most stellar Vegas food trip, but by far our best meal was from this nondescript, easy to miss place located between Harrah's and the Linq. I had Lisa's Caprese Sandwich, which had Sweet peppers, hand made mozzarella, marinated tomatoes, basil, balsamic, arugula and olive oil on amazing focaccia bread. Diane had the Jersey Roast Beef, which had Herb-crusted and slow-roasted beef, the same amazing mozzarella, hot peppers, again on focaccia. The best bite I had was when I dipped my sandwich in the au jus that came with the Roast Beef. The food was so good we tried to go back for dinner but they were closed.

Yelp
Was staying at the LINQ and noticed they had a "Boss Cafe." Since im a fan of Buddy's i knew i had to try this place. I got some breakfast sandwiches and let me just say. they are some of the best sandos I have tried. the eggs were season to perfection. the portion was a big portion, however, since it was so good it seemed small. I will definitely come back and try other menu items.

Yelp
With the small appetite I had after a long night, my friends and I decided to get our brunch meal here. I got a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich and it was surprisingly pretty good! The bread was a bit dry and the bacon wasn't crispy, but honestly manageable with the egg and cheese. It was a bit pricey ($11.95) for what I got, but it's Vegas haha. Quick and easy for those that want a small meal.

Yelp
The Boss Cafe has the best breakfast sandwich I have ever eaten. I have had the sausage, egg, and cheese 2 days in a row and twice when I was here last month. The Kaiser roll is great but the eggs are what put it over the top. My wife got the breakfast platter and it was great as well. We tried 2 of the chocolate pastries and they were ok. Not as fluffy as I would expect.

Yelp
In town for the CPX Conference and this locale was at the very foot of the Linq Hotel elevator stack where we were staying. It was so convenient, I ordered the same thing 3 nights in a row just for convenience sake and due to the fact that the Cuban Sandwich was so delicious. It was consistently great all 3 nights. Staff is wonderful here and food comes out quickly. The only negative was that I had to pay an $11.50 extra fee to obtain cash from the ATM machine right outside of the Cafe as their register broke and they have no facility for charging it to your room when something goes wrong.

Yelp
The egg and cheese sandwich combo with hash browns and coffee is recommended! Of course it is Las Vegas prices ... it will cost you about $17-$18. The egg and cheese was delectable. It was one of the most delicious egg and cheese I've ever had! The bread is perfect for the meal. The coffee was good. Standard. Same price as Dunkin' Donuts. $5. I didn't get to try the cake. :/ Hopefully another time.

Yelp
Great sandwich for a hotel lobby quick stop. All the ingredients, including the cold cuts tasted fresh and not left out all day long. It was cool to see all the fresh pizza slices through the glass that you could order by the slice, and the deli slicer. The only complaint I would say is that it did take a little while to get my sandwich and there weren't many people waiting, but other than that it was really cool and the flavor is not going to disappoint.

Yelp
Spent a few days at The Linq and was reeled into the Boss Cafe one morning with their Breakfast Pizza on display. A row of square slices behind their display glass with fluffy eggs, bacon, and cheese piled high - I couldn't pass up trying a slice. The verdict? Delicious. An excellent use of cheese to act as the "sauce" or binding agent of the toppings to the crust of the pizza. The slice was large and plentiful. I couldn't finish it all in one sitting. The components worked perfectly together to deliver exactly what one expects in their ideal breakfast-type of pizza; thus, leaving a strong first impression during the most important meal of the day. With several days ahead of 'living' at The Linq, I had to try one of their more traditional slices at least once during our stay. I stopped by again for a square pepperoni slice. Same large size loaded with my favorite cupped-pepperoni, it was a nice, quick filling lunch. Slices tasted freshly made. Service was quick. This is definitely a nice addition to The Linq for something quick to eat. Their hours during our stay were limited to 7am - 5pm, so this isn't necessarily an ideal place for a late-night bite. Pricing, as with most things on The Strip is on the more expensive side for what it is, but the Boss Cafe is a solid, quick, and filling meal to get you going throughout the day. I would definitely stop in again during a future stay at The Linq.

Yelp
Decent prices for pretty good sandwiches. Pizza is really fully but decently crispy edges.

Yelp
I had high expectations for Boss Cafe and walked way further than I should have in heels to get here. There are a good number of his cake vending machines available within Vegas casinos but I wanted to get a cake from an actual restaurant. The pizza here was pretty good. The crust was too hard to enjoy and the flavor was average. The best Food Network endorsed pizza I've had is from Big Al's Pizzeria in Maywood and Orange. Nothing has ever been in the same league for me when it comes to pizza/wings/brisket. The garlic knots were also decent. I appreciated that they used real garlic but they were a bit oily for me and the marinara sauce was also incredibly average and tasted like it was straight from a jar. Most disappointing of all was the cake! I think they could have at least fooled me by removing the slice from the package and presenting it on a plate so I didn't know it was the exact same slice I could have gotten from a vending machine. The cake was dry and the ratio of cake to frosting was off. The frosting was good but overall the cake did not even taste as good as a Costco chocolate cake The servers here were friendly and bubbly. I loved how cute the seating area was and the outside features a lovely display to draw you in and really capitalize on Buddy's popularity. Considering the endorsements that Buddy has received across the network, I was disappointed by the flavor and quality of food that I ate here. It is not worth the hype or the trip to Vegas. You are better off eating somewhere else or spending the extra money on a slot machine.

Yelp
Watch your six. Grumpy staff and the added hot water to my drip coffee. B.E & chee wasn't to bad though. Overall the cake boss guy should put some more time in his establishment

Yelp
The line for Hash House a Go Go was too long so came here to grab a quick bite. For breakfast, you can order the breakfast sandwiches, breakfast pizza, and hash browns. The breakfast pizza is made of fluffy eggs, bacon pieces, and American cheese on focaccia. The undercarriage was nice and crispy with a fluffy and dense center. Located right next to Dunkin' Donuts and the line moves fairly quickly.

Yelp
We're locals and try to get out to the Strip as often as possible. We were at the Linq promenade and decided to check out this place. It was a bit difficult to find, way in the back of the Linq resort. It's an open-air cafe with nice seating and a wraparound line that takes you by the sandwich, pizza, soup and pastry displays/offerings to the cashier where you place your order. Staff was not very attentive and the wait time for our order seemed a bit too long. We ordered the Cubano and Caprese sandwiches. Both were excellent in every way, especially the fresh mozzarella OMG, although the meats on the Cubano were pretty scare, not at all what they had you think from the display.

Yelp
The Boss Cafe is a nice place to pick up something quick. I tried a slice of the Italiano Pizza and it was ok. I liked the toppings and the flavors but the issue I had with it was it was just too much bread. I do enjoy a deep dish pizza but the ratio to bread and toppings are more proportionate. In this case, it was very little topping to a whole lot of bread. The pizza bread is plaim focaccia with some toppings. You can actually peel off the toppings and see the focaccia below. I wanted to try the cake but the person helping said that it was a bit too sweet for her so instead I went for the Lobster Tail and the Classic Cannoli. The Lobster Tail was great. It has multiple thin layers filled with a custard-ish cream. The cream inside had the perfect amount of sweetness for me. The shell is VERY hard so don't be surprised when you first bite into it. The Classic Cannoli was good. It was not too sweet either which was great for me. The shell was perfect and fell apart as it should. For the me, the standout was the Lobster Tail. I enjoyed it so much, I went back the next day and got another. Both times the service was good. You walk up to the counter and place your order and they call out your name. It's basically like a fast food joint. They also have pizza and cake vending machines by the restaurant itself so you can still get you fix even if they are closed. I found it interesting how they also sell shots at the cafe. A shot of tequila with your cannoli perhaps? So they sell shots but do NOT have water cups. Yup, no free water for you. Overall, it's a nice option to have to pick up something quick especially if you want something sweet but I would not go out of my way to find this place.

Yelp
Finally, $5 happy hour all day every day!! A baileys Dark Roast Drip Coffee with whipped cream really hits the spot with a breakfast sandwich! Great variety of beer, Ready to drink cocktails, and Shots; best deal I've seen on the strip for a while. Great spot to get a snack and pregame before a big Vegas night. Especially with Football season so close! Fridays and Saturday's they open until 10pm. But they have a rad pizza ATM open 24 hours! Seriously delicious and cool! There are two , one in front of the pool elevators and another next to the parking garage.

Yelp
We got to the Cafe at 7am so it was not busy whatsoever, which was amazing compared to how things get later in the day. Service was quick and they were very kind, I didn't prefer the blaring loud music in the morning but it is Vegas so I can't be picky! We got a individual strawberry cheesecake ($10.95), bacon egg & cheese sandwich ($11.95), and a croissant ($3.95). The sandwich was a good serving size, but for the price I wouldn't say it's worth it. The bacon was crispy, the cheese was really melty, and I'm not sure if there was sauce on it but the flavor was very good. There was an extreme amount of eggs and they kind of tasted powdered, I'm not sure if they were though. The breakfast pizza was my second choice and I should've gotten that! They have displays so you can see the food before you order it which is awesome. The croissant was great, just tasted like it had been sitting on the shelf for a few hours, but for $3 it was totally worth it! It was crunchy on the outside and decently soft in its interior. I have yet to try the cheesecake since it is still considerably early haha, but I am fulfilling a childhood dream! I've always loved watching Buddy's shows so it was great just being able to buy from the cafe. We also tried Buddy's pizza vending machine and it was so cool!!! We spent just about $10 for a slice of margarita pizza, but it was well worth it. This little area is awesome, there is a buddy's cake vending machine that I'll probably try out as well. They are all near the Cafe. I do recommend trying this cafe for sweets or a coffee in the early morning.

Yelp
$16 sandwich , no sides or drinks included the "mutz" almost makes it worth 4 stars but I just can't do it. It's still just a sandwich, and not a massive one by any means. All the cakes and cannolis look pretty delicious though... Staff were nice. Seating is front row for prime people watching since you can get an IV across the way. And off course they sell beer and canned drinks.

Adriana F.

Yelp
A great spot for a quick breakfast on the strip. One morning, I picked up a breakfast pizza, breakfast platter, and some pastries to bring back to the room. The food exceeded my expectations, being full of flavor, and the prices were reasonable. The customer service was quick and friendly--couldn't ask for anything more.

Michael T.

Yelp
The best mozzarella I have ever had the pizza was great and so was the cake the mozzarella was a homemade fresh batch and it just melted in my mouth this was a great experience I would definitely insist you come here if you are in Vegas
google avatar

Cher C.

Yelp
There are several restaurants and delis inside the LINQ this cafe was closest to our room elevators. Took my order to a table pulled it half way out of the bag before the manager stopped me because he was pulling closed the gates and asks everyone seated eating their meals to leave because 5:00pm. Why would I order just to be kicked out! I didn't want cold food. The disregard for the customers who were literally chewing their food and that manager was talking to us all as of we were caddie! ordering us all out of our seats. We threw the pizza away. Went to our rooms to change and come out of the elevators to see them inside cooking! No rush to leave? If the owner wants to see both the videos contact me
google avatar

Mike O.

Yelp
I generally don't rate anything on the strip greater than three stars. Boss Cafe gets four because: -it's not Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks. -The eggs are surprisingly good; they include some spices/seasonings that makes the sandwiches kind of unique for a breakfast sandwich -They use Lavazza coffee, which is pretty decent -They move through the line relatively quickly I wouldn't make a special trip for this place but if you're staying at Harrah's or at a conference at Caesar's Forum (like I was) it's probably your best to-go breakfast choice. Oh--and the $16 sandwich and $6 drip coffee? It's the strip, people. You're going to get ripped off anywhere unless you walk down the street to Terrible's. And if you've ever eaten at Terrible's you know what I mean.
google avatar

Letitia C.

Yelp
I loved watching Cake Boss on tv so when I walked by this place I just had to check it out. The pastry case was filled with yummy looking sweets and the savory display looked just as good. So I ordered a breakfast pizza and an apple pastry. The pizza was large enough to share and so tasty. The crust was light and fluffy for a deep dish crust. The apple pastry was full of apples and just the right amount of sweet. I would definitely recommend giving the little cafe a try.
google avatar

Devin B.

Yelp
While everyone was packing the lines for Starbucks and Dunkin' Donuts we opted for Boss cafe to grab a quick bite and caffeine faster than any other spot in the Linq Hotel. Set up cafeteria style you make your way through the line grabbing items as you desire along the way from breakfast pizza, to breakfast sandwiches and pastries galore. During lunch or dinner times there are many other options but we opted for the morning run each morning. The espresso coffee options were small but mighty with a single candy cane latte for that festive feel. Only down side is the drip coffee they put cream in the coffee for you and it's always a mini splash so ask for extra if you like the cream.
google avatar

Claudette B.

Yelp
Ok... here me out! My favorite roast beef sandwich in the world! If I can eat this sandwhich every day, I would. They make their own Focaccia bread with slow roasted roast beef and Housemade dressing and Housemade mozzarella. The Sandwhich just melts in your mouth especially when you dip in the au jus sauce. We also ordered the pizza and guess what we did?... dipped in the au jus sauce. ( we ordered hot peppers on the side) I am definitely coming here every time I visit Las Vegas.
google avatar

Tara C.

Yelp
This is not a bacon, egg and cheese. I mean it has bacon, egg and cheese, but a New Yorker would scoff at this BEC. Having said that, it was a very tasty sandwich with bacon, egg and cheese on it. Their coffee is good too and is on the way to the monorail so I managed to eat there twice during my trip this week. I also think the cannolis looked pretty solid and would happily have tried some of their sandwiches. If they were open later like for dinner or something. Why aren't they still open at dinner time?
google avatar

Trekforbeer B.

Yelp
Solid Italian sandwich spot. Prices aren't bad. Hidden spot at the back. I'd have again for lunch.

Britney F.

Yelp
Hands down THE BEST sandwich I've ever had. The mozzarella was amazing and made the sandwich. I 100% Recommend coming here while you're in Vegas! Pizza was also amazing but the sandwich was to die for!
google avatar

Ada Z.

Yelp
We came to grab a quick bite this morning. We ordered their sausage, egg, and cheese sausage sandwich, croissant, Italiano pizza, and a blueberry muffin. The breakfast sandwich was mediocre, but their blueberry muffin was crispy on top and soft inside. The pizza crust on the Italiano was crunchy and reminded me of personal pans. The croissant was oily and soggy sadly. Service was friendly and helpful. Convenient location for us, since we stayed at the LinQ.

Zack L.

Yelp
Came out to Vegas this weekend for a buddies birthday party and tried out the boss Café highly recommend it Best fresh made in-house mozzarella around
google avatar

Ruslan S.

Yelp
This place is delicious we tried their sandwiches turkey plt and Reuben and they were juicy with a delicious sauce on top. Their bread was so crunchy and went with the meal.
google avatar

Bernie L.

Yelp
Great Italian food, and deserts are fabulous and must have to take some home. Fast, great and friendly services and good location inside the LINQ hotel and casino and enough sitting spaces ti enjoy your meal.
google avatar

Mike G.

Yelp
Stopped by just to split a cannoli after lunch. Prices are kind of high ($7), but the cannoli was good. Kept chilled in a case, it wasn't particularly easy to split. My attempt to cut (saw?) with a plastic knife was fruitless. It was pretty tasty nonetheless.
google avatar

Michele P.

Yelp
The jersey beef sandwich was absolutely delicious. The staff was very friendly and it was great to finally try this place. Location is not great as it is nestled in the corner and in the back but once you find it it's a good choice. They had a variety of deserts and coffees as well. I didn't try the pizza, but my kids seemed to like that as well.
google avatar

Julie F.

Yelp
Omg! The roast beef and mozz with juice is the best!! Perfectly done roast beef with a dipping sauce that kills it. Will try Buddy's cheesecake on my next visit to Vegas... Pizza was crisp and flavorful. Loved it They make their own cheese called MUTZ! Loved it.
google avatar

Kristina M.

Yelp
Partner ordered a breakfast pizza for 12 dollars and received something practically inedible with tasteless eggs and a disgusting cheap velveeta-like cheese. While a novelty dish, I expected better from a place advertising their pizza across the casino and that otherwise looks welcoming and tasteful.

Deanna Z.

Yelp
We were very excited to try the mozz bar. First of all this "restaurant" is like a food court restaurant. We ordered the mozz bar and a slice of pizza. The mozzerella was good but the focaccia was so hard it was like a crouton and it was one skinny little piece. Pizza was just so-so, nothing to write home about. Overall this place was way way overpriced for some nasty food. Such a disappointment and I can't believe that the Cake Boss is putting his name on something like this. Guess money talks
google avatar

Amy T.

Yelp
The Custard Lobster Tail is a sweet & crispy snack while walking through the casinos! The puff pastry was a bit too hard
google avatar

Noel O.

Yelp
Excellent roast beef sandwich. They took care of the food really well. Nice atmosphere.

Jeff B.

Yelp
A no frills kind of place but with an amazing breakfast pizza and breakfast sandwich! Was a fan of buddy vs pizza cake spot so wanted to try all of his places and would say this place had the most unique/stellar food at an affordable price point

Yelp
If you're staying at The Linq or a nearby hotel and want a delicious, fast service breakfast, make it a point to visit Boss Cafe! Their breakfast sandwich was SO good. The sandwich is served with the fluffiest and perfectly seasoned eggs, bacon, and cheese. Very simple concept, but the portion size was giant and every component of the sandwich was very flavorful and combined, it was perfect after a night of partying. My boyfriend and I also got some iced coffees and a cannoli. I docked 1 star because one of the coffees we ordered iced came out hot (still delicious, but not what we wanted in the summer heat). The cannoli wasn't very impressive, but literally everything else was fabulous. The line for this place gets busy and food takes a couple minutes to get to you. Worth it in my opinion!
google avatar

Kara M.

Yelp
I ordered the jersey roast beef and it is freshly sliced. The sandwich was toasted which made it one that you would come back again for. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It can take a few minutes to get your order, so if you are in a hurry it may not be the place for you. However I would recommend trying it, it's worth the wait!
google avatar

Mena V.

Yelp
I wanted to try everything here but held back forsure! We stayed at the linq and boss cafe was super convenient for quick eats. I was only able to get breakfast but would def want to try their pizzas. As for breakfast I got the egg and cheese bagel which was fresh and delicious. I also ordered the original cannoli. I didn't expect for the outer shell to be so thick I expected a light flaky shell BUT it wasn't bad. The filling was good not too sweet and hit the spot! Give a try!
google avatar

Kimberly H.

Yelp
The food is ok. Overpriced but expected being in a casino. The breakfast sandwiches are not NY/NJ bacon, egg and cheese but it's tasty. Fine for what it is but wouldn't go out of my way for it.
google avatar

Leila M.

Yelp
I chose The Italiano pizza. Flavors are really good, just needs more toppings. #thumbsup #kitchenboss

Julie F.

Yelp
Jersey Roast Beef with sweet peppers is the best sandwich I've ever eaten! Great Vegas lunch.
